How the US Government (FDA, DOD) removed the requirement for informed consent for EUA Countermeasures.

I wanted to add some information to a recent post by Katherine Watt: email answer to Bill Marshall (Judicial Watch). I agree with Katherine that both “approved” Biologics License Approval (BLA) and EUA versions of covid shots are fake and poisonous. This applies to all of the 400+ covid products on the market – all of them are Emergency Use (EUA) only.  The most important thing about EUA status – it is non-investigational by law (Para 564 of FDCA).  Most people do not fully grasp the meaning of this.  While a chemical entity is classed as a non-investigational entity, it can never become a medicinal product in the ethical meaning of medicine, i.e. to treat, deliver some therapeutic benefit while minimizing the risk.  That is completely out of the question for an EUA.  It can never be used in a real clinical trial, because a clinical trial is a legally safeguarded investigation in humans.  Since no clinical trials are possible, no FDA approval (BLA) is possible as BLA by law requires safeguarded clinical trials with informed consent.

The BLA can only be theoretically achieved if the PHE is terminated, PREP Act declaration is terminated, EUA is revoked, product removed from market, and only after a new set of regulated, safeguarded real clinical trials are performed.  Obviously, this will never happen for mRNA products. Given the well-documented slaughter that they have caused, any institutional review board (IRB) that is insane enough to approve a “trial” of a known lethal poison in humans will have a bullseye painted on it for liability lawsuits. There is no way to ever test this garbage in people under normal ethical bioresearch frameworks. In addition, it is impossible to manufacture these things to cGMP/pharma standards, as making of biologics is a probabilistic and not a deterministic process. All of this was well known to the regulators, DARPA and to manufacturers prior to 2020. That’s why they went into so much effort to change the US law and construct the legal kill box which thoroughly shields them from liability before faking the pandemic, lying on a massive scale and deploying this poison on billions of people.

War, Secrecy, and Lies

You know an American war is going poorly when the lies come swiftly, as with the Afghan War, or when it’s hidden under a cloak of secrecy, which is also increasingly true of the Afghan War.

This is nothing new, of course.  Perhaps the best book I read in 2019 is H. Bruce Franklin’s Crash Course: From the Good War to the Forever War.  Franklin, who served in the U.S. Air Force in the 1950s before becoming an English professor, cultural historian, and an outspoken opponent of the Vietnam War, is devastating in his critique of the military-industrial complex in this memoir.  I recommend it highly to all Americans who want to wrestle with tough truths.

Let’s consider one example: Franklin’s dismissal of the “stab-in-the-back” myth (or Rambo myth) that came out of the Vietnam War.  This was the idea the U.S. military could have won in Vietnam, and was indeed close to winning, only to be betrayed by weak-kneed politicians and the anti-war movement.

Franklin demolishes this argument in a paragraph that is worth reading again and again:

One widespread cultural fantasy about the Vietnam War blames the antiwar movement for forcing the military to “fight with one arm tied behind its back.”  But this belief stands reality on its head.  The American people, disgusted and angry about the Korean War, were in no mood to support a war in Vietnam.  Staunch domestic opposition kept Washington from going in overtly.  So it went covertly.  It thereby committed itself to a policy based on deception, sneaking around, and hiding its actions from the American people.  The U.S. government thus created the internal nemesis of its own war: the antiwar movement.  That movement was inspired and empowered not just by our outrage against the war [but] also by the lies about the war, lies necessitated by the war, coming from our government and propagated by the media.  Although it was the Vietnamese who defeated the United States, ultimately it was the antiwar movement, especially within the armed forces, that finally in 1973 forced Washington to accept, at long last, the terms of the 1954 Geneva Accords, and to sign a peace treaty that included, word for word, every major demand made by the National Liberation Front (the so-called Viet Cong) back in 1969…

The truth was that for three decades our nation had sponsored and then waged a genocidal war against a people and a nation that had never done anything to us except ask for our friendship and support [during and after World War II].

This is well and strongly put.  The American people had no interest in intervening in Vietnam in the 1950s; the Korean debacle had been enough.  But the U.S. government intervened anyway, lying about its involvement until it could no longer lie.  Then a bigger lie was concocted, the Gulf of Tonkin incident, to justify a larger commitment of troops in the mid-1960s, which led to near-genocidal destruction in Vietnam.

The Dam Is Breaking on Medical Trafficking Evidence – The Blood Was Contaminated

For the last four years, global citizens have been forced, coerced, defrauded and lied to about the COVID-19 vascular, neurological and severe cardio injuries, but this month, the damn has broken further about the endless greed associated with medical corruption about who knew what when it comes to medical trafficking and known medical corruption for decades.

It should be a massive wake-up call for those who are in denial that governments, the medical industry, and PHARMA are incapable of lying to the public and citizens should just believe in the medical divinity of those in white coats.

This week in the UK a cataclysmic story broke when the UK Inquiry on Blood Contamination released its findings. It is a stunning story about people in the know keeping their mouths shut and going about their jobs selling, profiting and administering blood transfusions since the 1970s to innocent human beings in dire need that resulted in Hep C to HIV and other diseases, and resulted in horrific deaths that affected loved ones and family caretakers.

The 2,000-plus page report was released on Monday. The summary alone is devastating blow to humanity and has brought shame upon the UK bureaucrats elected to protect their citizens via regulatory agencies and the medical industry’s lack of ethical standards.

In the 1970s, the UK was in need of blood and imported it – some from the U.S. The blood was sold and known to be contaminated by some in the know, who chose to remain silent.

By the mid-1970s, there were repeated warnings that imported US Factor VIII carried greater risk of infection and the UK’s NHS continued to use foreign supplies. For a summary of the findings, as reported by Sky News watch this short report.

Sir Brian Langstaff, a former High Court Judge, led the inquiry since 2017 across the U.K. He stated that thousands of patients were admitted to hospitals and ended up with “life shattering” medical complications.

His announcement of the findings publicly can be watched here.

Ukrainian military STOLE aid money intended for fortifications, so nothing got built

Much of the money that the West sent to Ukraine to help the Zelensky regime fight Russia was embezzled by the Ukrainian military, we have learned.

The reason why Russian armor was so easily able to roll across the border into Kharkov without resistance is because instead of using all that cash to build up its defenses, Ukraine stole the money and used it to pad the pockets of key government figures.

It turns out that both military and civilian authorities in Ukraine’s Kharkov Region paid millions of dollars to fake companies to supply non-existent building materials for the construction of defense fortifications. What they really did with all that money was launder it, in other words.

To those who would say that this is just “Russian propaganda” or “the Kremlin’s marching orders,” consider the fact that Russia swept the region with ease precisely because Ukraine spent all that money elsewhere instead of on military fortifications as claimed.

Owners of fake Ukrainian businesses called “avatars” by watchdog

According to reports, Russia captured dozens of towns and villages all throughout the northern part of the Kharkov Region last Friday after launching its offensive and discovering that Ukraine was wearing no clothes.

Russian troops reportedly captured the village of Bugrovatka on the Monday after as well, with additional Ukrainian losses being reported near Veseloye, Volchansk and Liptsi, the latter of which is located about 20 kilometers from the outskirts of Kharkov city.

Democrat Fraudster Begs Joe Biden to Pardon Her

Former Baltimore prosecutor and convicted fraudster Marilyn Mosby is begging President Joe Biden to pardon her as she awaits her sentence.

According to a letter sent to Biden by the Congressional Black Caucus on Thursday, Mosby claims that her conviction was politically motivated, prompting her to plead with Biden to save her from serving a potential 20 months in federal prison.

“As a nation that leads by example, our justice system must not be weaponized to prevent progress toward a more perfect union,” Rep. Steven Horsford (D-NV) wrote in the letter. “We share your desire for racial equity, Mr. President and this Trump-era prosecution is in direct conflict with a justice system that serves us all.”

Mosby’s conviction includes one count of mortgage fraud and two counts of perjury. She is seeking nothing more than probation for her actions.

In February, a federal jury found that Mosby made a false statement on a mortgage application for a home in Florida. Three months later, another jury convicted the Democrat on charges relating to the withdrawal of COVID-19 funds from the city’s Deferred Compensation Plan.

Prosecutors alleged that Mosby used the financial hardships of COVID-19 to make early withdrawals from her retirement account which she then used for down payments on two Florida homes.

“While pardon applications generally express remorse and regret, what happens when justice was not served and in fact, denied?” Mosby wrote in her pardon application. “No such remorse and regret is appropriate in this case.”

Is This Suburban New York Charity a Terrorist Front Group?

At first glance, the Westchester Peace Action Committee Foundation (WESPAC) seems unremarkable: a sleepy community organization with just one part-time staffer, a modest office in White Plains, N.Y., and little by way of public events.

But the group raked in $2.4 million in 2022—more than three times as much as it raised in 2020, according to public tax filings. The charity in 2022 spent nearly $1.5 million on “office expenses,” a category the IRS says should only cover “supplies, telephone, postage.”

“This is all very strange, it seems like they’re trying to obfuscate what they’re really spending their money on,” said former IRS tax law specialist and nonprofit consultant Patrick Sternal. “This doesn’t look like a particularly transparent organization, this filing raises all sorts of questions.”

A new lawsuit could point to some answers.

In May, families of the victims of Hamas’s Oct. 7 attack on Israel filed suit against National Students for Justice in Palestine and American Muslims for Palestine, both of which, the plaintiffs allege, are “collaborators and propagandists for Hamas.” Buried in the suit is a brief reference to WESPAC, which the suit names as the “official ‘fiscal sponsor'” of National Students for Justice in Palestine.

“The financial interactions between WESPAC and its anti-Israel clientele is intentionally opaque to largely shield from public view the flow of funds between and among them,” the lawsuit reads.

Fiscal sponsorships are IRS-designated arrangements in which parent organizations accept donations on behalf of their subsidiaries. Legally speaking, there is no distinction between WESPAC and National Students for Justice in Palestine. If the latter is indeed proven to be a Hamas collaborator, the former would be as well.

The IRS created the “fiscal sponsorship” designation so that established charities could help incubate new initiatives that would spin off into their own independent organizations after a certain period of time. But in recent years, fiscal sponsorships have become a critical tool for left-wing activists and donors such as George Soros and Pierre Omidyar to quickly mobilize “grassroots” campaigns on hot-button issues while hiding donors behind the causes.

For decades, WESPAC’s fiscal sponsorship has helped it to avoid scrutiny leveled at similar groups. According to its annual tax filings, WESPAC is just a small charity devoted to “current affairs education.” The group has even managed to remain under the radar as fiscal sponsorships connected to the left-wing Tides Foundation have been linked to a number of illegal protests.

Former Texas District Attorney Official Pleads Guilty to Smuggling Illegal Aliens in Government Vehicle

A former official from the Starr County District Attorney’s Office pleaded guilty on Friday to smuggling illegal aliens from the border in a government vehicle.

Bernice Annette Garza had been charged with conspiracy to transport people illegally within the United States.

Garza was arrested on December 7, 2022, during a traffic stop near Victoria. According to a report from MY RVG, four illegal aliens were found inside the District Attorney’s office vehicle at that time.

Express News reports:

In the car with Garza were Magaly Rosa and her husband, Juan Antonio Charles, both then 40 and part of the smuggling operation, according to court records.

The deputy also found four undocumented migrants in the car, records show. They were visibly trembling, were wearing new clothes and appeared to answer questions as though “rehearsed,” the complaint says.

Rosa told authorities that Garza had recruited her to smuggle migrants in her county vehicle. She said Garza provided fraudulent court papers that identified migrants as crime victims, the complaint says.

Rosa and her husband operated their home as a stash house for newly arrived migrants, according to the criminal complaint. They would buy them clothes and feed them, and then Garza would pick up the migrants and Rosa in her county vehicle for the trip to Houston, the complaint says.

Garza confessed that she and her coconspirators had made over 40 trips smuggling the migrants between June and December 2022.

Woke DC mayor takes her 14-strong entourage 2,500 miles on taxpayer-funded ‘mission’ to LAS VEGAS just weeks after blowing thousands of the public’s cash on lavish golf trip… so do YOU think these business trips are justified?

Washington DC‘s woke Mayor Muriel Bowser will travel on a taxpayer-funded jaunt to Las Vegas with her team just hours from now.

It comes just weeks after the Democrat faced backlash for attending the lavish Masters golf tournament that cost $5,000 per person, Bowser personally revealed.

The mayor will travel with a team of 14 on an ‘economic mission’ to the International Council of Shopping Centers at the Wynn Las Vegas on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, according to her public calendar.

‘Mayor Bowser will attend the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) to attract retail to the District of Columbia,’ the description states.

‘This economic mission is coordinated by the Washington, DC Economic Partnership, which has organized the District’s presence at ICSC since 2001,’ her office added in the event’s explanation.

In a separate press release, the mayor’s office said ‘we know that Washingtonians in every part of DC want access to fantastic amenities.

‘From the Lidl in Ward 7 to the Wegmans in Ward 3, those are conversations that started at ICSC.

The mayor’s team added, ‘Through programs like the Food Access Fund and the Neighborhood Prosperity Fund, we have made good progress in filling amenity gaps, but there is still more to do to ensure greater accessibility and equity – and filling those gaps and supporting the continued transformation of Downtown will be a focus of this trip.’

The traveling delegation’s aims for the trip are ‘expanding the Washington, D.C. brand’, ‘generating business leads for major development projects’, ‘fostering business relationships’ and ‘engaging with new prospects including retailers and brokers.’

Mayor Bowser faced intense scrutiny for using taxpayer money to fund a trip to one of the most exclusive sports events in the world, the US Masters in Augusta, Georgia, last week.

The mayor’s official schedule said that on Saturday April 13, she would be traveling to the Peach state ‘as part of a sports and economic development visit.’

The communications director for Bowser’s office, Susan Castillo, told DC NewsNow this week that the mayor was invited by two people who are ‘spearheading’ a plan to rejuvenate two areas of the city.

Bowser was invited by the Task Force to Shape Future of Gallery Place/Chinatown Neighborhood chairs Jodie McLean and Deborah Ratner Salzberg, Castillo told the website.

Fake scientific studies forcing closures of medical journals

Fraudulent studies have infiltrated top scientific journals, “leading to thousands of retractions and millions of dollars in lost revenue,” the Wall Street Journal  reported.

“Although this large-scale fraud represents a small percentage of submissions to journals, it threatens the legitimacy of the nearly $30 billion academic publishing industry and the credibility of science as a whole,” the article stated.

Wiley, a 217-year-old publisher based in Hoboken, New Jersey, which is slated to close 19 journals, has taken the largest hit, WSJ reported.

The problem is due to paper mills — entities that, “for a price, will list a scientist as an author of a wholly or partially fabricated paper,” WSJ noted. The paper mills then submit the work, “generally avoiding the most prestigious journals in favor of publications such as one-off special editions that might not undergo as thorough a review and where they have a better chance of getting bogus work published.”

And, on the other side, there are motivating factors at play, WSJ noted.

Pentagon sounds alarm over Ukraine corruption

The conflict with Russia has created new opportunities for bribes, kickbacks and theft in Ukraine, the US military’s inspector general told Congress in the quarterly report on the $113 billion in aid sent to Kiev.

Department of Defense Inspector General Robert Storch also serves as the special inspector for Operation Atlantic Resolve, the US-led operation to arm Ukraine.

“The ongoing war with Russia has created new opportunities for corruption, with several recent scandals within the defense sector revealing the misuse of wartime resources and weapons procurement funds,” the report said.

“Endemic corruption persists” in Ukraine, which remains “one of the least accountable governments in Europe,” according to the Pentagon’s inspector-general.

“Bribes, kickbacks, and inflated procurement costs are common risks for corruption within the Ministry of Defense,” leading to purchases of “inferior equipment” or “diversion of funds” intended for food and ammunition, according to the report.
