Australians shocked after NSW health officer says post-lockdown Sydney will be a ‘new world order’

Dr. Kerry Chant, the Chief Health Officer of New South Wales, sent social media into a frenzy on Thursday, after she referred to a post-lockdown “new world order” during a Covid-19 press conference.

After State Premier Gladys Berejiklian had unveiled her administration’s plan for Greater Sydney’s path to freedom out of lockdown, Dr. Chant revealed the new vaccine requirements for workers and customers when the city reopens.

Both parties at reopened businesses would have to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, Dr. Chant announced, and workplaces would “have some system of checking that.” But it was her next comment that really stirred up a storm.

We will be looking at what contact tracing looks like in the new world order.

Though the term “new world order” has been used by politicians including former US president George H. W. Bush, former US secretary of state Henry Kissinger, and former UK prime minister Tony Blair, for decades, it has also been the subject of a major conspiracy theory that there is a secret, behind-the-scenes plot to form an oppressive world government that would limit citizens’ liberty.

Following Dr. Chant’s remark, “new world order” began to trend on Twitter in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

NSW Health limits residents of locked-down tower block to six beers per day

Residents in apartment blocks locked-down by NSW Health are having their alcohol deliveries policed as part of a policy to limit the number of drinks being consumed each day.

NSW Health has imposed rules limiting people in “NSW Health controlled buildings” to a certain amount of alcohol each day in a bid to “ensure the safety of health staff and residents”.

Mission Australia’s Common Ground building in Camperdown is the latest building where occupants are subjected to the harsh rules.

Residents of the social housing estate have complained that care packages sent by friends and relatives have been searched before they are delivered.

“They are searching all bags and things coming into the building … They confiscated a series of gifts. So things like bottles of spirits, we weren’t allowed to have those and we still (aren’t),” Common Ground resident Robin Elhaj said.

“You Have Been Warned!”: Unvaccinated Australians Told They’ll Remain Under Lockdown

Australians who have not received a COVID-19 vaccine will remain under lockdown indefinitely while those who have been jabbed will see some of their freedoms return, as Premier Gladys Berejiklian told unjabbed Aussies, “You have been warned!”

The announcement was made during the same press conference in which Dr. Kerry Chant revealed that COVID contact tracing was part of the “New World Order”.

New South Wales officials unveiled a plan to slowly exit the region’s brutal lockdown, calling it a “roadmap to freedom,” although people who don’t take the vaccine won’t be included.

Once 70 per cent of Australian adults have been vaccinated, people will be allowed to host up to 5 people in their home if all are fully vaccinated (wow).

Up to 20 people will be able to gather outdoors and some domestic travel will be allowed.

Biden Admin Preparing to Announce New COVID Restrictions For the Unvaccinated

The Biden administration could be preparing to announce new COVID restrictions that will only apply to the unvaccinated, according to reports.

Joe Biden will make a new announcement today regarding the measures, but they were previewed yesterday by White House press secretary Jen Psaki.

Psaki was asked if and how the new measures would impact Americans’ lives, to which she responded, “It depends on if you’re vaccinated or not.”

She went on to give more details.

“There are six steps the president’s announcing, there will be new components,” Psaki told reporters.

“Some of that will be related to access to testing, some will be related to mandates, some will be related to how we ensure kids will be protected in schools.”

Back in April, the Biden administration said they were not planning to try to introduce federal vaccine passports of the type that are creating two tier societies in other western countries.

At the time, Psaki told reporters, there would be no “federal vaccinations database” or a “federal mandate requiring everyone to obtain a single vaccination credential.”

ORWELLIAN: CDC Changes Definition Of “Vaccination” To No Longer Include “Immunity”

On September 1st, 2021 the United States Center for Disease Control (CDC) updated its website’s definition of the word “vaccination,” replacing the word “immunity” with “protection.”

“Vaccination: The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.”

Prior to September 1st, the orginial definiton of “vaccination” on the CDC’s website.

“Vaccination: The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection from a specific disease.”

As of Septembest 1st, the new definiton of “vaccination” on the CDC’s website.

The change in definition was noticed by Americans around the country with many posting screenshots of the definition before and after the change online.

One such post was shared on Instagram by conservative political commentator Kangmin Lee, known as @koreanchristianconservative on Instagram.

“We’re living in 1984.” Lee writes. “They keep shifting the goalpost, lying to us, and redefining terms. They did this with herd immunity, anti-vax, and now the definition of vaccination itself from immunity to “protection”, which is such a broad, vague term. And of course, this is all by design. Wake up America.”

“Stop trusting these public health bureaucrats,” Lee wrote in another comment on his post.

The post shows a screenshot of a Twitter post saying “The CDC changes the definition of v⍺ccination on September 1st. Replaces ‘immunity’ with ‘protection,’” and also shows screenshots to show evidence of the definition before and after the change, with dates included.

Joe Rogan Says He May Sue CNN For “Making Sh*t Up” About Him “Taking Horse Dewormer”

Podcast king Joe Rogan threatened to sue CNN on a broadcast this week, saying that the network is constantly spreading lies about him taking Ivermectin, after CNN claimed that the medicine is horse de-wormer, when it is not.

“Do I have to sue CNN? They’re making sh*t up,” Rogan said during the episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.

“They keep saying I’m taking horse dewormer. I literally got it from a doctor. But CNN keeps saying I’m taking horse dewormer. They must know that that’s a lie,” Rogan added.

Rogan was prescribed ivermectin to treat COVID symptoms, along with monoclonal antibodies, Z-pak, prednisone, and an IV vitamin drip. Rogan says he got better in three days.

While it hasn’t been officially approved to treat COVID, the medicine is on the World Health Organization’s List of Essential Medicines, and is FDA-approved as an antiparasitic agent.

“What they didn’t highlight is that I got better,” said Rogan. “They’re trying to make it sound like I’m doing such wacky sh*t that’s completely ineffective. CNN was saying that I’m a distributor of misinformation.”

The ACLU, Prior to COVID, Denounced Mandates and Coercive Measures to Fight Pandemics

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) surprised even many of its harshest critics this week when it strongly defended coercive programs and other mandates from the state in the name of fighting COVID. “Far from compromising them, vaccine mandates actually further civil liberties,” its Twitter account announced, adding that “vaccine requirements also safeguard those whose work involves regular exposure to the public.”

If you were surprised to see the ACLU heralding the civil liberties imperatives of “vaccine mandates” and “vaccine requirements” — whereby the government coerces adults to inject medicine into their own bodies that they do not want — the New York Times op-ed which the group promoted, written by two of its senior lawyers, was even more extreme. The article begins with this rhetorical question: “Do vaccine mandates violate civil liberties?” Noting that “some who have refused vaccination claim as much,” the ACLU lawyers say: “we disagree.” The op-ed then examines various civil liberties objections to mandates and state coercion — little things like, you know, bodily autonomy and freedom to choose — and the ACLU officials then invoke one authoritarian cliche after the next (“these rights are not absolute”) to sweep aside such civil liberties concerns:

[W]hen it comes to Covid-19, all considerations point in the same direction. . . . In fact, far from compromising civil liberties, vaccine mandates actually further civil liberties. . . . .

[Many claim that] vaccines are a justifiable intrusion on autonomy and bodily integrity. That may sound ominous, because we all have the fundamental right to bodily integrity and to make our own health care decisions. But these rights are not absolute. They do not include the right to inflict harm on others. . . . While vaccine mandates are not always permissible, they rarely run afoul of civil liberties when they involve highly infectious and devastating diseases like Covid-19. . . .

While limited exceptions are necessary, most people can be required to be vaccinated. . . . . Where a vaccine is not medically contraindicated, however, avoiding a deadly threat to the public health typically outweighs personal autonomy and individual freedom.

The op-ed sounds like it was written by an NSA official justifying the need for mass surveillance (yes, fine, your privacy is important but it is not absolute; your privacy rights are outweighed by public safety; we are spying on you for your own good). And the op-ed appropriately ends with this perfect Orwellian flourish: “We care deeply about civil liberties and civil rights for all — which is precisely why we support vaccine mandates.”

What makes the ACLU’s position so remarkable — besides the inherent shock of a civil liberties organization championing state mandates overriding individual choice — is that, very recently, the same group warned of the grave dangers of the very mindset it is now pushing. In 2008, the ACLU published a comprehensive report on pandemics which had one primary purpose: to denounce as dangerous and unnecessary attempts by the state to mandate, coerce, and control in the name of protecting the public from pandemics.

The title of the ACLU report, resurfaced by David Shane, reveals its primary point: “Pandemic Preparedness: The Need for a Public Health – Not a Law Enforcement/National Security – Approach.” To read this report is to feel that one is reading the anti-ACLU — or at least the actual ACLU prior to its Trump-era transformation. From start to finish, it reads as a warning of the perils of precisely the mindset which today’s ACLU is now advocating for COVID.

Vietnamese man gets 5 years in jail for spreading Covid

A man in Vietnam has received a 5 year jail sentence for breaking home quarantine rules and spreading Covid. 28 year old Le Van Tri has been convicted of “spreading dangerous infectious diseases to other people” after he went to his home province in Ca Mau from Ho Chi Minh City in July, says the Vietnam News Agency.

Le Van had been accused of breaking a 21 day home quarantine when he travelled to Ca Mau. He tested positive for Covid on July 7. The 28 year old’s decision to leave quarantine had dangerous consequences for his fellow citizens.

“Tri’s breach of the home medical quarantine regulation led to many people becoming infected with Covid-19 and one person died on 7 August 2021,” says the court report.

In contrast to the court report, Vietnam’s state media says 8 people died from the man’s negligence. Throughout the last year, Covid numbers remained low in Vietnam. Now, Vietnam is facing their worst Covid outbreak since the pandemic started. They have reported almost 540,000 infections and over 13,000 deaths. Most of the infections and deaths have come since the end of April. Both Vietnam’s capital Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City have been under a tight lockdown for the last couple of months.
