Americans get warning they’re being watched digitally

Americans are getting a warning that they are being watched digitally, whether they agree to the spying or not.

The warning is coming from the Rutherford Institute, which has filed a friend-of-the-court brief in a dispute now pending before the Supreme Court, in Hammond v. U.S.

The warning is that “Americans are being swept up into a massive digital data dragnet that does not distinguish between those who are innocent of wrongdoing, suspects, or criminals. “

The Rutherford Institute said it is “challenging the government’s unconstitutional practice of warrantlessly tracking people’s location and movements through their personal cell phones in violation of the Fourth Amendment.”

Door-to-Door COVID Jab Teams to Be Sent to Homes of Unvaccinated Brits

Door-to-door teams armed with Covid jabs will be sent to the homes of unvaccinated Brits in plans being considered by Ministers to reach the estimated five million people yet to be inoculated.

Discussions between the Department of Health, NHS England and No 10 over the past week have looked at a nationwide drive to send vaccine teams to areas with low uptake rates as a crucial way to avoid lockdown and other restrictions.

It is also seen as a way to get jabs to rural areas or households where people cannot easily get to a vaccination centre.

One Cabinet Minister last night backed the plan, saying: ‘I think anything that encourages the vaccine-hesitant is sensible,’ before warning: ‘The mood in the country is hardening against people who refuse to be vaccinated.

‘I am all in favour of free choice but there comes a point when you cannot lock up 90 per cent of the country who are vaccinated for the ten per cent who refuse to be.’

New York Democrat Assemblyman Defeated In His Attempt To Detain Civilians for COVID, Blames the Truth Movement For Beating Him

On Wednesday, Democrat New York State assemblyman Nick Perry of Brooklyn took action to stop his bill, Assembly Bill A416, from becoming law. Perry’s bill would have given the governor of New York and local health department heads the authority to detain civilians if the civilians have “contact” or they are “suspected” of having a contagious disease. The bill would have allowed the government to detain civilians for lengthy periods of time. The bill literally states that the governor and health officials “MAY ORDER THE REMOVAL AND/OR DETENTION OF SUCH A PERSON OR GROUP OF SUCH PERSONS…” The bill has been introduced in previous legislative sessions, and the current version was referred to the Health committee on January 6, 2021.

Perry withdrew the bill after citizen journalists and Truthers rallied against the legislation on social media. Perry ranted about “Conspiracy theorists” in his statement killing his own bill. Clearly, this episode represents a victory for the Truth movement.

Nick Perry has issued a statement of defeat, and Big League Politics has obtained the text of Perry’s surrender statement. Assemblyman Nick Perry states: “Conspiracy theorists, and those who spread misinformation online are once again trolling on social media, posting concocted stories about A.416. To deprive these individuals the ability to use this issue for fuel to spread their fire of lies and mistruths, I will take the appropriate legislative action to strike the bill, remove it from the calendar, thus ending all consideration, and actions that could lead to passage into law…”

CNN Medical Analyst Demands Biden “Further Restrict the Activities of the Unvaccinated”

CNN medical analyst Dr. Leana Wen has demanded Joe Biden “further restrict the activities of the unvaccinated,” while Dr. Vin Gupta told MSNBC the unjabbed should be put at the back of the queue for medical treatment.

Brushing aside evidence out of South Africa and the UK confirming the Omicron variant is mild and causes significantly fewer hospitalisations, Wen asserted, “I think what we will see with Omicron is a very large number of infections due to Covid-19.”

Wen said the vaccinated would probably cope well with Omicron, before going on to scapegoat the unjabbed.

“I do have a lot of concern about what happens to parts of this country, for example, that have very low vaccination rates,” she said. “This is another reason why I think President Biden’s message yesterday was the right one in some way — in saying vaccinated people should move on with their lives with precautions. But I wish that he would go further to restrict the activities of the unvaccinated because they are the ones who are still spreading COVID and prolonging the pandemic for all of us.”

Wen has been on a personal crusade against the unvaccinated since almost as soon as the jab became available.

Unvaccinated residents of the Democratic stronghold of Chicago have been put on notice by Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who said in a Tuesday tweet:

The tweet accompanies a new order which states that beginning January 3rd, people must show proof of full vaccination to enter ‘bars, restaurants, fitness centers, and intertainment/recreational venues where food/drink are served.’

Twitter sued, accused of acting ‘on behalf’ of US govt

Former New York Times reporter and outspoken critic of the US response to the Covid pandemic Alex Berenson is suing Twitter for suspending his account, claiming the platform “acted on behalf of the federal government.

In the lawsuit, filed this week in the Northern District of California, Berenson accused Twitter of breach of contract and of violating his First Amendment rights.

The alleged breach of contract stems from the fact that Berenson claims a Twitter executive had repeatedly assured him that he would be free to express his views on the platform without fear of retaliation.

“Despite the controversy around his statements, a senior Twitter executive repeatedly assured Mr. Berenson that the company backed his right to free expression and that he would continue to enjoy access to the platform,” Berenson’s lawyers said in the suit.

The independent reporter and best-selling author was reportedly suspended from Twitter in August over a tweet questioning whether Covid vaccines could actually prevent infection and transmission of the virus, referring to them as “therapeutic” drugs. A Twitter spokesperson at the time said Berenson was permanently suspended for “repeated violations of our COVID-19 misinformation rules.”

In the tweet, Berenson wrote: “It doesn’t stop infection. Or transmission. Don’t think of it as a vaccine. Think of it – at best – as a therapeutic with a limited window of efficacy and terrible side effect profile that must be dosed IN ADVANCE OF ILLNESS.”

Berenson argues the platform acted on behalf of the Biden administration in censoring his posts, as the president himself had criticized “misinformation” about Covid spreading on social media only days before the author’s suspension.

He is also claiming in his lawsuit that a California law applying to “common carriers” applies to Twitter. The legislation, dating back to 1872, regulates companies that “offer to the public to carry persons, property, or messages.”
