Photo Released of 29-Year-Old Dallas ICE Shooter — Agents Ransack His Bedroom and Uncover Handwritten “Terror Notes” Plotting to Kill ICE Employees

The Biden regime and its media allies love to cry “domestic terrorism” when it comes to parents at school board meetings or conservative Americans peacefully protesting at the Capitol.

But when the threat is directed at law enforcement heroes on the front lines of immigration enforcement, the very men and women who risk their lives to protect our borders, silence reigns.

Federal authorities have now confirmed that the 29-year-old man who opened fire on a Dallas ICE facility was not some random “lone wolf” but a premeditated domestic terrorist who left behind chilling handwritten terror notes, explicitly plotting to murder ICE agents and spread fear among federal employees tasked with enforcing immigration law.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Patel has released several new pieces of evidence that blow up this ridiculous claim. Included in the evidence is a chilling note written by Jahn, which says, “Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, ‘is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?”

@FBIDallas and FBI HQ have been working 24/7 to seize devices, exploit data, and process writings obtained on location and in the subject’s person/residence/bedroom. This @FBI is committed to providing timely updates, as promised:

– The perp downloaded a document titled “Dallas County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management” containing a list of DHS facilities.
– He conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the “Charlie Kirk Shot Video” between 9/23-9/24.
-Between 8/19-8/24, he searched apps that tracked the presence of ICE agents.
– One of the handwritten notes recovered read, “Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, ‘is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?”
– Further accumulated evidence to this point indicates a high degree of pre-attack planning.

The FBI will provide further updates when able.

At a Thursday news conference, Dallas FBI Special Agent in Charge Joseph Rothrock revealed what investigators uncovered after agents tore through the Oklahoma home of shooter Joshua Jahn.

Trump’s HHS Overhauls Welfare Program with Focus on Accountability

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the Administration for Children and Families, selected Arizona, Iowa, Nebraska, Ohio, and Virginia to participate in the redesigned Temporary Assistance for Needy Families pilot.

This pilot will test innovative approaches to promote employment, reduce government dependency, and strengthen family outcomes.

Authorized under the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023, the six-year pilot will replace the Work Participation Rate and instead measure state success using new, outcome-based metrics that aim to deliver real results for families and taxpayers.

For example, states will now be held accountable for improving employment outcomes, supporting earnings growth, and reducing reliance on cash assistance, Medicaid, and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.

“The Trump Administration is returning to the original promise of welfare reform—ensuring our programs are laser-focused on helping families achieve lasting self-sufficiency while delivering results for taxpayers,” said ACF Acting Assistant Secretary Andrew Gradison. “This pilot marks the beginning of a new era where states are empowered to test new strategies, achieve real outcomes, and build an evidence base for innovations that drive upward mobility in America.”

The federal agency posted on social media:

“ACF is launching the redesigned TANF pilot with newly selected states: AZ, IA, NE, OH, & VA. The 6-year pilot will test new ways to: Promote work Strengthen family stability Reduce dependency.”

SHOCKING INJUSTICE: Soros-Funded DA Alvin Bragg Lets Violent Pro-Abortion Thug Walk Free After Brutal, On-Camera Assault on Pro-Life Woman

In yet another glaring example of the radical left’s two-tiered justice system, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has dismissed all charges against Brianna J. Rivers, the unhinged pro-abortion extremist who viciously assaulted pro-life activist Savannah Craven Antao on camera back in April.

What started as a felony assault charge was downgraded to a mere misdemeanor and then quietly dropped entirely, leaving victims of leftist violence without recourse while criminals roam free.

Savannah Craven Antao, a courageous advocate for the unborn with the pro-life organization Live Action, was out in the streets of Harlem on April 3, 2025, conducting peaceful street interviews for her eye-opening video project titled “What Does Planned Parenthood Do? Perception vs. Reality?”

Her mission was simple: to expose the grim truths about America’s largest abortion mill and spark honest conversations about the sanctity of life.

But in Biden’s America, where free speech is under siege from the radical left, even polite dialogue can turn deadly for conservatives. According to Savannah and her husband, Henry Antao, the encounter began innocently enough.

The assailant, later identified as 30-year-old Brianna J. Rivers, approached the couple with compliments. “Oh my gosh, I love your dress. You look so cute,” she said, even praising Henry’s skin tone and calling them “so cute.”

The conversation quickly revealed Rivers’ pro-abortion stance, but Savannah remained calm and respectful, as she always does in her videos—challenging people with thoughtful questions rather than confrontation.

Things escalated when Rivers shockingly declared that we should “kill all the kids in foster care.” Stunned, Savannah sought clarification: “Oh, that’s really violent and interesting.”

22 People Connected To Jeffrey Epstein Have Died Under Mysterious Circumstances

Twenty-two people who were linked to late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have died under mysterious circumstances.

Prior to his death in 2022 at 77, financier Steven Hoffenberg revealed in a final account to the National Enquirer that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted pedophile’s recruiting madam, had been “taping” honey-trap videos of VIPs with underage girls for a group of deep-state blackmailing power brokers.

Maxwell is serving 20 years for trafficking, but was moved to a cushy, minimum-security facility after meeting with Trump’s former personal lawyer.

Epstein died at 66 in August 2019. He was found hanging inside his New York City jail cell in what officials considered suicide, though his brother, Mark Epstein, believes he was murdered.

The late sex offender’s very last cellmate, Efrain “Stone” Reyes, died at 51 of COVID in November 2020, weeks after talking with federal investigators probing his cellmate’s death. Reyes was transferred out of Epstein’s cell one day before his death.

Three of Epstein’s accusers also suspiciously died, including Virginia Giuffre, who was found dead on April 25 due to an apparent suicide.

Maine mass shooting survivors refile lawsuit after Pentagon watchdog report cites Army negligence

The survivors and family members of victims of the deadliest mass shooting in Maine history have refiled their lawsuit against the U.S. government following a new U.S. Department of Defense watchdog report that faults the U.S. Army for a high rate of failure to report violent threats by service members.

Eighteen people were killed in Lewiston in October 2023 when Robert Card opened fire at a bowling alley and a bar and grill. Dozens of survivors and relatives sued the federal government earlier this month on grounds that the U.S. Army could have stopped Card, a reservist, from carrying out the shootings.

Lawyers for the group filed their amended lawsuit on Tuesday. It cites a report issued by the inspector general for the Defense Department this month that concludes the Army failed to make mandatory reports of violent threats almost half the time.

Military law enforcement is required to report violent threats to the service’s military criminal investigative organization. The review found the Army did not consistently follow that policy in 32 of 67 violent threat investigations in 2023.

The report specifically mentions Card, who died by suicide two days after the shootings. It says failure to consistently report violent threats “could increase the risk of additional violent incidents by service members, such as what occurred with SFC (Sgt. 1st Class) Card.”

The longstanding pattern of unaddressed threats gives the Lewiston victims a stronger case, said Travis Brennan, an attorney for the group.

Left-wing gun group posts flyers in D.C. with same anti-fascist message from Kirk assassination

A left-wing gun club plastered recruitment flyers around Georgetown University that include the message “Hey Fascist! Catch!” — the same phrase written on ammunition linked to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

The message was found on dark red flyers from the John Brown Gun Club, a gun-rights group that was founded to militarize the white working class and spur it toward a social-justice revolution.

“The only political group that celebrates when Nazis die,” the club flyer says, which includes a QR code that links to a web page that says, “We’re building a community that’s done with ceremonial resistance and strongly worded letters. If you want to make a real change in your community, let us know below.”

Georgetown University said the flyers had been removed.

“The university is investigating this incident and working to ensure the safety of our community,” the school said.

John Brown Gun Club members can sometimes be spotted carrying firearms at liberal oriented events. They say they provide security against conservative counter-protesters.

Recently, the group has been involved in violent clashes with federal ICE officers who are attempting to arrest illegal immigrants.

Antifa Just Showed Everyone Why Trump Labeled Them a Domestic Terror Group

We saw some of the liberal media’s talking points regarding Antifa. Some genuinely don’t know what it is, which shows how dense the bubble they live in is. It’s an unhinged group of progressives that has been around for years. They’ve attacked conservatives, police officers and are organized. They’re getting marching orders, folks. It’s not some loose confederation of keyboard warriors. These people are nuts. President Trump signed an executive order designating them a domestic terror group, which led to some mockery, of course, but they’re not calling for their supporters to attack ICE facilities. This call to arms came before Joshua Jahn, 29, opened fire on one in Dallas, Texas, this week. Mia Cathell, formerly of Townhall, has more (via Washington Examiner):

Antifa agitators are calling for further attacks on Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities, as ICE agents already face an unprecedented wave of left-wing violence.

AnarchistNews.org, an anarcho-communist propaganda site popular among antifa militants, issued a call this week instructing “all anarchists across the country” to converge in the streets and “wage a carnival of war against ICE.”

“Every fist that hurls a piece of concrete through a bank or an ICE agent’s car window has the potential to ignite a wildfire,” reads the call-to-action.

[…]

“[C]hannel hopelessness into a frenzy of outbursts,” the communiqué says, listing off accelerant acts, such as “nocturnal smash and grabs or spontaneous attacks on institutions,” to bring about a state of lawlessness. “With the ammunition of love and rage, we reclaim our lives with every momentary rupture against a world that can never be voted away.”

[…]

Similar calls for attacks against ICE are appearing on Reddit as well, particularly on left-wing pages.

[…]

“Shoot first. Ask later. Those are kidnappers. Take them out,” one Redditor wrote in the comments section.

“Lot of dudes not wearing Kevlar…[I’m just saying],” another account said of the arresting ICE agents depicted in the now-removed Reddit post.

“There are more on the Left with the pew pews [guns] than you might think,” a separate Reddit profile commented. “Karl Marx was very pew pew.” In the replies, a Redditor remarked, “Well since the king just took the capital city by force with the military,” referring to Trump’s deployment of the National Guard to combat crime in Washington, D.C., “perhaps it’s time to fight back if these people exist.”

Under a 50501 discussion thread reacting to a Customs and Border Protection agent shooting at a vehicle that sped off during an immigration stop after allegedly driving into two officers, Redditors took a more militant, accelerationist approach.

“They shot first,” one of the Reddit replies said. “It’s now open season on ICE!”

Syracuse students accused of hate crime after pork was thrown into Jewish frat house

Two Syracuse University students have been charged with burglary as a hate crime after one of them was alleged to have thrown a bag of pork into a Jewish fraternity house as people gathered to observe Rosh Hashanah, police said Wednesday.

The two 18-year-olds were also charged with one count each of criminal nuisance in the incident at the Zeta Beta Tau house about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, police in Syracuse, New York, said.

Allen Groves, the university’s chief student experience officer, called it a “deeply troubling incident” in a message to the campus community Tuesday night.

“Tonight’s incident as reported to us is abhorrent, shocking to the conscience and violates our core value of being a place that is truly welcoming to all,” he said. “It will not be tolerated at Syracuse University.”

One of the accused students entered the frat house and threw the bag of pork inside while the second drove the vehicle that they then used to flee, Groves said. Police arrested both soon afterward, he said.

Police said the two students were detained and charged after consultation with the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office.

Why the Government Is So Loved by So Many

One of the most memorable passages in the memoir of the escaped slave Frederick Douglass is where he describes how one group of slaves would argue with another group of slaves over whose master was richer or stronger. Exhibiting a mixture of Stockholm syndrome with delusions of grandeur, these slaves, according to Douglass, “seemed to think that the greatness of their masters was transferable to themselves.” Moreover, Douglass noted that the slaves tended to not judge the behavior of their masters by any set objective standards, but in comparison to other masters. Douglass himself, when a slave, had fallen into this mode of thinking, as recounted in this passage:

I have been frequently asked, when a slave, if I had a kind master, and do not remember ever to have given a negative answer; nor did I, in pursuing this course, consider myself as uttering what was absolutely false; for I always measured the kindness of my master by the standard of kindness set up among slaveholders around us. Moreover, slaves are like other people, and imbibe prejudices quite common to others. They think their own better than that of others. Many, under the influence of this prejudice, think their own masters are better than the masters of other slaves; and this, too, in some cases, when the very reverse is true. Indeed, it is not uncommon for slaves even to fall out and quarrel among themselves about the relative goodness of their masters, each contending for the superior goodness of his own over that of the others. At the very same time, they mutually execrate their masters when viewed separately. It was so on our plantation. When Colonel Lloyd’s slaves met the slaves of Jacob Jepson, they seldom parted without a quarrel about their masters; Colonel Lloyd’s slaves contending that he was the richest, and Mr. Jepson’s slaves that he was the smartest, and most of a man. Colonel Lloyd’s slaves would boast his ability to buy and sell Jacob Jepson. Mr. Jepson’s slaves would boast his ability to whip Colonel Lloyd. These quarrels would almost always end in a fight between the parties, and those that whipped were supposed to have gained the point at issue. They seemed to think that the greatness of their masters was transferable to themselves. It was considered as being bad enough to be a slave; but to be a poor man’s slave was deemed a disgrace indeed!

We can see here an analogue to countless discussions among Americans in which Americans think themselves quite privileged to be dominated and exploited by the current American ruling oligarchy. Why? It is often because these victims of the regime judge their masters to be less awful than some other masters. But, not content with concluding one set of overlords to be merely less bad than another, these willing serfs then go a step further and attribute to their masters great virtue and kindness.

German Federal Police Sued Over Facial Recognition Database Use

Germany’s top criminal police authority is facing legal action over the handling of biometric data.

On September 19, 2025, IT-security expert Janik Besendorf, with the support of the Chaos Computer Club (CCC), brought a case before the Administrative Court in Wiesbaden.

He argues that photographs taken of him during a 2018 police matter, which was later dismissed, were unlawfully fed into facial recognition testing programs instead of being deleted.

According to Netzpolitik, images from Besendorf and millions of others stored in the police database INPOL-Z were repurposed without consent or statutory approval.

The legal complaint points in particular to the BKA’s “EGES” initiative, a 2019 project aimed at improving its facial recognition capabilities.

In this program, Fraunhofer IGD ran trials of four commercial recognition systems using roughly five million frontal photos of around three million individuals, in addition to volunteer contributions.

Freedom of information records show that officials had already raised doubts about whether the project had any legal footing.

The BKA maintains that the testing was conducted safely, emphasizing that all work was carried out on isolated internal systems, with no direct handover of personal data to outside partners.

It also insists that the program is qualified as research under the BKA Act. Regulators have taken a different view, arguing that benchmarking market-ready tools cannot be described as scientific research and pointing out the absence of a clear legal mandate.

A judgment against the BKA would set limits on how police photo archives can be repurposed for experimentation and product vetting.
