New shocking details emerge about Deep State’s favorite judge, James Boasberg…

There’s a reason the name Judge James Boasberg keeps popping up every time the Deep State pulls another rabbit out of its hat. From Russiagate to FISAgate, from Ray Epps to the J6 show trials, Boasberg’s ghoulish fingerprints are all over the weapons used to attack President Trump and the America First movement for nearly a decade now.

Boasberg supporters like to say he’s “just doing his job.” But when that “job” always involves running cover for Democrats, Deep State operatives, and corrupt bureaucrats… while hammering Trump allies… it’s not exactly hard to connect the dots.

And that brings us to the latest twist in this ongoing judicial saga. What investigative journalist Sundance just uncovered ties it all together with a big bow on top. If you thought Judge Boasberg was an activist before, you might now see him as one of the Deep State’s most key players.

And as you read this very detailed X post, pay close attention to who always seems to rush to Boasberg’s defense… none other than Chief Justice John Roberts. The same day President Trump suggested Boasberg should be impeached for his slew of crazy, biased rulings, Roberts issued a rare public statement shielding him.

US Bombs 16th Alleged Drug Boat in Latin America

The US has bombed another alleged drug-running boat in the waters of Latin America, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said on Saturday.

Hegseth said the vessel was targeted in the Caribbean and, as usual, he provided no evidence to back up his claims about what the boat was carrying. He said the bombing killed three “narco-terrorists,” a term the Trump administration is using to justify extra-judicial executions at sea for an alleged crime that doesn’t receive the death penalty in the US.

The attack brings the total number of boats the US has bombed since September 2 to 16, and the total number of people killed in the campaign to 64, according to numbers released by the Trump administration. Nine boats have been hit in the Caribbean, and seven were targeted in the Eastern Pacific.

While the Trump administration has claimed the boats that have been targeted were attempting to bring drugs to the US, a US official has told Drop Site News that many of the vessels that have been struck “do not even have the requisite gasoline or motor capacity to reach US waters.”

Trump officials have also framed the bombing campaign as a response to fentanyl-related deaths in the US, but the US official speaking to Drop Site also noted that little to no of the fentanyl in the US comes from Venezuela, where most of the boats targeted in the Caribbean have come from.

Illegal Aliens Milk SNAP For Taxpayer-Funded Free Food

Many illegal aliens who are not eligible for SNAP benefits were nonetheless saved from scrambling for food Friday when a judge forced funding for the program to continue in November.

Both the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) have been under threat as the budget impasse in Congress continues. SNAP was slated for suspension on Nov. 1 when the federal SNAP funding mechanism ran out. An appropriation bill must be passed to fund it.

But Judge Indira Talwani has ordered the USDA to use contingency funds to pay for SNAP at least partially, and to find more funds to fully fund it. “And while these contingency funds reportedly are insufficient to cover the entire cost of SNAP for November, [the USDA] also may supplement the Contingency Funds by authorizing a transfer of additional funds,” Indira wrote Friday.

A better solution would be to end the government shutdown and pass an appropriation bill to fund the government (a solution Democrats are loath to adopt). But while government workers miss paychecks and federal services are shut down, taxpayers are still feeding many illegal aliens.

Data from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) shows that many households led by illegal aliens who are not personally eligible for SNAP would be hit if a SNAP free food freeze is ever allowed to happen. In many cases they have been receiving SNAP for their children, born in the U.S. after the mother illegally entered or overstayed in the U.S.

Newsom Claims Biden Is Fit to Serve — Then Says He “Hates When Politicians Lie to You”

California Governor Gavin Newsom’s latest appearance on Meet the Press showed exactly why Americans have lost faith in Democrat leadership.

When asked what frustrates him most about politics, Newsom said, “There is nothing I dislike more than a politician who sits there and lies to you.”

Moments later, he defended Joe Biden’s “fitness” to serve as president through 2029—despite overwhelming evidence that Biden is no longer capable of handling the job he already lost.

Since President Trump returned to the White House, the contrast between leadership and incompetence could not be more evident.

Trump has rebuilt the economy, strengthened border security, and reasserted America’s role on the world stage.

Meanwhile, Democrats like Newsom continue to defend Biden’s record of weakness and confusion, pretending that his failed presidency was a golden era.

Newsom’s attempt to rewrite history is not loyalty—it’s deception.

Newsom pointed to a 2023 Oval Office meeting with Biden as proof of the former president’s competence.

But Americans remember what really happened: a term defined by inflation, chaos at the border, and foreign policy disasters that emboldened America’s enemies.

Biden’s June 2024 debate was a disaster—he appeared confused, frail, and unable to complete sentences.

His blank stares, missed cues, and incoherent answers shocked viewers nationwide, confirming fears that he lacked the mental and physical capacity to lead the country. It was a defining moment of collapse.

Even Democrats privately admitted it. Yet Newsom, ever the political opportunist, continues to praise Biden to protect his own ambitions for 2028.

Trump Say US Won’t Sell Tomahawk Missiles to Ukraine, for Now

President Donald Trump said on Sunday that the United States will not sell or trade Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine for the time being, as concerns linger that such a move could lead to an escalation in that nation’s defensive war against Russia’s invasion.

Asked by a reporter on Air Force One whether he was considering sending the long-range missiles to Ukraine, Trump replied, “No, not really.”

He added a moment later that he might “change my mind, but at this moment I’m not [considering it].”

Ukraine has requested that the United States provide Tomahawk missiles, a type of missile manufactured and operated by the United States that has an effective range of up to 1,500 miles. Being equipped with such weaponry would enable the Eastern European nation to strike within Russian territory.

In October, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy suggested that Ukraine would be willing to trade drones to the United States in exchange for Tomahawk missiles.

Russia has repeatedly stated that it would view an attack within its territory using western missiles as an escalation by Ukraine’s western allies.

‘Horror story’: RFK Jr. reveals chilling organ harvesting scandal

Ashocking revelation from Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has exposed what he calls a “horror story” inside America’s organ donation system.

On a recent segment of Newsmax, RFK Jr. detailed a case in which a woman allegedly awoke while her organs were being harvested and did not live to tell the tale.

“It’s a horror story, and part of it is because of the capture of the agency that was regulating ORR, had a — the board that was actually regulating organ harvesting was overlapping with the contractor that was actually harvesting the organs,” he began.

“I had one instance where a family was waiting at the hospital for the body of their deceased relative. The relative was brought to one of these private organ harvesting centers, awoke while they were harvesting her organs, and then was brought back to the hospital … where she died eventually,” he continued.

New Jersey’s Past Election Integrity Problems Demand Federal Oversight In Governor’s Race

As federal election monitors arrive in California and New Jersey ahead of Tuesday’s elections, Democrats are screaming, “voter intimidation!”

“It’s a preview of things to come, part of the rigging, part of the voter suppression,” California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom, in the running for America’s slimiest politician, said last week. “It’s exactly why the National Guard were federalized through Election Day.”

California voters head the the polls to decide the fate of Proposition 50, a Newsom-led redistricting initiative that would give more congressional seats to Democrats and disenfranchise Republican voters. The representative democracy deniers want to jettison the political maps drawn up by an independent commission and replace them with a politically-twisted gerrymander. Remember that when Democrats bloviate about “voter suppression.”

Virginia and New Jersey will hold state elections featuring bruising executive branch races.

“Our State is committed to ensuring a free, fair, and secure election, and we will not allow anyone to interfere with or disrupt our elections,” leftist New Jersey Attorney General Matt  Platkin declared after the Department of Justice announced it would deploy monitors in Passaic County, N.J., and at polling sites in five counties in California.

The Democrats’ spin, in the words of Col. Sherman T. Potter, is a bunch of horse hockey. It’s more of the “fascism” prattle from the party that has helped lead a soft coup against a duly elected president for more than eight years.

There’s nothing new about the deployment of federal election monitors. The two buffoons in California and New Jersey certainly didn’t express any concerns last year when President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice announced it would send scores of election monitors into 86 jurisdictions across 26 states — including California and New Jersey.

Leftist “voter rights” groups and their press messengers love federal monitors, just not when they’re sent out to make sure liberal partisan elections officials are playing by the rules.

But New Jersey’s attorney general insists the same actions by President Donald Trump’s DOJ are “highly inappropriate.” Platkin puffed to USA Today that his office would be considering all of its options “to prevent any effort to intimidate voters or interfere with our elections.”

The Jersey Democrat Machine appointee likes to gloss over Passaic County’s history of election integrity failures and election law abuses.

FDA’s top drug regulator resigns after federal officials probe ‘serious concerns’

The head of the Food and Drug Administration’s drug center abruptly resigned Sunday after federal officials began reviewing “serious concerns about his personal conduct,” according to a government spokesperson.

Dr. George Tidmarsh, who was named to the FDA post in July, was placed on leave Friday after officials in the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of General Counsel were notified of the issues, HHS press secretary Emily Hilliard said in an email. Tidmarsh then resigned Sunday morning.

“Secretary Kennedy expects the highest ethical standards from all individuals serving under his leadership and remains committed to full transparency,” Hilliard said.

The departure came the same day that a drugmaker connected to one of Tidmarsh’s former business associates filed a lawsuit alleging that he made “false and defamatory statements,” during his time at the FDA.

The lawsuit, brought by Aurinia Pharmaceuticals, alleges that Tidmarsh used his FDA position to pursue a “longstanding personal vendetta” against the chair of the company’s board of directors, Kevin Tang.

Tang previously served as a board member of several drugmakers where Tidmarsh was an executive, including La Jolla Pharmaceutical, and was involved in his ouster from those leadership positions, according to the lawsuit.

Messages placed to Tidmarsh and his lawyer were not immediately returned late Sunday.

Tidmarsh founded and led a series of pharmaceutical companies over several decades working in California’s pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Before joining the FDA, he also served as an adjunct professor at Stanford University. He was recruited to join the agency over the summer after meeting with FDA Commissioner Marty Makary.

Tidmarsh’s ouster is the latest in a string of haphazard leadership changes at the agency, which has been rocked for months by firings, departures and controversial decisions on vaccines, fluoride and other products.

Netanyahu greenlights death penalty bill for Palestinian prisoners

The National Security Committee in Israel’s Knesset is moving forward with a bill to impose the death penalty on Palestinians convicted of deadly attacks and operations that killed Israelis.

According to the Israeli government’s top official on captives’ affairs, Gal Hirsch, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu supports the move.

Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who has long called for the execution of Palestinian prisoners, thanked Netanyahu for supporting the bill in a post on social media.

“I thank the prime minister for his support for Otzma Yehudit’s bill for the death penalty for terrorists, but the court must not have any discretion – every terrorist who goes out to murder must know that the death penalty will be imposed on him. It’s time for justice!” Ben Gvir said.

Israeli media reports said the bill could have its first reading as soon as Wednesday.

“The extremist and terrorist Israeli government once again proves, through this decision, that it feeds off the blood and suffering of prisoners in its jails,” said the Palestinian Center for Prisoners’ Defense. “The repercussions of this fascist step will be even more bloody and will drag the entire region into a new cycle of uncertainty whose consequences no one can predict.”

Lawmakers in the Knesset National Security Committee already voted 4-1 in favor of the bill on 28 September.

The bill – which does not apply to Israelis who kill Palestinians – requires another three votes in a full Knesset session before it is passed into law.

At the time of the vote, Ben Gvir came under fire within Israel for pushing the execution bill at a time when Israeli captives were still held in Gaza.

The National Security Minister threatened on 20 October to stop voting with the ruling coalition if the death penalty bill did not pass its first reading within three weeks.

Prior to the formation of Netanyahu’s ruling coalition, Ben Gvir had been demanding the death penalty for Palestinians and, at one point, even made the demand as a condition for his joining the government.

Since assuming the role of national security minister, Ben Gvir has tightened the already repressive measures against Palestinians in the Israeli prison system.

The Coming War with Venezuela

The Miami Herald reports that the president has decided to order attacks inside Venezuela:

The Trump Administration has made the decision to attack military installations inside Venezuela and the strikes could come at any moment, sources with knowledge of the situation told the Miami Herald, as the U.S. prepares to initiate the next stage of its campaign against the Soles drug cartel.

An attack on Venezuela is completely unjustified and illegal. The president has no authority to start a war with Venezuela. An American attack will be a flagrant violation of the U.N. Charter and international law. The U.S. will be committing criminal aggression against a neighbor on the dubious pretext of combating drug trafficking, but we all know the real goal is to attempt forcible regime change.

No one can be surprised by this news. We know that the administration has been preparing for an attack for months. There were already signs of a new illegal war on the horizon in August when the president ordered the military to use force against cartels. The subsequent military buildup in the Caribbean and the ensuing murder spree at sea confirmed that the U.S. was getting ready to strike. The deployment of the USS Gerald Ford to the region was further confirmation that they intended to escalate with attacks inside other countries.

The administration will probably restrict its intervention to a bombing campaign, but that is hardly good news. If the murder spree at sea is any indication of what to expect, attacks inside Venezuela will kill many civilians on purpose. Given Hegseth’s enthusiasm for “lethality” and war crimes, we should assume that the rules of engagement will be extremely loose. The coming war with Venezuela will likely get a lot of innocent Venezuelans killed.

The administration may hope that intervention will lead to a coup against Maduro, but that seems like a long shot. Venezuelan military leaders have had several opportunities to ditch Maduro before, and they have not done so. Maduro might try to ride out the bombing campaign. It is possible that he could even try turning the attack to his advantage if most Venezuelans respond to the attack on their country as people normally do by rallying behind their government.
