Biden delays release of JFK assassination records, blaming COVID-19 pandemic

The US will “unfortunately” continue to delay the public release of records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, and officials say the COVID-19 pandemic is to blame.

The move was announced in a memo signed by President Joe Biden and released by the White House Friday.

“Temporary continued postponement is necessary to protect against identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or the conduct of foreign relations that is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in immediate disclosure,” Biden wrote.

In 1992, Congress ruled that “all Government records concerning the assassination of President John F. Kennedy . . . should be eventually disclosed to enable the public to become fully informed about the history surrounding the assassination,” the missive said.

The act allowed the government to postpone the release to “protect against an identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or the conduct of foreign relations,” according to the memo.

NIH Silently REMOVES “Gain of Function” from Website After Report Confirms Directors Fauci and Collins LIED to Congress About Funding the Research in China

The walls are closing in on Tony Fauci.

Over the summer, Dr. Fauci testified before congress about the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) role in using US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain of function research in Wuhan, China which directly led to the Covid-19 outbreak.

Unsurprisingly, he shamelessly lied through his teeth, vigorously denying the agency’s involvement when he was grilled by Republican Senator Rand Paul.

Now, his lies are catching up to him, so the NIH is scrambling to cover their tracks.

On Friday, after they couldn’t keep a lid on it for any longer, the NIH scrubbed “gain of function” and its definition from its ‘research involving potential pandemic pathogens’ page on its website.

Sweden Suspends Moderna Shot Indefinitely After Vaxxed Patients Develop Crippling Heart Condition

Swedish health officials have now decided that a moratorium on giving the Moderna vaccine to anyone under 31 will be extended indefinitely, the U.K. Daily Mail reported. The pause on the Moderna shots had been scheduled to end on Dec. 1.

Finland, Iceland and Denmark have taken similar steps. Norway is encouraging men under 30 not to get the Moderna shot, but is not mandating it.

For months, the Moderna vaccine has been under scrutiny because of data that shows young men who receive it are at increased risk for myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, and pericarditis, an inflammation of the sac around the heart.

Unpacking Propaganda: What Is It? What Can You Do About It?

America is awash with harmful and dangerous propaganda, but few people understand what it is, how it works and what can be done to overcome it. This article examines the nature, structure and intent of propaganda so readers can increase awareness and discernment.

Propaganda Defined

According to The Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University, “Since propaganda and public relations both share the goal of using mass communication to influence public perception, it can be easy to conflate the two. Propaganda, however, traffics in lies, misinformation, inflammatory language, and other negative communication to achieve an objective related to a cause, goal or political agenda.”

Britannica affirms this thought by defining propaganda as “dissemination of information – facts, arguments, rumors, half-truths or lies – to influence public opinion.”

The Oxford English Dictionary states that it is “the systematic dissemination of information, esp. in a biased or misleading way, in order to promote a political cause or point of view.”

Modern propaganda was defined by Edward Bernays (1891-1995) in the early 1920s. Bernays is credited as being the “father of public relations”, but many of his ideas came from his uncle, psychiatrist Sigmund Freud. Neither were friends of society.

According to Bernays,

“Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society (propaganda) constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country… we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.”

Epstein’s Zorro Ranch Had Computer Rooms the ‘Size of Houses’ to Spy on Guests Including Prince Andrew, Victim Claims

An alleged victim of the late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is speaking out this week to claim that his infamous Zorro Ranch had three computer rooms “the size of houses” to spy on famous guests like Prince Andrew.

Former Epstein employee Maria Farmer told The Sun that Epstein had footage of Andre’s alleged seven-day stay at his 33,339 square foot desert estate in New Mexico in 2000.

Architect plans for the home reveal a huge underground floor, around 8,000 sq ft in size, including exercise, massage, and jacuzzi rooms, later transformed into a pool area. It also includes three unusually large “mechanical rooms” on this lower floor, and Farmer claimed these were the computer rooms.

“All of Epstein’s residences had these mechanical rooms and tunnel systems. I know this because Epstein told me,” she alleged.

“These rooms were enormous – bigger than houses. I have no idea why anyone needs so many computers in one room. There were pinhole cameras to record everything on every estate. The cameras were ubiquitous. You couldn’t see them unless they were pointed out to you.”

10yo Girl Handcuffed, Arrested, Jailed for Drawing a Picture that Upset Her Bully’s Parent

In yet another instance highlighting the problem of police in schools, another child has fallen victim to the school to prison pipeline. This time, it was a 10-year-old girl who was handcuffed, arrested, and jailed for drawing a picture that offended a parent of a student at the school.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii has filed a lawsuit this week against the Honolulu Police Department, the state Department of Education and the state attorney general’s office over the incident.

According to the lawsuit as detailed in a letter, they are asking these agencies to adopt policy changes, expunge the child’s records, and pay $500,000 in damages for the “harm and suffering” caused by such an egregious arrest and treatment of a child.

The incident unfolded in January 2020 when a parent reportedly called Honowai Elementary School to complain about a drawing made by the child, identified as “N.B.” in the lawsuit. The parent demanded the school involve police in the situation.

The school obliged and the police were dispatched to handle a 10-year-old girl who drew a picture. When police arrived, they questioned the girl before handcuffing her, placing her under arrest, and hauling her down to the police station. She was 10 and drew a picture.

Federal Gov Pays University $750k to Create Tool That Warns Journalists Against Publishing “Polarizing” Content

The NSF project titled “A System for Mapping the (Local) Journalism Life Cycle to Rebuild the Nation’s News Trust” will warn journalists when content may be “triggering” of unfavorable discourse.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) provided a $750,000 grant to Temple University researchers for developing a product that tracks local journalism cycles, which is part of their new “Trust & Authenticity in Communication Systems” initiative.

The “America’s Fourth Estate at Risk: A System for Mapping the (Local) Journalism Life Cycle to Rebuild the Nation’s News Trust” project aims to create a data-based tool that informs journalists when publishing content might result in “negative unintended outcomes” like “the triggering of uncivil, polarizing discourse, audience misinterpretation, the production of misinformation, and the perpetuation of false narratives.”

The researchers hope to help journalists measure the long-term communication impact of stories, extending beyond existing metrics such as initial reactions, likes, and shares.

In an interview with Campus Reform, grant principal investigator and Temple University professor Eduard Dragut said the team will “use natural language processing algorithms along with social networking tools to mine the communities where [misinformation] may happen.”

“You can imagine that each news article is usually, or actually almost all the time, accompanied by user comments and reactions on Twitter. One goal of the project is to retrieve those and then use natural language processing tools or algorithms to mine and recommend to some users [that] this space of talking, this set of tweets, which may lead to a set of people, like a sub-community, where this article is used for wrong reasons,” he said.

Scientists Built an AI to Give Ethical Advice, But It Turned Out Super Racist

We’ve all been in situations where we had to make tough ethical decisions. Why not dodge that pesky responsibility by outsourcing the choice to a machine learning algorithm?

That’s the idea behind Ask Delphi, a machine-learning model from the Allen Institute for AI. You type in a situation (like “donating to charity”) or a question (“is it okay to cheat on my spouse?”), click “Ponder,” and in a few seconds Delphi will give you, well, ethical guidance. 

The project launched last week, and has subsequently gone viral online for seemingly all the wrong reasons. Much of the advice and judgements it’s given have been… fraught, to say the least.

For example, when a user asked Delphi what it thought about “a white man walking towards you at night,” it responded “It’s okay.”

But when they asked what the AI thought about “a black man walking towards you at night” its answer was clearly racist.
