While you weren’t watching, the American Medical Association surrendered to Critical Race Theory activism, rejecting “equality” and “meritocracy” as goals of medical education, and insisting the Critical Race Theory be a central part of medical education. While the AMA does not run the health care system, it is hugely influential and the radicalization of the organization is a precursor to pushing discriminatory “equity” programs deeper into medical schools and health care itself.
The American Medical Association on May 11, 2021, released its “first strategic plan dedicated to embedding racial justice and advancing health equity.” The President of the AMA also released a statement supporting the plan.
The AMA press release cites the history leading up to this Strategic Plan:
The origins of this strategic plan date back to the AMA’s Annual House of Delegates meeting in June of 2018. In this meeting, the time-limited Health Equity Task Force—appointed by the chair of the AMA Board of Trustees—presented to the AMA House of Delegates Board Report 33, A-18, a “Plan for Continued Progress Toward Health Equity D-180.981 (PDF).”
In April of 2019, the AMA launched the AMA Center for Health Equity with the hiring of its first Chief Health Equity Officer.
AU.S. Tax Court judge has ordered the Internal Revenue Service to reveal if it criminally investigated the Clinton Foundation, directing the agency to cure a mysterious “gap” in its records in the case.
Most of the proceedings in the case involving the Clinton Foundation and the whistleblowers Lawrence W. Doyle and John F. Moynihan have been sealed, but U.S. Tax Court Judge David Gustafson authorized the release of an April 22 ruling to Just the News this week.
In it, Gustafson remanded the case back to the IRS Whistleblower Office (WO), saying the agency’s claim there was no criminal investigation against the Clinton Foundation “was not supported by the administrative record and thus constituted an abuse of discretion.”
“The WO must further investigate to determine whether CI [criminal investigative division] proceeded with an investigation based on petitioners’ information and collected proceeds,” the judge ruled. “… It seems clear we should remand the case to the WO so that it can explore this gap.”
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents raided a temple in New Jersey Tuesday after allegations that a Hindu sect lured hundreds of low-caste men from India to work on the building’s construction for about $1 per hour under grueling conditions, numerous sources reported.
At least 200 low-caste men are involved in a lawsuit that accused Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha, a Hindu sect known as BAPS, of exploiting the men at the Robbinesville site, according to CBS.
Lawyers representing the men said they worked nearly 13 hours per day and did intense manual labor like building roads and digging ditches for roughly $450 per month, according to The New York Times. They were allegedly forbidden from speaking to visitors and religious volunteers and were given foods with insignificant nutritional value, like lentils and potatoes. The men also reportedly faced having their pays reduced if they committed minor violations, like not wearing a helmet.
The lawsuit says the men were promised standard work hours and time off, the Times reported. They lived in trailers on the property and allegedly were not allowed to leave, CBS reported.
“They thought they would have a good job and see America. They didn’t think they would be treated like animals, or like machines that aren’t going to get sick,” Swati Sawant, an immigration lawyer who arranged legal teams to represent the temple workers, according to the Times.
Most of the men are Dalit, which is the lowest caste in India’s caste system, accoring to the Times. After one man died from an apparent illness in the fall, workers reached out for legal assistance.
Punk Rock legend Glenn Danzig believes the genre will never have a resurgence as long as “cancel culture” continues to dominate the public discourse.
The Misfits frontman turned filmmaker spoke with Rolling Stone about his upcoming movie “Death Rider in the House of Vampires,” a horror Western done in the bloody, violent style that Danzig is known for.
In the interview, the singer is asked about his propensity to get creative inspiration from horror movies. The punk band was often known for its gory and, at times controversial, music videos and accompanying lyrics. The interviewer brought up the song “Last Caress,” which contains some purposely shocking lyrics that the singer noted is not a songwriting method that would go over well today.
“It’s just a crazy a– song,” he explained. “We would do things just to piss people off.”
After a full year of denial, The Washington Post is now claiming that the “lab accident covid-19 origin theory” might have some merit after all.
WaPo columnist Josh Rogin wrote an opinion piece saying that, while the origin of the Chinese Virus “remains a mystery,” several members of Congress are exploring “the theory” that it might have originated from an “accident at a Wuhan lab.”
For the first few months of the plandemic, the mainstream media claimed that Chinese Germs started to spread at a Wuhan wet market where people buy bats and other “exotic” animals to eat as food. Not long after that, the words Wuhan and China completely disappeared from all reporting on the Chinese Virus.
Today, we are no longer allowed to even talk about the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) in relation to Wuhan – which is now completely back to normal, by the way, while the West remains locked down and masked.
Rogin would seem to take issue with the fact that there has thus far been no credible investigation into the true origins of the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19). He even calls out Beijing for spending the past year covering up any evidence.
Senator Marco Rubio believes the truth is out there and he wants to get past the UFO jokes to make sure the national security of the United States isn’t threatened in any way, he told Newsweek.
“Dozens of men and women we have entrusted with the defense of our country are telling us about encounters with unidentified aircraft with capabilities we do not fully understand,” Rubio said in exclusive comments ahead of a 60 Minutes interview that will air this weekend. “We cannot allow the stigma of UFO’s to keep us from seriously investigating these encounters.”
UFOs, long dismissed and relegated to movies about aliens visiting earth and breathless message board posts, have begun to shed the farce label in recent years after the release of footage of high-profile U.S. military encounters with aircraft of unknown origin.
The 2019 leaked photos and video taken by U.S. Navy personnel of one such encounter, which showed triangle shaped objects flying through the air, were confirmed as authentic by the Defense Department in April of this year. Even the name of the objects — the branding if you will — has been revamped when discussed by the U.S. government, getting away from UFOs, to unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAPs.
