Clinton Judge Orders Reinstatement of University of South Dakota Professor Suspended For Celebrating Assassination of Charlie Kirk and Calling Him a “Nazi”

A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the reinstatement of a University of South Dakota professor who was suspended for celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Shortly after Charlie Kirk was assassinated during an event at Utah Valley University earlier this month, Phillip Michael Hook took to social media to celebrate the murder.

Hook also called Charlie Kirk, a Christian husband and father who spread the Gospel on college campuses across the country, a “hate spreading Nazi.”

“Okay. I don’t give a flying f*ck about this Kirk person. Apparently he was a hate spreading Nazi. I wasn’t paying close enough attention to the idiotic right fringe to even know who he was. I’m sorry for his family that he was a hate spreading Nazi and got killed. I’m sure they deserved better. Maybe good people could now enter their lives. But geez, where was all this concern when the politicians in Minnesota were shot? And the school shootings? And Capitol Police? I have no thoughts or prayers for this hate spreading Nazi. A shrug, maybe,” Phillip Hook wrote.

In a follow-up social media post, Hook wrote: “Apparently my frustration with the sudden onslaught of coverage concerning a guy shot today led to a post I mow [sic] regret posting. I’m sure many folks fully understood my premise but the simple fact that some were offended, led me to remove the post. I extend this public apology to those who were offended. Om Shanti.”

Charlie Kirk assassination suspect Tyler Robinson’s brush with police six hours AFTER shooting revealed

Charlie Killer’s accused killer made contact with cops investigating the death of the conservative activist in the immediate aftermath of his murder, it has been revealed.

Tyler Robinson, 22, is accused of murdering Kirk with a single bullet that hit the father-of-two as he spoke to a crowd at a university in Utah on September 10.

After Robinson is said to have made a quick escape and dumped the Mauser rifle he is alleged to have used in the shooting, he returned to recover the weapon.

Two law enforcement sources told Fox News that Robinson appeared at a wooded area where the gun was found and ‘made contact’ with officers guarding the area.

That brief encounter appears to have thwarted an attempt by the main suspect to collect the firearm used to kill Kirk.

No further details of the ‘contact’ were shared and its unclear if the officers saw Robinson, or realized how close they were to the suspect.

Robinson has since been revealed as being a college dropout that had shifted his political views to the radical left in the last year.

Prosecutors say that after gunning down Kirk he confessed to the killing in a message to his transgender partner.

He is alleged to have got in contact with them via text message, saying that he killed Kirk because he ‘had enough of his hatred.’

Robinson fled the scene and traveled some 250 miles south to his home in St. George, Utah, eluding capture for nearly two full days.

He was ultimately caught after being handed in by his father and a local minister, rather than through direct police intervention.

Unbeknownst to investigators, Robinson’s parents Matthew and Amber, from Washington, Utah, were both convinced that their son was involved.

Charging documents say that his mother had seen the photo shared by authorities and immediately thought they looked like her son.

After calling Robinson, he is said to have told her he was at home and unwell, and had been the day when Kirk was gunned down.

Still, the documents say this did nothing to quell her suspicions, and she raised her concerns with his father who agreed with her.

His father then got in touch and asked him to send him a picture of it, but Robinson never responded, the documents say.

After a phone call between the two eventually happened, Robinson laid out plans to commit suicide, his parents said they were able to convince him to meet them.

Report: Club Flyer Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Assassination Found At Georgetown University Campus

club flyer reportedly posted at Georgetown University celebrates the assassination of Charlie Kirk and invites individuals to join its threatening efforts to forgo “ceremonial resistance and strongly worded letters.”

On Wednesday, The Charlie Kirk Show executive producer Andrew Kolvet posted a photograph of what appears to be a flyer from the John Brown Club on a bulletin board at the Washington, D.C.-based university. The sign reads, “Hey, Fascist! Catch! The only political group that celebrates when Nazis die.”

The phrase “Hey, Fascist! Catch!” is a reference to an engraving on one of the bullet casings that Kirk’s alleged killer had planned to use in his attack on the conservative thinker during his Sept. 10 speaking event at Utah Valley University. As witnessed throughout the past several years, left-wing propagandists have often used such harmful smears (“Nazis” and “fascists”) against mainstream conservatives for the purpose of incitement to violence.

Also included on the flyer is a QR code, which, when scanned, takes users to a Google Forms page with a note that reads, “We’re building a community that’s done with ceremonial resistance and strongly worded letters. If you want to make a real change in your community, let us now [sic] below.”

MSNBC’s O’Leary: Not ‘Really Clear, Definable Ideology or Motive’ in Kirk Assassination

On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “All In,” MSNBC Security and Intelligence Analyst Christopher O’Leary discussed the shooting at an ICE facility in Texas and stated that “we have not seen, in this case, yet, and even not in the Charlie Kirk assassination, a really clear, definable ideology or motive.”

O’Leary said, “So, what we saw in Dallas, with the special agent in charge, the mayor, the chief of police, was a unified message putting out what they knew at the time, the resources that were being arrayed against understanding it better, and really just settling the public that there was no ongoing threat. And that was done well. And that’s — and there was unity amongst the interagency there.”

He continued, “And then you have Director Patel putting out information that is clearly, immediately trying to assign blame. And I don’t think we know enough, and I don’t think the FBI quite knows enough yet what the motivation is here. Does it look like there may be a political angle to this, based on the recovered evidence? For sure. Do I think there [are] trends that are moving in that direction, that we could see more violence emerging from the different sides of the political spectrum? Absolutely. But we have not seen, in this case, yet, and even not in the Charlie Kirk assassination, a really clear, definable ideology or motive.”

While Media Denied Leftist Violence After Kirk Murder, Three More Left-Wing Attacks Happened

Another day, another act of left-wing violence. Another act of left-wing violence, another media cover-up for their left-wing terrorist foot soldiers.

In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the corporate media put an enormous amount of effort into a psy-op to make Americans believe the assassin was actually a Trump supporter.

While they did that, three more acts of left-wing violence took place: An attempted firebombing of a Fox News van, a shooting at an ABC News affiliate after Jimmy Kimmel’s well-deserved suspension, and, most recently, a shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas, Texas.

That is all just in a two-week timeframe, and does not take into account school shootings, other attacks on ICE, assassinations or assassination attempts, and other instances of left-wing violence Americans have seen increase dramatically for the past several years.

The media are running the same playbook for the ICE attack.

On Wednesday, an apparently left-wing, “anti-ICE” shooter tried to kill ICE agents, and the media is already churning to psy-op people into believing this person was actually on the right.

While no ICE agents were killed, one detainee was killed and two others were injured, according to the Department of Homeland Security. That fact has given the propaganda press a pretext for suggesting that the shooter was actually trying to kill the detainees out of hatred for illegal immigrants.

An analyst on CNN suggested that “We don’t know whether this was an anti-migrant shooting because of the victimology — who was struck — or whether this is an anti-ICE shooting.”

Well, we do know. According to Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director Kash Patel, the bullets were inscribed with anti-ICE messaging.

“These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off. We are only miles from Prarieland, Texas where just two months ago an individual ambushed a separate ICE facility targeting their officers,” Patel said. “It has to end and the FBI and our partners will lead these investigative efforts to see to it that those who target our law enforcement are pursued and brought to the fullest extent of justice.”

Where is Lance Twiggs? Kirk Assassin’s Transgender Lover Has Vanished

Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson lived with his transgender partner – a male-to-female trans named Lance “Luna” Twiggs.

The FBI used Robinson’s texts with his transgender partner to solidify that Robinson was the assassin. Lance Twiggs has not been charged with any crime; however, federal authorities are still investigating.

Last week, Utah authorities released the text exchange between Tyler Robinson and his transgender lover, Lance Twiggs, sent shortly after Kirk’s assassination.

Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray announced seven charges against Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. They will also be seeking the death penalty.

Robinson was charged with:

– Count 1: Aggravated murder (capital offense)
– Count 2: Felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury
– Count 3: Felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm
– Count 4: Felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting
– Count 5: Witness tampering for asking roommate to delete incriminating messages
– Count 6: Witness temperating for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and not speak to police
– Count 7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child

Jeff Gray released the chilling texts between Tyler Robinson and his “love” Lance Twiggs.

If Big Tech Doesn’t Treat Leftist Terrorists Like It Did Donald Trump, Government Should Make Them

The tragic murder of Charlie Kirk has exposed the dark underbelly of left-wing discourse on the Internet as users on BlueSky, Reddit, and Discord celebrate the vicious assassination of a young husband and father because of his politics and faith. Moreover, FBI Director Kash Patel has confirmed evidence that some media users may have previewed Kirk’s killing days beforehand (the FBI is investigating at least twenty Discord users for their communications with the killer).

This entire episode highlights the dangerous radicalization that has happened over years as extreme rhetoric online pushes young people toward desperate and awful acts. Social media companies need to take responsibility for their role in radicalization, and their failure to address irresponsible liberal discourse after their aggressive censorship of conservative viewpoints exposes a dangerous double standard.

A template for how private actors can self-police was on display Tuesday when local television affiliates, Nexstar and Sinclair, forced Disney/ABC’s hand to cancel indefinitely Jimmy Kimmel Live! They recognized that the callousness and blatant misinformation on that show did not serve the public interest. By contrast, social media titans have enabled irresponsible leftist rhetoric to proliferate and pollute civil discourse.

For the last decade, the Left has sought to drive conservatives from the public square through tools like deplatforming and debanking. Working hand-in-glove with the Biden administration, for instance, the Big Tech companies canceled thousands of conservative voices who dared to challenge the then-conventional wisdom during the Covid-19 pandemic. And they did so again after the 2020 election, targeting “election deniers” and “J-6ers” for cancellation, even going so far as to ban President Trump. Not only everyday citizens, but a half-dozen senators and congressmen (all Republicans) had their accounts suspended for violating these “community standards.” Even Stripe stopped processing campaign contributions to Donald Trump because the financial services company believed he violated their arbitrary standards.

When the Big Tech companies defended those decisions in the media and the courts, they turned again and again to their “terms and conditions,” the contracts users sign that permitted the companies to remove content that violated their “community standards.” The popular conversation site Reddit, for instance, has a set of “Reddit Rules” that include principles like “[e]veryone has a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and users that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned.”

On January 8, 2021, two days after the protests taking over the Capitol, the news magazine Variety reported that “Reddit on Friday said it banned r/donaldtrump — one of the biggest pro-Trump subreddits on the platform — after ‘repeated’ violations of the site’s policy against inciting violence.”

Many of these decisions occur down the Internet stacks and not just at the platform level, such as a cloud services company that manages the site’s traffic or even the app store. This was on full demonstration in 2018 when Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince unilaterally decided to stop servicing the alt-right website Daily Stormer after they were instrumental in planning the infamous neo-Nazi demonstration in Charlottesville, Virginia. As Prince explained in a Wall Street Journal column, he decided it was no longer in Cloudflare’s interests to service this client, so he pulled the plug. Prince simply found that the Daily Stormer was in breach of his company’s Terms of Service and decided to act accordingly.

Jimmy Kimmel Fake Cries as He Confronts His Own Lies About Charlie Kirk Assassination After Being Yanked Off the Air

Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel tried to stage a desperate damage-control moment on Tuesday night, choking up on camera as he attempted to walk back his lies about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Just last week, Kimmel told his dwindling audience that Kirk was killed by a “MAGA conservative,” a smear designed to demonize Trump supporters and weaponize a national tragedy for political gain. The statement was false, reckless, and dangerous.

The backlash was immediate. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr blasted Kimmel for spreading blatant disinformation on national television, warning of potential federal action against ABC and its parent company Disney.

Disney, facing mounting outrage, abruptly yanked Kimmel’s show off the air. But less than a week later, ABC announced he would be returning, prompting fury from viewers and broadcast partners alike.

By Monday evening, Sinclair Broadcast Group—which owns 30 ABC affiliates—announced it would no longer carry Jimmy Kimmel Live! in protest of ABC’s cowardly cave.

On Tuesday, Nexstar Media Group followed suit, pulling the show from all 32 of its ABC affiliates.

Charlie Kirk’s Allegedly “Racist” Comments Are Just Uncomfortable Truths

The left keeps portraying Charlie Kirk as a racist. Anyone who has actually watched his debates or listened to his podcasts knows that he is not.

After scouring articles and social media posts for the evidence used to label him a racist, it seems to center on a handful of statements taken out of context which, do not represent racism but rather uncomfortable truths that run against the liberal narrative.

Alleged or documented remarks attributed to Charlie Kirk include the “brain processing power” comment regarding specific Black women, the statement that “prowling Blacks go around for fun to target white people in urban America,” and the accusation that he is antisemitic despite his frequent and explicit support for Israel.

This last charge is especially ironic, since liberals now hate Israel and are openly antisemitic.

On July 13, 2023, Charlie Kirk said one could, “without being called racist,” say that four prominent Black women, Sheila Jackson Lee, Joy Reid, Michelle Obama, and Ketanji Brown Jackson, were affirmative-action picks. He then showed a clip of Jackson Lee stating before Congress that she was an affirmative-action hire.

He added that they did not have “the brain processing power to be taken seriously” and should yield opportunities to someone “more deserving.”

The statement was attacked as racist, but Kirk was not making a claim about all Black people.

He was criticizing these four individuals, at least one of whom explicitly said she was an affirmative-action hire.

This is yet another example of how conservatives want to judge people as individuals and liberals demand that every interaction be based on skin color, where even arguing with a single person is characterized as a global attack on an entire demographic.

This criticism connects to Kirk’s broader statements on affirmative action.

He previously stated that because of affirmative action, when he sees a Black pilot, he has to consider if the person was hired based on diversity rather than merit.

He made the same observation about an incompetent customer service representative. In both instances, his statement is accurate and consistent with the definition of affirmative action.

Kirk did not say Blacks cannot be good pilots or good customer service representatives.

New York man sentenced for online threats against Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel

A 40-year-old New York man has been sentenced to federal prison for threats he made against Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel in 2023.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan on Monday announced that Kevin Delgado would receive a year and a day in prison after pleading guilty to one count of transmitting threats in interstate commerce earlier this year.

According to court documents, Delgado posted a threatening response in response to a post Nessel made honoring her friend, community leader and activist Samantha Woll, who was murdered. He told Nessel to “watch every step u take,” called her a string of insults which included a homophobic slur, and said she would be “#murdered.”

The case was investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Frances Lee Carlson.

While pleading guilty, Delgado admitted that he threatened Nessel because of her religion and her perceived sexual orientation. Nessel is Jewish and gay.

“The sentencing of Kevin Delgado sends a strong message that public officials elected to serve the people cannot be hindered by threats and must be able to do their jobs free from intimidation,” Reuben Coleman, acting special agent in charge of the FBI Detroit Field Office said in a statement. “The FBI in Michigan will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to identify, and hold accountable, those who issue dangerous threats against officials dedicated to protecting and serving our communities.”
