Canadian patriot informed that he cannot display Canada flag outside Toronto City Hall

Welcome to Nathan Phillips Square, home of Toronto City Hall, which is, unsurprisingly, located in the City of Toronto, in the province of Ontario, in the Dominion of Canada.

So, you would think it would be completely acceptable to display a Canadian flag there, right?

Wrong.

Just ask Canadian patriot Scott Youmans.

Youmans visited this very site a few days ago, brandishing a Canadian flag. And incredibly, it did not go well. Which is to say, a city hall security guard informed him that the display of ANY flag, including the Maple Leaf, is verboten. (Oddly, a Ukrainian flag has been displayed on a flagpole at the south end of Nathan Phillips Square for some three years now. But never mind…)

Speaking of blatant hypocrisy and double standards, last month, the City of Toronto officially raised the flag of Palestine, even though such a nation doesn’t exist. What next? Raising the flag of Narnia?

And when it comes to bylaw enforcement at Nathan Phillips Square, this is a very selective process, isn’t it?

We specifically speak of a group of hobos known as “Afro-Indigenous Rising.” These reprobates occupied Nathan Phillips Square for almost a month in 2020 during that year’s “Summer of Love”. They pitched tents, and they urinated and defecated upon the square, breaking some 11 sections of the Trespass Act in the process. Yet, City Hall security had absolutely no problem with those unhinged lunatics. Rather, security went out of their way to call the police on independent journalists covering this disgusting occupation.

And given what happened to Scott Youmans, we have to wonder: how long will it be before ALL Canadian flags are taken down from flagpoles and put in cold storage? Consider that a Labour MP in the UK is urging Britons not to display the Union Jack because it makes some newcomers feel uneasy. We’re not making this up…

However, hope abounds: Rebel News received a response from the City of Toronto media relations department regarding the Youmans flag fiasco.

Here is what it states in part: “There is no City of Toronto bylaw that prohibits a person from holding or displaying a Canadian flag – or any flag – at Nathan Phillips Square (NPS). Flags, signs and other hand-held items are permitted, provided they do not pose a safety risk or involve equipment that requires a permit. These requirements are outlined in the NPS Code of Conduct and related bylaws.”

Gavin Newsom’s office posted a vulgar photo of the California Governor to troll the New York Post and it immediately backfired.

The New York Post hilariously savaged Gavin Newsom’s “odd ‘testicle-crushing’ sitting pose.”

“The internet had a ball Thursday mocking California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s weirdly tense “testicle-crushing” style of cross-legged sitting at a speaking engagement,” The New York Post reported.

“The 58-year-old pol was discussing National Guard policies at the New York Times Dealbook Summit when he struck a pose that made him the butt of a joke on social media,” the outlet said.

Newsom’s official press office responded with a vulgar and (allegedly) photoshopped picture of Newsom.

“Democracy requires flexibility,” Newsom’s office said in the caption.

PHOTOS: Illegal Alien Somali Fraudster Posed with Top Minnesota Democrats Before Arrest

The Somalian illegal immigrant and convicted fraudster who was seen in photos getting cozy with leading Minnesota Democrats has been arrested.

The news comes amid President Donald Trump’s efforts to safeguard Americans from illegal immigration and the crime that comes with it.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) nabbed Abdul Dahir Ibrahim and placed him inside the McCook ICE facility in Nebraska, the New York Post reported Friday.

The outlet then detailed his criminal background, including an arrest for providing false information to law enforcement, driving without a valid license in Minnesota, and numerous parking and traffic violations.

Despite his history, the man was able to meet several well-known Democrat politicians in Minnesota, and photos show him with leftist Gov. Tim Walz (D), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D), and former Minneapolis mayoral candidate Omar Fateh.

In a social media post on Friday, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said, “Criminal illegal alien, Abdul Dahir Ibrahim has been linked to Minnesota’s top sanctuary politicians. In these pictures Ibrahim can be seen with @GovTimWalz, @Ilhan, and @OmarFatehMN.”

“Ibrahim was convicted in Canada for Asylum and Welfare Fraud prior to his entry into the United States. On April 3, 2004, an immigration judge ordered Ibrahim removed, citing the significant amount of fraud associated with him. Bye-bye, Abdul,” the agency stated.

Generational Betrayal: HUD Reveals Biden Gave Illegal Aliens FHA-Backed Mortgages

HUD Secretary Scott Turner told Fox Business on Friday that illegal aliens received federally backed mortgages during the Biden–Harris regime years. Turner characterized this as a significant policy failure by the previous administration and evidence of what he called misplaced priorities that favored illegals over American homebuyers.

“You know, during the Biden Administration, there were over 12 million illegal aliens that came over the border, straining our housing supply and making the costs go up,” Turner told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo.

He continued, “And so we worked with Secretary Noem at DHS, as you alluded to, to make sure that only American citizens are living in HUD-funded housing. We also took away FHA-backed mortgages from illegal aliens. During the Biden Administration, they turned a blind eye. But we’re going to keep the law to make sure these mortgages, which are backed by the taxpayer, go only to the American people.”

“And lastly, we’re mandating every public housing authority give us a comprehensive account of who’s living in every unit and every taxpayer-funded HUD property.”

HORROR: Illegal Alien with Several DUIs and Deportation Order Kills 8-Year-Old Girl in Fiery SoCal Crash, Multiple Victims Injured

Gavin Newsom’s far-left sanctuary policies have deadly consequences.

An illegal alien took the life of an 8-year-old girl last weekend near San Diego, California, in a deadly collision. He had previous DUIs and was supposed to have been deported in 2023.

25-year-old Bryan Josue Alva-Rodriguez, who is originally from Guatemala, was charged with a DUI, vehicular manslaughter, and murder this past Wednesday.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened in the afternoon on the rural county Highway S-2.

An illegal immigrant previously charged with DUIs and had an outstanding 2023 deportation has been charged in connection with a deadly head-on collision that killed an 8-year-old California girl over the weekend, authorities said.

Bryan Josue Alva-Rodriguez, 25, a Guatemalan citizen, was arraigned in the hospital, where he is being treated for his injuries, Wednesday on murder, vehicular manslaughter and DUI charges, according to California Highway Patrol.

“Now an innocent life has been lost in a tragedy that could have been prevented,” the San Diego office for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) wrote on X. “An immigration detainer will be placed on Alva as soon as he is formally charged.”

Alva-Rodriguez was driving a Toyota Tacoma and crossed the double yellow line. He hit a Toyota Camry that included three child passengers, ages 8, 5, and 4. All three children were taken to the hospital. The two younger ones, both boys, survived. The girl died from her injuries at the hospital.

Alva-Rodriguez’s truck also hit a Ford F-350 towing a trailer, causing him to flip his own truck, which then caught fire.

Fire authorities were also on the scene to help with the victims. They also had to rescue one person trapped in their vehicle and successfully put out the vehicle fire.

The massive collision resulted in five people being airlifted to the hospital, with four helicopters. The other three injured were taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Alva-Rodriguez originally entered the US illegally in 2018 and was taken into custody by the Border Patrol in Calexico, California. According to ICE, he was released after being given a notice to appear before an immigration judge.

While here illegally, he managed to get two DUIs within about 7 months of each other in September 2020 and April 2021. In March of 2023, he was given a deportation order by a judge.

Alva-Rodriguez did not follow the judge’s orders and stayed in the United States.

French Soldiers ‘Open Fire’ On Drones Threatening High-Secure Nuclear Submarine Base

A major security breach of French military airspace has been revealed Friday at a moment European officials have been hyping the ‘hybrid warfare’ threat from Russia, which has of late centered on many dozens of ‘mystery’ drone breaches in EU airspace especially near sensitive locations like airports.

French Marines opened fire on five unidentified drones that breached restricted airspace above a key nuclear submarine base Thursday evening, military officials said, according to EuroNews. But one official has said a “jammer” was hot and not necessarily live ammunition. 

At around 7:30pm local at the Île Longue naval base in Brittany, which importantly is the command center for France’s fleet of nuclear-armed ballistic missile submarines, radar detected incoming unauthorized UAVs at the high-secure facility.

The marine infantry battalion responsible for protecting the site immediately deployed anti-drone procedures, which included firing several shots at the aircraft in an effort to disable and bring them down.

As it wasn’t confirmed whether the drones were actually hit, the security forces initiated a large-scale search operation. Authorities still haven’t confirmed that any drones were brought down or recovered.

The drones may have been electronically thwarted or intercepted, based on vague references from French military officials, but not much in the way of details have been offered: 

Defense Minister Catherine Vautrin confirmed that troops at the base intercepted an overflight, without detailing whether they fired shots, used electronic jamming or other means against the aerial intruders. It wasn’t clear who was responsible.

“Any overflight of a military site is prohibited in our country,” Vautrin said. “I want to commend the interception carried out by our military personnel at the Île Longue base.”

The installation is located near Brest in western France, and is guarded by more than 120 maritime forces alongside naval security forces, according to French media.

It hosts four ballistic missile submarines — Le Triomphant, Le Téméraire, Le Vigilant, and Le Terrible — and provides maintenance for the vessels which support the nation’s nuclear deterrent. According to official policy, at least one nuclear submarine is deployed on patrol at all times.

Somalia’s Average IQ Score Meets the U.S. Standard for Intellectual Disability

Minnesota’s Somali community has been treated for years as a political talking point rather than a population that deserves honest evaluation. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz insists the community poses no financial or public-safety burden. Democrats frame all criticism as racism. 

But the numbers tell a different story—one that Minnesotans have been asked to ignore even as the state confronted one of the largest welfare-fraud schemes in U.S. history.

Federal prosecutors uncovered a $250–$300 million network of falsified child-nutrition and Medicaid claims, much of it operating through organizations rooted in Somali enclaves. 

The total fraud is now estimated by some to exceed $1 billion. The scandal reflects deeper structural problems tied to human-capital realities that Democrats refuse to acknowledge.

Minnesota has a population of about 5.7 million, including approximately 107,000 Somali-born or Somali-American residents—roughly 1.5% of the state. 

Yet according to state data, about 58% of Somali Minnesotans live in poverty, or roughly 62,000 people, compared with 530,000 Minnesotans overall. That means the Somali community represents nearly 12% of the state’s total poverty population despite making up less than 2% of its residents.

This imbalance translates into real fiscal consequences. 

Minnesota spends billions annually on welfare-related programs. Using per-capita calculations, the Somali poverty footprint represents an estimated $2.8 billion in yearly public-assistance obligations. 

That burden falls on taxpayers—many of whom were never told the scale of the dependency they were financing.

State leaders also insist Somali Minnesotans do not disproportionately contribute to crime. Governor Walz has repeatedly made that claim without supplying data to support it.

The federal record tells a different story. 

Across the United States, Black migrants make up 5.4% of immigrants, yet account for 20.3% of immigrants facing removal because of criminal convictions. That category consists mostly of East Africans, including Somali nationals.

Health Department Investigating School That Vaccinated Child Without Parental Consent

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said on Dec. 3 that it has launched an investigation into a school that officials said illegally vaccinated a child without parental consent.

HHS did not name the school. The department said it is in the Midwest and acted illegally in part because it ignored a religious exemption for the vaccination that had been filed pursuant to state law.

The HHS Office for Civil Rights will be looking into the matter to ascertain whether the school failed to comply with a requirement under the federal Vaccines for Children Program. The program, which provides vaccines to various institutions, mandates that immunization providers comply with state law surrounding exemptions from mandated vaccines.

“To protect the integrity of the investigation, HHS cannot share additional details at this time,” an HHS spokesperson told The Epoch Times in an email.

Officials also released a letter on Dec. 3 to doctors and others, informing them that they must generally provide parents access to the medical records of children, with limited exceptions. The letter warned that HHS was making access to minor records a priority and that the agency will use tools it has at its disposal, including fines, to ensure compliance.

“Today, we are putting pediatric medical professionals on notice: you cannot sideline parents,” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said in a statement. “When providers ignore parental consent, violate exemptions to vaccine mandates, or keep parents in the dark about their children’s care, we will act decisively. We will use every tool at our disposal to protect families and restore accountability.”

Jim O’Neill, deputy HHS secretary and acting director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said the Vaccines for Children Program “should never circumvent parents’ rights.”

The program, which began operations in 1994, sends vaccines to providers to administer to children at no cost. The program “reduces disparities in child vaccination rates, ensuring that any child can access recommended vaccines regardless of income or geography,” the CDC states on its website.

Schools across the country mandate multiple vaccines for school attendance, based on the CDC’s immunization schedule.

Rep. Grijalva Whines in Interview After She’s Caught Lying About Being Pepper Sprayed by ICE – Comes Out with New Lie: “WE WERE SHOT AT”

Rep. Adelita Grijalva (D-AZ) appeared on MS Now, formerly MSNBC, on Saturday after claiming she was shoved and pepper-sprayed “in the face” by ICE agents, and she recounted the incident.

Grijalva joined radical leftist ICE obstructionists who were attacking agents during a law enforcement operation on Friday, where she claimed she was “pushed aside and pepper-sprayed” after identifying herself as a member of Congress.

Like all the Democrats before her, who purport to be conducting oversight duties, she claimed that she was just “trying to understand what’s happening” during the “very frightening and very jarring” incident.

“One agent said, ‘I don’t care who you are, you need to get out of the way,’” she whined before coming out with a brand new whopper.

She’s now claiming that she was “shot at!”
