JPMorgan Discloses Government Probe Into Debanking Practices

US regulators are examining whether JPMorgan Chase has denied customers fair access to banking, as pressure grows over debanking decisions that were made against conservative figures, according to reporting from Financial Times and the company’s 10-Q filing.

In its quarterly filing, the bank noted it was “responding to requests from government authorities and other external parties regarding, among other things, the firm’s policies and processes and the provision of services to customers and potential customers”.

JPMorgan linked the scrutiny to an August executive order from Donald Trump directing regulators to review possible “politicised or unlawful debanking”. The bank said related inquiries include “reviews, investigations and legal proceedings,” without identifying the agencies involved.

Bank of America has similarly reported responding to government demands about “fair access to banking.” Industry lobbyists argue that regulatory rules around politically exposed persons and “reputation risk” have pushed banks to deny certain customers.

Recall, just yesterday, we noted that a top bank watchdog was making sure big banks have finally ditched debanking policies. You remember those, right? We sure do. It happened around the same time Google, Paypal and Amazon all banned us due to our (correct) take on the origins of Covid-19 and because they didn’t like our (correct) take on the BLM movement.

For those that missed it, a slew of banks under the Biden administration outright cancelled people’s accounts and didn’t allow them access to a bank account based on the industry they worked in, or many times their political views (surprise, none of them were Democrats).

Jonathan Gould, head of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, or OCC, told a conference that supervisors are double-checking banks really did stop blacklisting sectors like firearms from banks, according to Reuters.

Billionaire Alex Soros Hails Socialist Zohran Mamdani’s Victory: ‘The American Dream Continues’

Alex Soros, the son of leftist billionaire megadonor George Soros, on Tuesday hailed socialist Zohran Mamdani’s election to become the next mayor of New York City.

“So proud to be a New Yorker! The American dream continues! Congrats, Mayor Zohran Mamdani,” Soros wrote, sharing a picture of him and Mamdani.

George Soros in 2023 handed control over the family’s $25 billion-plus philanthropic enterprise that bankrolls leftist causes, otherwise known as the Open Society Foundations.

Breitbart News’s John Binder reported that the Open Society Foundations “partially funded” the organization behind a rally for accused MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Binder wrote:

As Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were readying to take custody of Abrego Garcia on Monday, the far-left group CASA held a rally in support of the accused human smuggler — who has also been accused of MS-13 gang membership, domestic violence, and abuse of women.

CASA’s Lydia Walther-Rodriguez translated at the rally for Abrego Garcia, who said he is a victim of President Donald Trump’s mass deportation efforts.

As Breitbart News has long reported, Soros’s Open Society Foundations have thrown millions at CASA to advocate for mass immigration over the years. In 2023, the Open Society Foundations awarded CASA a $250,000 grant and CASA in Action, the group’s political action committee (PAC), with $1.6 million.

In August, President Donald Trump called for George and Alex Soros to be prosecuted under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act due their alleged support of violent protests in the United States.

CNN’s Van Jones among those raising alarm at Mamdani’s instant ‘character switch’ after winning power

Lefty luminary Van Jones was among those raising alarm at Democratic socialist mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani’s rage-filled victory speech, noting his instant “character switch” at winning power.

A roaring Mamdani wasted no time in claiming a mandate for his potentially budget-busting progressive agenda and taunting President Trump as he rallied his fired-up supporters soon after winning Tuesday night.

Jones was quick to note live on CNN that the 34-year-old’s triumphant demeanor was a far cry from the cool, calm and collected candidate seen on the campaign trail.

“I think he missed an opportunity. I think the Mamdani that we saw in the campaign trail, who was a lot more calm, who was a lot warmer, who was a lot more embracing, was not present in that speech,” Jones told a post-election CNN panel.

Trump’s embrace of former Al Qaeda leader at White House is the height of hypocrisy

Scott Ritter, the former UN weapons inspector, said in an interview Tuesday that President Donald Trump’s decision to meet with Syria’s President Ahmed al-Sharaa, the former commander of Al Qaeda offshoot Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and once had a $10-million U.S. bounty on his head, is the height of hypocrisy and not even smart politics because he is not a viable leader.

Ritter was asked by Judge Andrew Napolitano if he ever thought he’d see the day that Al-Sharaa, an Islamist whose nom de guerre was Abu Mohammed al-Jolani, would be welcomed in the White House.

Ritter said, “Some lines can’t be crossed.”

“You can’t have had thousands of Americans sacrifice their lives — tens of thousands of Americans sacrifice their bodies and their minds” to pursue terrorists after 9/11, only for Trump to call al-Sharaa a “tough guy” in a tough neighborhood and let bygones be bygones.

Food Banks across the Country are being overwhelmed by a tsunami of hungry people

As grocery prices have risen, demand at food banks throughout the country has surged to very alarming levels. At the end of 2024, I wrote about how demand at food banks had risen to record levels all over the United States.

Unfortunately, demand has continued to rise in 2025, and now the government shutdown has shifted America’s hunger crisis into overdrive. Millions of very hungry people are showing up at food banks looking for something to eat, and resources are being stretched to the limit.

There is no area of the nation that is not being affected by this crisis. For example, it is being reported that food banks in Iowa are experiencing “record demand” during this government shutdown…

Food pantries across Iowa are seeing record demand as families wait for the federal government to restore their food assistance benefits.

So what does “record demand” look like? Well, at one food bank in Iowa they are serving about twice as many people as usual…

While families wait, many are turning to food pantries for help. At WayPoint Resources in Waukee, the line for food stretched out the door Monday.

“We just opened at noon today. And already in that first hour, we saw double the number of people that we normally see,” said Melissa Stimple, the center’s executive director.

We are seeing similar things happen in other parts of the nation too. In southwest Texas, one network of food banks is now serving nearly 170,000 people per week…

Eric Cooper, president and CEO of San Antonio Food Bank, which serves 29 counties in southwest Texas, said the number of families seeking help has increased since it was first announced that there would be a disruption in SNAP benefits should the government shutdown continue.

Cooper said San Antonio Food Bank, which is part of the nonprofit organization Feeding America, typically feeds 105,000 to 120,000 people per week but is now seeing close to 170,000 people per week.

When you suddenly go from serving 120,000 people per week to serving 170,000 people per week, it is going to be very difficult to have enough food for everyone.

Often those at the end of food bank lines end up with nothing, and that is why so many people are lining up early. On Monday, the line at one Bay Area food bank “stretched all the way down the sidewalk”…

On Monday, in a parking lot of Contra Costa College in San Pablo, the line for food stretched all the way down the sidewalk.

“We’re expecting at least 500 families to come out to our distribution,” said program coordinator Geo Dinoso. When he opened the food line, the crowd was a little hard to believe, but for Dinoso, not very surprising.

Migrant-Youth Crime Exploding in Various European Countries (Yet Some Won’t Prosecute Under-15s)

After evaluating 45,000 youths, an interesting study out of Germany found that with increasing religiosity, Christian teens became less violent. The research also found, however, that with increasing religiosity, Muslim teens became more violent. That was back in 2010. Now, 15 years later, another study in Germany finds that violence among migrant children is exploding. Meanwhile, native German youth are actually becoming more peaceful.

(If the Morlocks and Eloi come to mind for you here, you’re not alone. You’re also probably over 45 [if you’d make that association].)

Of course, none of this means the German kinder are “Christian,” except in name (secularism reigns in today’s Western Europe). Nor does it mean all the criminal migrant youths are Muslim, though an inordinate percentage would be. Germany isn’t alone, either, as some other nations are also experiencing this fruit of diversity. Why, some migrant children are “waging war” in Norway, with two 13-year-olds having hurled grenades at a storefront in September. The kicker:

Authorities can’t charge the little miscreants. Because kids younger than 15 can’t be prosecuted under Norwegian law for even serious crimes. Danish and Swedish law has the same loophole, too.

Deutschland Unter Alles?

As to the story out of Germany, website Remix reports on the aforementioned recent research:

The study, produced by the University of Cologne and the State Criminal Police Office, looks at youth crime in North Rhine-Westphalia….

The study found that more and more of the criminal suspects in the German state are children, with attacks on teachers, police officers, and emergency responders reaching alarming figures. In particular, the study shows that children with a migration background are causing significant damage.

Over the course of several months, researchers surveyed 3,800 students in grades seven through nine at 27 different schools in the area of Gelsenkirchen, Marl, and Herten. These are known as especially high-crime areas in the western German state. The same study was conducted in 2015, with dramatically different results this time around.

The study showed that violence, hatred, and disrespect are all increasing among young perpetrators.

Note here that Germany’s “migrant-background” population now accounts for a whopping 30.4 percent of the country. (“Migrant background” references those not born with German citizenship or having at least one parent who wasn’t thus born.) More strikingly, the migrant background share rises to ~40-45 percent for those 0-18, according to a Grok AI analysis. It also finds that for children under five, the percentage is 43.1. In other words, native Germans are disappearing.

Note as well, however, that many of the migrants are fellow Europeans. This said, the largest migrant group arriving between 2015 and 2021 was Syrians (716,000). And Muslims now constitute 6.5 percent of the German population.

Carbon taxes and Digital ID systems in 50 countries by 2028: Albo has signed up with UN

Two months ago, just before the UN gathered in New York, I warned you that a decisive moment was coming.

That moment is now.

The moment the globalists move from plans on paper to control in practice—unless we stop it.

On my long flight to Doha, Qatar, I couldn’t shake one thought: how fast things have escalated. In just a few short weeks, the agenda has accelerated at breakneck speed… and it’s nothing short of chilling.

  •  In the UK, digital IDs are now being pushed to access employment.
  • In Vietnam, millions of bank accounts were frozen overnight for failing to comply with new “social responsibility” regulations.
  • The UN is calling for a global carbon tax to pump massive amounts of tax money into its Socialist and Globalists coffers … YOUR tax money to control YOUR economy and decisions
  • The plan call for imposing digital ID systems in 50 countries by 2028—tracking people from birth to death. Your right to travel or work could be canceled with the click of a button.
  • The EU continues pushing forward with its programmable “Digital Euro,”—where access to your own money could be restricted by unaccountable bureaucrats because of an action or statement.

This is no longer a theory. It’s already underway, touching finance, work, and speech, and targeting every corner of our lives.

In just hours, the UN will open its World Summit for Social Development—where they intend to lock in Agenda 2030 as the world’s official roadmap. Not mere guidelines, but binding frameworks pushed into national laws, school curriculums, funding programs, and more. All funded with buckets of your tax money.

Let me be clear: this summit isn’t about development. It’s about centralizing control.

They’re assembling the machinery of a global system—one that dictates how you live, what you can buy, where you can travel, even what you’re allowed to say or believe.

This is where it all comes together …censorship, digital surveillance, control over farmers, families, faith, finance … you name it!

But here’s what they didn’t count on: you and thousands like you speaking up—right now.

Oregon declines criminal investigation into those who illegally voted

Oregon election officials announced that they will not pursue criminal investigations against the dozens of non-citizens who illegally cast ballots in elections in recent years after they were unlawfully registered to vote due to a DMV clerical error.

According to a statement from the Oregon Secretary of State, the decision rests on the fact that the non-citizens allegedly did not knowingly violate election laws or were either eligible to vote at the time they did. “The Secretary of State’s Office will not refer anyone for criminal prosecution because the DMV mistakenly registered them to vote,” the statement reads. “A clerical error at DMV caused these mistaken registrations, not the unlawful actions of any of the people registered.”

This comes after a last year investigation revealed that at least 1,863 individuals were unlawfully registered to vote under the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) voter registration system. Hundreds of those individuals were determined to be non-citizens. Oregon law allows anyone to obtain a driver’s license despite immigration status. The error occurred when DMV staff mistakenly selected “US passport” or “US birth certificate” while entering documentation data for individuals applying for driver’s licenses. This error led to non-citizens being added to the voter registration system.

39 of the 1,863 individuals who were unlawfully registered, many of whom were noncitizens, had cast ballots in elections in recent years, the Oregonian reported. Election authorities argued that the number of people who voted illegally did not affect the outcome of an election, giving them another excuse to avoid inquiries.

At least three individuals were referred to the Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) for a criminal probe due to the Secretary of State’s Office stating that they had not responded to their inquiry about voting history. However, the state DOJ decided not to proceed with the investigations.

Judge Rips DOJ Prosecutors, Gives Comey Another Win in Federal Criminal Case

A magistrate judge on Wednesday ripped DOJ prosecutors and accused them of a slap dahs indictment against James Comey.

A grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia indicted former FBI Director James Comey in September. He was indicted on two counts – false statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding.

Comey’s false statements charge is related to his September 2020 Senate testimony on whether he authorized leaks to the media.

In 2020, James Comey lied when he told congressional investigators that he never gave anyone permission to anonymously leak information about Hillary Clinton’s email investigation to the media.

However, evidence presented by prosecutors proves Comey gave his friend-turned-lawyer Daniel Richman permission to leak to The New York Times – and cheered it on.

The Justice Department also has other materials related to Comey’s case “on a desk” at the FBI headquarters. Comey’s lawyers accused the DOJ of withholding evidence in violation of the Constitution.

Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick scolded prosecutors for their handling of the case and said they quickly moved to “indict first, investigate second.”

Fitzpatrick also ordered the Justice Department to turn over all grand jury materials to Comey’s attorneys by Thursday.

Comey’s attorneys are arguing that some of the documents used in the indictment may be privileged.

Judges Rule Against Property Owners Seeking Compensation for SWAT Team Damage

A three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Nov. 3 that the Los Angeles Police Department SWAT team is not liable for damage done to a business while chasing a criminal in 2022.

NoHo Printing & Graphics Owner Carlos Pena will ask the full court to rehear the case, his attorneys from the Institute for Justice said in a statement posted to the Institute’s webpage.

A majority ruled that arresting a criminal is an exception to the takings clause in the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. That clause requires the government to compensate the owners of property taken by government action.

In August 2022, a criminal barricaded himself inside the business Pena had owned for 30 years. Police actions resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in damage and lost profits. Pena’s insurance and the city refused to pay, so in July 2023, he sued.

In March 2024, the court ruled against Pena, and he appealed to the Ninth Circuit. Pena vowed to keep up the fight. In an email to The Epoch Times, Pena wrote that the battle is larger than just his business.

“What happened to me isn’t right and sometimes it feels like the deck is stacked against good citizens. I just don’t want anyone else to lose everything they worked for, like I did,” Pena wrote.

Pena and McKinney, Texas, homeowner Vicki Baker both filed claims against their respective cities after police damaged their property.

In Baker’s case, a fugitive high on methamphetamine barricaded himself in her house with a teenage hostage. He eventually released the teen girl, who told police that her kidnapper told her he would not be taken alive.
