Tennessee Christian school principal indicted on 11 new child sex charges after 2022 arrest

The principal of a Christian school in Tennessee, who was arrested last year on accusations of sexual activity with a minor, has been indicted on 11 additional charges.

Liberty Christian School principal Jason Kennedy, 47, was already facing charges in connection with his alleged sexual activity with an underage girl. He was charged in August with two counts of sexual assault by an authority figure and one count of solicitation of a minor.

School secretary and homeschool coordinator Brittney Branham, 28, was also charged with solicitation of a minor in August over incidents that occurred in Kennedy’s home. It is unclear if she will face any new charges.

District Attorney Stephen Crump told FOX Chattanooga on Friday that the new charges Kennedy was indicted on represent three more victims, which means there are now four total victims in the case.

Openly Communist Las Vegas Commissioner Admitted to Being a ‘Minor Attracted Person’

Clark County, Nevada Democrat Commissioner Tick Segerblom, who represents the county’s Las Vegas Valley district, admitted to being a “minor attracted person” outside of a county commission meeting, in a caught-on-video exchange that’s been completely ignored by the corporate media.

Tick Segerblom admitted to being a “minor attracted person,” a left-wing term for pedophiles, outside of a Clark County Commission meeting when directly asked by a constituent if he was one. Segerblom is an avowed communist who’s blocked election integrity and accompanies drag queens to hang out with children, as documented in photographs.

He’s also been an outspoken opponent of Nevada’s burgeoning election integrity movement.

“This guy’s a minor attracted person, aren’t you?” a constituent directly asks Segerblom who, without hesitation, nods his head and replies “yes” to the question.

‘Worst of the Worst’ Sex Predators Are Being Released From Washington State’s Pedophile Island

They promised that the worst of the worst sexual predators would be committed forever on an island all alone in Washington State’s Puget Sound. These predators were never to walk again among the innocent children and vulnerable women of Washington State. These sick men who acknowledged there was nothing prison or medicine could do to help them heal agreed to be banished to a secure facility on Washington State’s version of pedophile island. And now they’re being let out.

The promisers lied. The woke politicians, such as Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and his so-called “progressive” allies, changed the rules about keeping the offenders in the Special Commitment Center on McNeil Island in South Puget Sound. Their idea of restorative justice means that pedophiles should be released into communities where children play. If you object, Mr. Dad and Mrs. Mom, you’re horrible people.

What to do with Washington’s unreformed, irredeemable sexual predators was answered in 1990 when Gov. Booth Gardner signed the Community Protection Act, designating the first-of-its-kind civil commitment center on McNeil Island. The 200 “residents” have “been convicted of at least one sex crime – including sexual assault, rape, and child molestation. A court has then found them to meet the legal definition of a ‘sexually violent predator’, meaning they have a mental abnormality or personality disorder that makes them likely to engage in repeat sexual violence,” reported the UK Guardian in a story in 2018. After they’re done serving their prison sentences and being deemed a continuing threat to the community, the unfixables are civilly committed to McNeil Island.

Educator Sexual Misconduct Is On The Rise In US Public Schools

From sexting to rape, there is a disturbing uptick in sexual misconduct by public school teachers and other staff against students across the United States.

The growing problem was recently highlighted by an audit of Chicago public schools where dozens of staff members ranging from teachers, administrators, and counselors, to security officers—even a sign language interpreter—were found guilty of committing a variety of sex crimes against students while in school.

The audit was conducted by the Sexual Assault Unit of the Chicago school’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG).

The OIG did not respond to inquiries by The Epoch Times about the audit’s findings.

QAnon influencer who accused Democrats of pedophilia was himself convicted of abusing 8-year-old boy in 1999

A filmmaker confronted QAnon influencer David Todeschini about a past child abuse conviction in clips from a new HBO Max documentary.

In the clips posted on Twitter,  journalist Andrew Callaghan shows pictures of public figures including Oprah Winfrey and President Joe Biden to Todeschini who baselessly claims they are “pedophiles.” 

The belief that elite Hollywood figures and Democrats covertly run child abuse rings is one of the core claims of QAnon, the sprawling online conspiracy theory movement that Todeschini has promoted. 

Soon after, Callaghan tells Todeschini that he “needs to talk” to him about something.

“On May 19, 1999, you were convicted of sexual abuse in the first degree and sodomy in the second degree of an eight-year-old boy in New Jersey,” Callaghan says.

He continued: “So, according to this paper, you are a registered sex offender and a convicted pedophile.”

Todeschini then claims the conviction was “false.”

“I know, I’ve seen the paper. I pled because I knew – I did what Michael Flynn did. I knew I couldn’t win,” Todeschini responds, referring to former Donald Trump advisor Flynn’s 2017 guilty plea in the Mueller probe. 

“Do you feel like maybe you’re projecting by …” said Callaghan, before Todeschini jumps back in to say: “No, I’m not projecting.”

Todeschini’s criminal conviction was first reported in October 2021, by Right Wing Watch, which found that Todeschini was promoting QAnon conspiracy under the name David Trent.

Former Texas School District Employee Arrested Over Allegations of Multiple Sexual Encounters With Student

Texas deputies have arrested a 21-year-old woman for allegedly having multiple sexual encounters with a student at the school at which she was employed.

Marisol Solis was arrested on Jan. 5 under charges of trafficking of persons.

Hays County Sheriff’s Office said they received, in November last year, a report involving a Dripping Springs Independent School District (DSISD) employee and a student within the district.

“The report alleged the employee and student had multiple sexual encounters over a period of time,” according to a statement released by the sheriff’s office.

Investigators worked closely with DSISD over the allegations, leading to the sheriff’s office arresting Solis under a first-degree felony.

“This case is still being investigated and there is potential for additional charges,” the sheriff’s office said.

According to an official statement released by Dripping Springs ISD, Solis was fired on Dec. 16, 2021, having last been on any campus in the district on Nov. 29, 2021, as reported by Fox News.

“Dripping Springs ISD remains committed to the safety and security of all students and takes prompt and immediate action to partner with law enforcement agencies to investigate and take action when it receives reports involving the safety of the children in the Dripping Springs community and all students across Texas,” the statement concludes.

Irish LGBT City Councilor Resigns After Allegations of Abusing Teen Boy

A young Irish man’s accusations that a Galway City Councilor groomed and sexually abused him since age 16 led to a politician’s resignation.

The alleged victim shared two videos on Twitter accusing Galway, Ireland’s first openly LGBT city councilor, Owen Hanley, of grooming and abusing him, according to a Post Millenial report.

“I am a victim of sexual abuse, catfishing, and underage grooming. Owen Hanley did this to me,” alleged the Twitter account using the name Jaimie Mac Giolla Bháin on New Year’s Day. “Mr. Hanley operated a fake Twitter account under the name Irish Jock, using the handle @leftmuscle. He posed as a teenager and reached out to me on Twitter, knowing who I was from previous engagements in the Social Democrats.”

Bháin described being coaxed into transmitting explicit images of himself over “a long period,” beginning after he turned 16 and continuing until February 2022.

After he discovered Hanley was behind the Twitter account, Bháin said he confronted the councilor with his evidence. Hanley denied the allegations, the alleged victim stated. He added that all traces of the accounts Bháin claimed Hanley operated were erased from Twitter and his profile pictures removed.

Arkansas Elementary School Teacher Assistant Pleads Guilty To Producing Child Pornography

A now-former teacher assistant at an elementary school in Arkansas pleaded guilty to child pornography charges earlier this week.

On Tuesday, Augustus Shenker, a 22-year-old, pleaded guilty to three counts alleging he produced child pornography inside an Arkansas classroom.

Shenker was indicted over child pornography charges in June 2021 after the FBI received a tip in May that alleged Shenker had a Dropbox account with an email that possessed seven different explicit child pornography videos.

FBI investigators looked into Shenker and realized he was employed at an early education school in Little Rock.

Shenker’s place of employment, Miss Selma’s School, educates students as young as 18 months old through fifth grade.

After FBI agents got a warrant on Shenker, they seized his iPhone and discovered six videos Shenker made in March 2021 where he groped a preschooler in a classroom.

A hidden folder on Shenker’s phone contained 19 more videos of explicit child pornography filmed in the classroom at Miss Selma’s School.

United States Attorney Jonathan Ross called Shenker’s actions “unthinkable abuse.”

“This defendant violated the trust parents placed in him each day by placing their children in his care. Using his position to exploit preschoolers is an unthinkable abuse, especially in their own school—the very place we expect children to be protected,” Ross said.

“We appreciate the hard work of the FBI in identifying and arresting this defendant and hope this conviction deters others who would harm children,” he added.

Shenker first told investigators he formerly had a problem with child pornography years ago. Investigators also discovered thousands of images of child pornography across Shenker’s devices.

‘Serious Disregard For These Children’s Welfare’: Biden Admin Policies Could Place Migrant Kids in Homes With Sex Offenders

The Biden administration’s attempts to implement a more humane immigration policy are leading it to hand migrant children over to American adults who haven’t submitted to background checks, according to a Senate report obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. That has made those kids vulnerable to everything from being placed in the custody of legal guardians who have a history of child neglect to living in homes with registered sex offenders.

The report, from Sen. Rob Portman (R., Ohio) and Republican members of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs, paints a devastating picture of how the Biden administration has mismanaged the southern border, which has seen more than 2.5 million crossings since he took office. Biden’s attempt to strike a contrast on immigration with his predecessor may have backfired, putting in danger thousands of minors who have now lost contact with federal authorities, according to the report.

In an effort to reverse Trump administration policies that President Joe Biden characterized on the campaign trail as cruel and inhumane, many unaccompanied alien children who come into the custody of American officials are now handed over to adults in the United States without any vetting, the report says. Those background checks would verify, among other things, that alien children are not given to guardians who are on the sex offender registry.

Few executive actions under former president Donald Trump drew more ire from the media and left-wing activists than his “family separation policy.” That policy, which ordered law enforcement to separate children from illegal alien parents apprehended at the southern border was meant to deter future illegal border crossings. But Biden, who, according to the Senate report, is overseeing an immigration system that is reducing “protections for [unaccompanied alien] children against abuse and trafficking,” has avoided the same level of scrutiny from the press and Democrats.

Murdered Delphi teens were intended victims of ‘botched’ child sex kidnap plot, cops believe – as investigators dig up DEAD CAT to match hairs found on girls to alleged killer’s pet

Murdered Delphi teenagers Liberty German and Abigail Williams were victims of a botched kidnapping plot hatched by members of a local pedophile ring.

This is just one of a host of disturbing new details and allegations that can be exclusively revealed by DailyMail.com – including gruesome details about how the girls died, and that police dug up the prime suspect’s dead cat, in an effort to match hairs found on their bodies.

The revelations come just two weeks after authorities released a redacted version of the probable cause affidavit that led to Richard Allen’s arrest.

Allen, 50, was charged on two counts of murder on October 28, five years after 14-year-old Libby and 13-year-old Abby were found dead in Delphi, Indiana, on February 13, 2017.  

DailyMail.com has learned that, shortly after his arrest, one of Allen’s neighbors recalled seeing police digging in his yard.

Now, DailyMail.com has been told they were digging up the family’s dead cat, whose hair proved a match for the samples found on one of the victims.

Carroll County Prosecutor Nicholas McLeland has openly stated that he believes ‘Allen is not the only actor involved in this.’ 

And while Allen has not been charged with kidnapping, prosecutors have alleged he attempted it.

Now sources close to the investigation have claimed that Allen was acting with at least two other men and was involved in a child sex ring.
