FBI Is Still Stalling and Refuses to Turn Over the Seth Rich Records – The Information Could Take Down Democrat Party for a Generation

The FBI is stalling again. The world’s top intelligence agency is still refusing to turn over the Seth Rich records to Attorney Ty Clevenger.

Attorney Ty Clevenger is the bulldog attorney who has been working for years to get to the bottom of the Seth Rich murder. His requests continue to be denied by the FBI. Kash Patel cannot be sworn in as FBI Director soon enough!

Clevenger previously investigated who supplied the DNC and Podesta emails to Wikileaks during the 2016 election cycle. This was always the key to the Trump-Russia collusion nonsense.  No proof was ever offered up by the fake news legacy media, Democrats, or the intelligence community involving this scandal. If Russia did not supply the DNC emails to WikiLeaks then this was more proof that the DOJ’s Russia collusion story was a complete lie used to fool the American public.

Seth Rich was a DNC operative who was mysteriously murdered in the summer of 2016 weeks before Wikileaks released their Clinton email investigation. The murder is still unsolved.

After years of denying they had anything related to Seth Rich, the FBI and DOJ were caught lying over and over again.  In September 2023, a judge finally demanded the FBI and DOJ provide all they had regarding Seth Rich to Attorney Clevenger. The FBI responded requesting another 66 years before releasing the information. They wanted it moved out like the JFK assassination reports.

Then in late November 2023, a Federal Judge ruled the FBI must hand over evidence regarding former DNC employee Seth Rich’s murder to Ty Clevenger.

No media outlet has covered the Seth Rich story as extensively as The Gateway Pundit.

But since the November 2023 court order the FBI has completely dug in in the coverup of the Seth Rich murder. Chris Wray’s FBI continues to defy the court and will not release the laptop computer.

On Thursday, Attorney Ty Clevenger released a string of tweets on the latest in the Seth Rich investigation.

Police: ‘Trans Vegan Cult’ Linked To Multiple Murders Across The U.S.

The murder of a U.S. Border Patrol agent has unveiled a possible link between a “transgender vegan cult” and a string of murders across the U.S.

Buckle up—this one’s a doozy.

On January 20th, Inauguration Day, U.S. Border Patrol agent David Maland, 44, and other agents pulled over 21-year-old Teresa “Milo” Youngblut and German citizen Felix “Ophelia” Bauckholt in northern Vermont, near the Canadian border.

Youngblut quickly opened fire on the agents, and they all engaged in a back-and-forth shootout.

Maland and Bauckholt were killed in the incident, and Youngblut was injured in the crossfire.

The 21-year-old was finally arrested in Washington last week. She now faces one count of using a deadly weapon while assaulting a United States Border Patrol agent and one count of using and discharging a firearm during that assault. 

A judge recently ordered Youngblut to be held without bail until the preliminary hearing on February 7th.

Federal investigators have now expanded their focus to 32-year-old Michelle Zajko, who police say purchased the handguns used in Maland’s shooting.

Zajko, a biological man who identifies as a woman, is also believed to be a person of interest in the 2023 murder of his parents, Richard and Rita Zajko, who were both shot to death in their Pennsylvania home.

The case of the radical ‘Zizian’ vegan trans cult and the shooting death of a Border Patrol agent

The murder of a US Border Patrol agent near the Canadian border appears to be linked to a radical leftist trans militant cult accused of killings across the country.

Around a week before the Jan. 20 attack, federal law enforcement had been surveilling German national Felix “Ophelia” Bauckholt and University of Washington student Teresa “Milo” Consuelo Youngblut.

Staff at a Lyndonville, Vermont, motel alerted authorities about seeing the duo with a firearm and black tactical clothing.

When law enforcement visited them, the pair claimed to be looking at property in the area and promptly checked out of the motel on Jan. 14, according to court documents.

Then, on Inauguration Day, Border Patrol Agent David Maland stopped their car in Coventry, Vermont.

Youngblut allegedly shot at Maland, who was killed, and border agents returned fire, killing Bauckholt. Youngblut is in custody.

Authorities now say the guns used by Youngblut and Bauckholt are owned by a person of interest in other murders — and connected to a mysterious cult of transgender “geniuses” who follow a trans leader named Jack LaSota, also known by the alias “Ziz.”

Bauckholt was a biological male who identified as trans and used feminine pronouns. He was an award-winning youth math genius from Freiburg, Germany, who later graduated from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

Around 2021, he was hired as a quantitative trader at Tower Research Capital in New York. It is believed Baukholt was in the US on an H-1B visa. The Department of Justice says he was armed in the car and tried to aim his firearm before being shot dead.

Youngblut, who is accused of firing the surprise shots that killed Air Force veteran Maland, was injured by return fire.

Youngblut is a biological female who identifies as trans and lists having neo-pronouns as “xe/xem/xyrs” on social media. Youngblut was a University of Washington student studying computer science.

Youngblut graduated from the prestigious and woke north Seattle private institution Lakeside School, which Bill Gates also attended.

Youngblut’s family had reported her missing to Seattle police in May 2024. Her family said she was in a controlling relationship and cut off contact, according to the police report. Her social media account on BlueSky shows she followed some Antifa-aligned far-left accounts.

Refugee awarded by Tim Walz pleads guilty to role in giant COVID-related fraud scheme

A refugee in Minnesota who once received an award from the Walz administration has pled guilty for participating in the largest known COVID-related scam in America.

On Friday, 43-year-old Ayan Farah Abukar, who lives just outside Minneapolis in Savage, Minnesota, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with the Feeding Our Future case.

Following the COVID pandemic, the Minnesota Department of Education began allocating federal resources from the Federal Child Nutrition Program to the organizations Feeding Our Future and Partners in Quality Care, with the expectation that the organizations would use the money to help Minnesota children in need, the Sahan Journal explained.

Abukar became involved through the organization she founded, Action for East African People. As executive director, Abukar partnered Action for East African People with Feeding Our Future and another group identified only as Sponsor A in the DOJ press release.

Gavin Newsom’s Bay Area ravaged by surging crime as LA burns: ‘It’s a war zone!’

California residents in the Bay Area are fed up with the mounting crime and calling on Gov. Gavin Newsom to send help as Los Angeles continues to battle wildfires that have destroyed several communities. 

As looting is on the rise in Southern California as communities work to pick up the pieces left by wildfires, Newsom is calling for looting in fire evacuation zones to be a felony after prosecutors urged him to issue harsher penalties.

“Preying on people at their most vulnerable is despicable, these criminals are among the worst kinds,” Newsom said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital on Thursday afternoon. 

Newsom said “looting has never been legal here” and that “it will not be tolerated” as the state continues to battle the ravenous inferno that broke out on Jan. 7.

Robbery Suspect Freed by Weak Judge — in 30 Min He Sex Assaults 3 Women and 2 Girls: Police

One day after a trip through what NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch calls the “revolving door of our criminal justice system,” a man charged with robbery was accused of groping and grabbing five women.

Jason Ayala, 31, was charged with two counts of robbery after allegedly attacking a 61-year-old man and a 51-year-old man on Jan. 12 and then stealing a cell phone from one of them, the New York Post reported on Saturday.

Although the second-degree robbery charges are among those where bail can be set, Judge Robert Rosenthal, appointed by former Mayor Bill de Blasio, put Ayala on the street.

But as the Post told the tale, Ayala was free to do as he pleased, which led him to a public housing project where he began a 30-minute spree that started with him allegedly grabbing the buttocks of a 14-year-old girl in the lobby of the building.

After a walk to a different project, Ayala was accused of grabbing the buttocks of a 35-year-old woman.

Fifteen minutes after the first offense, he had returned to the first housing project. A 49-year-old woman was slapped on the buttocks, with Ayala being accused of the deed.

Five minutes later, Ayala was accused of touching the crotch of a 12-year-old girl and her 32-year-old mother as they rode an elevator.

The mom of the 14-year-old called police, who hauled off Ayala.

“The next day, the day after he was arraigned on the earlier robbery arrest, he victimized five additional females in Manhattan,” Tisch said.

“All of the arrests were for forcibly touching intimate parts and endangerment. He shouldn’t have been out on our streets the next day doing that,” she added.

Earlier this month, Tisch said in a statement that “we must stop the revolving door of our criminal justice system that has allowed too many violent and repeat criminals back onto our streets.”

Insane: German Funeral for Victims Murdered by Afghan Migrant, Including a 2-Yr-Old Child Is Marred by Antifa

As reported by Robert Spencer, a well-known expert on Jihad and militant Islam, a funeral for Germans murdered by an Afghan migrant was interrupted by Antifa.

On Wednesday, an Afghan migrant who was living in an asylum center was arrested for stabbing to death a two-year-old child and 41-year-old man on a playground. Two others were injured in the knife attack.

28-year-old Enamullah O had a history of violent attacks and was in Germany despite having an order to leave the country.

Workers at a nursery, or what we call a daycare center here in America, noticed the man acting suspiciously and decided to move the children inside. It was at that moment that the Afghan migrant attacked the children killing a two-yer-old and then killing a 41-year-old man who attempted to rescue the children.

It was the latest mass killing by a migrant in Germany.

Then, at the funeral, Antifa showed up and reportedly insulted family members and friends, accusing them of being fascist.

Sadly, this well-known tactic of the left frequently works in silencing critics of mass migration and militant Islam.

Calif. ‘Bolder Than Most’ Rapist Released Despite Victims’ Concerns For The Community 

A labeled “bolder than most” serial rapist has been released from prison despite the opposition from his victims. 

According to a report by Fox News Digital, court documents stated that Alvin Ray Quarles would break into homes and motel rooms in California between 1987 and 1988, forcing husbands and boyfriends to watch as he sexually assaulted their partners.

In several instances, he reportedly threatened to rape the female partner and forced frightened couples to perform sex activities while he watched, only stopping when the man was unable to continue.

In 1989, Quarles, who is now 62, admitted to four charges of forceful rape and was given a sentence of 50 years in state prison. According to documents, authorities suspect he assaulted over a dozen women over that time.  

According to NBC San Diego, Quarles served ten years in a sex offender treatment program at Coalinga State Hospital following his 25-year sentence in state prison.

Quarles will be released under a conditional release program for sexually violent predators who have been diagnosed with a mental illness that increases their likelihood of committing new crimes, the San Diego Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.

NBC San Diego also reported that Quarles was diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder, voyeuristic disorder, and sexual sadism disorder.

Quarles will be under 24-hour supervision at a Liberty Healthcare facility in Campo, California, and will be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life. The department wrote that it, the district attorney’s office, and the SAFE task force were not “responsible for the selection of this location.” 

According to NBC San Diego, his release requirements include on-site law enforcement or security personnel and round-the-clock GPS monitoring.
