President Trump is expected to announce foreign interference in the 2020 election during Thursday night’s speech.

Earlier Monday, President Trump said he will be delivering a speech this Thursday at 9 pm ET.

According to MS NOW, Trump will speak about the newly declassified intelligence.

A White House task force will be releasing classified intelligence documents related to the 2020 election, according to a leak to MS NOW.

Per MS NOW: “A new White House task force reviewing thousands of pages of classified intelligence and law enforcement documents for evidence of irregularities in U.S. elections is expected to begin releasing documents within weeks, two U.S. officials with knowledge of the matter told MS NOW.”

US citizen found guilty of helping export tech to Iran in violation of sanctions

A Massachusetts man was found guilty Monday of conspiring to unlawfully export electronic components to Iran in violation of U.S. sanctions.

Mahdi Mohammad Sadeghi, who worked at the global electronics company Analog Devices, was accused of helping an Iranian business associate get around American export control laws. U.S. prosecutors say the business associate’s Tehran-based company makes navigation systems for the military drone program of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard. Authorities say the scheme included the creation of a front company in Switzerland.

The second defendant, Mohammad Abedininajafabadi, called Abedini in court documents, was not on trial. He is believed to be in Iran after an apparent prisoner exchange for an Italian journalist.

Sadeghi was found guilty on three of the five charges. He showed no visible reaction to the verdict, which came early in the fourth day of jury deliberations. He and his lawyers did not comment as they left court, and he will remain free until sentencing Oct. 13

Sadeghi, a 43-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen, chose not to testify. A father of two, he lost his job at Analog Devices due to the charges. Although he was arrested in December 2024, long before the current war with Iran, his trial has unfolded during the conflict.

“At its core, this case is straightforward. You cannot send goods, especially the goods at issue in this case, to Iran. Period. Full stop,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Alathea Porter told the jury. “The defendant knew that, and conspired with Mr. Abedini to do that.”

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jared Dolan, in his closing remarks, said documents, text messages and photos proved that the illegal acts were the “fruits of this relationship” between Sadeghi and Abedini.

“The evidence established that he knew what Abedini was doing because he told him in writing,” Dolan said. “He helped him anyway.”

Sadeghi’s attorney, William Fick, told jurors that the scheme laid out by the prosecution “makes no sense” and was full of holes. He said Sadeghi was only offering advice to a longtime friend about how to get business with the semiconductor company, and wasn’t responsible for procuring the parts for Abedini.

Fick said there was no proof the parts ended up in Iran, and he disputed that the Swiss company was a front.

“If you look at the world through dirty glasses, everything looks dirty,” Fick said. “That is fundamentally what the prosecution is asking you to do here.”

Fick also said prosecutors hadn’t shown Sadeghi gained anything from the alleged plan — although the prosecution pointed out that they didn’t need to prove a motive.

“He had nothing to gain and everything to lose,” Fick said. “He has lived in the country for decades. He was a well-regarded, respected employee on his way up in the company.”

Liberal CNBC Lists the 10 “Worst” States to Live and They All Have One Thing in Common

One of America’s infamous left-leaning ‘news’ outlets is getting bodied in the comments after releasing what they call the 10 worst states to live in. And they all have one glaring thing in common.

On Saturday, CNBC’s Scott Cohn wrote an article detailing the methodology the outlet used to rank the 50 states by quality of life. Note how woke some of the metrics were.

“To score the states for quality of life, we use hard data on factors like crime rates, air quality, and healthcare,” Cohn wrote. “We also consider the cost and availability of childcare, inclusiveness of state laws, and reproductive rights. Some states offer exemplary quality of life.”

“But these ten states do not make the grade.”

According to CNBC, red states are bad while blue states are good.

Moreover, every state on the list, except Missouri, saw more Americans move IN than OUT.

In contrast, deep blue states like California, New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois saw people leave in DROVES. This continues a years-long pattern due to a hostile business environment and an insane cost of living.

Non-Citizen Voting Arrests Continue To Mount, State Officials Put On Notice

The Trump Justice Department has secured roughly two dozen non-citizens voting arrests, prosecutions or convictions in the last few months, with another nearly 90 more cases under investigation.

Just the News reports that the wave of prosecutions represents a growing number of individuals charged in the last year with illegally voting in U.S. federal elections as foreigners.

Department of Justice (DOJ) officials say all 50 states were sent notices this month that election officials can and will be prosecuted too if they allow non-citizens to vote.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon told the Just the News, “This is not some idle threat.”

The letters state that state election officers face potential criminal penalties for “aiding and abetting” non-citizen voting. This includes knowingly retaining non-citizens on voting registration lists or assisting them with obtaining and casting ballots.

State officials were given a strict 5-day deadline by the DOJ to submit explanations of how they are complying with federal voter eligibility laws.

Dhillon drew a clear line on non-citizen voting, saying:

It isn’t just bad policy to let non-citizens vote in federal elections, it’s a crime. And this Department of Justice will intend to prosecute that crime if these election officials, having been informed that they are non-citizens on the voter rolls, knowingly allow those people to vote, enable their enrollment on the voter rolls, are passive in the face of this knowledge, etc.

Dhillon believes the numbers of foreigners illicitly voting in elections is probably higher but has been frustrated that U.S. Attorney offices across the country haven’t made illegal voting a larger priority until just recently.

Federal law requires voters to be American citizens to vote on the federal level, but some states and cities allow non-citizens to vote in local elections.

The DOJ push comes as President Donald Trump tries to persuade a hesitant U.S. Senate to pass the Save America Act that would impose citizenship and voter ID on all federal election voters.

Sick Man-Child: Tim Walz Bringing National Guard Back from DC After Rubio Deports Child Rapist Walz Pardoned

Minnesota Democratic Gov. Tim Walz called his state’s National Guard back from Washington, D.C., just as Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the termination of legal status and subsequent deportation of a Laotian convicted sex offender pardoned by the governor.

NPR reported Walz’s decision on Saturday, saying he had sent the guard to the nation’s capital ahead of celebrations for the Fourth of July.

President Donald Trump had already increased the guard’s activities there in an effort to reduce crime beginning last August, but the number of guardsman has increased to over 5,000 in the last month, costing $3 million a day.

Walz was clear that the Minnesota guard were to be used for the event only. Under Title 32 of the U.S. Code, despite being federally funded, guardsmen are under their governor’s control.

Minnesota was not alone as states like Michigan, Maryland, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Kentucky — all under Democratic governors — also sent guardsmen.

For Walz, the number was around 100 scheduled to be in D.C. until July 23, but he recalled them after NPR said he concluded they were being sent to patrol areas not relevant to their initial task.

The timing cannot be overlooked.

Mamdani’s Affordability Agenda Flops As NYC Rents Surge To Record Highs

New York City’s socialist mayor, Zohran Mamdani, and his radical-left lieutenants in City Hall promised voters free bus rides, government-run grocery stores, cheap housing, and much more. Yet the dream of a left-wing utopia has not materialized. In fact, rents in the NYC metro area just hit a record high.

New data from The Corcoran Group, a major residential real estate brokerage founded in NYC, shows that rents in the metro area have climbed to a new record high.

Manhattan’s median rent rose 8% from a year earlier to $5,295, while Brooklyn reached $4,350, also up 8%, according to the report. Manhattan’s vacancy rate narrowed to 1.49%. In Queens, Rego Park posted particularly sharp increases, with one-bedroom rents up 12% and studio rents up more than 20%.

“Manhattan renters are chasing a shrinking pool of available apartments, and the result has become predictable — record rents. Available listings dropped 16% year-over-year in June, while the borough’s median rent climbed to a new high of $5,295 . Leasing activity clocked in 7% below last year’s pace due to the lack of inventory, causing competition to remain fierce. Additionally, June marked one year since implementation of the FARE Act, a milestone that may still be influencing pricing trends, particularly within the non-doorman market. Across the board, quality apartments are commanding a premium, and renters have little room to negotiate,” Corcoran COO Gary Malin wrote in the report.

Malin continued, “Brooklyn’s rental market is also rewriting the record books. Median rent jumped 8% year-over-year to an all-time high of $4,350 and apartments spent 30% fewer days on the market. This steep annual decline underscores how tight the market has become, with flat inventory and strong demand strong causing available units to rent far faster than a year ago. While lease signings were lower on an annual basis, activity picked up from May as renters moved quickly to secure apartments ahead of the busiest stretch of the summer season. Throughout the borough, competition.”

City Comptroller Mark Levine commented on the new report, saying, “NYC’s housing affordability crisis is at DEFCON 1. We need to push harder on every front to address our housing shortage.”

“Update zoning, invest more City $ in affordable units, lower the time & cost City bureaucracy imposes on construction, get 1000s of vacant regulated units back on the market. We need bold action. This is a crisis,” Levine added.

Counter-terrorism cops have taken over the investigation that local police tried to say was ‘not politically motivated’.

Former conservative Minister and Reform UK politician Ann Widdecombe’s killing is being treated as terrorism.

The UK’s Counter-terrorism police took control of the investigation into her death after ‘new information and evidence’ came to light.

As we have reported here in TGP, Widdecombe was found dead at her home in Devon last Thursday (9), as you can read in British Conservative Icon Ann Widdecombe Murdered in Her Home — Suspect in Custody.

The Telegraph reported:

“A 28-year-old white British man who was initially arrested for murder on Saturday has been rearrested on suspicion of commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism, Counter Terrorism Policing South East said.”

Local Devon and Cornwall Police said that the alleged murder was politically motivated, but that call was obviously wrong.

Reform UK party, on their part, have been insisting that the attack may have been motivated by Widdecombe’s politics – a claim that is being vindicated.

Brussels Has Opinions About Your Social Media Feed

The European Commission wants the power to force a redesign of the apps on your phone. Regulators in Brussels said Friday that Instagram and Facebook break European law because the products are built to hold your attention. They are ready to fine Meta as much as 6 percent of its global revenue, more than $12 billion, until the company rebuilds the apps to Brussels’ liking.

The preliminary findings target the ordinary machinery of a modern feed, from infinite scroll and autoplay to push notifications and the recommendation systems that decide what you see next. The Commission’s proposed remedy seems like a product spec written by a government. It wants autoplay and infinite scroll switched off by default, real screen time breaks built in, and the algorithm retuned so it stops working so hard to keep you around.

The finding falls under the Digital Services Act, the law Brussels uses to police what Europeans can post and see online.

The machinery now aimed at button placement and video autoplay is the same machinery built to decide which content stays up and which comes down. Once a regulator can order how an app is designed, the distance between design and speech runs short.

Someone has to define “addictive,” and under this law that someone is the government. The Commission says Meta pushes users into “autopilot mode” and failed to weigh the risks its design poses to minors and what it calls vulnerable adults.

The behavior it describes, opening an app and scrolling longer than you meant to, is familiar to anyone with a phone. The question is who gets to name it a harm and prescribe the cure.

“Protecting the physical and mental health of Europeans must be a priority for social media platforms. The Digital Services Act provides a clear framework to hold platforms accountable for the addictive design and effects of their services. We are fully committed to enforcing our legislation in Europe,” said Henna Virkkunen, the Commission’s executive vice-president for tech sovereignty, security and democracy.

The title alone shows how wide the mandate has grown. One official holds a brief that spans “tech sovereignty, security and democracy,” and from that chair rules that a scrolling feed threatens public health.

Meta rejects the finding. “We disagree with these preliminary findings, which don’t accurately take into account the significant steps we’ve taken to protect teens.

‘The Advantage Is Real’: Regenerative Agriculture Pays Off, Indiana Farmer Tells RFK Jr.

U.S. farmers could dramatically reduce their reliance on synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and other chemicals much faster than most people think — and without sacrificing profits, regenerative farmer Rick Clark said last week on “The Secretary Kennedy Podcast.”

“I’m pretty confident that we could go just about anywhere in the U.S. and reduce inputs by 30% tomorrow and not see a change in profitability,” Clark said.

The fifth-generation Indiana farmer isn’t speaking from theory. He manages 6,500 acres of crops and livestock and said the chemical-free approach saves his operation more than $2 million a year.

Yet Clark said the biggest obstacle preventing more farmers from making the switch isn’t economics. It’s education.

For skeptics who assume regenerative agriculture is too expensive or impractical, Clark had a simple response.

“Let’s talk money. The advantage is real,” he told U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

While many farmers focus on maximizing yield, Clark argued that profitability matters more. Harvests may dip during the transition period, but significantly lower input costs can more than make up the difference.

“I didn’t say yield, I said … profitability. They’ll be more profitable,” Clark said.

“The risk-to-reward is the simple fact of, I don’t have all of those inputs purchased and lying out there at risk of what Mother Nature’s gonna give to us,” he added.

By avoiding synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and other inputs, while also cutting fuel costs, Clark estimates his operation saves roughly $2.4 million annually.

‘The crossroads that we’re at now is the teaching’

If the financial case is compelling, why haven’t more farmers made the transition?

Clark said crop insurance rules, lending requirements and decades of conventional farming practices make change feel risky.

“You have to get the proper teaching,” he said. “The crossroads that we’re at now is the teaching.”

Clark understands that hesitation. He didn’t set out to become a regenerative farmer. He said concerns about soil erosion first pushed him to question conventional farming practices.

Hilarious Video Resurfaces Showing Toronto Police “Combatting Transphobia” After Citizen Trolls “2SLGBTQ+ Liaison Officer” Driving Transgender Cop Car

The Toronto Police Department is coming under fire after a video resurfaced, in which they combat transphobia in response to a citizen trolling their trans-friendly police division. 

The video, titled “2SLGBTQ+ Liaison Officers Combatting Transphobia In Toronto,” was posted on the official Toronto Police channel in June 2024.

Sgt. Rob Chevalier, the Toronto Police 2SLGBTQI+ Liaison Officer, and a black man identified as “Nevada” are seen in the video discussing an incident where a driver pulled up to the Toronto Police pride SUV and trolled the duo.

Chevalier says he was assisting with a case, where Nevada was apparently a victim, and drove her home for her safety.

“He drove me home in the fabulous pride SUV, and as he was driving me home, we reached a stoplight, and then an individual in a pickup truck came up to us,” Nevada says before the video cuts to an Instagram video from the incident. The man pulls up to the car and asks, “Are you guys cops or you just identify as cops?”

Chevalier is seen asking the driver, “What does it look like I am?” and the driver hilariously responds, “I have no idea. Reality doesn’t exist anymore.” This apparently prompted the department to actually post a video of the exchange in an effort to combat “transphobia.”

“Part of me was shocked, but part of me was not shocked,” Nevada said of the event. “I am a trans woman; I’ve been transitioning for eight years. I get harassed and vilified every day of my life.”
