Rand Paul Says he will Reissue Criminal Referral of Autopen Pardon Recipient Anthony Fauci to Trump DOJ Amid New York Times Confirmation that Fauci Pardon was Not Approved by Biden

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) announced on Monday that he will once again submit a criminal referall of Dr. Anthony Fauci to the Deparment of Justice after the New York Times reported that White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zeints approved of Dr. Fauci’s pardon.

Previously, Rand Paul referred Fauci to the Department of Justice for prosecution, following his testimony on the NIH’s role in funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab in 2021.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the New York Times also reviewed some of the emails that the National Archives handed over to the Trump DOJ as part of their investigation into the autopen scandal and confirmed that Fauci’s pardon was not approved by Biden. Rather, “White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zeints actually approved pardons for Dr. Fauci and others on January 19,” they report.

“Biden did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people, he and aides confirmed,” the Times reported.

Joe Biden told the New York Times that he “orally granted all the pardons and commutations issued at the end of his term” and lashed out at President Trump as a “liar” for claiming the autopen was used without his authorization.

Oversight Committee Member Calls For More Subpoenas As Biden Aides Lawyer Up

Playtime is over.

The New York Times’ latest piece attempting to help former President Joe Biden and his administration off the hook in the growing autopen scandal is having the opposite effect. If anything, the Biden apologists raised a lot more questions about just who was in control of the White House — and the thousands of presidential clemency decisions issued in the waning days of Biden’s disastrous term.

The newspaper’s veiled attempt to publicly exonerate the cognitively compromised former president and his staff from a three-front investigation also raises the urgency for answers under oath. The reporters’ 10-minute phone interview with Biden in which he dubiously claims to have “made every decision” on his record-smashing 4,245 acts of clemency (the vast majority in the closing months of his term), despite emails showing multiple pardons were granted via autopen without the president’s approval. Interestingly, the Times’ piece notes that the only clemency warrant that Biden signed with his own hand in late 2024 was the preemptive full pardon he granted his corrupt son, Hunter Biden.

Rep. Glenn Grothman, R-Wis., a member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, said he wants to see more heat on the people who reportedly were in the White House rooms when the decisions were apparently made.

“Obviously, things were so unusual at the end [of Biden’s presidential term] that it mandates further investigation,” he told The Federalist on Monday. Grothman added that more committee-issued subpoenas should be part of that intensified “package” of committee actions.

“Just Release the Files as Promised” – Elon Musk Calls on President Trump to Release Epstein Files

In November 2024, after President Trump won the presidential reelection, former Trump administration official Kash Patel announced that under President Donald Trump’s second administration, Americans should brace for unprecedented government transparency. Kash Patel, who is currently the FBI Director, announced that massive declassification will occur under President Trump’s second term from the “Epstein Files” to the “Diddy list” and more.

Well that didn’t happen.

Last week the DOJ and FBI announced that Epstein killed himself and there was no Epstein client list.

Then following the uproar to these shocking assertions, President Trump posted a long screed over the weekend telling MAGA supporters and “selfish people” to forget about Epstein and move on.

This did not help the situation.

Elon Musk weighed in and told the president to “just release the files as promised.”

BIDEN AUTOPEN SCANDAL: NY Times Confirms Biden Did Not Sign Off on All Pardons – WH Chief of Staff Zeints Approved Fauci’s Pardon

The Biden Autopen Scandal just got worse.

The Oversight Project broke the story about the Biden autopen scandal wide open after they discovered thousands of acts of clemency and executive actions were signed with an autopen rather than a wet signature.

Earlier this year, the Oversight Project revealed six criminals were pardoned by Biden’s autopen on December 30, 2022, while Joe Biden was vacationing and golfing in St. Croix.

Joe Biden defended the use of an autopen in a quick interview with the New York Times.

The New York Times also reviewed some of the emails that the National Archives handed over to the Trump DOJ as part of their investigation into the autopen scandal.

The emails revealed that Biden’s staffers made decisions to sign the pardons with the autopen without directly hearing the orders from Joe Biden.

Joe Biden told the New York Times that he “orally granted all the pardons and commutations issued at the end of his term” and lashed out at President Trump as a “liar” for claiming the autopen was used without his authorization.

“I made every decision,” Biden insisted during his phone interview with The Times.

According to The Times, staff secretary, Stefanie Feldman, put the clemency records through the autopen.

It was revealed that Joe Biden did not approve of each name for the pardons – AND after changes were made about the specific inmates, Biden did NOT sign off on the revised list. Rather, his aides just ran the final version through the autopen without Biden’s approval.

The Epstein Client List — Why is Trump Breaking His Promise to Publish?

Although Donald Trump and Pam Bondi insist that there is no Epstein Client List… there is a list and it is reproduced above with the permission of its author, Ryan Dawson. Ryan compiled the list the old-fashioned way… he combed through court transcripts and charging documents. He only put names on the list if the victims of Epstein’s pedophilia enterprise identified or named a particular individual. As you peruse the list you will notice that there are some very wealthy, powerful individuals named. Not one of them has brought a libel or slander legal action against Ryan. If he was posting false material, he would have been a certain target of lawsuits.

So why has Donald Trump broken his promise to publish the list? I think there are two reasons — neither mutually exclusive. First, Donald Trump probably paid no attention to Ryan’s work and was never familiar with the list. Once he signed the executive order to publish the Epstein file, he was then briefed on the actual names and realized that many of them are major donors to his campaign, e.g., Jamie Dimon, Robert Kraft. While there are several names on that list who are confirmed anti-Trumpers, there are others who are friends.

Second, and in my opinion a more important consideration, is that the full Epstein file would expose a foreign intelligence blackmail operation that implicates the Mossad and the CIA. Alexander Acosta, the former Secretary of Labor for Donald Trump, said he was told that Jeffrey Epstein had ties to intelligence. During the controversy surrounding his handling of Epstein’s 2008 plea deal as a US attorney, Acosta reportedly told Trump administration officials that he had been informed Epstein “belonged to intelligence,” and that this was a reason for the unusually lenient plea agreement. It would not surprise me that Bibi Netanyahu asked Trump to pull the plug on releasing the material. Did Trump get something in return from Bibi, such as agreeing to a ceasefire? We will find out in the coming days.

While Trump may think he can smooth this over with his MAGA base, I think that he has done serious damage to his Presidency by embracing the lie that, “there is no list.”

Trump Calls Epstein List A Democrat Psyop, Tells MAGA ‘Not To Waste Time And Energy’

Less than one year ago, then-candidate Donald Trump vowed to release the Jeffrey Epstein files – aka the ‘list’ of friends and associates who violated “more than 1,000” sex-trafficked victims.

Now, after his FBI just came out to say ‘nothing to see here!‘ (no list, and Epstein definitely killed himself), Trump just wants the whole thing to go away for some reason we can’t quite put our finger on.

Last week Trump lashed out at a reporter for asking about Epstein, saying “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy’s been talked about for years.”

On Saturday, Trump gave a masterclass in the Streisand effect – writing in a Truth Social post “We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and “selfish people” are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein. For years, it’s Epstein, over and over again.”

Yeah, why do people want to find out which rich and powerful men were fucking children provided by Epstein? And what did Trump mean when he said that Epstein ‘never dies’? (Maybe QAnon knows)

Trump then attempted to discredit the Epstein files, equating it to the Steele dossier…

Why are we giving publicity to Files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden Administration, who conned the World with the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, 51 “Intelligence” Agents, “THE LAPTOP FROM HELL,” and more? They created the Epstein Files, just like they created the FAKE Hillary Clinton/Christopher Steele Dossier that they used on me, and now my so-called “friends” are playing right into their hands,” adding “Why didn’t these Radical Left Lunatics release the Epstein Files? If there was ANYTHING in there that could have hurt the MAGA Movement, why didn’t they use it?”

Maybe because it would implicate everyone on both sides of the aisle?

Trump then said that the FBI should focus on voter fraud and arresting “Thugs and Criminals, instead of spending month after month looking at nothing but the same old, Radical Left inspired Documents on Jeffrey Epstein.”

“One year ago our Country was DEAD, now it’s the “HOTTEST” Country anywhere in the World. Let’s keep it that way, and not waste Time and Energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about.”

Secret Service officials were aware of ‘classified threat’ 10 days before Butler assassination attempt, failed to tell agents guarding Trump

Senior-level Secret Service officials failed to share “classified threat information” related to President Trump with those assigned to protect him during the Pennsylvania campaign rally where he was nearly assassinated, according to a congressional watchdog report.

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) found the classified intelligence had been presented to Secret Service officials a full 10 days before the July 13, 2024 assassination attempt in Butler, but the agency’s “siloed practice for sharing” sensitive information resulted in few being aware of the threat against Trump’s life.

“[T]he Secret Service had no process to share classified threat information with partners when the information was not considered an imminent threat to life,” read the GAO report, released Saturday by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa).

The nature of the threat, described as “highly classified” by Secret Service officials in the report, is not explained.

FBI Declines to Comment on James O’Keefe FBI Leak Where Agent Claims Law Enforcement “Turned a Blind Eye or Missed Things” in Jeffrey Epstein Case

The FBI declined to comment on a new exposé from O’Keefe Media Group and James O’Keefe, featuring a current FBI agent spilling the beans on the FBI’s cover-up of the Epstein case.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, O’Keefe has published audio tapes of a current FBI agent revealing that the FBI “turned a blind eye” on some of the evidence in the Epstein case on Saturday.

It was previously reported that FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino erupted on Pam Bondi and took a day off as he considers resigning over mishandling of the Epstein case and lack of transparency with the American people. It was further rumored that FBI Director Kash Patel may leave the FBI over the scandal, but he called the rumors “conspiracy theories” on Saturday.

This comes after the FBI, DOJ released a 2-page memo on Sunday concluding Jeffrey Epstein did not have a “client list” and that he committed suicide. The memo also suggested that no further Epstein documents would be released to the public.

FBI Deputy Senior Intelligence Officer Rami Hasan, who said he works on “countering White supremacy things,” revealed that “law enforcement kind of either turned a blind eye or, like, missed things” in the Epstein case.

He further attacked the DOJ for their “weird” nothingburger Epstein file release to a select group of MAGA influencers in February.

He said of the FBI, “it’s a sh*t show.”

“FBI LEAKS” – James O’Keefe Reveals Deputy Senior National Intelligence Officer Confessed Law Enforcement “Turned a Blind Eye or Missed Things” in Jeffrey Epstein Case – “It’s a Sh*t Show”

O’Keefe Media Group founder and undercover journalist James O’Keefe debuted a new series, called “FBI Leaks,” featuring a current FBI agent spilling the beans on the FBI’s cover-up of the Epstein case.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino took a day off from work after a clash with Attorney General Pam Bondi over the handling of the Epstein files, and he is rumored to be considering resigning from the Bureau.

The blowup between Bondi and Bongino happened after the FBI, DOJ released a 2-page memo on Sunday concluding Jeffrey Epstein did not have a “client list” and that he committed suicide.

The memo also suggested that no further Epstein documents would be released to the public.

It was also reported that Kash Patel is considering resigning if Bongino leaves.

The White House responded to reports on Friday, however, claiming that “the continued fixation on sowing division in President Trump’s Cabinet is baseless and unfounded in reality.”

Pfizer bribery probe dropped after ex-company lawyer Pam Bondi takes over DOJ in February 2025.

The DOJ dropped its Pfizer bribery probe in China and Mexico soon after Pam Bondi, a former Pfizer legal consultant, became Attorney General in February 2025. The investigation’s closure, evident from Pfizer’s latest filings, has raised concerns about Bondi’s influence and DOJ impartiality.

For the past several years, pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has been under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for potential foreign corruption violations related to its activities in China and Mexico, according to the company’s financial filings.

But that appears to have changed after the Trump administration tapped Pam Bondi — previously an outside legal counsel for Pfizer — to lead the Justice department as attorney general.

In the company’s most recent annual report, filed three weeks after Bondi took office in early February, there was no longer any reference to the Justice Department investigations into the company’s potential violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act. A quarterly a report in May also contains no reference to these investigations.
