Thousands of Orthodox Jews rally in New York to protest change in Israel’s military draft rules

Thousands of ultra-Orthodox Jews packed the streets and sidewalks for blocks around the Israeli consulate in New York City on Sunday to protest issues including a potential end of an exemption for religious students from compulsory service in Israel’s military.

The protest at the consulate, a block from the United Nations campus in Manhattan, illustrated the complex relationship between Israel and segments of the large population of very religious Jews in New York and its suburbs.

The two influential, and often rival, grand rebbes of the Satmar community both called on adherents to participate in the demonstration. The Central Rabbinical Congress of the U.S.A. and Canada, a consortium of Orthodox Jewish groups, said it helped organize the protest.

It comes after Israel’s Supreme Court last year ordered the government to begin drafting ultra-Orthodox Jewish men into the military. There had been a longstanding enlistment exemption – dating to the founding of Israel in 1948.

The ultra-Orthodox worry that mandatory enlistment will impact adherents’ ties to their faith. But many Jewish Israelis have argued that an exemption is unfair. Rifts over the issue have deepened since the start of the war in Gaza.

Rabbi Moishe Indig, a Satmar community leader, said he’s not sure organizers expected so many people to show up but he said he felt urgency building around the issue.

He said he was appreciative of the governments in New York and the U.S. “for giving us the freedom and liberty to be able to live free and have our children go to school and study and learn the Torah.”

Children Beat and STAB Trump Effigy as Unhinged Leftists Cheer and Laugh in Disturbing “No Kings Day” Protest Scene

Far-left protesters across America marked their so-called “No Kings Day” with grotesque anti-Trump demonstrations, including children violently attacking effigies of the president as adults cheered and laughed.

What was billed as a ‘pro-democracy protest’ quickly devolved into scenes of pure derangement and moral decay.

The most sickening scene came out of Broadview, Illinois, where a video captured by Mike Drop News shows a masked child stabbing an effigy of President Trump with a stick as adults stand nearby watching and laughing.

The effigy, dressed in a suit and red tie, hung limp as the child repeatedly plunged the stick into its chest.

The event, marketed as a peaceful protest against “authoritarianism,” has instead exposed the violent, cult-like tendencies of the anti-Trump Left. Encouraging children to act out violence against a political figure is not activism, it’s indoctrination.

Four months ago, the same situation happened. In Asheville, North Carolina, a young boy was seen hurling a water balloon at a cardboard cutout of President Trump during the “No Kings Day” protest.

Man arrested for online threats against ‘No Kings’ protest participants

A man has been arrested after authorities say he posted online threats to kill protesters ahead of the No Kings protest downtown this weekend.

According to an arrest affidavit, 66-year-old Robert Flores was arrested after investigators identified him as the person behind a series of violent posts targeting the No Kings protest.

Flores allegedly used Threads to threaten participants of the protest in downtown San Antonio. In the posts, Flores wrote about plans to “run over” protesters and encouraged others to arrive “locked and loaded.”

One of the posts reportedly said, “I’ll run you f****** over and then go have coffee and breakfast at Jim’s Some of you will not return.”

Another comment read, “Be locked and loaded tomorrow. Killing a Democrat is acceptable.”

Nancy Pelosi Tears Up a ‘Crown’ to Celebrate “No Kings” Day and Not Even Turning Off the Replies Can Save Her from a Brutal Roasting

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is not exactly known for being in touch with reality, but her celebration of Saturday’s “No Kings” protests across the country was one of the most tone-deaf gestures imaginable.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft reported, Democrats and Communists, or Communist Democrats, held a “No Kings” rally in cities around the country.

The protests, organized by the progressive group Indivisible, took place in over 2,000 </> locations across the U.S. and even internationally, including cities like Los Angeles, Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Kansas City, and Bozeman, as well as spots in Canada and Mexico.

“We’re gonna tear up the crown,” she said before ripping up one made of paper.

She smiled and celebrated while the handful of people witnessing the photo-op applauded.

Soros-funded ‘No Kings’ protestors to demand abolishment of private schools

The left-wing and communist-backed “No Kings” protests taking place on Saturday around the country are set to have chants about the abolishment of private schools, the right to housing, and other left-wing policy prescriptions as they walk in streets throughout the US.

The “Songs and Chants” sheet that the group has published includes the chant, “Education is a right. That’s why today we stand and fight. Oh oh oh oh oh, privatization’s got to go.” The chant, indicating that privatization of education must end, implicates the abolishing of private schools as well as making education systems publicly funded.

Other chants include, “I went down to the rich man’s house. And I took back what he stole from me. Took back my dignity Took back my humanity,” as well as “Protect the land and water What do we want – protect our future,” but “future” can be replaced with “housing for all people,” as well as “public education.”

In addition to the ideology of the song and chant lyrics, some pointed out on X that there were consistent typos in the lyrics.

Democrat Fund Raising Machine in High Gear Ahead ‘No Kings Day’ Protests

Americans are being bombarded by unsolicited texts and emails, hoping to increase funding to cover expenses related to nationwide protests taking place in more than 100 major cities across the United States on Saturday. Emails and text messages offer links that direct recipients to left-wing fundraising websites such as ActBlue, Inequality Media, ActionNetwork.Org, and ProtectVoting.Org.

One unsolicited text message sent to random numbers nationwide purportedly comes directly from former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich under the Clinton Administration. That message reads “Robert Reich here. Are you going to attend a No Kings Day event on October 18? Let me know.” The message sends users to ActionNetwork.Org.

In fine print below an area where recipients can choose to confirm their attendance, a lengthy legal release of liability paragraph is placed that shields several leftwing organizations from liability for injury or death while in attendance of the “peaceful protests”.

The release of liability agreement reads in part;

PAID FOR AND AUTHORIZED BY INEQUALITY MEDIA CIVIC ACTION

By participating in this event, you agree to the following statements: I agree to release Inequality Media Civic Action, Inequality Media, Blue Future, Social Security Works, HollywoodDemocrats.com, other partners, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or consultants (the “Releasees”) from responsibility for any injury to my person or property occurring during or in connection to this event.

I hereby and forever release and discharge the Releasees from and against any and all costs, damages, and liability for death, injury to person, injury of damage to property, or other damages, costs, losses, or expenses of whatsoever nature, caused during or by reason of my participation in this event.

One widely distributed unsolicited email directs recipients to an ActBlue website that asks for monetary contributions to bus “college students and young people” to the protests. By donating $25, ActBlue will provide bagels and coffee to one bus load of protesters. Donations of $35 will cover signs and materials, $50 will fund pizza for another bus load, and $100 will cover the transportation of 60 “students” to a No Kings Day protest.

Breitbart Texas attended a No Kings Day protest in Austin, Texas, in June held at the Texas State Capitol building. During the observation, no college students were seen attending pizza parties or receiving bagels and coffee. Some in attendance brought their own helmets, gas masks, and shields that would later be useful when the protest spilled onto the streets of Austin.

EPIC! Former Capitol Police Chief Steve Sund Confronts Pelosi on Her Lies About January 6th and Drops the Receipts

Earlier today, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi unloaded on Lindell TV reporter Alison Steinberg today on the steps of the US Capitol after she was confronted on her deadly actions on January 6, 2021.

Lindell TV reporter Alison Steinberg asked Pelosi why she refused to call in the National Guard on January 6th and Pelosi started screaming – “SHUT UP!”

Alison Steinberg:  “Congresswoman Pelosi, are you at all concerned that the January 6th Committee will find you liable for that? Are at all concerned about the January 6th Committee finding you liable for that day?  Why did you refuse the National Guard on January 6th?

Nancy Pelosi (obviously annoyed) “SHUT UP! I did not refuse the National Guard. The President didn’t send it. Why are you coming here with Republican talking points as if you are a serious journalist.

Alison Steinberg:  The American people want to know! We still have questions!

As reported earlier Pelosi was lying here about the National Guard.

Footage was released in June 2024 from the House Oversight Committee of Nancy Pelosi taking responsibility for the January 6, 2021, protests and rioting at the US Capitol.

Nancy Pelosi: “I take responsibility.”

And in June 2024, John Solomon at Just the News reported that Nancy Pelosi’s top security aides received warnings about a potential Capitol breach the night before the January 6 protests.

Pelosi could have called in the National Guard.  She decided not to.

January 6 was always a set-up.  And the evidence confirms that Pelosi was in on it.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser were both warned about the security situation prior to January 6th, and they both turned down National Guard troops at the US Capitol that day.

Pelosi and Mayor Muriel Bowser turned down thousands of National Guard troops at the Capitol on January 6 for political reasons.

Chris Wray’s FBI also refused to notify the Trump administration and his cabinet secretaries that they believed there could be violence like the mass protests at the Capitol that took place that day.

‘No Kings’ protesters silent when Democrats rule as monarch

Aseries of “No Kings” protests are touted to take place again on Saturday, representing yet another wave of organized objection from left-wing activists using the government shutdown to fill streets across the country. The same people aren’t so quick — or capable — of explaining away why they sat silent while President Joe Biden engaged in activities that clearly exceeded his executive authority.

These protest gatherings, organized by groups like Indivisible and various labor unions, are working from a narrative of using patriotic rhetoric and symbolism to criticize President Donald Trump as a would-be monarch, ignoring how their history and demands for unchecked federal spending and censorship echo the very authoritarianism they decry.

Executive Overreach on Student Loan Forgiveness

Joe Biden’s push for widespread student loan forgiveness by fiat through executive action was seen by many as a king-like act, bypassing Congress and ignoring Supreme Court precedents to unilaterally erase billions in debt. Critics argued the move treated the executive branch as an unchecked sovereign, with edicts that exacerbated economic burdens on everyday Americans without approval from Congress.

Furthermore, Biden attempted to forgive student loans from multiple programs by bypassing Congress altogether. Biden attempted to forgive — on his signature alone — up to $20,000 in federal student loan debt for Pell Grant recipients and up to $10,000 for other borrowers earning less than $125,000 annually, using authority under the HEROES Act.

The 2022 plan aimed to cancel roughly $400 billion in debt but was struck down by the United States Supreme Court in 2023 for exceeding executive authority. In what appeared to be further monarchical behavior in ignoring legal boundaries, Biden later pushed for alternative relief through the Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) plan, which faced similar legal challenges.

Unilateral Immigration Enforcement Policies, Energy policies

Biden’s early executive orders, like the 100-day deportation moratorium, were received by the same people complaining about Trump’s actions as regal decrees that, again, bypassed Congress’s role in establishing immigration policy.

By selectively enforcing laws and expanding protections for illegal migrants, it appeared to be acting like a sovereign, granting sanctuary based on personal whim rather than statutory fidelity. This approach sparked border surges in the millions, the fallout of which the Trump administration is now dealing.

‘No Kings’ Isn’t Protecting Democracy, But Suppressing It

This weekend, a reported 2,500 “No Kings” events are scheduled to occur across all 50 states in what is expected to be a much larger follow up to the “No Kings” protests that occurred back in April and June of this year.

Organizers describe their movement as a necessary defense against President Donald Trump’s supposed assault on America’s democratic foundations, believing that Trump’s actions are akin to a tyrannical ruler’s rather than the legitimate actions of a democratically elected president.

Activists are expecting the largest single day of protest in modern American history, citing increased organic opposition to the Trump administration’s attempts at enforcing immigration law, the attempted deployment of National Guard troops to Democratic-led cities, and even the recent government shutdown, which are all being cast as examples of authoritarianism.

But a closer look at the “partners” page of the No Kings website contradicts the “grassroots” categorization of these “anti-authoritarian” protests.

Far from a spontaneous uprising of concerned citizens, the “No Kings” movement is powered by a familiar network of progressive organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, MoveOn, Public Citizen, the American Federation of Teachers, the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and Greenpeace, among others.

Behind them stand the same constellation of progressive megadonors that have driven the “resistance” since 2016. One major No Kings partner, Indivisible, for instance, has received more than $7.6 million from George Soros’s Open Society Foundations since 2018.

Defending the Democratic Party

Seen in this light, “No Kings” isn’t a defense of democracy at all. Instead, it’s a defense of the entrenched power of the Democratic Party.

As such, when progressives say they are “protecting democratic norms” they are in reality protecting their dominance within the unelected government bureaucracy, the mainstream media ecosystem, academia, and other institutions that operate beyond the reach of American voters, all of which Trump is seeking to either reform or dismantle.

This inversion of democratic meaning has been building for decades. From the administrative explosion of the New Deal under President Franklin D. Roosevelt, to the rise of the modern regulatory state, liberals, on both the left and right, have long viewed the unelected bureaucracy as a safeguard against the kind of populist backlash represented by the MAGA/America First movement.

Within that liberal worldview, elections are sacred only when they affirm the technocratic and managerial consensus. When they don’t, the institutions and those aligned with the ruling regime must step in to stifle any potential changes to the system.

This vision of politics as careful management has gradually reshaped our constitutional order.

Elections now merely swap figureheads atop a vast administrative machine rather than install leaders capable of altering the steady leftward course of American domestic and foreign policy.

This is why former President Joe Biden, who clearly suffered from severe cognitive decline during his term, did not impede the functioning or direction of government, demonstrating that the system, under Democratic leadership, largely functions without the direct involvement or even need for a chief executive.

This can be attributed to the fact that most federal employees politically align with the views of the Democratic Party, as evidenced by 84 percent of all political donations from federal employees going to Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris in 2024.

On the other hand, President Trump, who holds a popular mandate, must contend with a network of adversarial agencies, courts, and bureaucrats who continually attempt to stifle his agenda, all without being accountable to the electorate.

“Fueled By Billionaires”: No Kings Prepares Color-Revolution-Style Mobilization Against Trump

The Democratic Party’s dark-money NGO network, bankrolled by left-wing billionaires, is reportedly preparing to activate a coordinated, color-revolution-style mobilization across the U.S. this weekend – a replay of failed agitation attempts seen earlier this year targeting President Trump and Elon Musk. The operation, marketed under the “No Kings” banner and portrayed publicly as a grassroots movement, in reality functions as a professionalized protest-industrial complex. Its composition includes a blend of paid activists, white boomers suffering from Stage 4 Trump Derangement Syndrome, and a smaller contingent of organic, unhinged leftists who recite MSNBC talking points by heart.

Little do these white boomers know, the “No Kings” movement, supposedly against “kings and billionaires”, is, in reality, funded by leftist billionaire kings themselves. In truth, No Kings is bankrolled by far-left foundations backed by the same billionaire class that has been waging a political war against President Trump since his first term. Essentially, one faction of billionaires hates another, so their woke non-profit soldiers create a front group, brand it “No Kings,” and bankroll an army of paid protesters and unhinged left-wing activists. This is America in 2025: the permanent protest-industrial complex of hate and chaos, financed by the left.
