Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan Found GUILTY of Obstruction For Helping Illegal Alien Evade ICE Agents – Faces 5 Years in Prison

Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan on Thursday evening was found guilty of obstruction for helping an illegal alien evade ICE agents.

Dugan was acquitted of count 1 – the misdemeanor but she was found guilty on count 2 – the felony obstruction.

She is facing five years in prison.

A jury found a Wisconsin judge accused of helping a Mexican immigrant dodge federal authorities guilty of obstruction Thursday, marking a victory for President Donald Trump as he continues his sweeping immigration crackdown across the country.

Federal prosecutors charged Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan with obstruction, a felony, and concealing an individual to prevent arrest, a misdemeanor, in April. The jury acquitted her on the concealment count, but she still faces up to five years in prison on the obstruction count.

The jury returned the verdicts after deliberating for six hours.

Dugan and her attorneys left the courtroom, ducked into a side conference room and closed the door without speaking to reporters.

In April, a federal grand jury indicted Hannah Dugan for helping an illegal alien evade ICE agents.

PT Deputy Reimont, from the Workers’ Party, presents bill to criminalize dissemination of redpill, MGTOW, and incel in networks due to alleged link with femicides in Brazil

Federal Deputy Reimont, from the Workers’ Party (PT) for Rio de Janeiro and president of the Chamber’s Human Rights Commission, presented on December 15, 2025, Bill 6419/2025, informally known as the «Anti-Redpill PL».

This initiative seeks to classify as a crime the incitement, promotion, financing, organization, or dissemination of organized «misogynistic» discourses, with explicit mention of subcultures such as «redpill», «incel», and «MGTOW».

The text proposes penalties of imprisonment from 3 to 5 years and a fine for promoting or disclosing such discourses, with an increase by half if carried out via the internet or social networks.

It also provides for up to 6 years in prison for joining or supporting misogynistic groups, and aggravating factors for crimes such as threats or violence motivated by these ideologies.

Reimont justifies the measure by alleging a link between these digital communities and the increase in femicides in Brazil, citing cases such as school attacks and gender violence statistics.

This project represents a dangerous authoritarian advance by the PT toward ideological censorship.

Instead of addressing real problems such as impunity in the judicial system or tougher penalties for violent criminals, the leftist government chooses to criminalize opinions and online debates that question dominant feminist narratives.

There is no conclusive evidence establishing direct causality between «redpill» content and femicides; correlations do not imply causation, and criminalizing dissident thoughts violates basic principles of freedom of expression protected by the Brazilian Constitution.

This proposal fits into a leftist pattern of narrative control, similar to previous attempts to regulate discourses on social networks. Instead of combating real crime, it persecutes young people and men who express social frustrations, stigmatizing them as a threat.

The real problem of violence against women requires effective public security policies and good education, not vague laws that open the door to interpretive abuses by the State.

The PL is in the initial processing phase in the Chamber of Deputies, without significant advances so far.

Deadly LA Palisades inferno took hold in area firefighters were restricted by woke laws protecting endangered plant species

The deadly Pacific Palisades fire, which tore through wealthy celebrity enclaves in Los Angeles, took hold in an area where firefighters had restricted access as part of woke laws protecting endangered plant species. 

A class action lawsuit involving more than 3,000 claimants revealed text messages and avoidance maps in court, showing that state parks officials were concerned about endangered plants when responding to the Lachman Fire on January 1, 2024.

This blaze was believed to have been extinguished in Topanga State Park until six days later, when it reignited into the Palisades inferno, which started on January 7 and burned for 24 days through the wealthy coastal neighborhood of Pacific Palisades. 

The blaze killed 12 people, destroyed 7,000 homes, caused damage worth $150 billion, and occurred simultaneously to the deadly Eaton fire nearby, wreaking havoc on Los Angeles and stretching resources beyond their limit.

Attorneys alleged that the state park officials directly interfered with LAFD’s mop-up operations of the Lachman fire in an effort to preserve endangered milkvetch plants, which were growing in the region.

In messages seen by NewsNation, state park employees discussed their plans to protect the plants during the Lachman fire.

‘There is federally endangered astragalus along the Temescal fire road. Would be nice to avoid cutting it if possible,’ one state park official wrote.

‘Do you have avoidance maps?’

FBI Raids Somali-Owned ‘Health Services’ Business in Minnesota as Medicaid Fraud Exceeds $9 Billion

The FBI on Thursday raided a Somali-owned ‘health services’ business in Bloomington, Minnesota, after the Health and Human Services Department flagged it for fraud.

FBI agents were spotted carrying boxes out of Somali-owned Ultimate Home Health Services.

Fox 9 reported:

FBI agents raided the offices of a Bloomington business on Thursday, days after the State of Minnesota suspended a business license at that address citing fraud.

A FOX 9 crew witnessed FBI agents and other federal investigators carrying boxes from a business in a plaza off 17th Avenue South near Old Shakopee Road East. The business is located in a suite next to a pizza shop, an Asian market, and a laundry mat.

Inside the building, there was damage to a door belonging to Ultimate Home Health Services which appeared to have been forced open.

A letter dated Dec. 5 shows the Department of Human Services had suspended the license for Ultimate Home Health Services, a home and community-based service, citing the risk of fraud.

“This immediate suspension is based on a determination that persons served by your program are at an imminent risk of harm and because the holder and controlling individual are the subjects of a pending administrative action related to fraud against the program which is administered by a state agency,” the letter states.

The letter goes on to say that the state determined clients for the business were not required services, a client who died hadn’t been reported, and staff had provided false information to DHS licensors. The letter also states that the license holder is already facing administrative action for fraud against the program.

Assistant US Attorney Joe Thompson on Thursday said the Somali fraud may have ballooned to $18 billion.

“The fraud is not small. It isn’t isolated. The magnitude cannot be overstated,” Thompson said.

Why Should Americans Die For European Tyranny?

After the European Commission levied a several-hundred-million-dollar fine on Elon Musk and his social media platform X earlier this month, journalist Michael Shellenberger wrote a damning post in which he excoriated Europe’s rank censorship and state-sponsored propaganda.  He accused the commission of engaging “in a deception campaign aimed at confusing” Europeans and Americans into thinking that European elites’ “goal” is anything other than “to censor the American people.”

Shellenberger pointed out that Musk’s fine came while European governments are demanding backdoor access to all private text messages (under the pretense of combatting the transmission of child pornography) and creating a so-called “Democracy Shield” of government-funded “fact-checkers” that enables “censorship by proxy.”  He also noted that the European Commission announced the fine to coincide with the rollout of the Trump administration’s new National Security Strategy, in which President Trump makes this promise: “We will oppose elite-driven, anti-democratic restrictions on core liberties in Europe, the Anglosphere, and the rest of the democratic world, especially among our allies.”

Shellenberger put two and two together to make a provocative observation:

“The EU is now in direct violation of the NATO Treaty,” which “requires member states to have free speech and free and fair elections.  France and Germany are actively and illegally preventing political candidates from running for office for ideological reasons, namely their opposition to mass migration.  And the Romanian high court, with the support of the European Commission, nullified election results under the thin and unproven pretext of Russian interference, after a nationalist and populist presidential candidate won.”

As a parting shot, Shellenberger accused the European political class of betraying its own constitution, a document that purports to protect free speech:

“Everyone has the right to freedom of expression.  This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority.”  

How can the European Commission pretend to defend its own charter when it seeks to eradicate the free exchange of ideas on X, censor Americans’ speech, spy on citizens’ private text messages, and create an army of government-funded NGOs to justify censorship and push the commission’s propaganda?

Trump Says Mega-Donor Offered Him $250 Million to Run for Third Term

President Donald Trump lit up the White House Tuesday night after Israeli-American billionaire mega-donor Miriam Adelson floated the idea and even dangled another $250 million if he ran for a third term.

The stunning exchange took place during the annual Hanukkah candle-lighting ceremony at the White House, where Trump proudly praised Adelson as his campaign’s top donor from the 2024 election cycle.

According to Trump, Adelson had already contributed an eye-popping $250 million to help propel him back into office.

“Miriam gave my campaign indirectly, $250 million. She was number one. When somebody can give you $250 million, I think we should give her the opportunity to say hello,” Trump said.

Trump then invited Adelson to the podium, introducing her as an “incredible woman” and praising her late husband, Sheldon Adelson, as a fierce and unapologetic champion of Israel.

During her remarks, Adelson recounted her long-standing admiration for Trump, including attending one of his speeches at the Israeli Knesset despite being in physical pain at the time.

The moment quickly took a political turn when she revealed a conversation she had recently had with Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz.

“And now I met Alan Dershowitz,” Adelson said. “And he said, the legal thing about four more years. And I said, Alan, I agree with you. So we can do it. Think about it.”

That line immediately ignited the room. The audience erupted into chants of “Four more years! Four more years!”

Trump returned to the microphone with a wide grin and dropped the bombshell.

“She said, ‘Think about it. I’ll give you another $250.”

Lawsuit Filed After Minnesota Officials Allegedly Weaponized Zoning Laws Against Free Camping Program for Disabled Veterans

A bombshell federal civil rights lawsuit filed in Minnesota accuses St. Louis County officials of waging a years-long, politically motivated campaign to shut down a nonprofit that provides free primitive camping and outdoor therapy to disabled veterans.

The 121-page complaint, filed in U.S. District Court, alleges systemic corruption, disability discrimination, abuse of power, and constitutional violations by county commissioners, planning officials, attorneys, and township leaders who, according to the lawsuit, colluded to block a veteran-focused nonprofit because they simply did not want those veterans on the land.

At the center of the case is Rough-N-It Inc., a nonprofit founded to provide free, non-commercial camping for disabled veterans, many of whom cannot afford resort fees and rely on outdoor therapy as part of their recovery.

According to the lawsuit, county staff repeatedly claimed the project offered “no public benefit,” even after being explicitly informed multiple times that the sole purpose of the land use was to serve disabled veterans.

The complaint alleges officials never conducted the legally required Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) analysis, instead relying on stereotypes and hostility toward veterans with disabilities.

Suspect In Brown University Attack Found Dead, Was A Non-US Citizen

Local station Boston 25 News reports that the suspect in the Brown University attack was found dead at the Extra Space Storage facility on Hampshire Road in Salem, New Hampshire.

“A law enforcement source tells me the Brown University shooting suspect is not a U.S. citizen but a legal permanent resident,” Boston 25’s Ted Daniel wrote on X.

Police identified the shooter as Claudio Neves Valente, a Portuguese national and Brown student… 

Boston 25 News also noted, “Police sources told Boston 25 News on Thursday that they are investigating possible ties between Saturday’s shooting at Brown University and Monday’s deadly shooting of a Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor in Brookline.”

Trump SUSPENDS ‘Green Card Lottery’ After Program Let Brown University–MIT Shooting Suspect Enter the U.S.

In a decisive and long-overdue move, President Donald Trump has ordered the immediate suspension of the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program, commonly known as the “Green Card Lottery,” after it was revealed the man accused of the Brown University and MIT shootings entered the United States through this very program.

The suspect, 48-year-old Portuguese national Claudio Neves Valente, is believed to have killed two Brown University students and an MIT professor before taking his own life at the end of a multi-day manhunt.

Valente legally entered the United States under the Diversity Visa program in 2017 and was granted permanent residency.

Trump officials confirmed that Valente first entered the U.S. on a student visa in 2000 and later adjusted to residency through the diversity lottery.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced the suspension on Thursday:

The Brown University shooter, Claudio Manuel Neves Valente entered the United States through the diversity lottery immigrant visa program (DV1) in 2017 and was granted a green card. This heinous individual should never have been allowed in our country.

In 2017, President Trump fought to end this program, following the devastating NYC truck ramming by an ISIS terrorist, who entered under the DV1 program, and murdered eight people.

At President Trump’s direction, I am immediately directing USCIS to pause the DV1 program to ensure no more Americans are harmed by this disastrous program.

FBI memos detail a half dozen pay-to-play allegations involving Hillary Clinton and her foundation

Internal investigative files show FBI agents and federal prosecutors attempted to investigate a wide range of activities involving the State Department under then-Secretary of State Clinton a decade ago, including whether foreign donations made to the Clinton Foundation were used as improper influence on U.S. foreign policy.

The FBI and DOJ inquiries were repeatedly shut down by FBI and DOJ leadership. 

Just the News reported earlier this week about Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley’s release of a timeline written by federal investigators laying out the repeated political obstruction those agents faced from their own bureau bosses and the Justice Department during the 2016 election and beyond as they probed whether Hillary Clinton engaged in a pay-to-play corruption scheme involving her family foundation.

The documents turned over by FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi show that career agents and line prosecutors at the FBI and DOJ believed the Clinton Foundation saga may have been a criminal one, but orders from leaders such as then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe slow-walked and stonewalled the inquiry to the point where it was hobbled.

An internal investigative timeline stated that the FBI’s New York Field Office “initiated a Preliminary Investigation” on January 22, the Little Rock Field Office “initiated a Full Field Investigation” on January 27, and the Washington Field Office “initiated a Preliminary Investigation” on January 29, 2016.

Another internal timeline of the investigation said that the FBI’s Little Rock Field Office “submits case opening requesting full field investigation regarding Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership, Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative, Uranium One, Uranium One Americas, Frank Giustra, Ian Telfer.”

No cases were brought against Clinton. Below are some of the episodes in which investigations were stymied.
