Cincinnati Mob Violence Victim Holly Slams Democrat Leaders For Being Soft on Crime, Says Her Doctors Are “Shocked” She Didn’t Die

Cincinnati mob violence victim who goes by ‘Holly,’ blasted Democrat leaders for being soft on crime during a press conference with GOP Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno on Wednesday.

Earlier this week Holly said she is suffering “very bad” brain trauma after the horrific attack by a mostly black mob at a jazz festival last weekend.

A white man was brutally beaten and stomped on by a violent gang of black suspects. When Holly ran to the victim’s aid, she was also beaten and knocked out.

Six people have been charged so far in the violent attack.

The FBI and the Justice Department’s Civil Rights division are investigating the incident.

“Our streets are being taken over and nobody is doing anything! I am so sad, and I need to be a voice for all of the victims that never got their justice,” Holly said.

Holly said the thug who attacked her should have never been on the streets.

“He had just gotten out of jail previously for something he should have been in there for years,” she said. “It’s really sad to me because I can’t even fathom how many other people who have been attacked by the same type of man over and over and over.”

“The biggest thing that I think really upsets me is the desensitization of humans where there’s a brutal attack, and they all think, ‘oh, cool. Let me get my phone and record it,’” Holly said.

“I truly hope that in the future, there’s some sort of bill to where somebody has to be prosecuted or at least fined if they don’t call 911 to save someone’s life,” she added.

New hate crime charges filed in killing of Israeli Embassy staffers, raising death penalty potential

D.C. federal prosecutors have filed federal hate crime and murder charges against the man accused of gunning down two Israeli Embassy staffers this spring, giving the Justice Department the option to pursue the death penalty in the case.

The newly unsealed indictment lays out the alleged digital footprint of Elias Rodriguez’s antisemitic views that prosecutors say fueled the deadly shooting of Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah MilgrIm, a young couple who were days away from being engaged in Jerusalem.

The court documents include a “notice of special findings” that includes the potential for Mr. Rodriguez, 31, to receive the death penalty. 

Surveillance video showed Rodriguez advancing closer to Lischinsky and Milgrim as they fell to the ground, leaning over them and firing additional shots. He appeared to reload before jogging off, officials have said.

The defendant is accused of flying from Chicago to the District with his legally owned pistol to carry out the May 21 attack outside the Capital Jewish Museum. 

The new indictment says Mr. Rodriguez shouted “Free Palestine” when he shot the couple dead as they left the venue, according to court documents. 

Surveillance video allegedly captured Mr. Rodriguez standing over the victims and firing more shots into the couple after he initially downed them.

The filing said he then went inside the museum and claimed he killed the pair “for Gaza” and “for Palestine” while brandishing a red keffiyeh, a traditional Arabic scarf often associated with anti-Israel activists.

Mr. Rodriguez continued to shout “Free Palestine” during his arrest, the indictment said, and made statements about “intifada” and “revolution” as well. He also yelled  “shame on you” at event attendees inside the museum and “shame on Zio-nazi terror.”  

Old social media posts cited in court documents include a 2024 post that said “Happy New Year, Death To Israel.”

Justice Department charges two Chinese over allegedly smuggling Nvidia chips to China

U.S. authorities arrested two Chinese accused of illegally transporting millions of dollars’ worth of microchips used in artificial intelligence applications to China.

Chuan Geng and Shiwei Yang, both 28, were charged over the weekend for violating the Export Control Reform Act. According to a criminal complaint filed by the Justice Department, between October 2022 and last month, the suspects exported “sensitive technology” without obtaining the proper license or authorization through the U.S. Commerce Department. 

Violating the act carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, according to a criminal complaint filed by the DOJ.

While Mr. Geng is a lawful permanent resident, Ms. Yang is an illegal alien who overstayed her visa, according to the Justice Department. 

According to the complaint, Ms. Yang and Mr. Geng illegally transported several popular microchips used in AI development, including Nvidia’s H100 general processing unit. The H100 is widely considered one of the strongest GPUs on the market for AI applications, especially in the training of large language models. 

The chips were allegedly shipped through California-based ALX Solutions Inc., which was founded shortly after the Commerce Department issued strict export controls on powerful chips like the H100 in 2022. The DOJ alleges that ALX-connected shipments were tracked to freight-forwarding companies in Singapore and Malaysia, which are commonly used to conceal illegal shipments to China. 

“ALX Solutions has not received payments from the entities to which they purportedly exported goods. Instead, ALX Solutions received numerous payments from companies based in Hong Kong and China, including a $1 million payment from a China-based company in January 2024,” the complaint reads. 

Authorities raided the offices of ALX Solutions over the weekend and seized phones belonging to Ms. Yang and Mr. Geng. According to the DOJ, the phones contained incriminating evidence, including “communications about shipping export-controlled chips to China through Malaysia to evade U.S. export laws.”

Brazilian Woman Granted Refugee Status in Europe After Facing 25-Year Sentence for ‘Misgendering’ Trans Politician

In a precedent-setting move, a European country has officially granted full refugee protections to a Brazilian women’s rights activist who was facing 25 years in prison in her home country for misgendering a transgender politician. Isabella Cêpa is the first person to be recognized as a victim of state persecution for her outspoken opposition to gender identity ideology.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Cêpa first came under criminal investigation after she made a social media post about Erika Hilton – a male politician who “identifies” as a woman. Hilton was elected to São Paulo’s municipal government in November of 2020, winning his seat by a landslide that gave him the title of the most voted-for ‘woman’ in Brazil.

At the time of his victory, Hilton was celebrated in international media as being a “symbolic triumph” for transgender people. Hilton was amongst the top 10 most-voted for candidates in all of Brazil, and was touted as the “only woman” to make the list. 

It was the widespread announcement of his victory that first put him on Cêpa’s radar.

“At the time I didn’t even know who this person was. I just saw a headline on an Instagram page celebrating that ‘the most voted woman in São Paulo is a transwoman,’” Cêpa told Reduxx during a 2022 interview, recounting how her ordeal began. “Then, I shared a video with my followers saying I was disappointed to hear that the most voted-for woman in São Paulo – later found out that it was in the entire country – was a man.”

The Muslim rape gangs have been the most sustained and complete race-based crime in British history.

The mass rape of children by “grooming gangs” has been ongoing for decades, with tens of thousands of victims.  Despite reports and inquiries, no significant action has been taken against those responsible.   

Instead, it has been met with denial, deflection and trivialisation.  There have been no high-profile resignations or sackings of police chiefs, council officials or Members of Parliament (“MPs”).  Worse still, the British establishment has enabled and apologised for Pakistani Muslim rapists.

It’s estimated that 1 in 11 Pakistani descent men in the UK have taken part in child rapes, with recorded rapes increasing tenfold in the last 20 years.  Yet, the government is increasingly censoring discussion of the issue, with laws like the Online Harms Act and Crime and Policing Act allowing for imprisonment of those who speak out about the mass rapes, such as Tommy Robinson.

Trump’s Anti-Crime Order Brings Back Long Term Facilities to House the Mentally Ill and Addicted

President Donald Trump issued a July 24 executive order titled “Ending Crime and Disorder on America’s Streets.” A record of more than 274,000 individuals were found to be experiencing homelessness. Homelessness often leads to increased crime and fires. Trump’s order pushes local governments to redirect the homeless to “long-term institutional settings for humane treatment through the appropriate use of civil commitment.” Cabinet heads have been instructed to prioritize funding to cities that work to abolish open drug use and camping on the streets. During the Biden administration, from 2022 – 2024, the federal government spent $28 billion, with most of the money going to Democrat cities that include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Portland and San Francisco. During this period, homelessness increased by a whopping  33%. 

As of 2025, an estimated 72,308 people experienced homelessness in Los Angeles County. Homelessness is a business, and non-profit organizations are getting rich, in Democrat -majority California. The state currently is “missing” $24 billion in funds intended for the homeless! The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) is set to lose $300 million in funding, about 40% of its $875-million budget. LAHSA the lead agency that coordinates and manages federal, state, county, and city funds for the homeless.

Ex-DOGE staffer nicknamed ‘Big Balls’ left bloodied after savage DC carjacking attempt by 10 juveniles

A 19-year-old former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) staffer was beaten and bloodied by a mob of 10 minors early Sunday as he thwarted a carjacking attempt in the nation’s capital, according to DC police.

Edward Coristine, whose LinkedIn handle earned him the nickname “Big Balls” at DOGE, was with a woman near downtown DC when he saw the group of juveniles approach their car and “make a comment about taking the vehicle,” according to a Metropolitan Police Department incident report obtained by The Post.

“At that point, for her safety, [Coristine] pushed his significant other … into the vehicle and turned to deal with the suspects,” the dramatic report continues.

“The suspects then began to assault [Coristine],” the ex-DOGE staffer told officers, who rolled up on the scene at the same time he was being attacked.

Officers patrolling the 1400 block of Swann Street NW — a popular area with several shops, bars and restaurants about a mile north of the White House — noticed “a group of approximately ten juveniles surrounding the complainants’ vehicle and assaulting [Coristine],” the report states.

Most Illegals Have Some Connection to Gangs, Cartels, or Human Traffickers

Democrat lawmakers and the mainstream media often claim that less than half of the illegal immigrants currently in detention have criminal records, with some reports stating that 74% have no prior convictions. However, a criminal conviction is not required for deportation, as 100% of these individuals have already broken the law by entering or remaining in the country illegally.

Moreover, focusing solely on convictions ignores those with pending criminal charges, known affiliations with gangs or cartels, or those who were trafficked into the country. When these groups are included, the percentage of illegal immigrants with ties to criminal activity rises to nearly 80%.

Even if Democrats insist on using criminal record as the standard for deportation, a recent ICE operation, Operation Patriot, revealed that approximately 54% of the 1,461 individuals arrested had either criminal convictions or pending charges. This rate far exceeds that of the general U.S. adult population, where roughly one-third, about 70 to 100 million people, have some form of criminal record, including arrests without convictions.

Many illegal immigrants without pending charges are still arrested by ICE because the agency specifically targets individuals with known or suspected criminal backgrounds. For example, during the first 50 days of President Trump’s administration, 75% of ICE arrests involved individuals with either criminal convictions or pending charges. In lawful, warrant-based raids on homes and workplaces, everyone present is required to show identification and proof of citizenship.

It is during these checks that many are found to be in the country illegally and often identified as having gang affiliations. According to ICE data, well over half of all illegal immigrants have some form of connection to gangs, cartels, or human traffickers.

According to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), 97% of those who entered the U.S. illegally did so via the U.S.-Mexico border, almost entirely through smuggling networks. U.S. Border Patrol officials have stated that “nobody crosses without paying the cartels,” confirming that illegal immigration is now fully monopolized by criminal organizations.

These smuggling operations are run by “coyotes” who operate directly under cartel control. As a result, nearly all illegal immigrants entering through the southern border have some level of connection to a drug cartel.

Migrants pay steep fees to cross the border, averaging $6,937 for Mexican nationals and between $7,000 and $10,000 for Central Americans. Using a conservative estimate of $6,500 per person, cartels likely earned over $13 billion from human smuggling in FY2023 alone, based on the 2.8 million illegal crossings reported that year. But smuggling is only the beginning of the exploitation many migrants face.

Research from San Diego State University found that 6% of undocumented Mexican immigrants were trafficked by smugglers during entry, while 28% were trafficked by employers after arrival, meaning more than one-third experienced trafficking either en route or once in the U.S.

Forced Hospitalization Increases Suicide and Violent Crime

States are rolling out more and more aggressive forced treatment policies, ever widening the range of people who can be targeted for involuntary hospitalization. Yet a new study shows that this system is actually increasing the very problems it is meant to alleviate: Forced hospitalization substantially increases the risk of death by suicide, death by overdose, and violent crime—nearly doubling these effects.

“This result is surprising,” the researchers write in an accompanying FAQ. “Involuntary hospitalizations are a public safety measure, and the finding that they are driving more of the outcomes they seek to prevent in the judgement call subpopulation we study has important policy implications. The significance is especially pronounced since many locations across the country are seeking to scale up involuntary hospitalizations.”

Although the layperson may think that involuntary hospitalization is rare, the researchers note that it is “a widespread practice,” with 1.2 million people forcibly hospitalized each year. That makes it more than twice as common as death from cancer, they write. And this practice is growing more common every year, with many states implementing policies to expand forced treatment.

It has been difficult for researchers to study whether involuntary hospitalization is actually helpful or not. Research consistently shows that those who get hospitalized are at greater risk of suicide and other negative outcomes after hospitalization. However, this is confounded by the fact that, supposedly, those who get hospitalized are those who are already at a much higher risk of these outcomes.

The current study aimed to get around this limitation. They used quasi-random assignment (a way of mapping real-world outcomes that simulates a randomized trial) and focused solely on the cases that were considered “judgment calls”—cases in which one clinician might hospitalize, while another might not—to remove that confounding factor. Thus, the current study is probably as close as we will ever get to having a true randomized, controlled trial to answer this question.

Of course, this also means that their study results only apply to those “judgment call” cases—but the researchers estimate that they add up to 43% of all involuntarily hospitalized patients.

Ultimately, although they can’t say that all involuntary hospitalization is detrimental, they are able to say that it is detrimental on average for nearly half of those who experience it—and thus, in “judgment call” cases, clinicians should err on the side of not forcibly imprisoning their patients.

And the policy implication is that involuntary hospitalization should be drastically reduced, not rolled out as a policy to capture more and more people.

“Does involuntary hospitalization achieve its goals?” the researchers ask. “Our results suggest that, on the margin, the system we study is not achieving the intended effects of the policy.”

The study was conducted by Natalia Emanuel at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Pim Welle at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, and Valentin Bolotnyy at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. It was published sans peer review in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Staff Reports.
