“It Dwarfs COVID”: RFK Jr Says Autism Is an “Epidemic”

Autism is an “epidemic” that “dwarfs COVID,” Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy has said.

In an interview with radio host John Catsimatidis, RFK Jr. said autism is a “debilitating” condition that should be taken more seriously than COVID because of its effects on the young.

“This is an epidemic. It dwarfs the COVID epidemic and the impacts on our country because COVID killed old people. Autism affects children and affects them at the beginning of their lives, the beginning of their productivity.”

“And it’s absolutely debilitating for them, their families, their communities,” he added.

RFK Jr. went on to talk about the massive economic cost of autism, in addition to its emotional toll.

“For our country, just the pure economic cost of autism is, will be by 2035, $1 trillion a year. That’s just the beginning because many of these kids are aging out and their parents worry every day. And I’m talking about people with severe autism, what’s called profound autism, which is about, which is about 26 percent of the total people who are diagnosed with autism,” he said. 

“Those families, those children are nonverbal, they’re non-toilet trained. They have all the stereotypical features of autism, head-banging, toe-walking, stimming, agonizing gut pain and head-banging. Those kids are kids that will not hold jobs. And many kids with autism, many of the higher functioning autism actually can, have tremendous potential to live independently, to get jobs, take care of themselves,” he continued. 

Secretary Kennedy also spoke about new research he has commissioned to identify the real causes of autism. He said he believes the focus on genetic causes is misguided, and that environmental factors need to be addressed.

“The problem is that NIH and CDC have blocked all the studies that would determine the environmental exposure. So we don’t know. And instead they’ve studied genes and genes contribute to autism, but they, you know, like I said, you need an environmental toxin. And that’s what we’re, that’s what we are now going to look for,” Kennedy said.

“And we’re going to identify it and using AI [artificial intelligence] and the best scientific protocols, all of it, very transparent. We’re deploying 15 teams to look at all the potential exposures and that could be mold. It could be food additives. It could be pesticides. It could be vaccines. It could be ultrasound.” 

Earlier last week, RFK Jr. was on the receiving end of sharp criticism for comments he made at a press conference, when he said “autism destroys families.”

Among those winging blows at Secretary Kennedy was Gwen Walz, wife of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

​​“This is deeply upsetting, especially coming from our nation’s highest-ranking health official,” Gwen Walz said in a post Thursday on X.

Mental Health “Experts” FEAR Secretary Kennedy’s Investigation into Psychiatric Drugging

Within a few weeks of Donald Trump’s inauguration, the President signed an Executive Order establishing the Make America Healthy Again Commission (MAHA), which, among other things, will be “assessing the prevalence of and threat posed by the prescription of Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs), antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, stimulants and weight-loss drugs.” In other words, officialdom finally is looking at the out-of-control unscientific chemical experimentation used to address unwanted behaviors.

Alert the media! Get Megyn Kelly on the phone! Finally, a governmental body will be looking into the serious risks associated with prescription mind-altering drugs. It’s decades in the making. But, as they say, “better late than never.” It was no surprise then that within a month of that announcement the mental health industry was none too pleased and released a “joint statement” about the wonders of its mind-altering chemical elixirs.

According to the statement, “these drugs provide relief for many young people enabling them to participate fully in treatment, school, social activities, and family life — all key aspects of healthy development.” Utter nonsense.

“Healthy development?” There is no such thing as the decades-long touted “chemical imbalance.” That theory finally got debunked in 2022 research published by Professor Joanna Moncrieff and Dr. Mark Horowitz. So, since it’s clear that people are not “short” on certain brain chemicals as a reason for depression, then why are those chemicals being prescribed as “treatment?” And, make no mistake, lots and lots of Americans are being drugged.

According to data gathered in 2020 by IQVIA (Formerly IMS Health) and made public by the Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) in January of 2021, nearly 77 million Americans are taking at least one prescription psychiatric drug. The breakdown of who is drugged is jaw dropping crazy. There were more than 85 thousand 0–1-year-olds, nearly 140,000 2–3-year-olds, 215,000 4- to five-year-olds, two-and-a-half million 6–12-year-olds and more than three million 13–17-year-olds taking psychiatric mind-altering drugs every day.

“The Autism Epidemic Is Running Rampant” – RFK Jr Addresses Latest CDC Report Showing 1-In-20 Boys Diagnosed

A report released by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on April 15 showed that 1 in 31 children in America has autism.

The figures, which mark another jump in a long line of increases, stem from the CDC’s latest Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (ADDM) Network survey published in the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.

The report prompted Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to say that “the autism epidemic is running rampant.”

“That’s up significantly from two years earlier and nearly five times higher than when the CDC first started running autism surveys in children born in 1992,” Kennedy said in an April 15 statement.

“Prevalence for boys is an astounding 1 in 20 and in California, it’s 1 in 12.5.”

“We need to move away from this ideology that the prevalence of autism increases are simply from better diagnosis, better recognition, or changing diagnostic criteria,” RFK Jr began his address this morning.

“This epidemic denial has become a feature in the mainstream media, and it’s based on an industry canard.” 

“There are people who don’t want us to look at environmental exposures.” 

“Doctors and therapists in the past were not stupid.” 

“They weren’t missing all these cases.”

Fired FDA Chief Is Now Out Trashing RFK Jr. and his Autism Study on the Fake News – Big Pharma Has Most to Lose

Dr. Peter Marks, the FDA’s top vaccine official and a key figure in the first Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed, was ousted from his post earlier this month.

​Dr. Peter Marks is an American hematologist-oncologist who has served as the director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) since 2016.

As CBER director, Marks was responsible for reviewing and providing advice during product development, evaluating applications, and making approval decisions based on safety and effectiveness data.

He oversaw the FDA’s vaccine programs and played a pivotal part in the rapid development and approval of the experimental COVID-19 vaccines under Operation Warp Speed during President Donald Trump’s first term.

Sources close to the matter told the Wall Street Journal that Marks submitted his resignation on Friday after a blunt ultimatum from a Health and Human Services (HHS) official: step down voluntarily or face termination.

His exit, effective April 5, marks yet another victory for HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s aggressive push to purge the federal health apparatus of what he calls entrenched bureaucrats peddling “misinformation and lies.”

It was very telling that Big Pharma stocks plunged following his resignation.

Shares of vaccine makers Moderna and Novavax, along with several other biotech companies, plunged following his resignation.

Now, Marks is out hitting the Sunday shows and attacking Robert Kennedy Jr.  It makes you wonder who is behind this?

RFK Jr. Confirms ‘The Deep State Is Real’

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just confirmed what conservatives have known all along: the Deep State is real, and it’s embedded within our federal agencies.

During his first visit to the FDA alongside Commissioner Marty Makary, Kennedy didn’t mince words when addressing FDA employees. And what he said validates everything President Trump has been saying for years.

“President Trump always talks about the Deep State, and the media, you know, disparages him and says that he’s paranoid,” Kennedy stated. “But the Deep State is real. And it’s not, you know, just George Soros and Bill Gates and a bunch of nefarious individuals sitting together in a room and plotting the, you know, the destruction of humanity.”

Instead of shadowy figures meeting in dark rooms, Kennedy pointed to something more insidious: institutional pressures that have transformed regulatory agencies into industry puppets. In fact, he didn’t hesitate to call the FDA a “sock puppet” of the very industries it’s supposed to regulate.

One area where Kennedy said he has seen this within the FDA is its Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) system, which he says acts as a “loophole” for food companies. In March, Kennedy directed the FDA to reevaluate its policies on food companies obtaining approval before adding new ingredients to their products. He believes that “eliminating this loophole” will not only provide consumers with more transparency, but will be key in improving Americans’ health.

The HHS secretary has not hidden his disdain for the FDA, especially as he spoke throughout the 2024 election cycle about what changes he believes are crucial to improving Americans’ health. About a week and a half before the election, Kennedy — who had already endorsed now-President Donald Trump — issued clear warnings on social media to those who “work for the FDA and are part of this corrupt system.”

Remember back during the campaign when Kennedy promised to clean house at the FDA? He wasn’t kidding. Just before the election, he issued a stark warning to FDA employees who were “part of this corrupt system” — preserve your records and pack your bags.

RFK Jr. Hits Back At Media Over ‘Ironic’ Effort To Attack Him With Out-Of-Context Quote

Few figures within the Democratic Party have been more thoroughly rejected by the party than Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

He has been repeatedly excoriated by the left — including members of his dynastic family — in recent years for remarks about vaccines and other hot-button issues.

Most recently, multiple media outlets seized on his remarks at the Food and Drug Administration headquarters, taking one word out of context and depicting it as an anti-handicap slur.

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called out establishment media attacks against him in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, saying that he believes “it’s always ironic how the liberal media weaponizes woke cancel culture to safeguard the interests of Big Pharma and Big Food.”

Kennedy was responding to a baseless onslaught after several publications misquoted him Friday in his use of the word “retarded” to evoke the proper name of a New York state mental facility.

The deluge of condemnation came after reports of the Secretary’s remarks to a gathering of the staff of the Food and Drug Administration at the agency’s headquarters in White Oak, Maryland.

Mediaite spun his appearance with the headline: “FDA Staffers Dish on Unhinged Meeting With RFK Jr. Where He Called Special Olympics Athletes ‘Retarded.’”

The Daily Beast headlined it: “Staffers Walk Out of RFK Jr.’s Slur-Ridden Speech About Deep State.”

Kennedy told Breitbart News the coverage is yet another demonstration of the axiom by 17th century satirist Jonathan Swift: “Falsehood flies, and the truth comes limping after it.”

Get jabbed, get infected: New flu vaccine study appears to validate RFK Jr. skepticism

Less than 100 days into the second Trump administration, the Department of Health and Human Services’ newfound skepticism of vaccine claims under Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. seems to be prescient, notwithstanding media hand-wringing.

The current flu vaccine, whose effectiveness is a tossup every year, in fact makes infection substantially more likely than not getting jabbed, according to the latest Cleveland Clinic study of its own employees. The study has yet to be peer-reviewed, which means it’s new medical research that has yet to be evaluated and so should not be used to guide clinical practice.

Nearly 44,000 of its 53,000 employees for whom age and sex data were recorded received the flu vaccine during the 25-week study, a research feat made possible by the Cleveland Clinic’s free, mandatory vaccination for employees without a medical or religious exemption.

About 2% got infected, according to the Cleveland Clinic research team led by infectious diseases physician Nabin Shrestha, also a professor in its medical college.

“The cumulative incidence of influenza was similar for the vaccinated and unvaccinated states early” but “increased more rapidly” for the former as the study went on through March 26, eventually reaching negative effectiveness of 27%, the researchers found. 

“Notably, this was a relatively young population, with a mean age of 42 years, and 75% were female,” the paper says. “About 20% had a clinical nursing job.”

RFK Jr. Says He’s Working with DOGE to Tackle Medicaid Fraud: “We’re in a Very Good Position Now to Identify that and to Eliminate It”

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said on Thursday that he is working with Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to cut the waste, fraud, and abuse in Medicaid. 

“We think we’re going to be able to identify it and eliminate it while, incidentally, protecting the Medicaid—while protecting the Medicaid program and improving services to our poorest Americans,” RFK Jr. told Fox’s Martha MacCallum on Thursday following a high-stakes Cabinet meeting.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, during the meeting, Kennedy announced that the federal government will identify the root cause of America’s spiraling autism crisis by September, following an unprecedented research initiative ordered by President Donald Trump.

He later revealed to MaCaullum, “We have DOGE working with us, and they’ve been really extraordinary about finding fraud in all of the agencies.”

This comes as Democrats and Republicans spar over the budget resolution that passed in the House earlier Thursday. Democrats in the House accused Republicans of trying to cut Medicaid benefits, which House Speaker Mike Johnson says is a “lie,” pointing to the roughly $50 billion lost each year to Medicaid fraud.

Last week, it was revealed by a DOGE official that illegal aliens and even violent illegal aliens are accessing government benefits like Medicaid and also voting.

“We found in the benefit programs that every benefit program that was being accessed by these people, DOGE executive and founder of Valor Equity Partners, Antonio Gracias, said. “1.3 million of them are on Medicaid right now, today.”

RFK Destroys Media Narrative: Child Who Died DID NOT Pass Away from Measles

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President Donald Trump’s Health and Human Services Secretary, dispelled lies propagated by the media regarding the death of a child they falsely claimed died from measles.

Appearing in an interview with CBS News on Wednesday, Kennedy explained the death of eight-year-old Daisy Hildebrand earlier this month happened due to a culmination of medical factors — not just because of measles or because she wasn’t vaccinated for measles, as the media has claimed.

“You know, there’s only three deaths from measles in 20 years and they’re all people with extreme complications,” Kennedy told a CBS reporter. “And that’s how you die from measles, because of the complications.”

The HHS Secretary went over Hildebrand’s history of illnesses, mentioning how she’d previously had a measles infection her parents say she recovered from.

“Well…Daisy Hildebrand…was hospitalized three times…from other illnesses. She had extreme tonsillectomy. She had mononucleosis that she could not kick and then she got measles. She got over the measles, according to her parents, and according to medical reports.”

“I saw a report on it today,” RFK said, adding, “the thing that killed her was not the measles, but it was a bacteriological infection of her lungs.”

Following the Money on RFK’s Top Targets, Pharma Ads & Soda

What do Big Pharma ads on TV and Diet Coke have in common? Both are targets of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the new head of the Health and Human Services department.

In his early efforts to press the “Make America Healthy Again,” Kennedy has singled out two seemingly different issues: those ubiquitous television ads for pharmaceuticals, and whether people on federal food assistance programs should be able to buy soda and junk food on the taxpayer dime.

Popping open a can of Diet Coke to open the latest episode of The Drill Down, host Peter Schweizer savors the taste of crony capitalism.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s campaign to swiftly bar the use of food stamps to buy soda is fueling tensions between his team and the Agriculture Department. Of course, the American Beverage Association, a trade group that lobbies on behalf of “Big Soda,” is firing back, too.

HHS wants the Trump administration to approve petitions from the governors of Kentucky and West Virginia to ban soda purchases from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP) program for the first time. But the USDA controls the program, not HHS. So that sets up a conflict, and for the beverage industry the stakes are very high.

The SNAP program costs $100 billion per year and serves about 42 million Americans.

Co-host Eric Eggers says that Coca-Cola would see a 2.5 percent decline in worldwide sales if sugary sodas were no longer covered by SNAP nationwide. Coca-Cola is just one of many makers of soda. Moreover, about 25 percent of all SNAP program spending is done at the cash registers at Walmart, so its influence will be felt as well.

The show also takes on another perennial issue and MAHA target — pharmaceutical advertising on television.

Every American is used to hearing and seeing ads for miracle drugs when watching television, especially news programs and sports. They often show bright, happy old people whirling around in golf carts or briskly walking while a voiceover speed-reads a cocktail of terrifying potential side effects.

“I’m generally a free-speech guy, but what is the purpose of these ads? They are meant to create demand for new, expensive drugs,” Schweizer points out.

Here also is the brewing conflict with those who make money based on those ads — media companies that sell those ad spaces to Big Pharma. About 30 percent of the ads sold for any news show on TV are for pharmaceuticals. Many people have noticed how generally easy the news media at those networks go on pharmaceutical companies.
