FBI Targets ‘764’ Network That Preys on Victims as Young as 9

FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino said on Nov. 20 that taking down the “764” network—which grooms and coerces minors on gaming and social media platforms—has become one of the bureau’s highest priorities, with hundreds of active investigations into the criminal acts of the “heinous” group.

Patel said in a Nov. 20 statement that the FBI is fully committed to cracking down on the criminal network. He urged parents to monitor their children’s internet activity more closely to limit opportunities for online predators to harm kids.

“This FBI is fully engaged in taking down the heinous ‘764’ network that targets America’s children online,” Patel said.

He also said that more than 300 investigations are ongoing across the United States, and the FBI is “not stopping.”

The network, which investigators say began in 2021 with a Texas teenager, is linked to a broader extremist online ecosystem that pushes children toward self-harm, animal abuse, sexual exploitation, and even suicide.

Bongino said in a Nov. 20 statement that agents in the FBI’s Baltimore field office recently arrested an individual accused of targeting at least five minors as young as 13. The suspect is in federal custody, and more details are expected soon.

“This @FBI will keep working day and night to destroy this network. It is a top priority,” Bongino said. “We are making progress, but the work isn’t done.”

In Arizona, authorities recently announced charges against another alleged “764” affiliate who prosecutors say targeted at least nine victims, including some between the ages of 11 and 15. The indictment alleges crimes including child sexual abuse material production and distribution, cyberstalking, animal-crushing content, and even conspiring to provide material support to terrorists.

“This man’s alleged crimes are unthinkably depraved and reflect the horrific danger of 764—if convicted, he will face severe consequences as we work to dismantle this evil network,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement. “I urge parents to remain vigilant about the threats their children face online.”

Pets Will ‘Suffer Needlessly’ If Federal Hemp Ban Takes Effect And Limits CBD Access, Veterinarian Says

The federal hemp ban that was included in a spending bill President Donald Trump signed last week could inadvertently hurt a patient demographic that isn’t usually associated with cannabis: Dogs, cats and other pets who’ve come to rely on cannabinoids as part of their veterinary medical care.

As certain GOP lawmakers in Congress pressed for a policy change to prevent the sale of consumable hemp products, the narrative often revolved around the idea that a strict ban would close a “loophole” in the 2018 Farm Bill that legalized the crop, leading to the expansion of an often unregulated market for intoxicating cannabinoids.

But while there’s broad consensus that gas station THC vapes and copycat hemp edibles appealing to youth should be addressed, stakeholders and advocates say that narrative paints an incomplete picture, as the language included in appropriations legislation that’s set to take effect next year threatens to upend legitimate enterprises as well—including those that provide access to CBD for pets.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) attempted to distance himself from that argument before Congress passed the bill with the hemp provisions. He said that the Farm Bill and hemp legalization provisions he championed were always meant to be about industrial uses, and CBD products would be spared even with a ban on intoxicating elements of the plant.

The way the law is written, however, will permit such limited concentrations of THC that most growers and manufacturers say the idea of a CBD carve-out is infeasible. And for companies marketing such non-intoxicating products, that could spell doom—or at least force them to take on the significant added cost of extracting CBD isolates so as not to run afoul of the law.

Tim Shu, founder and CEO of the company VetCBD, tells Marijuana Moment that the passage of the appropriations legislation is cause for concern for animal companions, many of which have found relief from conditions such as arthritis, epilepsy, pain and other health conditions with the help of CBD.

Just like the 0.3 percent THC by dry weight limit that currently defines hemp, the more restrictive THC limit prescribed under the newly enacted law is “arbitrary,” Shu said. He also stressed the importance of the “entourage effect” for cannabis that makes it so having the plant’s natural ingredients—THC, CBD, terpenes and other compounds—work together often enhances their therapeutic efficacy.

“If the rule stays unchanged, then essentially anyone that’s producing CBD products from hemp are going to have to use CBD isolate,” he said. “And the problem with that is that we know from increasing evidence that the entourage effect does have benefits—it does appear to be a real thing.”

“This is something that people tend to forget about. Everyone’s thinking about intoxicating hemp properties, right? The delta-9, delta-8 THC stuff that you can find at gas stations. But the reality is that there are a lot of people and animals that rely on full-spectrum CBD products from hemp to not suffer,” Shu said. “And as usual, the neediest suffer the most.”

Cows Drop Like Flies After Greenie Gov’t Policy Promotes Drugged Feed

Cows are reportedly collapsing and in some cases being euthanized in Denmark following the implementation of a climate policy aimed at reducing a cow’s greenhouse gas emissions, according to a Danish media report.

The Nordic country promoted policies financing large dairy farms to adopt synthetic additives to feed after Jan. 1 2025 to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions, according to Agriland. However, farmers are reportedly voicing concerns now that their cows have started giving less milk, collapsing and in some instances getting so ill that they need to be euthanized, according to the Danish media outlet Jyllands-Posten.

“We have so many people who call us and are unhappy about what is happening in their herds,” Kjartan Poulsen, chairman of the National Association of Danish Dairy Producers, told the publication.

Denmark has aggressive climate goals that include reaching “climate neutrality” by 2050 and lowering emissions by 70% by 2030 as compared with 1990 levels.

The cow feed policy is a part of Denmark’s emissions-reductions goals, and reportedly one additive that is mixed in with cow feed called Bovaer may be the cause of the cows’ health decline, according to Jyllands-Posten.

Bovaer is a “synthetic organic compound that can be added to cattle feed in order to reduce the methane they produce and expel,” according to UC Davis.

Cow burps emit more methane than cow flatulence, according to NASA.

“Contrary to common belief, it’s actually cow belching caused by a process called enteric fermentation that contributes to methane emissions,” NASA’s website states. “Enteric fermentation is the digestive process in which sugars are broken down into simpler molecules for absorption into the bloodstream. This process also produces methane as a by-product.”

Notably, early drafts of the Green New Deal expressed concerns over cow farts.

Japanese Riot Police Authorized To Use Rifles To Cull Out-of-Control Bear Populations After Record Number of Attacks on Humans

It’s open season on dangerous bears.

We have reported on how Japan was forced to mobilize police and military forces to tackle dangerous bear populations that caused over 70 attacks on human beings in the last month.

Initially, all reports were mentioning the work to ‘capture’ the beasts – but yesterday (5), the National Police Agency announced that they’ve ‘revised the rules’ to allow riot officers ‘to cull wild bears with rifles’.

The Japan Times reported:

“The police are set to cull bears in Akita and Iwate prefectures, which have seen an increase in attacks on residents, with operations scheduled to begin on Nov. 13 when the revisions take effect.

The NPA will dispatch riot police officers to the two prefectures on Thursday to begin training.

Police have previously focused on ensuring the safety of residents and providing information about bear sightings. Due to a shortage of hunters, however, the NPA decided to take part in direct culling after receiving requests for support from the two prefectures.”

Outrage as 300 ‘healthy’ ostriches are executed by firing squad after infectious disease claims

A holding pen that just one day earlier housed 300 ostriches now contains their tarp-covered bodies after officials carried out a slaughter late Thursday night.

The pen sits on the grounds of Universal Ostrich Farms in British Columbia, Canada, which has been locked in a legal battle with federal officials over a government‑ordered cull.

Katie Pasitney, daughter of farm owner Karen Pasitney, sobbed while telling the Daily Mail about the loss of the birds, saying: ‘They made a mistake, these animals aren’t poultry, some of them were 35 years old, and every single one had a name.

‘My mom lost everything she loved. Those birds were all that kept her happy. They killed all her babies, and now they’re still lying there under a tarp.’

The deaths came months after the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) began investigating the farm following an anonymous report in December that alleged roughly 30 ostrich deaths within three weeks.

Subsequent testing confirmed two birds had contracted H5N1 avian influenza, a highly contagious strain of bird flu. Agency records showed deaths continued through mid-January, ultimately totaling 69.

Pasitney recently pleaded with the Supreme Court of Canada to halt the cull, insisting the birds were healthy and posed no threat to public safety.

Around 6 pm local time on Thursday, trucks and SUVs belonging to the agency arrived at the farm, and several men were seen carrying equipment into the enclosures. The sound of repeated gunfire echoed across the property as supporters gathered outside, praying and shouting for the birds.

Canadian Govt to Kill 400 Ostriches to Prevent COVID Research

The owners of Universal Ostrich Farm in B.C., Canada, has a contract signed with a Japanese research firm to study treatments for COVID-19. Biomedical research of this nature would ruin the plan-demic powers Canada enjoyed, and as such, the government plans to kill all 400 ostriches at this farm after an extensive legal battle.

Those outside Canada likely do not understand the national outrage. This is more than a case of animal cruelty or government overreach. The Canadian government is blatantly attempting to prevent researchers from finding an alternative cure to the very virus that was used as a premise to shut down the world. A Universal Ostrich Farm spokesperson, Katie Pasitney, has explained “inoculating ostriches by injecting them with antigens or particles of a dead virus” created an immune response to create egg antibodies.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency ordered to cull the entire flock due to two ostriches dying of the H5N1 virus. The World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) maintains that all birds among an infected flock must be killed to prevent health issues. Yet, these birds were not for meat or simply pets. These birds potentially contained the capacity to product antibodies to COVID-19. Remember when the government cared about nothing aside from COVID? The headlines touted that the world would suffer a medieval plague unless everyone stayed home, masked up, and willingly accepted an experimental mRNA unstudied vaccine. The government can simply do anything under the pretext of “public health.”

Police Hunting For Diseased Primate …Armed With An STD And Dangerous!!!

Mississippi’s got one wild situation — a hostile STD-carrying monkey busted loose from a large trailer truck hauling primates after the semi flipped over on a highway, according to police.

The wreck went down Tuesday in Heidelberg, where the truck, containing several monkeys infected with hepatitis C, herpes, and COVID, crashed en route from Tulane University to a Florida testing lab.

Cops say six monkeys made a break for it — but five were destroyed, and one’s still on the loose. Witnesses shot camera footage that captured the surviving monkey climbing out of the trailer and wandering around in a rural area.

Police warned the public the monkey is super aggressive toward humans. Translation: if you see a monkey on the run, don’t approach it… just call 911.

Mississippi wildlife officials and local cops are already out trying to nab the furry baboon, but can’t seem to find the chimp anywhere.

As for Tulane University, officials tell us — despite what the cops say — the primates in question belong to another entity and are “not infectious,” meaning they don’t have diseases. They add, “We are actively collaborating with local authorities and will send a team of animal care experts to assist as needed.”

TMZ also reached out to Tulane National Biomedical Research Center … so far, no word back.

El Paso family claims Border Patrol killed their dog during search, CBP reviewing incident

U.S. Customs and Border Protection says they are reviewing a “use of force incident” in El Paso, after a family says a Border Patrol agent unjustifiably shot and killed their dog.

According to CBP, the incident happened on Tuesday at around 7:15 a.m.

Without offering specifics, CBP said that during a migrant smuggling investigation in El Paso, a U.S. Border Patrol Agent “was involved in a use of force incident” involving a dog.

CBP stressed that it is taking the matter seriously and said it will provide more information when it becomes available, providing no mention of any migrants being found.

However, KFOX14/CBS4 spoke with a distraught family from the Upper Valley who claimed to have been the victims of this incident and said the agents went into the home and shot and killed their dog.

The father, who wished to remain anonymous, said Border Patrol agents in jeans and t-shirts showed up at his son’s home looking for migrants after receiving a tip.

The son answered the door and, while he permitted the agents to search his home, claiming he had nothing to hide, he asked if they could wait first while he put the family dog, Chop, a Rottweiler, away in the bathroom before they walked in, as the dog could be aggressive.

Border Patrol agents then asked the son if he could show them some identification.

According to the family, it is at this point that the son went to his pickup truck to retrieve his ID and a Border Patrol agent entered the home and, as a result, ended up shooting the dog.

The family stressed that the agents knew– the son had told them– that Chop was put in the bathroom for their safety and that the agents opened the door, let Chop out and shot him.

The family appeared upset and disgusted by the agent’s actions, saying that they were following orders and trying to be upstanding citizens, only for an agent to kill “a family member.”

Furthermore, the family said none of the Border Patrol agents helped the family, who desperately tried to render aid to the dog, which bled to death on the kitchen floor.

War Secretary Pete Hegseth Vows to Investigate Biden-Era Pentagon Funding for Gruesome Animal Testing Using Aborted Fetal Tissue

War Secretary Pete Hegseth has announced that the Department of War (DOW) will investigate multimillion-dollar grants funded under the Biden administration for horrifying experiments involving the implantation of aborted human fetal tissue into lab animals.

This probe follows a bombshell investigation by the White Coat Waste Project (WCW), shared exclusively with investigative journalist Laura Loomer, which exposed ongoing taxpayer-funded atrocities.

The WCW report, released earlier this week, details how the Pentagon has been pouring millions of dollars into these “Frankenstein-style” experiments, with some grants set to remain active until at least August 2026 unless immediate action is taken.

These practices involve implanting various body parts from aborted human fetuses, such as scalps, fingers, skin, organs, bone marrow, thymus, liver, and intestines, into mice, rats, and even monkeys. The investigation highlights the ethical nightmare of using aborted fetal tissue in animal testing, funded by American taxpayers without their knowledge or consent.

One particularly disturbing example uncovered by WCW involves the creation of “BLT mice,” where researchers implant bone marrow, thymus, and liver from aborted human fetuses into rodents to study human immune responses. In another grotesque procedure, human fetal intestines were grafted directly onto the intestines of live mice. Perhaps the most harrowing detail comes from experiments at the University of Texas, where fingers from 18-week-old aborted fetuses were implanted onto the backs of 5-day-old mice. After four weeks, these implanted fingers were deliberately fractured and left untreated on the animals for an additional two weeks, all in the name of “scientific research.”

The institutions implicated in these Biden-era grants include prestigious universities such as the University of Texas, Wistar Institute, University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA), Rutgers University, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

A single psilocybin dose rapidly reverses chronic pain and depression in mice, study finds

In a stunning breakthrough that challenges the very foundations of chronic pain treatment, researchers have discovered that a single dose of a natural compound can rapidly reverse both physical suffering and the depression that accompanies it.

Scientists at the University of Pennsylvania found that psilocybin, the active ingredient in so-called magic mushrooms, provided lasting relief from chronic pain and depression-like symptoms in mice by calming overactive brain circuits. This research, published in the journal Nature Neuroscience, offers a radical new pathway for treating the millions who suffer from the intertwined conditions of chronic pain and mental anguish.

For the 50 million Americans living with chronic pain, this discovery represents a beacon of hope beyond the dangerous and often ineffective world of opioid pharmaceuticals. The study reveals that chronic pain does not merely hurt the body but actively rewires the brain, creating a cycle of psychological suffering that intensifies the original physical pain. This vicious cycle has long been exploited by pharmaceutical companies pushing addictive painkillers that fail to address the root cause of the problem.

The research team created two types of lasting pain in mice, some with nerve damage and others with severe inflammation. Both groups developed hypersensitivity to touch and displayed behaviors mirroring profound anxiety and depression in humans. Brain imaging identified the culprit: a region called the anterior cingulate cortex, which processes both the emotional experience of pain and regulates mood, had essentially malfunctioned. Nerve cells in this area were firing 40% more than normal and refused to calm down.
