Tyler Robinson had rabid ‘obsession’ with Charlie Kirk, chillingly wrote he had perfect plan to ‘take out’ the conservative icon: FBI

Tyler Robinson had a rabid “obsession’’ with Charlie Kirk and vowed to “take out” the conservative influencer because he “hated” his views — boasting he had the perfect murder plan, the FBI revealed Monday.

“I think it’s pretty clear based on the statements of family members, friends and some of the messaging we have on these digital footprints left behind that [Robinson] clearly had some obsession with Charlie Kirk,” FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino told Fox’s “America’s Newsroom” on Monday.

”Charlie Kirk is obviously a conservative commentator,” Bongino said. “I think it’s fairly obvious to everyone out there, and there’s no need to parse words with it, that clearly this was an ideologically motivated attack.”

FBI Director Kash Patel told Fox earlier in the day that Robinson, 22, had even told someone about his heinous plot before he fatally shot Kirk, 31, with a single bullet to the neck in an appearance at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.

“He had a text message exchange with another individual in which he claimed that he had an opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk — and he was going to do it because of his hatred for what Charlie stood for,” Patel told “Fox & Friends.”

But the accused killer — a “furry’’-obsessed trade-school student with a transitioning male-to-female partner — suggested the same murderous thought later on a physical note, Patel said.

The FBI chief did not identify who the other person was or say if there would be potential charges against them for not coming forward earlier.

“The written note, we believe, did exist, and we have evidence to show what was in that note,” Patel said.

Ohio Republican claims Democratic Party ‘actually killed Charlie’ Kirk

A Republican congressman accused Democrats of killing Charlie Kirk while simultaneously pleading with liberals to ‘lower this rhetoric to a normal place.’

Kirk, 31, the conservative activist founder of Turning Point USA, was shot while speaking at a Utah college last week. Tyler Robinson, 22, is in custody as a suspect in the murder, and the FBI announced on Monday that his DNA has been linked to evidence in the case.

FBI Director Kash Patel said on Monday that investigators were able to retrieve text messages from the shooter, including an exchange ‘in which he claimed that he had an opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and he was going to do it because of his hatred for what Charlie stood for.’

Reports indicate that Robinson’s roommate was a male who was transitioning, and that the bullets in the gun allegedly used to kill Kirk contained, suggesting the reason behind the murder may be political in nature, though authorities have not released a motive.

A major figure on the right, Kirk’s death immediately evoked a buffet of emotions on Capitol Hill, including fear, anger, deep sadness and loss. Both Democrats and Republicans have mourned the young father of two’s passing last week.

Since the public and tragic assassination, lawmakers have also been in a frenzy to tone down the extreme language peddled by politicians on both sides of the aisle.

But some, while calling for calmer political rhetoric, have inflamed the national dialogue.

Rep. Michael Rulli, R-Ohio, went on Fox Business on Monday and said that Democrats are to blame for Kirk’s assassination.

Alleged Meteorite with Alien Life Found in Panama Shakes Social Media

A bizarre story from Panama has been captivating social media users, after a local man claimed to have discovered a meteorite from which alien life has been slowly emerging. The user from Pedregal, Panama, known as @kinpanama on TikTok, began posting videos on August 29 documenting the strange growth. In his footage, what appears at first to be a rock slowly develops a gelatinous, greenish-yellow substance resembling algae, before transforming into a darker, more elaborate structure.

Alleged Panama alien meteorite shakes social media

In the first video, the user presents the alleged meteorite, calling it an “interplanetary visitor,” which he interprets as a major first for Panama.

After a few days, the entity changes, producing a viscous substance resembling algae, and this in less than 72 hours. According to the Panama man, the alleged meteorite “smells like burning, and the smell keeps getting stronger.” He says he alerted the local university, but no one has shown up yet.

Feds provide anti-cannabis group a platform to bash legalization

A federal health agency on Monday hosted a leading marijuana prohibitionist group for an event focused on cannabis use trends and youth prevention, giving the organization a prominent platform for a discussion that largely promoted an anti-reform agenda.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) invited Kevin Sabet, president of Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM), to speak at a webinar on cannabis-related emergency incidents, the “potential negative impacts of state legalization” and methods of deterring youth usage.

The conversation skewed heavily toward the prohibition side of the cannabis reform debate, with Rear Admiral Christopher Jones, the director of SAMHSA’s Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, opening by overviewing data on “an upward trajectory of marijuana use” and its potential harms.

“What we hope to do today is sort of unpack some of the data that are underneath these trends,” he said. “But certainly the recent uptick is concerning as we look at past-month marijuana use.”

While Jones acknowledged that youth cannabis usage in recent years as more states have legalized cannabis have been “a little bit flatter” compared to rising use rates for adults, there was no discussion about how that might be related to the enactment of regulated markets for adults, which require IDs to ensure that underage people are not accessing the products. A question about the issue submitted by Marijuana Moment during the event was not addressed.

Sabet, for his part, accused pro-legalization advocates and industry stakeholders of selectively promoting data around youth consumption trends to demonstrate that legalization is not associated with an increase among that cohort.

“What you will find the industry often do is cherry pick some of those studies and find one or two states in the timeframe that suits them to show that there was a decrease—you know, remarkably worse there—or there was no increase, they often say, because it’s even hard for them to say there’s a decrease,” Sabet said. “That’s almost impossible. But they can finagle the numbers to say that there was no increase.”

SAMHSA’s just this summer put out data showing that youth cannabis consumption has remained stable amid the state legalization movement.

Two Arab men were arrested for terrorism and weapons of mass destruction charges after allegedly lighting a bomb under a Fox 13 vehicle in Salt Lake City on Friday as the station was covering the assassination of conservative icon Charlie Kirk.

It is unclear at this point where the van was located when the bomb was placed on the vehicle. We will update this post when we learn more.

Outside the duo’s home was an upside-down American flag and a flag that read: “Is He Dead Yet?”

Adeeb Nasir, 58, and Adil Justice Ahme Nasir, 31, were arrested at their home in Magna, Utah, on Sunday.

It is unclear if the men are in a romantic relationship or blood relatives, but they appeared quite cozy together in a photo posted to social media.

Rep. Ilhan Omar Suggests Trump’s America is Worse Than Somalia: ‘I Don’t Remember Ever Witnessing Anything Like That’ – Omar Fled Somalia in a Plane When Their Compound Was Attacked by 20 Men

Far-left Rep. Ilhan Omar has insisted that her home country of Somalia were not as bad America is under President Trump.

The Minnesota Congresswoman made the comments during an appearance this weekend on the YouTube channel Democracy Now!, where she complained about the Trump administration’s policy of mass deportations and restoring law and order to cities like Washington D.C. and Chicago.

She explained:

Armed men who are in plainclothes that are snatching people off the streets, unwilling to identify themselves. You have the military being deployed in our streets. My God, this is America. You have states’ rights being disregarded. You know, the constitutional crisis that’s being created in front of our eyes.

And the same week where we have a president who has deployed the military, who are trained to kill our enemies, not Americans, but our enemies, are in our streets. It’s the same week that we are going to have a military parade. Can you imagine that image that is going to be coming out of our country?

I mean, I grew up in a dictatorship. And I don’t even remember ever witnessing anything like that. To have a democracy, a beacon of hope for the world, to now be turned into one of the worst countries where the military are in our streets without any regard for people’s constitutional rights.

While our president is spending millions of dollars prompting himself up like a failed dictator with a military parade. It is really shocking and it should be a wake-up call for all Americans to say this is not the country we were born in, this is not the country we believe in, this is not the country our founding fathers imagined, and this is not the country that is supported by our constitution, our ideals, our values.

We should all collectively be out in the streets rejecting what is taking place this week.

Turkey wary of Israeli threat following airstrike on Hamas in Qatar

An Israeli strike on a meeting of Hamas officials in Qatar has cast a cloud of growing concern across Turkey that it could be the next target.

Turkish Defense Ministry spokesman Rear Adm. Zeki Akturk warned in Ankara on Thursday that Israel would “further expand its reckless attacks, as it did in Qatar, and drag the entire region, including its own country, into disaster.”

Israel and Turkey were once strong regional partners, but ties between the countries ran into difficulties from the late 2000s and have reached an all-time low over the war in Gaza sparked by the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas-led attack in southern Israel. Tensions also have risen as the two countries have competed for influence in neighboring Syria since the fall of Bashar Assad’s government last year.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has been a long-standing supporter of the Palestinian cause and of the Palestinian militant group Hamas. The Turkish president has criticized Israel, and particularly Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with strident rhetoric since the start of the Gaza war, accusing Israel of genocide and likening Netanyahu to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.

Hamas officials regularly visit Turkey and some have taken up residence there. Israel previously accused Turkey of allowing Hamas to plan attacks from its territory, as well as carrying out recruitment and fundraising.

Erdogan is close to Qatar’s leaders and Turkey maintains strong military and commercial ties to the emirate. He is due to travel to Qatar this weekend for an Arab and Muslim leaders’ summit.

After Israel’s attacks on the territory of Iran, Syria, Yemen and now Qatar, Ankara is bound to be concerned by Israel’s ability to freely use the airspace of neighboring states.

‘The truth will not be hidden, or buried or classified’: FBI is NOT ruling out co-conspirators in Charlie Kirk assassination

Was the assassination of Charlie Kirk planned by more than one perpetrator?

The FBI is reportedly looking into that possibility as Americans continue to mourn the Christian martyr and civil-rights leader who was gunned down Wednesday at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

Journalist Benny Johnson posted on X: “Just spoke with top FBI official who made it very clear that they have NOT ruled out co-conspirators in Charlie Kirk’s assassination: ‘That assumption is premature. This investigation is just beginning. An enormous amount of evidence has been seized both digital and physical.'”

“FBI sources assure me the public will ‘know everything’ about the dark internet history, chats and affiliations of Kirk’s left-wing political assassin,” Johnson continued. “The source then alluded to some online groups attempting to delete or destroy evidence.”

“We have everything. We are focused on the radicalization element. The truth will not be hidden, or buried or classified. The public will know,” according to the source.

Journalist Nick Sortor confirmed the bureau is actively digging through chat logs, dark web history, and affiliations of Tyler Robinson, the suspect in custody, noting: “Another FBI source independently verified to me Benny’s reporting here is accurate.”

“NO STONE should be left unturned. We must know exactly WHO radicalized this degenerate, and lock their asses up.”

House Appropriations Committee Unanimously Passes Amendment to Defund All NIH-Funded Transgender Animal Experiments in FY26 Spending Bill

In a significant victory for fiscal conservatives and animal welfare advocates, the House Appropriations Committee has unanimously passed an amendment to the FY26 NIH spending bill that would prohibit the use of taxpayer dollars for bizarre and controversial “transgender” experiments on animals.

The amendment, which was added to the spending bill, states explicitly:

“Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used for research on vertebrate animals for the purpose of studying the effects of drugs, surgery, or other interventions to alter the human body (including by disrupting the body’s development, inhibiting its natural functions, or modifying its appearance) to no longer correspond to its biological sex.”

The amendment was first proposed by Rep. Paul Gosar in May, who was working with White Coat Waste Project, a watchdog group focused on ending wasteful taxpayer-funded animal experimentation.

The full FY26 NIH spending bill advanced out of committee and now heads to the full House for a vote. If approved by Congress and signed into law, this provision would permanently bar NIH-funded labs from using tax dollars on such experiments, ensuring no repeat of the disturbing practices uncovered earlier this year.
