Spain Passes Law Mandating Face Masks Even While Swimming in the Sea

Spain has passed a new law forcing people to wear face masks everywhere outside and even while swimming in the sea.

Yes, really.

The legislation, which came into effect on Wednesday, mandates face coverings for children as young as six, with refusniks facing fines of €100 euros.

The only exemption to the rule is adults playing sports outside, but people tanning outside or swimming in a pool or the ocean are still required to cover up.

“This will apply to people who are sunbathing or even swimming in the sea,” confirms the London Evening Standard.

The utter stupidity and real danger of having to wear a face mask while swimming in the sea goes without saying.

Border Patrol Declares Innocent Man’s 5 Bullets ‘Munitions of War’ and Steals His Truck

For decades now, federal government and their cohorts in law enforcement have been carrying out theft of the citizenry on a massive scale using Civil Asset Forfeiture (CAF). The 1980’s-era laws were designed to drain resources from powerful criminal organizations, but CAF has become a tool for law enforcement agencies across the U.S. to steal money and property from countless innocent people. As the case below illustrates, many of those in law enforcement will use CAF as a punitive measure against innocent people for merely asserting their rights.

No criminal charge is required for US law enforcement to use CAF, resulting in easy inflows of cash for law enforcement departments and the proliferation of abuse. This phenomenon is known as “policing for profit.”

In the last 30 years, the amount of “profit” stolen through civil asset forfeiture has skyrocketed.

According to the US Department of Justice, the value of asset forfeiture recoveries by US authorities from 1989-2010 was $12,667,612,066, increasing on average 19.5% per year.

In 2008, law enforcement took over $1.5 billion from the American public. While this number seems incredibly large, just a few years later, in 2014, that number tripled to nearly $4.5 billion.

When we examine these numbers, and their nearly exponential growth curve, it appears that police in America are getting really good at separating the citizen from their property — not just really good either, criminally good.

To put this number into perspective, according to the FBI, victims of burglary offenses suffered an estimated $3.9 billion in property losses in 2014.

That means that law enforcement in America, in 2014, stole $600,000,000 more from Americans than actual criminal burglars.

In many instances, even if no crime was committed, it takes years for people to get back their property — if they get it back at all.

LA Times Columnist Admits Vaccine Passports Will ‘Single Out’ Vaccine Skeptics, ‘Break The Resistance Down’

Bill Clinton appointee and Los Angeles Times Legal Affairs Columnist Harry Litman admitted that “vaccine passports are a good idea” because they will “single out” and “break down” vaccine skeptics. This comes amid widespread concerns with reports that the Biden regime is influencing corporations to de-facto force Americans to get the COVID-19 vaccine by restricting access to travel, products, and services.

“Vaccine passports are a good idea. Among other things, it will single out the still large contingent of people who refuse vaccines, who will be foreclosed from doing a lot of things their peers can do,” tweeted Litman. “That should help break the resistance down.”

A recent poll by the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy that showed that a staggering one out of four Americans will reasonably refuse to take the experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. It appears that many Americans remain skeptical despite the creepy corporate/government campaigns currently urging them to get vaccinated.

Cops investigate Virginia teachers’ Facebook group for naming parents who were ‘against critical race theory’ and urging members to ‘gather information’ on them

Virginia police are investigating an ‘anti-racist’ Facebook group that named the parents of students who members say are ‘against critical race theory’.

The Anti-Racist Parents of Loudoun County group – which reportedly includes teachers and school board members – shared personal details of those they say had opposed moves to teach the controversial curriculum.

It urged followers to ‘gather information’ on them and encouraged online hackers to silence critics of the theory, The Daily Wire reports. Parent Cherly Onderchain told Fox News she was on the ‘hit list’, adding: ‘Their goal is silence.’

According to Purdue University, critical race theory scholarship shows how racism continues to be persuasive and why it denies individuals their constitutional rights. It examines the way race and racism influences politics, culture and the law.

But critics say it leaves people exposed to the training feeling that they are being blamed for problems which they did not cause – such as slavery and Jim Crow – and that it is itself racially divisive.

Local teacher Jeremy Wright said: ‘Minority students are going to suffer the most from this. When you teach students that the system is against them, they have no motivation to learn.’

Government Minister Says People Should “Call Out” Others For Hugging Their Loved Ones

A government minister appeared on morning television to urge Brits to “call out” others if they were seen engaging “in an odd way,” such as hugging their loved ones.

Yes, really.

Nigel Huddleston, the UK’s minister for tourism and sport, made the remarks during an interview spot on BBC Breakfast.

“Despite the temptation, please don’t risk the health of your loved ones by actually hugging them,” said Huddleston, before going on to suggest that people should intervene if they witness such dreadful behavior.

Biden: I Don’t Have Any of the Facts on Colorado, But We Definitely Need a Gun Ban

Speaking from the White House Tuesday afternoon, President Joe Biden admitted he doesn’t know or have all of the facts about the shooting that took place in Boulder, Colorado Monday night. Regardless, he called for additional infringement on the Second Amendment rights of law abiding Americans.

“I want to be very clear. This is the one thing I do know enough to say on in terms of what’s happened there. While we are still waiting for more information regarding the shooter, his motive, the weapons he used, the guns, the magazines, the weapons, the modifications that apparently have taken place with those weapons involved here, I don’t need to wait another minute, let alone an hour, to take common sense steps to save lives in the future and to urge my colleagues in the House and Seante to act,” Biden said. “We can ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines in this country once again. I got that done when I was a Senator. It passed, it was the law for the longest time…we should do it again.”
