Judge rules against Seattle employees fired for religious refusal of COVID vax

King County Superior Court Judge Tanya L. Thorp has ruled in favor of the City of Seattle in a high-profile lawsuit brought by dozens of former city employees who were terminated after refusing to comply with the city’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Thorp ruled that none of them had sincerely held religious beliefs when they objected to the vaccine mandate. She said their beliefs are “secular cloaked in religious vernacular,” and that prayer is not a reasonable manner for decision making.

In her ruling, Thorp agreed with arguments presented by the city’s outside counsel, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, granting a motion for summary judgment on most of the plaintiffs’ claims. The employees from City Light (SCL), the Seattle Police Department (SPD), Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), and the city’s Finance/Admin department (FAS) had alleged violations of Washington’s Law Against Discrimination (WLAD), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, failure to accommodate religious beliefs and wrongful termination.

In court documents obtained by The Ari Hoffman Show on Talk Radio 570 KVI, the City argued that the plaintiffs did not demonstrate a bona fide religious belief that conflicted with the vaccine mandate. Thorp said that their objections were “secular concerns cloaked in religious vernacular.”

The city further argued that prayer alone does not convert a personal decision into a protected religious belief, citing federal case law that distinguishes personal or medical objections from religious practices.

Nightmare in America’s Cities

“Chicago’s Worst Hoods at Night!”

“Chicago Gangs, Alleys and Guns at Night”

“Top 10 US Cities With the Most Dangerous Nighttime Vibe While Walking That I Have Visited”

I picked these titles at random from the popular YouTube channel of Charlie Moore, a former Detroit cop who films his drives through inner city urban areas. The Atlantic characterized these journeys as “hood safaris,” implying that it’s racist to document the unfathomable danger the residents of our most crime-ridden cities face every day, even though Moore himself is black. I challenge anyone to watch just one of these videos and not instead ask: How have we allowed parts of cities like Chicago to become more dangerous than actual war zones?

Although Barack Obama was not in the audience at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library on July 23, during a conversation about Fox News contributor Gianno Caldwell’s new book, “The Day My Brother Was Murdered: My Journey Through America’s Violent Crime Crisis,” Caldwell directed a related question to the former president:

You’re from Chicago. You lived there for many, many years. You were president for eight years. How many times did he talk about Chicago and fixing the issues that exist there? We didn’t really hear him talk about that. Why? Why is that the case?

Obama and the Left’s silence on America’s crime crisis infuriates many of the fortunate among us who have never had to mourn a family member or friend lost to a stabbing or drive-by shooting. Just imagine how Caldwell feels. His youngest brother, Christian, was gunned down on Chicago’s South Side on June 24, 2022, when he was only 18 years old. Christian was not the intended victim, and his killers have still not been captured.

On the same day as Christian’s death, 150 other people were murdered across the country. Caldwell shares the stories of eight of those victims in “The Day My Brother Was Murdered.” During the Q and A session at the Reagan Library, he mentioned the heartbreaking story of Cecelia Thomas:

Baby Cecelia was five months old on June 24. She was in a car with her parents up front — and her baby brother, three years old. They hear a pop. They thought it was fireworks. Baby Cecilia was shot in the head. She was four days away from being six months old.

The system should be working to bring justice to victims like Cecilia and her family. Instead, Caldwell says, it too often seems to be helping the criminals. Is that just an exaggeration? Well, consider the SAFE-T Act in Illinois, which eliminated cash bail throughout the state. Caldwell explained why the law is such welcome news for murderers:

So for doing things like murder, as an example, you may get an ankle monitor bracelet…and they will sit you at home. But the SAFE-T Act … created this new avenue for this ankle monitor bracelet. … The police can not respond to someone being out of range on their ankle monitor bracelet for 72 hours. You’ve killed the witness at that point! It’s insanity!

Not insane enough for you? How about the requirement that, when Chicago police officers witness a crime, they must get approval from their supervisor before chasing suspects on foot or by car? Unfortunately, this insanity is not confined to Chicago. While Caldwell called Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson even worse than his predecessor, Lori Lightfoot, he made clear that L.A.’s Karen Bass is clearly in the running for the worst city leader in America:

If people don’t believe that there is accountability … it is legitimately Gotham City, and in many cities across the nation that’s what we’re experiencing. … Karen Bass doesn’t believe in accountability, apparently. You saw what happened with the ICE protests — I mean, this is insane … This is completely political. They let people run wild and destroy their own neighborhoods. … How do you get justice by destroying your own stuff? You don’t.

And you won’t get justice as long as George Soros-funded prosecutors are in charge. These “terrible people,” as Caldwell described them, “have enabled an ideology” that has failed those who may not have started out as criminals but now see insane laws telling them they can do things like steal up to $950 worth of items without being stopped. When they realize they can get away with such crimes, some escalate to carjacking, robbery, and even murder.

Organ-Specific Harms from the COVID Vaccines and Ingredients

I wrote the most thoroughly researched book to date on the mechanisms of harms to multiple bodily organs and systems following the COVID vaccines, especially the mRNA vaccines. That is in its 3rd edition, Neither Safe Nor Effective: The Evidence Against the COVID Vaccines, in which I cite over 1,000 studies from the peer-reviewed published medical literature. https://www.amazon.com/Neither-Safe-Nor-Effective-Evidence/dp/B0F1ZJGYKG

I have to admit that it is hard to follow these studies on either e-book or print format. So I summarized some of the largest studies involving the major organ systems affected, in the following tables. The 4th column in each of the tables below directs the reader to either the PMC number or a link to the study on PubMed in the footnotes following the tables. “PMC 1234567” for example should go directly to that study from a Google search. The last two columns in the tables below list the page and endnote in my print book, for another way of arriving at the same studies.

Leftists Believe Sydney Sweeney’s American Eagle Jeans Ad Is A “Nazi Dogwhistle”

TDS riddled leftist lunatics are angry about an advert for jeans featuring actress Sydney Sweeney, charging that it contains “Nazi dog whistles.”

As we highlighted last week, the ad for American Eagle jeans features Sweeney modelling the denim products while looking sexy (yes, she is sexy and you’re allowed to say that).

More importantly, this ad and other recent ads, including one for Nike are indicative of the major cultural shift that has occurred.

These companies finally realised that putting obese “diverse” individuals into specially made versions of their products isn’t the best way to get people to buy them.

Israel ‘freezes’ plans for concentration camp in southern Gaza: Report

Israel’s so-called “Humanitarian City” project, which was planned to be established on the ruins of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, has been frozen, Israeli media reported on 28 July.

“There is no decision to proceed with this, and there is no alternative plan. The political echelon was certain it was heading toward a hostage deal that included withdrawals in the southern Gaza Strip, so it seems they’ve abandoned this initiative – it’s on hold for now,” a senior security source told Yedioth Ahronoth.

The project, described as a concentration camp in Palestinian and Israeli media, was intended to forcibly displace hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to an isolated area near the Egyptian border. Gathering Palestinians there is seen as a first step to ethnically cleansing Gaza and forcing millions of Palestinians to flee to foreign countries as refugees.

Rather than fight Hamas, Israeli forces in Gaza are exerting most of their effort and resources to demolishing homes, residential buildings, and infrastructure to ensure displaced Palestinians have nowhere to return to.

The “Humanitarian City” project aimed to initially force some 600,000 Palestinians into an area between the Philadelphi and Morag axes on the ruins of Rafah.

Military reports estimated that its completion would take at least a year, which angered the Israeli cabinet.

The decision comes as Israel continues to severely restrict aid reaching Gaza, causing starvation and famine in the strip to worsen as a result.

Kiev Kleptocracy… Stench of Corruption Fouls NATO Regime’s Endgame

The sewer gates are opening as the endgame approaches. It’s not just the Kiev cabal that will be swept away.

Previously, any observer who had pointed out the rampant corruption that is endemic in the Kiev regime was automatically denounced by Western governments and media as a peddler of Russian disinformation.

Hilariously, though, this week, the Kiev kleptocracy burst open in such a spectacular way that even the American and European apologists for the regime could no longer maintain the worst-kept secret of their charade.

The fiasco exploded after the self-appointed President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, passed a law that stripped two anti-corruption agencies of their independent powers.Raico, Ralph

Citizens took to the streets of Kiev and other cities in furious protest against what they openly lambasted as an autocratic regime trying to prolong its corrupt racketeering. The demonstrations were the largest seen on the streets of Ukraine despite the country being at war with Russia for over three years. As the Wall Street Journal reported: “The protests exposed long dormant divisions between the government and society.”

Zelensky, whose official presidential mandate expired last year, was stunned by the upsurge in public anger. By the end of the week, he was backtracking on the move to close the anti-graft agencies and was claiming, somewhat unconvincingly, that he was drafting a new bill to return the investigative powers. It was damage-limitation mode and largely prompted by the alarm of his Western backers.

It is not clear if the U-turn will appease the Ukrainian public, who appear to have reached a pivotal level of disgust with the Kiev regime, not just over its endemic corruption but also over the grinding war with Russia and forced mobilization of reluctant military recruits.

A new ‘dossier’ reveals extensive pro-Israel bias among reporters, editors and executives at the ‘NYTimes’

Normally, New York Times journalists work under a strict code of behavior meant to reduce the appearance of bias in their reports. They are not, for instance, allowed to attend political rallies or demonstrations in their personal capacity. One Times reporter told me years ago that she couldn’t go to a pro-abortion rights march, even though she didn’t cover the issue. These restrictions extend into the Internet Age. Times journalists on social media are supposed to be guarded in their opinions, and they can be cautioned if they overstep.

But the Times’s struggle against even the appearance of bias vanishes when the subject is Israel and the Palestinians. The organization called Writers Against the War on Gaza recently released a “dossier” which listed “high-ranking editors, journalists and executive officers at the Times” who the group alleges have “material and ideological ties to occupation and apartheid.”

Most obvious are Times reporters who have personal or family connections to Israel’s military. The dossier cites Natan Odenheimer, who actually served in the army’s “Maglan” special forces commando unit for almost 4 years. Interestingly, Odenheimer’s own summary of his experience on the Times website completely leaves out this portion of his biography. He tells us: “I’ve reported on Israelis and Palestinians for over a decade, and my work has also taken me to Jordan, Egypt, Iraq and other locations.” But somehow his military experience didn’t make the cut.

Reporter Isabel Kershner’s two sons served in Israel’s military. And in the past, Ethan Bronner’s son was also a soldier. The dossier notes that Bill Keller, then the Times’s executive editor, actually defended that connection, arguing that Bronner’s reporting benefited, because his son’s service “suppl[ied] a measure of sophistication about Israel and its adversaries that someone with no connections would lack.” (For the record, this site has over the years been on top of this story. Here’s the Kershner connection, from more than a decade ago. And Phil Weiss explained how Bronner went to great lengths to try and conceal the link.)

Let’s pause for a thought experiment. Let’s say the Times considered hiring a Palestinian reporter in Jerusalem — who it then turned out had belonged to a militant group in his or her youth. The ensuing firestorm of criticism would instantly sink the appointment.

Lawyer Suing Gates & Bourla for Covid VAX Injuries Arrested and Imprisoned in Netherlands

In a stunning expression of the Globalist-Fascist takeover of the Netherlands, the Netherlands police have arrested Arno van Kessel, the lead attorney suing Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, Mark Rutte et al. for COVID-19 vaccine injuries.

The civil process was scheduled to begin on July 9; Mr. van Kessel was arrested in a Gestapo-reminiscent early morning raid by paramilitary police on June 11, where he was reportedly blindfolded, bound, and taken into detention, where he remains almost two months later.

Readers will note my tardiness in reporting this stunning story. The reason is because both the European and the American press have completely ignored both the civil trial against Gates, Bourla, Rutte et al. and van Kessel’s arrest.

I knew nothing about van Kessel’s arrest until last night, when my co-author, Dr. Peter McCullough, forwarded to me a report by INFOWARS journalist, Adan Salazar. Once again, the so-called “conspiracy theorist” Alex Jones has proven to be one of the first guys to report the shocking reality of what is going on.

Salazar’s report prompted me to do a Google Netherlands search with the key words Arno van Kessel gearresteerd — that is, “Arno van Kessel arrested”—and I got one search result for a June 27 report in an independent online journal called Der Andere Krant (The Other Newspaper). The following is an English translation.

Arno van Kessel will be held in custody for an additional ninety days because the Public Prosecution Service continues to designate him as a “suspect in an investigation into a criminal network,” yet without presenting any evidence. This means the Leeuwarden lawyer will definitely not be present at the public hearing on July 9th in the Leeuwarden District Court, where the first substantive hearing in the internationally high-profile case against, among others, the State of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, and Bill Gates is scheduled. His partner, Peter Stassen, is on his own, but says he will “appear fully equipped.”

In early June, this newspaper reported that there was finally some progress in the internationally high-profile lawsuit by Leeuwarden lawyer Arno van Kessel https://deanderekrant.nl/nieuw-hoofdstuk-in-rechtszaak-tegen-bill-gates-en-mark-rutte/and his Eindhoven colleague Peter Stassen. In 2023, the legal duo announced they would file legal proceedings against Bill Gates, Mark Rutte, and the Dutch State, among others. On behalf of their clients, they want to force the judge to issue a clear ruling on the question: was the COVID-19 mRNA injection a vaccine for the benefit of the population’s health, or a bioweapon? Van Kessel said: “It’s one or the other, and there’s no in between.”

The Northern Netherlands District Court, Leeuwarden location, announced in early June 2025 – finally – that the first substantive hearing of the case is scheduled for July 9th. On Wednesday morning, June 11th, there was a completely unexpected turn of events. Arno van Kessel was dragged from his bed early in the morning by a special intervention team with a considerable display of force. The lawyer, his daughter, and his wife were even briefly held at gunpoint.

A day later, the police published a report on the website politie.nl linking Van Kessel to “a criminal network.” According to a press release issued by the Public Prosecution Service, eight people were arrested that morning for “adhering to anti-institutional ideology and possibly intending to use violence.” One of them was quickly released, while the other seven were held in restricted custody for two weeks, meaning the suspects were not allowed any contact with the outside world. Van Kessel – as was announced last week – was being held in a cell in Vught.

In recent weeks, several stories have appeared in the mainstream media about a network of so-called sovereigns. These “anti-institutionalists” may have been planning something related to the NATO summit. Weapons and explosives may have been found, but any hard evidence or substantiation remains lacking to this day. The suggestion that Van Kessel is also part of a dangerous criminal group has been raised. The charges have since been partially withdrawn. The AD newspaper reported last week that the Public Prosecution Service has been unable to substantiate a plan to disrupt the NATO summit. “We have investigated whether there is an imminent threat. This has not been proven.”

On Thursday, June 26, the Public Prosecution Service released more news after a long silence. One suspect has been released, but “six suspects in the investigation into a criminal network, in which a large proportion of the arrested suspects espouse anti-institutional ideology and may have the intention to use violence, will remain in custody for an additional 90 days,” the Public Prosecution Service announced. Van Kessel is one of those suspects who will remain in custody for another 90 days. The Public Prosecution Service states that it needs more time for the investigation and that “given the state of the investigation, it is not possible to respond substantively to questions about the progress, suspicions, and findings,” according to the Public Prosecution Service.

Cincinnati police chief blames ‘social media’ and ‘journalism’ after brutal mob attack goes viral

Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge became angered that reporters and social media users posted about a brawl that took place in the city over the weekend, which ended with a woman getting knocked out cold after a mob attacked her and another man.

The incident has drawn national attention after the brawl broke out on Friday evening, with five people being charged in the incident so far. Theetge, however, downplayed the brawl, and said, “We had one incident – one incident – late Friday night into Saturday morning that is getting all the attention and undoing the good stuff that happened this weekend.” She then blamed parents for the behavior coming from juveniles in the city.

During her comments at the press conference, she went on to become angry at social media users and journalists for posting the video that went viral. “Another topic I want to cover real quick, social media and journalism and the role it plays in this incident. And yes guys, that’s you. That is you. Social media, the post that we’ve seen does not depict the entire incident.”

“That is one version of what occurred. At times, social media and mainstream media and their commentaries are a misrepresentation of the circumstances surrounding any given event. What that does, that causes us some difficulties in thoroughly investigating the activity and enforcing the law. Because what happens, that social media post and your coverage of it distorts the content of what actually happened and it makes our job more difficult,” she added, but did not elaborate on what the other version of events was.

She added that the incident “was a sudden dispute between individuals following a verbal altercation,” but was not connected to the Cincinnati Music Festival happening at the same time. She also said that alcohol played a “significant part” in the situation.

When asked by reporters if Theetge knew if the victims had gone to the hospital from the fight, she answered, “I don’t know if they went to the hospital after. I know that when the officers who arrived on the scene, based on the body cam footage that I have watched, that all of the victims were still on the scene, and, they appeared to be as well as could possibly be expected.”

In the footage, a man can be seen being thrown to the ground and kicked repeatedly in the head and face by a mob. When the woman then tried to intervene, she was attacked by multiple people before getting punched in the face and dropped to the ground out cold with blood running from her mouth.

US Suspends China Tech Restrictions Amid Fears of Rare Earth Retaliation

The administration of US President Donald Trump has suspended restrictions on technology exports to China to avoid harming trade talks with Beijing, the Financial Times newspaper reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng is visiting Sweden from July 27-30 for trade talks with US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent. The officials are expected to discuss US-China trade and economic relationship, Chinese export controls of rare earths, access to each other’s markets, and the overall trade rate.

Over the past few months, the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security has been instructed to avoid tough measures against China to maintain positive momentum in the talks and ensure a possible meeting between Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping this year, the report said.

However, some current and former US officials said that the main reason for the suspension of US tariffs was fear of retaliatory measures from China, such as restrictions on rare metals and magnet exports, the report added.
