Indiana Police Refuse FOIA Request for Video Evidence in Shooting of January 6th Patriot by Sheriff’s Deputy

As reported earlier, a J6 political prisoner pardoned by Trump was killed by an Indiana police officer over the weekend.

FOX 32 Chicago reported at 4:15 p.m. local time Sunday that 42-year-old Matthew W. Huttle of Hobart, Indiana, was stopped by a Jasper County sheriff’s deputy during a traffic stop near the Pulaski County line.  Police say the deputy attempted to arrest Huttle after stopping him, but the civilian resisted.

The officer responded by firing his weapon and killing Huttle following a supposed fight.

Investigative journalist Yehuda Miller and The Gateway Pundit reached out to Jasper County Sheriff Williamson following the news of the deadly shooting. We FOIAed video of the incident from the police cameras.

Sheriff Williamson told us that because this was an open investigation, he would not release the footage!

The video will only be released when the investigation is completed.

“This is an open investigation by the Indiana State Police. In the near future when this investigation has been completed, we will provide video footage via our Jasper County Sheriff Website for you to view,” Sheriff Williamson told Miller.

White House reveals Trump explanation for NJ drones — and raises even more questions

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday that the drones that spooked New Jersey residents last month were “not the enemy,” reading aloud President Trump’s assessment that many were doing “research” — an assertion that generated new questions.

“After research and study, the drones that were flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons,” Leavitt said, reading Trump’s dictation at her first briefing.

“Many of these drones were also hobbyists, recreational and private individuals that enjoy flying drones. In time, it got worse due to curiosity. This was not the enemy.”

The explanation did not clarify what research was being performed — in many cases near military bases — or detail what “other reasons” were at play.

Some leading politicians have been skeptical of the official explanation that the drones were innocent.

Mysterious drones spotted in Ohio skies, again

People who live in Mercer County have been left puzzled following a series of mysterious drone sightings over the past few nights. Sheriff Doug Timmerman confirmed that his office is actively investigating the incidents and working closely with federal and local law enforcement to identify the origin and operators of the drones.

According to Sheriff Timmerman, the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office is collaborating with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the FBI, and local law enforcement in nearby counties, including those across the Indiana border. Despite these efforts, the purpose of the drones and their operators remains unknown.

“Our office is aware of the significant number of drone sightings, and we are taking this matter seriously,” said Sheriff Timmerman in a statement. “We are committed to identifying who is behind these flights and ensuring the safety of our community.”

The Sheriff’s Office is calling on Mercer County residents to assist in the investigation by sharing any information or video footage of the drones. Citizens who capture footage are encouraged to submit it via the Mercer Sheriff Facebook page and provide the specific location where the video was taken. “For safety reasons, we strongly advise against trying to confront or follow these drones,” the Sheriff’s Office said.

Questions Raised After Pardoned J6 Protester Fatally Shot During Traffic Stop

Matthew W. Huttle, a 42-year-old J6 protester who was pardoned by President Donald Trump last week, was fatally shot by an Indiana police officer during a traffic stop near the Pulaski County line, reports FOX32 Chicago.

The incident has sparked outrage and suspicion among those who view Huttle’s death as part of a larger pattern of targeting Trump supporters and J6 protesters.  

According to local law enforcement, Huttle resisted arrest during the traffic stop, leading to an altercation in which the officer fired his weapon, killing him. 

“An altercation took place between the suspect and the officer, which resulted in the officer firing his weapon and fatally wounding the suspect,” the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

The officer, whose name has not yet been released, is currently on paid administrative leave, as per protocol. Jasper County Sheriff Patrick Williamson has requested an investigation by the Indiana State Police, promising transparency in the process. In a statement, Sheriff Williamson expressed condolences to Huttle’s family, saying, “Our condolences go out to the family of the deceased as any loss of life is traumatic to those that were close to Mr. Huttle. I will release the officer’s name once I have approval from the State Police Detectives.”

The timing of Huttle’s death, coming so soon after his pardon, has led to speculation about whether this was a tragic coincidence or something more sinister.

‘Neo-Nazi’ Indian Immigrant Sentenced to 8 Years For Renting U-Haul Truck to Attack White House – But the Story Doesn’t Add Up

In May 2023, Sai Varshith Kandula, a young Indian migrant living in Chesterfield, Missouri, drove a U-Haul truck and attempted to ram his way through a White House barrier. His plot failed and police arrested him.  Police investigators then pulled an apparent Nazi flag from a U-Haul truck after the crash near the White House and laid it on the street for photographers. 

It was a white supremacist attack!

As Kristinn Taylor reported — Eyewitnesses say the truck was driven twice into a barrier before stopping. The incident took place at the north side of Lafayette Park at 16th and H St, NW. Police laid out the flag on the sidewalk near the truck, apparently for the media to film, before folding it up and taking it away.

Of course, the story was suspicious from the get-go. The only thing they found in the truck was a Nazi flag? This was too convenient for Joe Biden and the FBI’s narrative of the dreaded white supremacist threat in America. It smelled like another fed operation.

After the feds dropped all of the serious charges against Sai Varshith Kandula, 20, he was sentenced on Thursday to 96 months in federal prison for his attempted attack on the White House, the DOJ said in a press release.

“Kandula pleaded guilty on May 13, 2024, to a charge of willful injury or depredation of property of the United States before U.S. District Court Judge Dabney L. Friedrich. Kandula is an Indian national who was born in Chandanagar, India. At the time of the incident, he was a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. with a green card. In addition to the prison term, Judge Friedrich ordered Kandula to serve three years of supervised release,” the DOJ said.

The story just doesn’t add up.

Why Was the Reservoir Supplying Pacific Palisades Empty?

There’s a funny scene in the film Smokey and the Bandit when Sheriff Buford T. Justice tells his son “Junior” to hand over his service revolver so that he can use it to shoot the fleeing Bandit’s tires. Junior obeys his father and hands over his pistol, but to Buford’s chagrin, the hammer falls on an empty chamber. When Buford asks why his son’s pistol isn’t loaded, Junior replies, “When I put bullets in it, daddy, it gets too heavy.”

I was reminded of this scene when I saw the news that the Santa Inez Reservoir, supplying backup water to Pacific Palisades, was empty during the fires.

Coincidentally, last April I attended a garden party in Pacific Palisades. The back patio of the magnificent (and now incinerated) home commanded a sweeping view of the hills, including the reservoir, and I noticed that the 117-million-gallon water storage facility was empty.

Note the cover in the above photograph from 2022. The rationale for the cover—the construction of which was completed in 2012—was to comply with EPA regulations.

Does it really take almost a year to repair a water tank’s cover? Or—following the same weird logic that Junior applied to leaving his revolver unloaded—did whoever is in charge of LA’s auxiliary water supply conclude that filling the reservoir would make the structure too wet?

As was just reported in the Los Angeles Times:

Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday ordered an independent investigation of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power over the loss of water pressure and the empty Santa Ynez Reservoir, calling it “deeply troubling.”

“We need answers to how that happened,” Newsom said in a letter to leaders of DWP and L.A. County Public Works.

DWP spokesperson Ellen Cheng said, “We appreciate the Governor’s letter and believe that an investigation will help identify any new needed capabilities for water systems to support fighting wildfires.”

Some of these mysterious ‘drones’ are indeed UFOs and should be taken seriously

In recent years, mysterious “drones” have hovered with impunity above sensitive government facilities, spurring urgent briefings at the White House and at the highest levels of the British government. Not only can the objects involved in these incursions evade detection and sophisticated countermeasures, they also demonstrate an array of extraordinary flight characteristics.

To be sure, some recent drone incidents are likely espionage or intimidation operations. But until conventional drone technology is conclusively linked to the most brazen incursions, these craft must be considered UFOs — or, as Congress and the government now prefer, “unidentified anomalous phenomena.”

The UFO designation is particularly appropriate considering that several well-documented and equally perplexing incidents over sensitive nuclear facilities in the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s bear a remarkable resemblance to the recent incidents.

For 17 nights in late 2023, for example, between one and two dozen brightly-lit objects flew at any one time over Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. Beyond forcing the cancellation of nighttime training missions and the transfer of highly advanced fighter jets to another base, the incidents left the military so perplexed that it tasked a special NASA aircraft equipped with sophisticated cameras to investigate the objects.

Somehow, despite nightly incursions stretching over weeks, no verified imagery of the “drones” has emerged beyond a video showing numerous blinking lights in the sky. According to Glen VanHerck, the recently retired commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command, “our most advanced” aircraft attempted to identify the objects with “extremely limited results.”

Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-Va.) and Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) expressed “disappointment” and “shock,” respectively, at the lack of answers regarding the incidents following a year of investigation.

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), a key member of both the intelligence and armed services committees, stated that the government does not know “what technology [the objects] are using.” According to Gillibrand, the craft in the Langley incursions involved a “type of technology that our radar did not detect them arriving.” Moreover, government documents indicate that all counter-drone technology deployed against the objects “failed.”

Gen. Mark Kelly, a decorated Air Force pilot and the commander of Air Combat Command, observed the incursions personally, likening the brightly illuminated objects moving across the night sky to a science fiction film: “Close Encounters at Langley.”

Would an adversary expose its ultra-stealthy technology so dramatically and consistently in full view of the U.S. military? If so, to what end?

What kind of craft, despite displaying bright flashing lights and flying in formation, can operate with complete impunity — avoiding radar and visual detection while resisting counter-drone technology — above a key military base?

Trump Promises To Reveal What’s Going On With The Drones

During a press conference at Mar-a-Lago Thursday, President Trump vowed to reveal exactly what is happening with the drones that have been seen flying over the East coast and beyon for weeks.

“I’m going to give you a report on drones about one day into the administration because I think it’s ridiculous that they’re not telling you about what’s going on with the drones,” Trump told reporters.

Trump also noted that several governors who he was meeting with have told him there are mystery drones over their states and that they want answers.

Trump then turned it over to GOP Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin who remarked, “We are home to the largest naval base in the world in Quantico. And we also have a lot of the [Navy SEAL] teams and have a huge national security infrastructure and now for two years running, we have had drone incursion over secure airspace.”

“And we still don’t know why. And I think that’s absolutely unacceptable,” Youngkin added.

Kansas City Chiefs fans’ mysterious deaths yet to be resolved a year later

A year-to-date after three Kansas City Chiefs fans were last seen alive, it is still unclear why they died in their friend’s snowy backyard — and authorities have not handed down any criminal charges in their deaths.

Clayton McGeeney, 37; Ricky Johnson, 38; and David Harrington, 36, visited their longtime friend Jordan Willis’ home in Kansas City, Missouri, on Jan. 7, 2024 to watch the Chiefs play the Los Angeles Chargers. 

Two days later, the three men were found dead on Willis’ property by McGeeney’s fiancée. Willis could not be reached by phone and did not answer his door in the days afterward, according to family members who searched for the three friends who never returned home.

Although preliminary autopsy results shared with the media by family members indicate that fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana were in their systems, the deceased men’s families have questioned Willis’ involvement in what happened, with some threatening to file lawsuits.

In September, Willis’ attorney John Picerno told Fox News Digital that “charges [will be] forthcoming in the next few weeks,” based on “internal conversations” with prosecutors.

Cybertruck Explosion In Las Vegas, Truths And Mysteries

The strange manifesto of Michael Livelsberger the Cybertruck bomber in Las Vegas posted by Sean Ryan who has mysteriously now gone into hiding due to death threats is a curious matter that has got my attention.

It is interesting that the FBI has been so forthcoming in releasing so much more information than usual involving this case. So much so that it sparks curiosity as to whether they want the public to be aware more so than normally about information that was also widely distributed, i.e., from Sean Ryan of the Sean Ryan Show, a well-followed podcaster.

The narrative and information from the FBI presents an acknowledgement that the manifesto found in the truck and released by Sean Ryan are similar and may indeed be authentic, but cautions that this is not yet confirmed as their conclusion.

It is also important to note that certain aspects of this case are beyond disturbing and in dispute as per the family and known close associates of Mr. Livelsberger. Family members seem either in denial or acknowledge the fact that they are beyond shocked that he would commit suicide as a part of this incident, however that is a common type of feedback from the family members of persons who have perpetrated such acts.

The manifesto itself speaks of the recent drone activity and accuses China of being behind it in some way. It also speaks of a “gravitic propulsion system” that only the United States and China have technology to engage. This is where the question of why this manifesto is so readily available comes into play, and is questionable in my opinion.

Why would the FBI almost immediately authenticate this as truth instead of vehemently deny it as they always do instead of revealing some truth of the sinister practices of such top secret experiments and technological advances?

As to whether anti-gravity experiments exist, I for one have knowledge they do. Many others do as well. It is well known that mostly censored and debunked individuals, some more well-known than others, have come forward with this information for some 40 years now. Some you may remember Bob Lazar, Dr. Steven Greer, Milton Cooper and Philip Corso, just to name a few. There have also been whistleblowers from the military who have shared stories during their lives and retirement or on their deathbeds that have acknowledged various covert projects involving military operations involving the study of reverse-alien engineering, leading to the conclusion that the US military is indeed in the possession of alien crashed air vessels. The sites that these items could exist include the areas of New Mexico and Nevada where aerial phenomena have long been questioned to exist; the authentication of which remains un-proven and has long been deemed to be conspiracy theory.

You and I both know the many formerly deemed conspiracy theories that have been brought to light as truth over the years. Such is largely done so by the vehement persistence of those who value truth and transparency above all other noise. Some who have even given their own lives for that cause? To those patriots who have given their lives to expose the truth, to those who are victims of the abuse of power, I give my most sincere respect.

Let us give our attention to some of what is written in Mr. Livelsberger’s supposed manifesto and take what is there with a grain of salt.
