Britain Is Lost: White Men in UK to Face Tougher Sentencing

Starting Tuesday, white men in the United Kingdom will face tougher sentencing than ethnic, cultural, or faith minorities, as well as young people under 25, women, and pregnant women.

They used to call this racism.

So now, if you are a white man, you can expect more time in prison than a minority person.

This is the same country that arrests you for smart-a$$ comments on social media.

Britain truly is lost.

What a humiliating end to a once-great empire.

Via Caldron Pool:

From Tuesday, new judicial guidelines in the United Kingdom will introduce sentencing policies that apply differential treatment based on ethnicity, gender, and age—leading to harsher punishments for white men compared to other groups in society. The move has been met with criticism from Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, both of whom have expressed concerns about the fairness of the policy and signalled potential legislative action.

Afghan National Accused of Stabbing Murder, Brought in Under Biden’s “Operation Allies Welcome” Program

Crooked Joe Biden is out of office, but his destructive policies are still wreaking havoc on the United States. Under the previous administration the DHS had a program called “Operation Allies Welcome” which helped settle Afghan refugees into the US.

37-year-old Masiulla Sahil is accused in the stabbing murder of Abdul Niazi, 34 years old. Both the victim and suspect were from Afghanistan.

Niazi was in a wheelchair and had lost both of his legs working for the United States Military while in Afghanistan. Niazi had a business where he helped Afghan refugees with issues including job applications, and paperwork to assist with immigration.

Sahil sought assistance from Niazi for his status as a refugee, but became increasingly frustrated at how long the approval for his refugee status was taking. After a brief argument, Sahil went to his vehicle, got a knife and came back to the office. After threatening Niazi, he stabbed him approximately 20 times.

Niazi had died on scene at his office. Sahil was eventually apprehended and was arrested. According to investigators, video shows the suspect entering and leaving the building. There appeared to be blood on his clothes while he was leaving the place of business.

Investigators also said that in court it was said that Sahil called a family member of Niazi’s to apologize after the attack.

Niazi is survived by his wife and five children. All his children are under 10 years old.

Pennsylvania Man Caught on Camera Carving Swastika into Tesla Makes Another Incredibly Dumb Move That Leads to His Identification and Arrest

Radical leftists across the country have been vandalizing Teslas and setting Tesla dealerships on fire across the country all because of their blind hatred of Elon Musk. But in a twist, one of these unhinged losers decided to make things easy for law enforcement this week.

As NBC 10 Philadelphia reported, an unidentified male was caught on tape vandalizing a Tesla in the parking lot of a Planet Fitness in Doylestown Borough on Monday. The Bucks County Courier Times reported the man responsible for the vandalism is 55-year-old Chadd Ritenbaug of Doylestown Township.

The Central Bucks Regional Police Department said the suspect was caught on the car’s cameras parking next to the Tesla and getting out of his silver-colored Lexus. The video then showed him squatting behind the vehicle and proceeding to scratch a swastika into the Tesla moments before 9:30 a.m.

But instead of running away, Ritenbaugh thankfully made another incredibly foolish move that came back to haunt him.

After vandalizing the Tesla, Ritenbaugh walked into Planet Fitness and scanned his membership card with the staff at the front desk. He proceeded to work out as if nothing happened.

Ritenbaugh’s decision enabled police to identify him using his gym membership card and his Pennsylvania Driver’s License photo.

Ritenbaugh is charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, harassment, and two counts of summary harassment and disorderly conduct. Patch reports Ritenbaugh was arraigned on March 28 before Judge Mark Douple.

His bail has been set at $25,000.

This incident is made more ironic by the fact that Ritenbaugh apparently has a LinkedIn account which shows he owns a company called Black Car Service of Bucks County, PA. The company also happens to be hiring right now.

Transgender inmate arrested for strangling 11-month-old daughter allowed to receive gender reassignment surgery

An inmate claiming to be a transgender woman who allegedly strangled her 11-month-old daughter to death is set to receive state-funded gender transition surgery.

Autumn Cordellione, born Jonathan Richardson, was sentenced to 55 years behind bars in 2001 in Indiana for killing her stepchild while her partner was at work.

In 2023, she requested but was denied gender transition surgery — leading her to file a lawsuit with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

A federal judge found she was at risk of harm if she did not get surgery and granted an injunction — a legal order requiring someone to do something — to have Cordellione undergo an orchiectomy, to remove testicles, and a vaginoplasty, to invert the penis into a vagina. Overall, these surgeries typically cost about $27,000 in total.

The decision to allow the surgeries to move forward came despite the opinion of a psychologist, who said Cordellione did not have gender dysphoria and did not need the operations, but rather was seeking attention.

But the ACLU said refusing to organize the surgeries violated the eighth amendment — that no punishment be excessive.

The Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC), which had refused the surgeries, argued, however, it could not fund them because of an Indiana state law that bars the use of taxpayer funds for gender transition procedures for inmates.

Despite that, it has now been ordered to arrange them, and find a surgeon for Cordellione — who was rejected as a patient by the state’s only gender-transition clinic because it said it did not operate on inmates.

Have California Democrats Finally Gone Too Far?

California has reached a new level of insanity. A proposed ballot initiative in the state is named after Luigi Mangione, the man accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. But here’s the kicker: Democrats couldn’t even spell his name right.

The so-called “Luigi Mangioni Access to Health Care Act” aims to make it more difficult for insurance companies to deny medical treatment claims.

That’s right — these people are trying to turn an accused killer into some kind of folk hero to push their radical agenda. You can’t make this stuff up.

The Luigi Mangione Access to Health Care Act submitted to the California Attorney General’s Office would make it illegal for an insurance company to “delay, deny or modify any medical procedure or medication” that is suggested by a licensed physician in the Golden State where there could be serious consequences such as “disability, death, amputation, permanent disfigurement, loss or reduction of any bodily function,” the document states. It was filed by Paul Eisner, a longtime Los Angeles-based attorney.

The terms “delay” and “deny” were made popular by the healthcare book “Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies Don’t Pay Claims and What You Can Do About.” The words “delay, deny, and depose” were reportedly inscribed on the casings of the bullets that killed Brian Thompson on Dec. 4.

“What” Rob Pyers, research director for California Target Book, posted on X.

“A proposed ballot initiative has been filed in California entitled “The Luigi Mangioni (sic) Access to Health Care Act.” Actually,” Los Angeles-based conservative activist Elizabeth Barcohana said.

It’s sick the way Democrats celebrate evil people.

Unhinged Leftist Who Assaulted Female TPUSA Chapter President with Metal Bike Lock Finally Arrested — Violent ‘Trans-Identified’ Faces Multiple Felony Charges

The violent individual who brutally assaulted a female TPUSA Chapter President at the University of Texas at Dallas has finally been arrested and identified.

According to TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk, Chapter President Paige Neumann and her secretary, Grace, were peacefully tabling on campus when the assailant struck.

The attacker, identified as Liam Thanh Tam Nguyen—an Asian male who reportedly goes by the alias “Alyssa”—slammed a metal bike lock into Paige’s head with such force that it shattered her phone. Grace’s phone was also destroyed in the chaos.

The violent leftist then fled the scene, pedaling away like the coward he is, leaving the young women shaken.

“Paige has filed a police report with University Police, who are thankfully taking this matter seriously and are currently searching for the individual,” Kirk reported on Tuesday. “Thankfully, Paige and her chapter VP Grace are both physically doing okay.”

The Empire of Crime: María Corina Machado and Edmundo González accuse Maduro of leading the Tren de Aragua and the Cartel of the Suns.

The statement issued on March 17, 2025, by María Corina Machado and Edmundo González Urrutia, leaders of the Venezuelan opposition, was a forceful attack against Nicolás Maduro.
In it, they directly accused him of being the leader of two of the most dangerous criminal organizations in Hispanic America: the Tren de Aragua and the Cartel of the Suns.
Machado and González claim that these organizations do not operate independently but are instruments of Maduro’s regime.

According to María Corina, the Tren de Aragua is involved in drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and other serious crimes, affecting both Venezuelans and citizens of other countries. The Cartel of the Suns, meanwhile, is allegedly composed of senior government officials and military personnel engaged in large-scale drug trafficking.
Her statement highlights how these mafias have extended their reach beyond Venezuela. The Tren de Aragua, originating in Aragua state, has committed numerous murders both inside and outside the country, including in Chile, according to data from the Chilean Prosecutor’s Office.

In Santiago, for instance, it is blamed for assassinations and extortion activities. Additionally, she mentions cases in Peru and Colombia, where the gang has been linked to human trafficking networks.

Judge Boasberg Grills DOJ Lawyers AGAIN Over Deportation of Criminal Aliens, Threatens Trump Admin with Consequences if They Violate His Court Order

Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, once again grilled DOJ lawyers about the Trump Administration’s move to deport dangerous Venezuelan aliens under the Alien Enemies Act.

A showdown between Boasberg and the Trump DOJ played out in court this week after the judge issued an order forcing planes en route to Central and South America carrying dangerous Venezuelan aliens to turn around and come back to the US.

On Sunday, the Trump DOJ provided an update to Boasberg’s order and said the criminal aliens were outside of US territory when the order came down.

The DOJ argued that the Judge has zero jurisdiction over international airspace.

The Justice Department also refused to give Judge James Boasberg sensitive information in a case against Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act.

This angered the judge and he insisted that disclosing sensitive information won’t put state secrets in danger because Secretary of State Marco Rubio has publicly spoken about the deportation flights.

“Defendants shall have until March 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. to provide the information discussed in the Minute Order of March 18, 2025, or to invoke the state-secrets doctrine and explain the basis for such invocation,” the judge wrote on Wednesday.

The Thursday noon deadline passed and Judge Boasberg once again lashed out at the DOJ’s response as “woefully insufficient.”

Cori Bush’s Husband Indicted for Wire Fraud, Allegedly Submitted False Applications To Obtain COVID Relief Funds

Former left-wing congresswoman Cori Bush’s husband was charged on Thursday with defrauding the federal government to illegally collect tens of thousands of dollars in loans under COVID-era small business relief programs.

Cortney Merritts, who secretly married Bush in 2023, falsified details about his purported businesses in order to obtain more than $20,000 in loans from the Small Business Administration in 2020 and 2021 under the Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program, the Department of Justice said in a statement.

Bush represented St. Louis before suffering a primary loss last year that she blamed on the Jews. She was a member of the far-left “Squad” that includes Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) and Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich.). She refused to call Hamas a terrorist group and was one of two House members to vote against a resolution to ban Hamas terrorists from entering the United States.

The indictment comes roughly one year after the DOJ launched an investigation into Bush over a separate ordeal: Bush’s campaign payments to Merritts.

Bush used her congressional campaign budget to pay for more than $812,000 on questionable private security services. She paid more than $150,000 to her husband.

Non-Citizen Former USPS Worker Convicted in $1.7 Million Mail Theft and Bank Fraud Scheme, Lying on Citizenship Papers

A former U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employee, Hachikosela Muchimba, has been convicted of masterminding a $1.7 million mail theft and bank fraud scheme and falsifying his citizenship application.

Muchimba, 44, worked as a letter carrier at the Friendship Post Office in D.C.

During his tenure, Muchimba stole 98 checks, primarily from the U.S. Treasury, valued at over $1.6 million, by altering payee names or forging endorsements to deposit them into seven bank accounts he controlled.

Surveillance footage from banks showed him often making transactions in his USPS uniform.

“Muchimba used the proceeds of the stolen checks to fund a lavish lifestyle that included international travel, stays at luxury hotels, and purchases at gentlemen’s clubs,” the Department of Justice said in a press release.

The press release added, “During the scheme, Muchimba applied to become a naturalized U.S. citizen and provided false information to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services officers by telling them that he had not committed any crimes for which he had not been arrested. That offense carries a maximum penalty of ten years of incarceration and possible administrative denaturalization.”

In September 2023, Muchimba was arrested at Dulles International Airport. He was carrying $2,000 in cash, a Zambian passport, and a ticket to Zambia.
