The Kamala Harris Plan To Create More Housing Shortages

If you want more shortages, then artificially stimulate demand. That’s exactly what Harris proposes, following the lead of AOC.

The National Low Income Housing Coalition discusses the Harris Campaign Plans to Lower Housing Costs.

To address the housing shortage and bring down prices for renters and homeowners alike, the Harris campaign’s plan calls for a historic expansion of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and the first-ever tax incentive for homebuilders who build starter homes sold to first-time homebuyers. Building upon the Biden-Harris administration’s proposed $20 billion innovation fund, the campaign proposes a $40 billion fund that would support local innovations in housing supply solutions, catalyze innovative methods of construction financing, and empower developers and homebuilders to design and build affordable homes.

The campaign plan cites the Biden-Harris administration’s ongoing actions to support the lowest-income renters, including its actions to expand rental assistance for veterans and other low-income renters, increase housing supply for people experiencing homelessness, enforce fair housing laws, and hold corporate landlords accountable.

To make homeownership attainable, Vice President Harris’s proposal would provide up to $25,000 in down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers who have paid their rent on time for two years. First-generation homeowners – those whose parents did not own homes – would receive more generous assistance.

Kamala Spokesman Refuses To Answer question “Are Americans Better Off Now Than Four Years Ago?”

A spokesman for the Kamala Harris campaign repeatedly refused to answer the simple question “are Americans better off than four years ago?”

It is the same question Harris couldn’t provide a coherent response to during the debate.

During a CNN interview, Ian Sams was persistently asked to provide an answer, and skirted around the question the entire time.

Host Pamela Brown noted “the bottom line here, when you look at a metric like grocery prices, they’re up still 20 percent compared to four years ago.”

She continued, “And Harris was asked recently on the debate stage whether she thinks Americans are better off now than four years ago, and she didn’t directly answer that question. So I will ask you, does she think Americans are better off now or not?”

Sams immediately attempted to pivot the topic to blaming “the mess that we inherited when President Trump left office” and Trump’s “total mismanagement of COVID” for the poor state the economy is in.

He then went straight to the one talking point Harris’ people all go to, the idea that she will “take on corporate price gouging.”

“I’m just going to follow up on the question again,” Brown interjected, prompting Sams to state “she’s going to keep talking about her plans to bring down those grocery costs, while Donald Trump is going to explode them.”

The point is she isn’t providing ANY substance.

IRS Agents for Harris

The National Treasury Employees Union has come out to offer their full support to the Harris-Walz campaign. Is anyone surprised that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is in favor of a Kamala presidency?

Kamala Harris prides herself on passing the Inflation Reduction Act, the largest spending measure in US history, that initially aimed to employ an additional 87,000 IRS agents. Then the Biden-Harris Administration provided these agents with far more than the power to audit and steal from Americans.

The Biden Administration began arming select IRS agents in 2022 and providing them with basic military training. Accountants were trained by the federal government to raid private residences. Biden attempted to recruit an additional 87,000 agents but was temporarily blocked. IRS agents now must complete “firearms, defensive tactics, and building entry.” This militarized branch of the government is expected “to apply the appropriate degree of force necessary to safely carry out enforcement activities, including issuing search warrants, arrests, surveillance, dignitary protection, undercover activities, and seizures.”

Back in the 1970s, I had two armed IRS agents barge in with guns and handcuffs, claiming I owed payroll taxes. I immediately called my accountant who handled payroll who told the agents over the phone that he wrote and distributed the checks. It just so happened I was getting refund checks often, and I actually had one on my desk at the time. I asked why their agency was sending me refund checks if I owed them money. They looked at the check, and it had some code they recognized that denoted it was a refund for payroll taxes. It turned out to be a computer error on their part, and every time we would send in the payroll taxes, it kept trying to apply it to one month, where I owed $2 and promptly refunded the rest. Since the checks were addressed to me personally, I had no idea there was any distinction. The agents left, and I had to pay interest to cash the checks, which I somehow should have known was their mistake.

Donald Trump helped some moms pay for their groceries and deranged leftists are big mad about it, claiming he was bribing people to vote for him.

As we highlighted earlier, Trump visited a grocery store in Pennsylvania and started handing out $100 bills to shoppers.

He told them that he’d effectively do the same when in the White House again with his economic policy of keeping taxes low, reducing business regulations and stimulating domestic energy production  to lower costs.

Meanwhile Kamala Harris and the Democrats can’t even describe any details of her plan to lower inflation.

A surrogate for Kamala made an absolute fool of herself on live TV.

A secret ammunition silo facility at Toropets in Tver region that housed one of the Russian President’s nuke missiles was hit by Ukrainian drone, it was claimed yesterday.

It allegedly happened just ten miles from an ‘indestructible’ 30,000 ton munitions storage site that had been obliterated on Wednesday.

It is literally insane to use kamikaze drones to attack nuclear missiles. But that is the entire point.

The Ukrainians are losing the war, and so they are desperately trying to provoke an “over the top” reaction from the Russians that will force NATO to get directly involved in the fighting.

Brutal: Kamala Strategist Can’t Describe ANY Aspects Of Her Economic Policy, Accuses Host Of Being ‘Disrespectful’ To Women

In a brutal minute and a half of TV, a Kamala Harris surrogate was unable to describe any details of the Democratic nominee’s economic policy, and completely melted down, resorting to accusing the female Fox News host of being disrespectful to women.

In a perfect encapsulation of Harris’ campaign being devoid of any substance, Democrat strategist Kelly Hyman completely embarrassed herself, admitting that she isn’t “privy” to any information on Harris’ plan.

Host Sandra Smith asked Hyman to give viewers some details of what Harris’s economic plan entails, leading the surrogate to regurgitate something about a plan to tackle price gouging, claiming it will prevent “big corporations” from exploiting everyday Americans.

Because this is about as concrete as a popular gelatin pudding brand, Smith responded by asking her whether so called price gouging is even happening.

Hyman initially said “no, not at the moment,” but then admitted she actually has no idea at all.

Did the Biden-Harris DOJ Put a Bounty on Trump’s Head?

On Monday, the Department of Justice released a handwritten letter from Ryan Wesley Routh, the suspect in the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. The letter, written months before the attempt, was turned over to authorities by a witness who received it along with other items in a box several months prior.

And the son of Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., is blasting the Department of Justice for releasing the letter.

“This was an assassination attempt on Donald Trump,” the letter began, “but I am so sorry I failed you. I tried my best and gave it all the gumption I could muster.”

“It is up to you now to finish the job, and I will offer $150,000 to whomever can compete the job,” the letter continues. “Everyone across the globe from the younger to the oldest know that Trump is unfit to be anything, much less a U.S. president. U.S. presidents must at bare minimum embody the moral fabric that is America and be kind, caring and selfless and always stand for humanity.”

It certainly is curious why the Biden-Harris administration released this letter publicly, when, more often than not, the manifestos of killers are kept under wraps as much as possible. For example the manifesto of the Covenant School shooter has yet to be fully released, despite the fact that there is significant public interest in the transgender shooter’s motives. So far, only small portions of her writings have managed to be released or leaked.

Ukrainian President Zelensky Openly Campaigns for Dems in Battleground State, Harris Surrogate PA Governor Josh Shapiro Joins Him to Sign Bombs

While Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky is in the United States begging for more U.S. taxpayer dollars and munitions, he appears to be using some of his time to stump for the Harris campaign and attack Donald Trump and his running mate JD Vance on American soil.

Zelensky also joined Harris surrogate Democrat Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro for a tour of an ammunition factory in the Keystone State.

Zelensky had time for a sitdown interview with The New Yorker and directly went after Trump and Vance.

“My feeling is that Trump doesn’t really know how to stop the war even if he might think he knows how,” Zelensky said in the interview.

“With this war, oftentimes, the deeper you look at it the less you understand. I’ve seen many leaders who were convinced they knew how to end it tomorrow, and as they waded deeper into it, they realized it’s not that simple.”

Zelensky also belittled Vance calling him “way too radical.”

“I don’t take Vance’s words seriously, because, if this were a plan, then America is headed for global conflict. It will involve Israel, Lebanon, Iran, Taiwan, China, as well as many African countries,” Zelensky said.

How Democrats Are Grooming Assassins To Take Out Trump

There have been many calls for lowering the temperature between the first assassination attempt against Donald Trump on July 13, 2024, and the second on Sept. 15, 2024. Yet only two hours after last week’s attempt on Trump in Florida, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries lambasted “extreme MAGA Republicans,” saying “We must stop them,” leaving listeners to guess to whom he referred and how “they” should be stopped.

It’s part of a constant pattern since Trump emerged on the political scene, starting with assassination fantasies with “the resistance,” continuing through the Russian collusion hoax, and aided by protective agencies’ refusal to secure conservative figures.

It’s not just the typically aggressive political rhetoric. Leftists have openly engaged in direct assassination fantasies for years. A conspicuous movement to dehumanize one particular person in America has continuously expanded since early 2016, when “the resistance” formed. Madonna infamously proclaimed, “I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House,” signaling the cultural zeitgeist controllers would wage a no-holds-barred siege against Trump.

Kathy Griffin followed in kind, publicizing an image of herself holding Trump’s dripping severed head. Shortly afterward, nightly showings of Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar in New York’s Central Park were capped by the assassination of an unmistakably Trumpian Caesar. Feelers for assassination were going out.

As of 2017, “the resistance” could claim, consequence-free, that Trump deserved anything he got, up to and including murder. The cultural left intended to not only marginalize Trump, but also to fully demonize and dehumanize him. The race was on to define Trump as the most dangerously destructive person in America. The sheer scale of the propaganda no doubt seized the imaginations of many with dreams of fame and glory. The seeds of assassination were thus widely sown.

The Russia collusion hoax, funded by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee and boosted by the CIA and FBI, consumed years of Americans’ attention, not to mention hundreds of millions of dollars. During its height, legacy media ceaselessly reiterated that Trump was a threat and no better than Adolf Hitler, further inspiring would-be assassins.

In 2022, after concluding Trump’s popularity meant Democrats could only defeat him outside the normal arenas of political debate and elections, President Biden made his famous red wall speech claiming “MAGA Republicans” were undermining democracy. All these elements placed America’s political discourse on simmer, directly encouraging potential assassins of Trump and “MAGA Republicans.” As John Solomon remarked last week, the elements worked together to “boil the water” of American politics into two assassination attempts on Trump in the past two months.
