What If The America You Pledge Allegiance To Isn’t The One Running The Show?

What if the America you pledge allegiance to isn’t the one running the show? This investigation examines how America’s governance system fundamentally transformed since 1871 through a documented pattern of legal, financial, and administrative changes. The evidence reveals a gradual shift from constitutional principles toward corporate-style management structures – not through a single event, but through an accumulation of incremental changes spanning generations that have quietly restructured the relationship between citizens and government.

This analysis prioritizes primary sources, identifies patterns across multiple domains rather than isolated events, and examines timeline correlations – particularly noting how crises often preceded centralization initiatives. By examining primary sources including Congressional records, Treasury documents, Supreme Court decisions, and international agreements, we identify how:

  • Legal language and frameworks evolved from natural rights toward commercial principles
  • Financial sovereignty transferred incrementally from elected representatives to banking interests
  • Administrative systems increasingly mediated the relationship between citizens and government

This evidence prompts a fundamental reexamination of modern sovereignty, citizenship, and consent in ways that transcend traditional political divisions. For the average American, these historical transformations have concrete implications. The administrative systems created between 1871-1933 structure daily life through financial obligations, identification requirements, and regulatory compliance that operate largely independent of electoral changes. Understanding this history illuminates why citizens often feel disconnected from governance despite formal democratic processes – the systems managing key aspects of modern life (monetary policy, administrative regulation, citizen identification) were designed to operate with substantial independence from direct citizen control.

While mainstream interpretations of these developments emphasize practical governance needs and economic stability, the documented patterns suggest the possibility of more fundamental changes in America’s constitutional structure deserving closer scrutiny.

I stumbled across a peculiar reference to the 1871 Act while browsing on Twitter. The post suggested that the United States had undergone a secret legal transformation in 1871, converting it from a constitutional republic into a corporate entity where citizens were treated more like assets than sovereigns. What caught my attention wasn’t the claim itself, but how confidently it was stated – as if this fundamental transformation of America was common knowledge.

Explosive Update to Biden Autopen Scandal Reveals Unelected Staffer’s Role

As PJ Media previously reported, a bombshell investigation by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed that nearly every document during Biden’s presidency was signed by autopen, with only one authentic signature confirmed — his letter announcing withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race.

The presidential autopen has been in use since the 1950s, which has sparked ongoing debate over its legality. In 2013, Barack Obama became the first president to use it to sign a bill into law while vacationing in Hawaii. His office justified the move with a 30-page memo from George W. Bush’s legal team, which argued that a president’s physical presence wasn’t necessary as long as the signature was authorized.

But Joe Biden’s cognitive decline raised legitimate questions as to whether he was aware of official documents being signed on his behalf, or if they were even authorized. Speaker Mike Johnson previously revealed that Biden couldn’t even recall signing an LNG exports executive order, raising serious questions about whether someone was signing documents with the autopen without Biden’s authorization.

According to an explosive report from the New York Post, a senior Biden aide may have been wielding presidential power through liberal use of the autopen and essentially acting as a shadow president. One White House source painted a chilling picture:

One Biden White House source told The Post they suspect that a key aide to the then-president may have made unilateral determinations on what to auto-sign. The Post is not publishing that staffer’s name due to the lack of concrete evidence and refutations by other colleagues.

The Biden aide, who did not respond to requests for comment, would frequently make mention of what “the boss” wanted, the source said, but compatriots would have “no idea” if it was true because the internal culture was to not ask questions.

Even more disturbing, another source revealed the extent of this aide’s power:

“Everyone” was suspicious of this individual exceeding their authority when claiming to speak for the president, the source said. “But no one would actually say it.”

“I think [the aide] was using the autopen as standard and past protocol,” The Post’s informant said. “There is no clarity on who actually approved what — POTUS or [the aide].”

A second Biden White House source agreed that the person was suspected of assuming the then-president’s positions and handing down orders without it being clear if they actually had communicated with the commander-in-chief.

“If they’re carrying out the president’s will, it doesn’t seem like an issue,” Attorney Mike Davis, an outside advisor to Trump, told The Post. “If they’re not carrying out the president’s will, it’s a huge issue—it’s criminal.”

Elon Musk Hit the Mother Lode of the Deep State. Now He Believes He’s an Assassination Target.

Elon Musk and his DOGE team have now mined so deeply into the inner workings of government overspending and fraud that they may have hit the Mother Lode of public corruption. And he and his friends believe someone will try to kill him.

Fort Knox may be full of fool’s gold for all we know. USAID looks to be the mother’s milk of the international Marxist movement, and now Musk and his DOGE organization have hit the main vein: election manipulation.

As PJ Media colleagues Bryan Jung and Matt Margolis write nearby, the executive suite at ActBlue, the Democrat fundraising colossus, has nearly emptied. Many have done a bunk—to escape what DOGE allegedly uncovered?

What are they afraid of? Things appear to be worse than the oddly large “donations” made by pensioners in Washington state and other places, and worse than the dodgy credit-like cards issued to acolytes.  Musk believes that the giant Democrat money machine paid for the “protests” —and worse? –  at his Tesla showrooms and charging stations throughout the country. And the DOGE team believes it has discovered a through-line between ActBlue and illegality.

ActBlue and other NGOs have gamed the system, and the Federal Election Commission has let them. He’s getting close to organized election fraud.

The Deep State’s War on Truth—Waged with Doublespeak, Delusion and Propaganda

The Deep State’s war on truth is being waged with doubletalk, delusion and propaganda.

Through deliberate manipulation of language—what George Orwell called “doublespeak”—Donald Trump has provided cover for the Deep State’s continued grip on power.

While promising to drain the swamp, his administration has instead relied on contradictory policies, misinformation, and propaganda to further entrench the very system he claims to oppose. Although the Trump administration is merely the latest frontman for the Deep State’s efforts to maintain its stranglehold on power, we are approaching a tipping point beyond which there may be no turning back to freedom as we have known it.

This is how “we the people” remain on the losing end of this devil’s bargain that is life in the American police state.

What we desperately need is a reality check, and that starts by disconnecting from the Deep State’s propaganda-riddled, manipulated alternative reality about the state of our nation.

While President Trump, well versed in the “art of the deal,” appears to be saying all the right things about peace, corruption, graft, wasteful spending, free speech, equality, bloated bureaucracy, national security, etc., his administration’s actions tell a far different story about his priorities and his loyalties, which remain self-serving, imperial, flagrantly unconstitutional and intended to keep the Deep State in power.

As always, actions speak louder than words.

When the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are still missing from the White House’s website, that oversight—or deliberate omission—speaks volumes.

Any government that can’t be bothered to include the Constitution among its priorities, or include it anywhere on its administration’s website, is not a government that can be trusted to abide by the Constitution.

Then again, trust has little to do with it.

The Constitution is a contract between the people and the government. What we have been experiencing over the course of both Republican and Democratic presidencies, is a breach of contract. Where the Trump administration differs from those that have come before it is in its willingness to go rogue in defiance of Congress, the courts and the rule of law.

You don’t wage a “common sense” revolution by discarding the Constitution. That way lies dictatorship.

Remember, how you do something is just as important as why you do it.

So, what’s really going on?

President Trump Trolls Deep Staters Mercilessly During Joint Session

Between his Inauguration Speech on January 20, 2025, his beat down of the World Economic Forum attendees a few days later, and now his March 4, 2025, Joint Session Address, President Trump has delivered a beating to the disorganized remnants of the Deep State.

President Trump reigned over the U.S. House chamber in his Joint Session speech last night as a super-human figure.  The trolling of the Deep Staters by President Trump was merciless as he pounded the Democrats over and over and over.

Representative Al Green (D-TX-9) appeared to be the nominated Democrat personality to try to create a disruptive spectacle.

At 9:25pm Eastern Standard Time, Green was escorted out of the chamber after direction from House Speaker Michael Johnson to the House Sergeant at Arms.

Green had been standing, shouting, and waving about his cane wildly, for several minutes which made him look like he thought he was in the British Parliament.

Representative Green is no stranger to bombastic and scandalous behavior.

In 2017 he announced an agreement with a former staffer over allegations of sexual assault.  The staffer, Lucinda Daniels, first made the charges ten years earlier.

Al Green’s 9th District includes parts of Harris County and Houston.  For anyone who knows about Election Integrity in Texas, they realize Harris County and Houston are ground zero for Texas election malfeasance.

After Romanian Deep State CANCELLED Presidential Elections, the Leading Candidate, Anti-Globalist Calin Georgescu Is ARRESTED and Taken for Questioning

After Romania CANCELLED the first round of elections, now the dictatorial measures escalated with the arrest of the favorite Presidential candidate, the anti-globalist leader Calin Georgescu.

Georgescu was stopped in traffic and taken in for questioning by the General Prosecutors Office over alleged ‘illegal campaign financing’.

Sputnik reported:

“The Georgescu saga has plagued Romania and its EU and NATO overlords since the shock cancelation of elections in December, which the candidate won with a plurality in the first round.

Georgescu has asked sharp questions about the benefits for Romania of membership in NATO, critiqued the US missile base deployed on Romanian territory targeting Russia, criticized the flow of NATO arms to Kiev via Romania, and predicted that Ukraine would be split after the conflict.”

Trump PURGES Deep Staters From National Security Council, Orders Full Review of New Staffers

President Donald Trump has removed all the White House National Security Council (NSC) detailees and ordered a full review of new incoming staff.

Trump’s National Security Advisor Mike Waltz has fired 160 NSC staffers and is conducting a full review of new staff in a bid to retain those aligned with Trump’s agenda.

“National Security Advisor Mike Waltz promised and authorized a full review of NSC personnel,” NSC spokesman Brian Hughes said a statement to the Associated Press.

“It is entirely appropriate for Mr. Waltz to ensure NSC personnel are committed to implementing President Trump’s America First agenda to protect our national security and wisely use the tax dollars of America’s working men and women. Since 12:01 pm on Monday personnel reviews and decisions based on the evaluations are being made.”

The sidelined NSC detailees are career civil servants from various law enforcement, military, and intelligence agencies and departments across the federal government such as the CIA, FBI and the Pentagon.

Waltz earlier this month said the Trump team has identified the individuals they want out of the national security agencies and they would be quickly dealt with as soon was Trump was sworn in.

Is American Democracy an Illusion? A Look at the Shadow Government Theory

If you’ve ever felt like something isn’t quite right about how decisions are made in the United States, you’re not alone. From left to right, Americans have a nagging suspicion that the promises of “We the People” ring a little hollow in practice. The banners of democracy wave high, but beneath the surface, is there something else pulling the strings?

Let’s start with a fact that many overlook: America is not a democracy. It’s a Constitutional Republic. That distinction matters. A democracy operates on majority rule, where the 51% can dictate terms to the 49%. In a Constitutional Republic, the rights of the individual are safeguarded from the whims of a majority, thanks to the rule of law. So why do so many people—especially those on the Left—insist on calling America a democracy?

It might not be a simple mislabeling. Some argue that this persistent framing serves a purpose: to concentrate power in the hands of a few while cloaking it in the language of collective choice. It’s not just semantics; it’s a battle over the narrative of what America is and should be.

Animal Farm Politics: The Deep State Wins Again

“No question, now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.”—George Orwell, Animal Farm

It cost the American taxpayer $24 million to find out what we knew all along: politics is corrupt.

After four years of being subjected to special prosecutor Jack Smith’s dogged investigation into alleged election interference by Donald Trump, the Justice Department has concluded that Trump would have been convicted of breaking the law if only he hadn’t gotten re-elected.

In other words, the Deep State wins again.

The revelation here is not that Trump broke the law but the extent to which sitting presidents get a free pass when it comes to misconduct.

None of this is news.

The Deep State has been operating from this exact same playbook for decades, regardless of which party has occupied the White House.

Indeed, Richard Nixon let the cat out of the bag when he explained that the very act of being president places one beyond the rule of law (“when the president does it … that means that it is not illegal”).

This is how we ended up with an imperial president—empowered to act as a dictator, above the law and beyond any real accountability—and why “we the people” keep finding ourselves mired in a political swamp of lies, graft, cronyism and corruption.

George Orwell, who died 75 years ago on Jan. 21, 1950, must be rolling in his grave.

In the 75 years since George Orwell died, his works of dystopian fiction—which warn against rampant abuse of power, mind control and mass manipulation coupled with the rise of ubiquitous technology, fascism and totalitarianism—have become operation manuals for power-hungry political regimes wedded to the corporate state.

While Orwell’s novel 1984 foreshadowed the rise of an omnipresent, modern-day surveillance state, his novel Animal Farm aptly sums up the state of politics today, propped up by a two-party system designed to maintain the illusion that voting matters.

Orwell understood what many Americans, caught up in their partisan flag-waving, are still struggling to come to terms with: that there is no such thing as a government organized for the good of the people—even the best intentions among those in government inevitably give way to the desire to maintain power and control at all costs.

As Orwell explains:

“The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power. What pure power means you will understand presently. We are different from the oligarchies of the past in that we know what we are doing. All the others, even those who resembled ourselves, were cowards and hypocrites. The German Nazis and the Russian Communists came very close to us in their methods, but they never had the courage to recognize their own motives. They pretended, perhaps they even believed, that they had seized power unwillingly and for a limited time, and that just around the corner there lay a paradise where human beings would be free and equal. We are not like that. We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship.”

No doubt about it: the revolution was successful.

That January 6, 2021 attempt by President Trump and his followers to overturn the election results was not the revolution, however.

Those who answered President Trump’s call to march on the Capitol were merely the fall guys, manipulated into creating the perfect crisis for the Deep State—a.k.a. the Police State a.k.a. the Military Industrial Complex a.k.a. the Techno-Corporate State a.k.a. the Surveillance State—to amass even greater powers.

It took no time at all for the switch to be thrown and the nation’s capital to be placed under a military lockdown, online speech forums restricted, and individuals with subversive or controversial viewpoints ferreted out, investigated, shamed and/or shunned.

It was a set-up, folks.

The Justice Department’s policy of not prosecuting a sitting president was the tell.

Alexander Vindman Slams Mike Waltz Plan to Clear Deep Staters from National Security Council

Retired Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman criticized incoming National Security Adviser Mike Waltz’s plan to clear out each “intelligence official” serving in “various departments and agencies” throughout the federal government who is “currently detailed” to the National Security Council (NSC).

In a post on X, Vindman responded to an interview Waltz had with Breitbart News’s Washington bureau chief Matthew Boyle, where Waltz spoke about how intelligence officials serving in various departments and agencies under President Joe Biden’s administration would be “expected to vacate the premises by 12:01 p.m. Eastern” on January 20, when President-elect Donald Trump is inaugurated.

“Yesterday, President Trump’s National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz @michaelgwaltz, announced a sweeping directive to terminate all national security staffers loaned from other departments and agencies who serve in apolitical, non-partisan senior staff roles,” Vindman wrote.

He continued:

Waltz framed this decision as a means to eliminate Biden-era appointees and enforce absolute alignment with Trump’s policy agenda. Notably, Waltz justified this move by referencing my role in exposing Trump’s abuse of power, which led to his first impeachment. Using my actions as a rationale, Waltz aims to purge scores of professionals from the Department of Defense, Department of State, CIA, and other agencies—not because of their conduct, but due to a demand for blind allegiance to Trump.
