MLB Moves All-Star Game From 51% Black Georgia To 9.8% Black Denver (Which Already Has Voter ID).

Major League Baseball (MLB) announced on Friday that it would be relocating its 2021 Draft and Midsummer Classic from “diverse” Atlanta, Georgia, to overwhelmingly-white Denver, Colorado in response to Georgia’s legislature recently passing some voting reform laws. 

The voting reform legislation is being compared by leftists to “Jim Crow” laws and the MLB responded to pressure to relocate its draft pick and all-star game from Georgia.  The 2021 Draft and Midsummer Classic will now be held at Coors Field in Denver, home of the Colorado Rockies.This move is ironic, considering MLB relocated supposedly to show support for black Americans.

According to the US Census Bureau, Atlanta, Georgia, has a population that is 51.0 percent black. According to the same source, Denver, Colorado has a population that is only 9.8 percent black. These facts seem to indicate that, as usual, leftists activists and organizations such as MLB are only virtue-signaling rather than really trying to show constructive support for black Americans.

Furthermore, as the Daily Caller noted on Monday, Colorado law states that “campaign workers are allowed outside of polling places to offer water, snacks, and other items to voters who are waiting to vote,” but are not allowed to do so if they wear political branding.

Colorado also requires voter ID for in-person and absentee voting.

“All voters who vote at the polls must provide identification,” Colorado’s law states. “If you are voting by mail for the first time, you may also need to provide a photocopy of your identification when you return your mail ballot.”

Transhumanists Aim To Replace God With Machines Through Digital Immortality

Transhumanists have hyped the new religion of high technology for decades now. The basic idea, fairly prevalent in Silicon Valley, is that rapid advances in scientific knowledge and tech innovation will culminate in our de facto omniscience and omnipotence. Even though humanity is lost in a godless cosmos, digital devices will allow us to transcend our ape-like forms.

As Google’s Ray Kurzweil famously quipped, “Does God exist? I would say, ‘Not yet.’”

One day soon, they promise, we’ll use artificial intelligence to overcome the limits of our meat-based cognition. According to Yuval Noah Harari’s 2015 best-seller “Homo Deus,” computer programmers will realize the age-old fantasies of shamans and prophets by creating a virtual version of the spiritual realm. These Davos darlings are certain “God is dead,” but Google still wants to patent His best ideas.

Ultimately, they hope to replicate the fabric of ourselves in cyberspace, where we can all live happily ever after — that is, until the electricity goes out. A recent paper by Russian transhumanist Alexey Turchin argues this “digital resurrection” is not only possible but necessary to reach our full potential. We just need enough power — both computational and electric — to create a virtual afterlife and then keep it running.

For Turchin, the solution is to construct a Dyson Sphere around the sun — a megastructure 186 million miles in diameter that’s covered in solar panels to capture the dying star’s rays. That way, we can run the gargantuan super-computers required to house our digital selves. Sounds easy enough, I suppose. Maybe we can fill the potholes in the road while we’re at it.

Six times Biden described major events in his life that never happened

Joe Biden claimed twice recently that he met with Parkland, Florida, shooting survivors when he was vice president, despite the fact that he was already out of office when the attack took place. His campaign said Biden misspoke and was referring to a different meeting he had after the Sandy Hook shooting. People smugglers are using Facebook to promote ‘100% safe’ journeys across the US border: One warns children can only enter America if they’re unaccompanied

Human smuggling networks have been hawking their services on Facebook, guaranteeing illegal entry to America for Central American migrants, including unaccompanied children.

The smugglers, NBC News reported, are charging $8,000 for the ‘100 percent’ safe  voyage which includes a perilous passage through the U.S.-Mexico border that has claimed the lives of many.

The since-deleted messages were posted on public Facebook pages, some which were named ‘Migrants from Various Countries in Mexico’ and ‘Migrants in the Mexico-U.S.A. Border Awaiting Hearing.’

A post written in Spanish promised migrants access to ‘travel to Mexico to the United States. Costs $8,000. 100 percent safe.’

Another read, ‘cross through Matamoros. You walk one hour, after in automobile until you arrive to your relative.’
