Maricopa’s Dirty Secrets Unraveling: Finchem Says Nothing Changed from 2020 Cheat to 2024

Arizona State Senator Mark Finchem said federal investigators are examining election issues in Maricopa County that may stretch from the 2020 election cycle through 2024, suggesting the inquiry could examine multiple election years and related processes.

Finchem discussed the ongoing investigation during a conversation with Amanda Head and journalist John Solomon, where the topic of a federal grand jury inquiry into Maricopa County election practices was raised.

Head asked Finchem what he expects the investigation to uncover as federal authorities continue reviewing election data and records.

“What do you anticipate is going to come out? What do you want to come out from this? What’s the most damning thing?” Head asked.

Finchem responded that the investigation remains ongoing and that the legal process requires patience as investigators gather information.

“Well, every good investigation takes time, and right now, what we’re seeing is a grand jury indictment that is sealed, but also a search warrant that is part of the grand jury action,” Finchem said.

He said the investigation appears to cover a time frame that includes multiple election cycles.

Jack Smith Quietly Targeted Former Kansas Attorney General For Challenging 2020 Election Results

Jack Smith subpoenaed phone records of former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline while he led the charge challenging the 2020 election as part of the former special counsel’s Arctic Frost investigation.

Phill Kline is currently a Liberty University Law School Professor and was the head of the Amistad Project of the Thomas Moore Society while he challenged the 2020 election.

“Operation Arctic Frost” was a taxpayer-funded Biden DOJ witch hunt launched in April 2022 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.

The 2020 Trump alternate electors prompted the Biden DOJ to open the Arctic Frost investigation into Trump and hundreds of other individuals and organizations.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley recently revealed that former Special Counsel Jack Smith targeted the ‘entire Republican apparatus.’

Grassley said new disclosures revealed Jack Smith targeted conservative organizations such as TPUSA and the Republican Attorneys General Association.

“I’ve obtained through legally protected whistleblower disclosures,” Grassley said during a press conference last year. “197 subpoenas were issued by Jack Smith and his team. These subpoenas were issued to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions.”

Jack Smith subpoenaed Phill Kline’s records from October 2020 to January 31, 2021.

Arizona Senate President Confirms “the FBI Has the Records” After FBI Seizes Maricopa County Election Records in Criminal Probe

The FBI has reportedly expanded its investigation into election fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona, obtaining election records through a subpoena in the state’s largest county.

This comes after DHS Secretary Kristi Noem traveled to Arizona last month, just weeks after the FBI executed a search warrant in Fulton County, investigating fraud in the 2020 election.

Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman at the time had teased a major breakthrough in Arizona’s elections, saying he’d been in contact with the Department of Homeland Security for the “last 72hrs,” adding, “Stay tuned America.”

Now, the FBI has quietly seized Maricopa County election data and voting records via a grand jury subpoena, according to Just the News.

The probe reportedly involves allegations from the 2024 election that Runbeck Election Services, the private company that provides ballot printing and mail-in ballot services in 31 states and 54% of the nation’s voters, allegedly commingled voted ballots with blank ballots in multiple states. US Rep. Abe Hamadeh previously alerted the Department of Justice to these findings and demanded an investigation.

This also comes after the 2020 and 2022 elections, during which hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots were counted without chain-of-custody documentation and with mismatched signatures.

FBI secretly seizes election records from Arizona’s largest county as voting probe expands

The FBI is expanding its criminal probe into suspected election irregularities, secretly obtaining a large tranche of voting records from Arizona’s largest county with a recent grand jury subpoena, multiple people familiar with the probe told Just the News.

The sources, who spoke only on condition of anonymity because of the secrecy of the grand jury probe, said FBI agents are receiving gigabytes of electronic election data from Maricopa County, about a month after the bureau first disclosed an investigation into election irregularities by raiding a warehouse near Atlanta and seizing ballots from the 2020 election conducted in Fulton County, Georgia’s largest metropolis.

Election irregularities in Arizona and elsewhere

The subpoena comes five years after the GOP-led Arizona state Senate conducted a lengthy investigation into the 2020 election and concluded there were significant irregularities.

More recently, the bureau was alerted to a report filed by Republican and Democrat election observers who believed they observed irregularities in November 2024 at a warehouse in Arizona where blank and filled-out absentee ballots were observed in the same location, according to the sources.

Congress has never released the report from the staffers who were sent to observe the 2024 election in Maricopa County, which includes Arizona’s largest city of Phoenix.

But House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil recently hinted at the significance of the report in an interview with the Just the News, No Noise television show.

“We’re digging back through those reports that were submitted by our election observers that were deployed across the country,” Steil said. “This is where working hand in glove with other federal government agencies is so important.

“We have reports documenting instances that occurred in Arizona and across the country, and we are reviewing those in real time and working hand in glove with federal partners to make sure that the law was followed in every jurisdiction in the country,” he added.

Trump Says He is Entitled to Third Term Because Democrats ‘CHEATED Like HELL’ in 2020

President Donald Trump told the crowd at a rally in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Friday, that he would be entitled to a third term in office, because the Democrats “cheated like hell” in 2020.

Trump has been floating the idea of a third term for some time.

“I’ve been here one year. Think of it, one year, a little bit more than one year. Now, time flies. Time flies,” Trump said.

“Maybe we should — maybe we do one more term. Should we do one more? One more term?” Trump continued.

“Well, we’re entitled to it! ‘Cause they CHEATED like HELL on the second one. We’d actually be entitled to it.”

The U.S. Constitution’s 22nd Amendment limits presidents to two terms, a rule established after Franklin D. Roosevelt’s four elections, but many supporters have argued that there are workarounds.

Trump has a history of playfully, and sometimes seriously, referencing the idea of a third term in office, often citing 2020 election fraud or constitutional workarounds.

One of the earliest instances came in March 2018, when Trump praised Chinese President Xi Jinping for abolishing term limits, quipping that perhaps the U.S. should “give that a shot someday.”

In April 2019, during a speech to the National Republican Congressional Committee, he joked about staying in office for another 10 or 14 years, prompting laughter from the audience.

A couple of months later, Trump clarified in an interview that he had just been joking about it, emphasizing he would not violate the Constitution.

The tone of the jokes changed a bit during his second term.

In January 2025, at a Nevada rally, Trump teased serving “twice or three times or four times,” before correcting himself to “twice.”

Two months later, during an NBC News interview, Trump explicitly stated he was “not joking” about a third term, mentioning “there are methods” to pursue it without elaborating on potential avenues.

Fulton County Files Lawsuit to Claw Back Election Evidence – Some Major Issues with Filing Revealed by Board Member

Last month, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice executed a search warrant on the Fulton County Elections and Operations Hub, seizing over 650 boxes of election records from the 2020 election.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the claims that led to the search, including missing ballot images (as admitted by Fulton County in the federal case Curling v. Raffensperger), missing tabulator opening tapes and unsigned closing tapes for all advance in-person voting locations, and numerous other issues.

Now, The Gateway Pundit has learned that the Fulton County Board of Commissioners [BOC] Chairman, Robert Pitts, the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections [BRE], as well as Fulton County itself, have sued the federal government in hopes of retaining those election records seized by the FBI.

The basis of the lawsuit (below) is Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 41(g), which regulates “unlawful search and seizure of property” and provides a means for returning said property.

However, according to a letter sent to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr by BRE member Julie Adams, several problems exist within the filing.

This article will deal with those issues rather than the substance of the lawsuit itself.  The substance will be covered in a following article.

Watchdog Says Fulton County Had More Votes Without Ballots Than Biden’s ‘Win’

Among the 2020 election evidence the FBI seized in Fulton County comes the revelation that over 17,000 digitally tallied votes apparently have no actual ballots to match. So says a Georgia election watchdog.

This is tremendously important because Joe Biden “won” Georgia in 2020 by a mere 11,000 votes. The allegation not only casts doubt on the 2020 presidential election results, but also on the security of our election systems ahead of a crucial midterm election. Not only Georgians but all Americans should be concerned about this case and the strong possibility that Biden actually did not win that state in 2020.

And what about other states? If even one county in a single state had election-altering issues, the high likelihood is that others did as well. In fact, in my own state of Arizona, there is evidence that there were multiple illegal ballot types being counted in the 2020 results, among other serious problems. And if these problems are not addressed, they will come back to bite us in another election.

Real Clear Investigations senior reporter Paul Sperry posted on X on Feb. 10, “Georgia election watchdog Garland Favorito of Atlanta-based VoterGA.org just told me that the FBI raid of Fulton County’s ballot warehouse will show that ‘Fulton certified [mostly Biden] votes for which they have no ballots. There are 17,852 certified votes for which they have no digital ballot images and likely no ballots.’ In 2020, Biden’s margin over Trump in Georgia was a narrow 11,779 votes.”

FBI has ‘substantiated’ irregularities in Georgia 2020 vote counts, probing if they were intentional

The FBI has “substantiated” some major irregularities in how votes were counted in Georgia’s largest urban area in the aftermath of the 2020 election and is probing whether those failures were intentional efforts to violate federal election law, according to a bombshell affidavit unsealed by a federal court on Tuesday.

FBI Special Agent Hugh Raymond Evans first filed the affidavit last month to establish probable cause for a raid that seized about 700 boxes of Georgia 2020 elections ballots from a storage warehouse in the Atlanta area, after getting a referral from Trump White House election integrity czar Kurt Olsen.

The affidavit included information gleaned from FBI interviews with about a dozen unnamed witnesses recounting various allegations that dated back to the disputed 2020 election in Georgia in which Joe Biden was narrowly declared the winner over Donald Trump.

“Some of those allegations have been disproven while some of those allegations have been substantiated, including through admissions by Fulton County,” Evans wrote. “This warrant application is part of an FBI criminal investigation into whether any of the improprieties were intentional acts that violated federal criminal laws.”

Many of the substantiated allegations were previously reported by Just the News over the last five years based on its review of ballot records.

Evans’ affidavit, dated Jan. 28, cited five major areas of irregularities under investigation, including that:

  • Fulton County has admitted that it does not have scanned images of all the 528,777 ballots counted during the Original Count or the 527,925 ballots counted during the state’s first recount, a major loss of evidence.
  • Fulton County has confirmed that during the Recount of votes, some ballots were scanned multiple times. “Ballot images made available in response to public record requests show ballots with unique markings duplicated within the ballot images,” the affidavit said.
  • During the Risk Limiting Audit, auditors counting the votes by hand reported vote tallies for batches inconsistent with the actual votes within the batch. “The State’s Performance Review Board reported that Secretary of State investigators confirmed inaccurate batch tallies from the Risk Limiting Audit,” the affidavit said.
  • Auditors assisting in the Risk Limiting Audit reported counting purported absentee ballots that had “never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope
requiring the voter’s signature for authentication.”
  • On the day of the deadline to report the Recount results, Fulton County reported a recount totaling 511,343 ballots, 17,434 ballots fewer than the original count. “The following day, Fulton County then reported a total of 527,925 ballots counted,” the affidavit noted.

Just the News reported in 2021 that a contractor sent to Fulton County to observe voting on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had chronicled widespread confusion, mistakes and irregularities in the vote count, a fact the affidavit cited. Gov. Brian Kemp also referred Fulton County for investigation for miscounting ballots based on information from Just the News.

Fulton County Short by Over Forty (40) Boxes According to Affidavit; County Requests Court to Order DOJ Return Evidence

Last month, the FBI executed a search warrant in Fulton County to take possession of election records that were retained under a court-ordered injunction.  The Gateway Pundit reported on the contents outlined in the search warrant, including all physical ballotsall tabulator tapes, all ballot images, and all voter rolls for the 2020 election.

Several of those items will be difficult to produce according to previous responses to open records requests lawfully seeking them.  For example, Fulton County only provided 9 of 148 tabulator zero tapes for advance voting tabulators, despite repeated attempts to compel them to provide more.

Fulton County provided tabulator almost all of the closing tapes for advance voting, which show the total votes cast and the results for each specific tabulator.  Georgia rules and regulations require those tapes be signed by the precinct manager and two witnesses; however, none of the required signatures were present on each tape.

The advance voting tabulators were instead brought back to the county’s election warehouse where each memory card was removed from the 148 tabulators and then “closed out” on 16 separate tabulators, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

“All ballot images produced during the original ballot count beginning on November 3, 2020” will also prove difficult to produce.  During a Request for Admissions conducted on behalf of plaintiffs in Curling v. Raffensperger, Fulton County admitted that they failed to preserve “the majority of ballot images from in-person voting.”

Could It Be That the 2020 Election Fraud Will Be Exposed?

The Left is beginning to panic about Tulsi Gabbard’s investigation into the massive election fraud in 2020.

They have good reason to. For the first time since then, I actually have hope that the fraud will be exposed for all to see. I would say that the evidence produced will be undeniable, but the left will always deny what they find inconvenient.

But still, by the time Gabbard is done, a lot more people will believe what has been pretty obvious for a long time: that the election was not simply rigged by illegal rule changes and a massive effort to manipulate the process to produce an absolutely unprecedented number of votes (does anybody really believe that Joe Biden was so much more popular than Barack Obama that he got nearly 10% more votes than he without manipulating the process? Really?!), but outright stolen.

Rigging the election is different than stealing it, although the two are so closely adjacent that it is difficult to see the difference. By “rigging” I mean stretching or breaking the law to change voting processes, usually with the excuse that COVID required extraordinary and illegal measures be taken to ensure that people could safely vote. In addition, Pravda upped the volume of the hoaxes, spent inordinate amounts of effort to attack Trump and hide Biden’s infirmity, and the establishment poured Zuckerbucks into Secretaries of State around the country to take control over the voting process.
