Biden Finally Gives RFK Jr. Secret Service Protection

48 hours after a ‘deluded gunman‘ with no internet footprint tried to assassinate Donald Trump at a Pennsylvania rally from a nearby rooftop that should have been a layup for the Secret Service, the Biden administration is finally giving Secret Service protection to Robert Kennedy, Jr.

“In light of this weekend’s events, the president has directed me to work with the Secret Service to provide protection to Robert Kennedy Jr.,” said DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, adding “We are in a heightened and very dynamic threat environment.

Earlier in the day, Trump said it was “imperative” that Kennedy be granted Secret Service protection.

“Given the history of the Kennedy Family, this is the obvious right thing to do!” he said on Truth Social.

Over the weekend, Kennedy security consultant Gavin de Becker told Politico that the campaign had a pending formal request with the DHS.

Kennedy has repeatedly asked for Secret Service protection throughout his campaign for president – including after a man was arrested twice in the same day for scaling the fence of Kennedy’s Los Angeles home last October.

Kennedy had been twice refused by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

It’s not right for the President to provide protection to his family and political favorites while denying it to political rivals. During his first week as Attorney General, my father assembled all the DOJ’s senior prosecutors to tell them that he would not tolerate any politicization of law enforcement,” Kennedy wrote on X at the time.

THE STEAL: Survey finds that 1 out of 10 illegals is registered to vote this fall in federal elections

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project conducted a survey in which it was revealed that 10 percent of illegal aliens and non-citizens are registered to vote in the 2024 election.

Pollsters interviewed dozens of people living at an apartment complex in Charlotte, N.C., that is primarily occupied by illegals. They brought a hidden camera to capture what non-citizen residents had to say about their voter registration status.

The way it worked is the interviewers told the interviewees that they were part of an organization trying to help Hispanic people register to vote because of an upcoming election “in a few months” where they would be able to vote for governor or president.

According to Anthony Rubin, the founder of Muckraker, all of the residents at the apartment complex were asked two questions: “Are you registered to vote and are you a citizen?”

“Shockingly, four of the 41 people we asked confirmed that they were non-citizens and registered to vote,” Rubin commented. “If this proportion holds true nationwide, the integrity of the 2024 election is in jeopardy.”

Tennessee Woman’s ‘Fuck Em’ Both 2024′ Sign Is Protected Speech, Rules District Court

A federal judge has ruled a Tennessee woman can’t be fined for saying what we’re all thinking, even if it’s in the form of a yard sign.

This past week, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee ruled that the town of Lakeland, Tennessee, violated resident Julie Pereira’s First Amendment rights when it fined her for placing a “Fuck Em’ [sic] Both 2024″ sign in her yard.

According to her First Amendment lawsuit filed last month, Pereira’s sign “simply and cogently” expressed her own opinion that neither major party candidate was an acceptable choice for president. A Lakeland code enforcement official disagreed, slapping Pereira with daily fines of $50 for violating the city’s prohibition on “obscene” signs.

The city only stopped fining Pereira after she covered the u on her sign with tape. By that point, she’d wracked up $688 in fines and other fees because of her sign.

But, unwilling to either pay those fees or dilute the “potency” of her message, Pereira sued the city of Lakeland for violating her First Amendment rights.

“In the interest of protecting not only my rights, but all citizens in the state of Tennessee this case has been taken to the next level because of its constitutional impacts,” she wrote on Facebook, per the New York Post‘s reporting.

In a brief, three-page ruling, the U.S. district court agreed with Pereira. The court barred the city from taking any further enforcement action over her sign and instructed the city to reimburse Pereira for the fines she’d paid, plus $31,000 in attorneys fees, and $1 in nominal damages for having her constitutional rights violated.

Colorado Governor Jared Polis Says He is Open to Replacing Joe Biden to Protect ‘Global World Order’

Colorado Governor Jared Polis has said he is open to a replacement for Joe Biden on the Democrat presidential ticket.

Reporters asked The governor about the matter during Friday’s National Governors Association meeting.

“It’s been a little over a week since you attended a meeting with other Democratic governors across the nation about what Democrats need to do to win in November. So following that conversation, do you believe that Democrats can win in November if President Biden remains at the top of the ticket?” Polis was asked by reporter Gabrielle Franklin, according to a report from Mediaite.

Polis replied, “Well, of course, Democrats can win in November. It’s a very close election. I think it’s also fair and objective to say, yes, that, President Biden is behind, not by a lot, but he is behind the elections today, we would likely lose.”

“Well, I think this means that we need to change something as a strategy to protect freedom, protect our democracy,” the governor continued. “We need to look at what that strategy is. Does it mean changing the campaign strategy, campaign message, the candidate? All of these things are being discussed.”

The governor said he wants to protect the “global world order.”

In Bid to Bribe Voters Biden Admin Gives $1.7B of Taxpayer Cash to EV Companies in Swing States

The Biden administration’s latest move in its ambitious climate agenda has raised eyebrows across the automotive industry and beyond.

In a sweeping announcement, the Department of Energy (DOE) revealed plans to inject nearly $1.7 billion of taxpayer money into transforming traditional auto manufacturing facilities into electric vehicle (EV) production hubs. This decision comes despite questionable consumer demand and infrastructure readiness for a widespread EV transition.

At the forefront of this initiative are General Motors (GM) and Stellantis, set to receive a whopping $1.1 billion in federal funding.

The DOE claims this investment will modernize 11 plants across eight states, potentially safeguarding 15,000 existing jobs and creating 3,000 new positions.

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm framed the grants as a “hallmark of the Biden administration’s industrial strategy,” aimed at revitalizing historical auto manufacturing facilities.

Intelligence Officials Claim Russia Is Trying to Influence the 2024 Elections in Favor of Trump

Senior U.S. intelligence officials have decided to weigh in on the 2024 presidential election, warning Russia is seeking to influence the outcome on behalf of former President Donald Trump.

The warning comes as President Joe Biden struggles to unite the party behind his candidacy after a disastrous debate performance where he struggled to complete his thoughts and sentences.

The intelligence officials — who briefed reporters on background earlier this week — said Russia was trying to influence the election via covert social media use and other online propaganda efforts.

According to the Wall Street Journal, officials claimed Russia was seeking to influence specific voting groups “including those in swing states,” promote divisive narratives, and denigrate specific politicians, but declined to say who those voting groups or politicians were.

Officials also claimed that Moscow is seeking to undermine U.S. support for Ukraine and trying to influence members of Congress on Ukraine.

The warning will likely fall flat among Republican and conservative voters, after the intelligence community and federal law enforcement falsely claimed that Trump colluded with Russia to defeat Hillary Clinton and win in 2016.

Hillary Attorney Marc Elias Backs Mysterious News Site Asking Arizona Regulators to Hide Campaign Finance Disclosures – Site Believed to be Funded by Democrat Super PAC to Promote Democrats

A Marc Elias-backed media organization is asking Arizona regulators to ensure that it is not subject to campaign finance disclosures despite the site’s leftwing tilt, ties to the Democratic party, and promotion of candidates through social media advertisements.

This reporting comes as Trump holds a steady lead over Biden in the state, and Democrats are expected to pull more dirty tricks in another election.

Per Semafor:

Star Spangled Media operates a series of left-leaning websites including the Morning Mirror, a difficult-to-find, barebones blog that for the last few months has periodically published a few unbylined stories about seemingly random topics. Its “About Us” page simply reads: “Welcome to the Morning Mirror—where reliability meets fresh insight. Stay informed with us as we deliver on the matters that impact your life.”

Over the last few weeks, Star Spangled Media has started spending a modest amount to boost Morning Mirror stories on Facebook that tout the pro-abortion rights records of local Democratic candidates running for Michigan House seats.

The site is low on content, but it has the backing of the law firm led by Marc Elias, perhaps the Democratic Party’s best known elections litigator and a central player in 2024’s politics. And Elias’ law firm is moving to ensure the odd blog is treated as a journalistic operation, not a political one.

In a letter to the state’s campaign finance regulator, the Arizona Citizens Clean Election Commission, in late May, Jonathan S. Berkon, an attorney at the Elias Group, asked the state finance regulator to opine on whether the state’s campaign finance law applies to Star Spangled Media. The company’s activities, argued Berkon, do not constitute campaign media spending, and it shouldn’t have to report extensive financial info to state or federal campaign finance regulators.

Similar to this website, Arizona is also home to far-left nonprofit propaganda rag Arizona Mirror, which is funded by the Obama and Soros-tied Hopewell Fund.

While Star Spangled Media and its Morning Mirror are for-profit companies, the parent company does take money in the form of grants “from nonprofit organizations that are interested in funding the type of news coverage that Star Spangled Media undertakes and building an audience for the news coverage via targeted advertising,” Elias attorney Jonathan S. Berkon admits in his letter to the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission.

According to Berkon, these nonprofit grants are “treated like any other revenue derived from a commercial transaction.”

Biden’s blarneys: President continues to peddle untrue claims since the debate

Fresh off a poor first-debate performance, President Joe Biden and his campaign sought to paint GOP rival Donald Trump as a liar for his claims during the June debate. However, the president made several untrue claims of his own since the June 27 appearance.

For example, as public scrutiny ramped up on Biden’s mental capacity in light of his halting debate performance, the president claimed that he had been transparent with his medical records. During the debate, Biden appeared disoriented and struggled to find the right words to use at the right time, Just the News reported, which raised questions in the media and the general public about his fitness for office.

“By the way, in terms of my neurological capacity, I had a physical, a neurological physical as well, in February. It’s released. I released all my records. All of them. And I have a neurological test every day,” Biden said during an interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Monday.

Yet Biden has never released his full medical records, only letters from his physician, Kevin O’Connor, the Washington Post reported. Under pressure, the White House released a letter this week from O’Connor that says Biden has been examined by a neurologist during each of his annual physicals.

Biden again misspoke after it was reported that Virginia Sen. Mark Warner was trying to form a group of fellow Senate Democrats to ask Biden, also a Democrat, to drop out of the presidential race.

When asked about the effort during an interview days after the debate with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, Biden said: “Well, Mark [Warner] is a good man. We’ve never had – he also tried to get the nomination too.”

Warner never ran for the Democratic nomination, though he considered it in 2008.

In that same interview with ABC News, Biden claimed that he gained a point in the polls after the debate.

“The New York Times had me down 10 points before the debate, nine now, or whatever the hell it is,” he said.

In fact, the Times’ post-debate poll showed that Biden polled three points worse against his opponent following the debate and he was not originally “down 10 points,” but only down by three points originally – the gap widening to six.
