ICE Bags Child-rape Suspect in Fairfax County, Va., After Detainer Ignored; Defiance of Federal Laws Continues

Yet again, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has likely saved a child in Virginia from sexual assault by arresting an illegal alien freed by Fairfax County.

ICE agents awaited Walvin Victor Hugo Garcia after a judge freed him to leave a courtroom, where he had appeared to answer a charge of child rape.

Garcia is the second such individual authorities in Virginia have released and whom ICE has been forced to arrest. In February, ICE bagged Iranian illegal Shayan Kahhal. Yet the agents can’t be everywhere.

A Fairfax County prosecutor released a violent Third World “migrant” who had been arrested almost three dozen times despite a warning from cops not to do so. Result: Abdul Jalloh stabbed 41-year-old mom Stephanie Minter to death at a bus stop, prosecutors allege.

The Garcia case is typical. Local authorities ignore a valid detainer from ICE, then release a dangerous suspect.

In this case, the Department of Homeland Security reported, cops arrested Garcia in June 2025 and charged him with raping a child under 13 years old and using a computer to commit a sexual offense with a minor. Cops also allege he distributed drugs to a minor.

Biden-Paroled Illegal Alien Charged With Sexually Assaulting Elderly Women at Wisconsin Nursing Home

An illegal alien from Nicaragua has been charged with sexually assaulting elderly women at a Wisconsin assisted living facility where he worked.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against Julio Cesar Morales Jarquin, who entered the U.S. through the Biden administration’s parole pipeline in 2023.

According to local officials, Morales Jarquin was employed at an assisted living facility in Dane County, Wisconsin, when he allegedly sexually assaulted elderly female residents.

He has been charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault of an elderly victim.

ICE is urging local officials not to release Morales Jarquin back into the community.

“This illegal alien is charged with two counts of sexual assault of an elderly victim at an assisted living facility,” Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Lauren Bis said.

“This dirtbag was released into the country by the Biden Administration.”

“DHS is calling on sanctuary politicians in Dane County, Wisconsin to not release this criminal from jail back onto the streets to commit more crimes.”

“We need Wisconsin sanctuary politicians to cooperate with us to remove criminals from our country,” she added.

Female World Cup Soccer Hopeful Accused of Raping 14-Year-Old Boy Multiple Times

An elite female soccer player with World Cup aspirations stands accused of raping a 14-year-old boy with braces multiple times and sending him nude pictures of herself.

Oteta Kristina Kitiona, 20, faces multiple felony charges stemming from alleged sexual encounters with the teenager at his home in Bluffdale, Utah, in 2024, when she was 19.

Police claim Kitona, a part of Samoa’s ill-fated 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup bid earlier this year, sexually abused the youth multiple times over a period of six months before departing for college.

The 14-year-old boy claims that Kitona would visit him “two to three times a week” to have sex with him. He further claims that Kitona would text him nude pictures of herself in which he says she was, “head to toe clean, naked.”

The boy also claims that Kitona wanted him to reply with nudes of himself.

Kitona faces charges of distributing material harmful to a minor and three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor while under the age of 21.

In Utah, the age of consent is 18.

Kitona is not in police custody, but is scheduled to appear in court on June 6.

HORROR: Three-Times Deported Illegal Alien from Honduras Beats Man Unconscious, Rapes Him Behind Dumpster

An illegal alien from Honduras beat a man unconscious and raped him behind a dumpster.

Jose Ignacio Bonilla-Garcia was charged with assaulting a man, dragging his unconscious body behind a dumpster, and raping him in Suffolk County, New York.

The victim was intoxicated and collapsed after leaving the Esperanza Deli Café on March 27.

Jose Ignacio Bonilla-Garcia, a three-times deported illegal alien, fled to Texas and tried to escape to Mexico after committing the heinous crime.

“This is one of the most egregious criminal offenses that I’ve come across in my entire career and another example of why it’s vital for law enforcement at all levels to work together in the interest of public safety,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Houston acting Field Office Director Gabriel Martinez.

“Following the alleged assault, Bonilla-Garica traveled to Texas in a suspected attempt to flee to Mexico to evade prosecution for his alleged crimes,” Martinez added.

“With a limited amount of time to work with, and a lot of ground to cover, the law enforcement community quickly came together to help track down this dangerous fugitive and he was safely taken into custody by the U.S Marshals Service’s Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force before he could leave the country,” he said.

“Without teamwork and collaboration between law enforcement at all levels, the outcome would have likely been very different,” he added.

EU Crime Report: Spanish Rape Reports Surge 322% Over Last Decade, EU Sees 150% Increase

New data released by Eurostat on Wednesday reveals a staggering rise in reported sexual crimes across the European Union, with Spain showing an increase far beyond the continental average.

Spain has seen one of the most significant shifts in reporting, according to Spain’s La Razon outlet. In 2024, the country registered “5,222 violations” compared to only “1,239 in 2014.” This represents a “322 percent increase,” a figure that sits “well above the 150 percent average in the EU.”

What Eurostat does not provide is data on who is committing these crimes. However, other sources have explored this issue.

As Remix News reported last year, a CEU-CEFAS Demographic Observatory report titled “Demography of Crime in Spain” showed that foreigners, who make up 31 percent of Spain’s prison population and commit per capita 500 percent more rapes and 414 percent more murders than Spanish citizens.

The highest rates are seen among Arabs and Latinos, with many of them hailing from countries in South America known for their extremely high crime rates.

While the murder numbers are stable in Spain at 300 per year, there has been explosive growth in attempted murders. Over the course of just four years, between 2019 and 2023, attempted murder cases nearly doubled, going from 836 to 1,507.

In just five years, penetrative rape cases also soared 143 percent, going from 2,143 in 2019 to 5,206 in 2024.

As Remix News has reported on in the past, in many Spanish states, the crime statistics show massive overrepresentation of foreigners in serious crimes like sexual assault, including in the Basque region.

In cases of robbery with violence, foreigners are 440 percent more likely to commit such a crime. Many such cases have made headlines in the Spanish media.

The study heads indicated that Spain’s aging population should have led to a decrease in crime rates, but the influx of migrants, amounting to 3.8 million per decade, has led to an “imported crime” problem.

The report confirmed a consistent pattern that violent crime is predominantly committed by young men. Specifically concerning nationality, the study indicates that foreigners have much higher crime rates than Spaniards, particularly for the most serious offenses against persons, such as homicide, rape, and robbery. This overrepresentation is noted to be especially pronounced among individuals of African and Latin American origin.

Horrifying “Rape Festival” Sparks Worldwide Outrage

Videos circulating on social media out of Nigeria have ignited shock and horror after appearing to show groups of men chasing, stripping and sexually assaulting women in broad daylight during a traditional “fertility” festival in the country’s southern Delta State, according to news.com.au.

The incidents unfolded on March 19 during the Alue-Do festival in Ozoro, a triennial rite in the Uruamudhu community of the Ozoro Kingdom. Intended to invoke blessings for married women struggling with conception, the event involves processions to a community shrine. Local customs reportedly advise single women to remain indoors. However, footage depicted young women fleeing through crowded streets, pursued by mobs who tore at their clothing, groped them and subjected them to public humiliation while bystanders filmed and, in some cases, appeared to cheer.

The graphic clips, which spread rapidly on platforms including X, Instagram and Facebook, have fueled national outrage, trending hashtags such as #endsexualviolence.

Israeli soldiers and settlers using sexual violence to push Palestinians out – report

Israeli soldiers and settlers are systematically using sexual violence and harassment to force Palestinians from their homes in the occupied West Bank, according to a report by the West Bank Protection Consortium – a group of international humanitarian organizations.

The report, published on Sunday and titled ‘Sexual Violence and Forcible Transfer in the West Bank’, documents at least 16 cases of conflict-related sexual violence attributed to Israeli settlers and soldiers over the past three years. The researchers noted that the actual number is likely significantly higher, as survivors often remain silent due to shame, stigma, and fear of retaliation associated with reporting such crimes.

Victims who have chosen to come forward described harassment, assault, and intimidation inside their own homes, including forced nudity, invasive body cavity searches, exposure of genitals to minors, and threats of rape. Men and boys also reported forced stripping, sexualized humiliation, and degrading treatment.

More than 70% of displaced households surveyed cited threats to women and children, particularly sexualized violence, as a decisive reason for leaving their homes and communities.

CANADA: Local Pride Organization Founder Facing Sex Trafficking Charges

The founder of a local Pride organization based in the town of Innisfil, Canada, appeared in court this week facing charges relating to the alleged sex trafficking of two women in 2021. Jake Tucker is said to have pimped two Barrie women over six-year period ending in 2021, while other charges against him include sexual assault, assault causing bodily harm, and assault.

According to a report from local outlet Innisfil Today, Tucker faces a total of 10 counts against two victims. Crown attorney Susan Orlando described to the court how Tucker groomed the women by forming a friendship with them and convincing them to enter the sex trade for him, while he slowly began to exercise more control over their lives.

Specific details regarding the nature of the charges have been withheld due to a publication ban out of concern for the safety of the victims. However, the case against Tucker alleges that he coerced the women into an “overwhelming commitment to service customers” as he gradually began to pocket an increasing portion of their earnings.

While the offenses are said to have occurred in 2021, and court proceedings began just this week, another Pride organization appears to have been aware of the charges against Tucker as early as 2022.

Israeli army says soldiers accused of abusing Palestinian to return to duty

Israeli military chief Eyal Zamir has authorised five soldiers accused of sexually assaulting a Palestinian inmate in the notorious Sde Teiman detention camp to return to reserve service after charges against them were dropped, according to Israeli media reports.

The soldiers, all from the Force 100 unit assigned to guard military prisons, are being reinstated despite an ongoing, internal military inquiry into their conduct.

Israeli Army Radio reported that some of the reservists have already returned to active duty, including deployment to combat roles.

An Israeli army statement, cited by Israel’s Haaretz newspaper, said: “The investigation does not prevent them from continuing to serve … the command-level investigation will be completed as soon as possible.”

The reinstatement comes after Israel’s top military lawyer dropped all charges against the soldiers last month, closing a case that had been among the most divisive in Israel’s recent history.

The soldiers had been charged with aggravated assault and causing severe injury, after footage broadcast by Israeli television showed them abusing a Palestinian man in Sde Teiman. The military’s own indictment described soldiers stabbing the detainee with a sharp object near his rectum, causing cracked ribs, a punctured lung and an internal tear.

A doctor at the facility, Yoel Donchin, told Haaretz he was so shocked by the Palestinian inmate’s condition that he initially assumed it was the work of a rival armed group.

Another Swalwell Accuser Comes Forward, Speaks at Press Conference – Claims Swalwell Drugged Her Drink and Violently Raped Her

Another Swalwell accuser came forward and spoke at press conference in Beverly Hills on Tuesday morning.

The 5th Swalwell accuser to come forward, Lonna Drews, is represented by attorney Lisa Bloom.

“I represent a brave Eric Swalwell accuser. Her disturbing story is forthcoming. We call upon him to resign from Congress and the governor’s race, and we will cooperate with authorities in their investigation,” Lisa Bloom (Gloria Allred’s daughter) said on Monday evening before the press conference.

Lisa Bloom also disclosed that three other women have contacted her in the last 24 hours with accusations against Eric Swalwell.

Lonna Drews recounted how Eric Swalwell drugged and raped her in 2018 and choked her to the point of unconsciousness in a West Hollywood hotel room.

“In 2018, while I was living and working as a model in Beverly Hills, and I also owned a fashion software company, I had contact with Eric Swalwell on three separate occasions,” the alleged sexual assault victim, Lonna Drews, said.

“I knew he was married at the time and that his wife was pregnant. He was my friend. On the third occasion, I believe he drugged my drink,” she said.
