Republican Bill To Allow Utility Companies To Ration Energy

Instead of demanding that utility companies spend up for reliable sources of energy, legislators try to balance the shortfall on the backs of consumers. Worse, this type of nonsense come Republican lawmakers. Public Utilities are monopolies under strict control of public boards and are supposed to provide energy to all consumers.

As I wrote in Technocracy’s Necessary Requirements, this was the plan for Technocracy as revealed in the Technocracy Study Course in 1934. Here are the first two requirements:

1. Register on a continuous 24-hour-per-day basis the total net conversion of energy

Conversion of energy means creating useable energy from stored energy like coal, oil or natural gas; when they are burned, electricity is generated. Hydroelectric and nuclear also convert energy. There were two reasons to keep track of useable energy: First, it was the basis for issuing “energy script” to all citizens for buying and selling goods and services. Second, it predicted economic activity because all such activity is directly dependent upon energy. (Note that Technocrats intended to pre-determine how much energy would be made available in the first place.)

2. By means of the registration of energy converted and consumed, make possible a balanced load

Once available energy was quantified, it was to be allocated to consumers and manufacturers so as to limit production and consumption. Technocrats would have control of both ends, so that everything is managed according to their scientific formulas.

The modern Smart Grid, with its ubiquitous WiFi-enabled Smart Meters on homes and businesses, is the exact fulfillment of these two requirements. The concept of “energy web” was first revitalized in 1999 by the Bonneville Power Authority (BPA) in Portland, Oregon. A government agency, BPA had a rich history of Technocrats dating back to its creation in 1937. The “energy web” was renamed Smart Grid in 2009 during the Obama Administration. Proposed legislation would allow utility companies to temporarily limit the amount of customers’ energy usage during peak demand times.

Rep. Roy Klopfenstein, R-Haviland, introduced House Bill 427 late last month. The measure, which has not yet been assigned to a committee, creates a “voluntary demand response program.”

Under the program, customers could opt to allow utilities to “temporarily adjust energy usage” during periods of high demand. Actions could include “raising thermostat settings or cycling water heaters.”

As proposed, customers could override any changes, and utilities could compensate customers either annually or per event. The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio would review the programs to ensure they are cost-effective for customers.

“This legislation is a crucial step in our state’s comprehensive plan to ensure all Ohioans have access to reliable, affordable, and readily available energy,” Klopfenstein said in a release.

“Demand response programs have proven to be a vital tool for our large commercial users, and it’s important that similar programs are made available to residential and small commercial users,” Klopfenstein added. “These programs will ease the strain on our energy grid and save money for all Ohioans.”

“Above the Law” Landlord: Letitia James Caught Violating New York’s Rent Stabilization Laws

New York State Attorney General Letitia James, long claiming to be a public champion of tenants’ rights, has herself been in violation of New York City’s rent stabilization laws for more than two decades.

Since purchasing a four-story apartment building at 296 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn in 2001, James has failed to register the property with the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) as required for rent-stabilized buildings.

By failing to register, she denied her tenants the protections of rent stabilization, while collecting rents above the legally regulated amounts for 24 years.

New York City’s housing code is based on its “Rent Stabilization Law of 1969,” which was designed to shield tenants from large rent raises, unlawful deregulation, and eviction abuses.

It sets yearly allowable rent increases, typically at around 3% per year. The law applies to qualifying buildings and requires landlords to register with DHCR and file annual reports on tenants, rents, and lease terms.

Biden administration FBI probe targeting Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA revealed

Multiple America First leaders are speaking out against the weaponization of the justice system, revealing that the Biden administration’s FBI “improperly” targeted Republican groups during their “Arctic Frost” probe, which included recently assassinated political powerhouse, Charlie Kirk, and his Turning Point USA organization. 

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, noted that a whistleblower confirmed that while operation “Arctic Frost” was supposedly designed to investigate claims that President Donald Trump attempted to overturn the questionable 2020 election, the FBI used its power to target Republican bystanders. 

Nearly 100 Republican groups and individuals were politically targeted, including Charlie Kirk and his Turning Point USA organization, according to Grassley. He stated, “In other words, Arctic Frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump. It was a vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.”

After the hearing, Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., discussed the FBI targeting of Kirk on the Jesse Waters show on Fox News. He said he believed that the intention was purely intimidation. He called the Biden administration’s political weaponization of the justice system “Nothing but terrorism.”

Dearborn’s Muslim mayor tells Christian he’s ‘not welcome’ in debate on honoring pro-terror Arab leader

At a Dearborn City Council meeting last week, Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud told local resident Edward “Ted” Barham, a Christian, that he was “not welcome” in the city after Barham raised concerns about new street signs honoring Arab American News publisher Osama Siblani.

FOX 2 Detroit reported that the signs honoring Siblani were placed at intersections on Warren Avenue by Wayne County, not the City of Dearborn. But the mayor escalated the debate, telling Barham, “Although you live here, you are not welcome here.”

Barham introduced himself as “Ted Barham, Dearborn resident,” and objected to two intersections being renamed after Siblani.

He said, “He’s a promoter of Hezbollah and Hamas” before quoting past remarks from Siblani, including, “He talks about how the blood of the martyrs irrigates the land of Palestine … whether we are in Michigan and whether we are in Yemen. Believe me, everyone should fight within his means. They will fight with stones, others will fight with guns, others fight with planes, drones, and rockets.”

Major NYC strip club group bribed state auditor with lap dances, avoided $8M in taxes: AG

What a bunch of boobs.

A major strip club group bribed a state auditor — including with lap dances — to avoid paying more than $8 million in New York City sales taxes over the last 14 years, prosecutors charged Tuesday.

The State Attorney General’s Office unsealed a 79-count criminal indictment against the company, RCI, and five of its executives, accusing them of engaging in a naked, tax fraud scheme.

The affair was so brazen, a top RCI accountant even allegedly made at least 10 trips from Texas to New York to treat the former auditor at the company’s Manhattan jiggle joints, Rick’s Cabaret, Vivid Cabaret and Hoops Cabaret and Sports Bar, court papers state.

“RCI’s executives shamelessly used their strip clubs to bribe their way out of paying millions of dollars in taxes,” said AG Letitia James. “I will always take action to fight corruption and ensure everyone pays their fair share.”

Biden’s FBI Targeted Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA

FBI Director Kash Patel faces questions during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday morning, during which Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) revealed that whistleblower revelations showed that Joe Biden’s FBI targeted not just Donald Trump, but a wide swath of Republican organizations — including Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA.

Grassley reminded Patel of the FBI’s recent history of political weaponization, pointing directly to an operation known as “Arctic Frost.”

“At your nomination hearing, I made public records that whistleblowers provide me about Arctic Frost,” Grassley said. “Arctic Frost was the FBI case opened and approved by anti-Trump FBI Agent Thibeau. Arctic Frost then became Jack Smith’s elector case against then-citizen Trump and now-President Trump.”

According to Grassley, newly obtained records show that the Arctic Frost probe was far broader than previously known. “The case was expanded to Republican organizations,” Grassley explained. “Some examples of the group that Wray and FBI sought to place under political investigation included the Republican National Committee, Republican Attorney General’s Association, and various Trump political groups.”

The scope was staggering. “In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under investigative scope of Arctic Frost,” Grassley said. “On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA.”

Grassley argued that the evidence proves that Arctic Frost was more than just an anti-Trump operation. It was actually about crippling the Republican political infrastructure. 

“In other words, Arctic Frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump,” Grassley declared. “It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.”

Fake News Is Working: Plurality Of Americans Buy Lie About Alleged Charlie Kirk Shooter

The plurality of Americans surveyed in a YouGov poll bought into the false narrative that the alleged assassin of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk is a Republican.

Several notable figures rushed to claim that the suspect, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was a conservative Christian, though Republican Utah Gov. Spencer Cox and federal authorities later confirmed that Robinson became “deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.” The poll found that 24% of all adults have bought into the idea that Robinson is not, in fact, liberal.

In comparison, 21% of all adults believe Robinson was a Democrat, 15% said neither and 40% were unsure, according to the poll.

Robinson’s family told authorities that he had become more political and hateful in recent years. He lived with his trans-identifying boyfriend, Lance Twiggs, whose own relative said “hates conservatives and Christians,” according to Fox News.

“He hates conservatives and Christians,” the relative said of the trans-identifying roommate. “He hated us. He was not raised that way, but he, over the years, has become really detached [and] been radicalized.”

A growing number of “very liberal” adults across the U.S. believe it is “always or usually acceptable” to be happy about the death of a public figure they dislike, the poll further found. Among “conservative” and “very conservative” surveyors, 90% and 91% of those said it is “always or usually unacceptable.”

Ten percent of liberals also said it is acceptable to celebrate the death of someone they do not like, while 73% said it is never acceptable, according to the poll. A quarter of “very liberal” participants also said that political violence “can sometimes be justified,” and less than 5% of those identifying as “very conservative” said the same.

Most of the very liberal participants justifying political violence are between the ages of 18 and 29, the poll found.

Many liberals, especially educators, have been fired for openly celebrating Kirk’s death since Wednesday. Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) fired assistant dean Laura Sosh-Lightsy for writing on Facebook that she has “zero sympathy” for Kirk, while MSNBC gave political analyst Matthew Dowd the boot for alleging that Kirk brought his own assassination onto himself.

The Washington Post also fired columnist Karen Attiah for falsely stating that Kirk made an offensive remark about black women.

Influence Operation? The EU Paid-Off €600,000 To Friendly Media Outlets Right After European Elections

While the European Union likes to throw out terms like “misinformation,” “disinformation,” and “influence campaigns,” the reality is that the EU is pumping millions into influencing public opinion itself. The difference is just that when Brussels does it, it is not supposed to be propaganda.

One European politician, MEP Petr Bystron, has revealed that the EU commission has provided Financial support to the American investigative network Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) right after the 2024 EU elections. Major German news outlets like Spiegel, Zeit, and Süddeutsche Zeitung belong to the group, which is the world’s largest network of investigative media.

These outlets are known for their hit pieces on conservative and right-wing parties, often at opportune times. Notably, Spiegel and Süddeutsche Zeitung’s reporting in 2019 on the Ibiza Affair scandal — which involved an undercover video of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) party’s leader — led to the toppling of the Austrian government at the time, which included the FPÖ. Many critics believed that due to the sophistication of the operation, which included an undercover actress, intelligence services may have played a role.

The OCCRP group was founded in 2006 and is most well known for publishing the “Panama Papers” and the “Azerbaijan Laundromat” evasion scandals.

After a massive flow of U.S. money was cut off to key European establishment outlets and NGOs, Brussels is stepping in to fill the gap. Namely, the Trump administration ended the massive levels of funding headed towards foreign organizations, particularly from USAID, which allowed them to pump out pro-EU and left-wing content to wide swathes of the population across Europe.

The OCCRP group has received an extraordinary amount of money from U.S. taxpayers and other U.S. sources. According to French outlet Mediapart, the group received nearly $50 million from U.S. sources, but these funders were not just generous donors. They also could dictate editorial agendas and veto staff appointments.

Two journalists from NDR, a German state media network, questioned just how independent the OCCRP is in a 2024 report.

The two determined that a significant portion of the money was coming from American funds, particularly from USAID. OCCRP was funneling content and material to German media outlets like Spiegel, Zeit, and Süddeutsche Zeitung.

The CDC Needed A Thorough Housecleaning

For 715 consecutive days — every single day — I put on full protective gear in the ICU at Houston’s United Memorial Medical Center, fighting Covid-19 on the frontlines.

I never took a day off, because when lives hang in the balance, doctors don’t get the luxury of excuses. We act. We fight. We serve.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was created to serve with that same urgency — to protect Americans from infectious disease through science, transparency, and rapid response.

But what the public got instead during the pandemic was an agency more obsessed with narratives and control than with saving lives.

During the pandemic, the CDC didn’t just make mistakes — it fundamentally betrayed its mission. It manipulated data, censored debate, and colluded with Big Tech to silence dissenting physicians. That isn’t science — that’s politics and narrative-control masquerading as public health, and it comes at a dear cost to this nation.

That’s why HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. must enact a forceful and immediate, top-to-bottom house cleaning.

Consider just a few of the documented failures.

  • The CDC released Covid-19 test kits with internally known fundamental defects, contributing to catastrophic delays in detecting the virus.
  • It shifted guidance back and forth on whether to require masks — not based on any evidence but under political pressure. This helped destroy public trust.
  • Then there’s the data manipulation — at least 25 documented statistical errors, 80 percent of them exaggerating the severity of the pandemic.
  • The agency suppressed transparency, refusing to release full vaccine injury data because the public “might misinterpret it.”
  • It colluded in censorship, training Facebook, X, and Google employees to erase posts from experienced physicians who challenged CDC orthodoxy.
  • It surveilled US citizens, buying massive location-tracking databases to monitor lockdown compliance.
  • It also buried risk data, scrubbing evidence of myocarditis risk from the vaccine and overcounting child deaths from the virus. This fueled destructive school closures and unnecessary child masking.

These are not minor missteps. They represent institutional malpractice — an agency actively choosing political control over scientific honesty.

It has cost countless lives.

Even as frontline doctors treated wave after wave of patients, the CDC insulated itself behind bureaucratic walls, doubling down on arrogance and ideology.

Instead of humbly correcting course, the agency turned inward, obsessed with power and control.

The result? Americans no longer know if they can trust the very institution designed to protect them.

BLM Grifter Pleads Guilty To Fraud, Spending Donations On Herself

A radical leftist activist accused of defrauding her own organization plans to plead guilty to federal fraud charges.

Monica Cannon-Grant—the founder of Violence in Boston and a staunch proponent of defunding the police—filed court documents requesting a change of plea hearing, Boston25 and WCVB reported Friday.

The filing did not clarify whether she secured a plea deal with prosecutors or was simply pleading guilty to the accusations. Her trial had been scheduled for Oct. 14.

She was accused of using nonprofit funds—out of a total budget of $1 million—from 2017 to 2021 for personal expenses.

The charges, announced in 2022, amounted to a staggering 27-count superseding indictment.

The expenditures included car and insurance payments, high-end salon visits, luxury dinners, and a Maryland vacation.

She also allegedly pocketed $54,000 in taxpayer-funded pandemic relief, much of which she spent on herself.

Her husband, Clark Grant, was also indicted.

Grant’s charges came on top of charges announced by the Biden administration in 2023, including three counts of wire fraud conspiracy, 17 counts of wire fraud, one count of conspiracy and one count of making false statements to a mortgage lender.

If found guilty on all counts, she faces a maximum sentence of 74 years in prison.
