The leftist says he will resort to violence to remove and protest the Trump administration

In yet another episode of leftist radicalization, a progressive activist publicly declared that he would “resort to violence” to protest and remove President Donald Trump’s administration. These statements, full of hatred and irresponsibility, expose the true face of a political faction that proclaims itself as a defender of democracy, but at the same time threatens to destroy constitutional order when it cannot impose its agenda.

The individual claimed that the current government is “incompetent” and “slowly leading the country toward an authoritarian regime.” A speech full of contradictions, since it is precisely the left that has promoted authoritarian measures, censorship on social media, and political persecution against opponents. Meanwhile, they accuse Trump of doing what they themselves practice.

This is not the first time that figures on the left or their followers have called for violence as a political tool. In recent years, the United States has witnessed how riots, looting, and attacks on private property have been normalized in the name of progressive causes. From the riots of the summer of 2020 to the assaults on Trump supporters at rallies, the left has shown that violence is not only tolerated in their narrative but actively encouraged as a method of pressure.

The danger of these statements goes far beyond the activist in question. It reflects a political culture that has abandoned democratic debate in favor of radicalism. The progressive left, unable to accept the will of the people and the success of policies that benefit the American working class, resorts to intimidation and threats. This puts the nation’s social and political stability at risk.

While Democrats talk about “protecting democracy,” in practice what they seek is to consolidate power by marginalizing conservative opposition. Citizens see it clearly: a judicial system weaponized against Trump, media persecution to discredit Republicans, and now open threats of violence if they cannot remove the former president and his movement from power.

What is most alarming is that such expressions are rarely condemned by leftist leaders. This complicit silence fuels impunity and opens the door to more violent acts in the future. In contrast, any statement or peaceful demonstration by the right is immediately demonized, distorted, and presented as a “threat to democracy.” Yet another example of the double standard that dominates progressive media.

The trillion-dollar biotech industry is facing failure – and it’s because of covid injections

The Gene Technology Bill signals a proposed new direction for New Zealand in alignment with and subsidiary to the world’s leading biotechnology nations that will have a radical effect on our food and our health. Yet if we reflect on the results of the biotechnology sector so far, by and large these are meagre, fleeting, unprofitable and unhealthy. We live in an increasingly complicated globalised technological world that is endangering health and life.

The good news last week was the announcement that the Health Select Committee has once again delayed its report on the Gene Technology Bill, this time until 11 October. This was due to the behind-the-scenes concerns of Winston Peters and New Zealand First. Both Peters and Luxon labelled the issue “complicated.” They are right. The delay gives us some more time to make this an election issue that won’t disappear. If you need reminding about the content of the Bill, see HERE. Below, we analyse the latest scientific evidence and the evolving issues for New Zealand.

Excess Deaths Continue

A Japanese study entitled ‘Significant Increase in Excess Deaths after Repeated covid-19 Vaccination in Japan’ provides some further background on the nation with the highest uptake of covid-19 mRNA vaccines in the world. The Japanese had received 3.6 doses per capita by March 2024, compared to 2.5 doses per capita in New Zealand. Around 80% of the population was vaccinated, the average figure equates to a range between 0-8 covid-19 mRNA vaccines per person.

As we have previously reported in our article ‘The Unthinking Faith in Biotechnology and AI’, Japan now has the highest rate of excess deaths in the world. From January 2020 to March 2024, there have been a cumulative 350,000 excess deaths or 2,730 excess deaths per million. This rate is three times higher than in the USA, where mRNA vaccination uptake was significantly lower, and two times higher than in New Zealand.

mRNA covid-19 vaccination was the flagship product of the vast biotechnology industry designed to cement a biotechnology era of novel medicines, long life and new channels to gain economic prosperity. But the vaccine did not stop the spread of covid-19 infection and its administration has been accompanied by a rate of reported adverse effects unprecedented in history. Initial claims that the vaccine was saving millions of lives have since been debunked. The preposterous 14 million lives saved claim promoted by the World Health Organisation (“WHO”) has now been downgraded by the study of Ioannidis et al. to somewhere around 2.5 million and confined to older people. Even this lower figure is, in turn, now being robustly questioned in the review literature. mRNA vaccination was not just a failure; it was deadly.

Flagship Biotech Companies Are Failing

As a result, it is hard to escape the notion that the global biotechnology industry, with a current market valuation of US$1.74 trillion grossly inflated by speculation, has become a headless chicken, still running around while effectively dead. There are more than 20,000 biotechnology start-ups, mostly funded by governments but also by private investment in the most active biotechnology nations. These include the USA, China, India, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Singapore, Israel, the UK, Finland, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Japan.

In the US alone, more than 2 million people are employed in the biotechnology sector. Following the dismal and dire results of mRNA technology, the investors, scientists and bio technocrats are being forced to face the reality of failure. Take Arena Bioworks, for example, a company launched in January 2024 with huge fanfare and US$500 million of funding. It included the support of billionaires and the participation of a galaxy of highly credentialed biotechnology scientists. Arena’s announced intention was to become the “Bell Labs” of biotechnology “to simply do nothing but science” to “tackle the [world’s] most daunting problems.”

In March of this year, Arena laid off 10% of its workforce; two days ago, a further 30% were laid off. A spokesperson for Arena confirmed the cuts will mostly affect cell and gene therapy work which was, until the reality of adverse effects began to bite, the flagship programme of biotechnology research around which its supposed health claims revolved.

Teachers Union Helps Fund Newsom’s Radical Redistricting Push Ahead of 2025 Vote

According to Campus Reform, “The California Teachers Association (CTA) has given $3 million to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s campaign for Proposition 50, a redistricting measure that will appear on the state’s Nov. 4, ballot, according to state campaign finance filings.”

The CTA or California Teachers Association’s contribution went directly to Gavin Newsom’s Proposition 50.

The radical vengeful measure originated from a three bill package in July where the Dems used a ‘gut and amend’ tactic on A.B. 604, S.B. 260 and A.C.A. 8 in order to help give the legislature control of redistricting for 2026, 2028, 2030 election cycles.

The state’s independent Group would eventually assume control, finally in the year 2031.

According to Assemblyman Carl DeMaio “If this redistricting scheme goes through, voters will have no reason to trust politicians.”

DeMaio told Campus Reform. “Politicians will choose their voters; voters will not choose their politicians.”

Sonja Shaw, who’s running for Superintendent of Education in California, condemned the Union’s support for this proposition.

Shaw wrote on X “The California Teachers Association is behind every attack on our kids, pushing confusion in classrooms, protecting only those who fit their narrative, and selling out teachers to back Newsom’s gerrymander…”

Democrat Lehigh County PA Commissioner Arrested at City Hall In Massive Multi-State Drug Bust

Lehigh County Commissioner and Bethlehem Right-to-Know Officer Zachary Cole-Borghi has been arrested as part of an expansive, three-year, multi-state drug ring investigation.

District Attorney Gavin Holihan revealed Friday, that a sweeping narcotics operation led to the arrest of 22 individuals, including Mr. Cole‑Borghi, reportedly nabbed Thursday, at his City Hall office by the Lehigh County Drug Task Force with assistance from the Bethlehem Police Department.

According to court documents, Cole‑Borghi faces charges of possession of one pound of marijuana with intent to deliver.

He has since posted bail and was released.

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Authorities executed 26 search warrants and coordinated enforcement across Lehigh, Northampton, Montgomery counties, and even into New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Daily Voice reported:

“The commissioner is one of more than 20 people charged in a case driven by Lehigh County’s 12th Investigating Grand Jury, which oversaw a probe spanning several years and involving federal, state, and local authorities.

The coordinated operation included arrests across Lehigh, Northampton, and Montgomery counties, as well as in New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin, the DA explained.

In total, investigators executed 26 search warrants, froze 283 financial and cryptocurrency accounts, and seized:

  • More than 2,000 pounds of marijuana
  • Large quantities of THC liquid, cocaine, and MDMA pills
  • Over $100,000 in cash
  • At least 25 firearms, including semi-automatic rifles and ghost guns

Two clandestine laboratories manufacturing illegal THC products were also dismantled by Pennsylvania State Police during the raids.”

Follow the Scientism

Because we would all prefer to forget the Covid crisis and move on, the following may have already faded from our collective memory. Only a few years ago, Australia rounded up citizens exposed to Covid, including asymptomatic people, and shipped them involuntarily to detention facilities against their will. Videos of Australian quarantine centers made their way onto social media before tech censors, at the behest of governments, dutifully scrubbed them from the internet. Many provincial governors in Australia abused their emergency powers: while not every Australian state chose full-throated authoritarianism, several of them did. Canada likewise built detention facilities for infected persons, and the state of New York fought an ongoing legal battle to do so.

Authoritarian measures during the Covid crisis went beyond forced detainment of suspected or actual cases. The Medical Indemnity Protection Society (MIPS) in Australia, which provides medical malpractice insurance to all the country’s physicians, published twelve commandments for physicians on their website to avoid disciplinary “notifications”—an Orwellian euphemism for investigations overseen by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency, the governing entity overseeing all physicians. The MIPS Commandment #9 instructed Australian doctors as follows:

Be very careful when using social media (even on your personal pages), when authoring papers or when appearing in interviews. Health practitioners are obliged to ensure their views are consistent with public health messaging. This is particularly relevant in current times. Views expressed which may be consistent with evidence-based material may not necessarily be consistent with public health messaging.

Read that last sentence one more time: “evidence-based material” refers to peer-reviewed scientific papers or other sources of credible medical information. So, if Australian doctors mention findings of a published study which are not consistent with “public health messaging”—i.e., the approved views of the public health bureaucrats in power—these physicians could potentially lose their ability to practice medicine. Notice that this applies also to physicians “authoring papers,” meaning that if a doctor conducts research and his findings contradict “public health messaging,” he’d better think twice before publishing the results.

Likewise, in the US, the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), an authority on medical licensure and physician discipline, passed a policy in May 2022 on medical misinformation and disinformation that guides all state medical boards and the nation’s physicians they license. My home state of California took up the FSMB’s suggestion to codify these recommendations in law with Assembly Bill 2098. I traveled to Sacramento to testify against this legislation when it was debated in the State Senate.

‘Teacher of the Year’ Brandyn Hargrove gets off with probation after admitting to abusing ex-student starting at age 15

A married former “Teacher of the Year” has pleaded guilty to having an “ongoing relationship” with one of her female students, starting when the girl was just 15.

Brandyn Martin Hargrove was convicted on Wednesday of 12 criminal counts connected to her sexual assault of the ex-student while she was a teacher at Brazoswood High School in Clute, Texas.

The formerly-decorated educator was sentenced to 10 years of probation and a 10-year probated sentence, meaning she won’t face any time in prison, despite grooming her student and having a sexual relationship with the minor, which continued until the girl turned 17, according to court records.

In September 2023, Hargrove’s victim, who is now in her 30s, walked into the police station to report she had been sexually assaulted by her teacher nearly two decades earlier, Clute Chief of Police James Fitch told ABC 13.

“From the get-go, we really felt there was a good chance this would go to trial, so we were a little surprised with the plea agreement. There was a lot of legwork by the detectives tracking down some of those people that went to school 17 years ago with our victim and people she made initial outcries to,” Fitch said.

Corruption Crisis Continues to Bludgeon Democrats’ Biggest Contributor

ActBlue has become the financial engine of the Democrat Party. Since its founding in 2004, the Massachusetts-based nonprofit has directed more than $16 billion to Democrat campaigns and left-wing organizations.

In the first quarter of 2025 alone, it processed $400 million, its strongest non-election quarter ever. Democrats call this proof of grassroots enthusiasm.

In reality, ActBlue is now the center of multiple federal investigations, accused of allowing straw donors, foreign contributions, and widespread fraud that undermines the integrity of American elections.

The Gateway Pundit was first to reveal that ActBlue received NEARLY HALF of its donations in 2019 from 4.7 million unemployed donors!

Democrats were also funneling donations to BLM that went directly to Democrat politicians.

How Canada lost its way on freedom of speech

American singer Sean Feucht has completed his 11-city tour of Canada. Well, sort of anyway. Public officials cancelled or denied him permits in nine cities, from Halifax to Abbotsford, B.C. Montreal went so far as to fine a church $2,500 for hosting his concert. As you know by now, these shows were cancelled because some people are offended by Feucht’s viewpoints, such as his claim that LGBT Pride is a “demonic agenda seeking to destroy our culture and pervert our children.”

How can a country that purports to protect freedom of speech tolerate this blatant censorship? The answer is that our free speech law is so difficult to decipher that some officials may have genuinely believed they can shut Feucht down to prevent hateful or discriminatory speech.

As I explain in a new essay for C2C Journal, the problem is that, since the advent of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in 1982, the Supreme Court has failed to draw a principled line between when governments can and can’t limit expression. This is despite the fact that a principled rule – first articulated by John Stuart Mill in his still-famous 1864 essay On Liberty and established to varying degrees in Canada’s pre-Charter jurisprudence – was ripe for the taking.

Mill argued – persuasively, in my opinion – that governments can limit harmful forms of expression like nuisance noise or imminent physical consequences like inciting an angry mob to burn down a person’s house – but they must never seek to censor content or ideas. A clear, principled line, understandable to every citizen, government official and judge. Something like “golden rule” for understanding the domain, and legitimate boundaries, of free speech.

Today (31) it arises that House Oversight Chairman James Comer has sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent with the request for all the Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) regarding Jeffrey Epstein and his convicted associate, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Fox News reported:

“Comer sent the letter on Sunday, saying his committee is ‘reviewing the possible mismanagement’ of the federal government’s investigation of Epstein and Maxwell, including Epstein’s death.

The letter set a deadline of Sept. 15 for the Treasury to produce relevant SARS.

‘It is essential that Treasury produce to the Committee certain SARs to assist the Committee’s oversight of the federal government’s enforcement of sex trafficking laws generally and specifically its handling of the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell’, the letter states.”

California Democrat Lobbyist Gets Six Months in Jail for Wire Fraud

The downfall of Melahat Rafiei, once an influential figure in Orange County Democrat politics, is now official.

On Friday, a federal judge sentenced Rafiei to six months in prison for attempted wire fraud, closing a case that has lingered since her 2019 arrest.

The ruling not only punished her crimes but also highlighted how deeply corruption has penetrated Democrat politics in California.

Rafiei, who previously led the Orange County Democrat Party and worked as a prominent lobbyist, admitted guilt in 2023 under a plea agreement with federal prosecutors.

In addition to acknowledging the wire fraud charge, she admitted that she attempted to bribe two Irvine City Council members to secure favorable cannabis legislation.

Although she was not charged with the bribery allegations, her plea agreement made it clear that she had actively used political influence for personal and financial gain.

The judge imposed a sentence of six months in federal custody, a $10,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.

He also emphasized that Rafiei had been able to build her career because of democrat institutions and that she had abandoned those principles in pursuit of power and money.

Rafiei has been ordered to surrender to authorities by late September.

In court, Rafiei offered little defense beyond expressing that she would accept whatever penalty the court determined.

Her legal team argued that she had made a positive contribution to the community in the past and highlighted the number of friends and relatives who supported her at sentencing.

They portrayed her as someone who had already lost her career and reputation, even before serving time in prison.

The case had been stalled for years, mainly because Rafiei agreed to cooperate with federal investigators after her arrest.
