Shocking Video Footage of Kentucky Sheriff Gunning Down Judge Played in Court — Horrifying Moment Unfolds After Sheriff Sees ‘Something’ on Judge’s Cellphone

Chilling surveillance footage of the moment former Letcher County Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines shot and killed District Judge Kevin Mullins in his chambers was played during a preliminary hearing Tuesday.

Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stines, 43, fatally shot District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, last month.

Stines turned himself in without incident and was charged with first-degree murder.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Sheriff Stines was deposed in a federal lawsuit for failing to investigate claims that Ben Fields, a deputy who worked as a jailer at the courthouse, sexually assaulted two female inmates inside of the judge’s chambers.

Ben Fields was indicted on seven felony counts and one misdemeanor for sexually assaulting at least two women. Fields was sentenced to 7 years but will only spend 6 months in jail and the other six and a half years on probation for rape, sodomy, perjury, and tampering with a prisoner monitoring device.

“The women claimed Fields told them he would not make them pay for the monitoring if they would do him “a favor.”

Fields disabled the devices, told the monitoring company that bail conditions had been changed so the devices were not required, and then used threats of arrest to force the women to have sex with him. When Letcher Circuit Judge James W. Craft II asked Fields for GPS coordinates for one of the subjects for a court appearance, Fields said he couldn’t locate her and filed an escape charge against her, court records show,” The Mountain Eagle reported.

On Tuesday, Stines appeared before the court dressed in a jail uniform, hands cuffed, as prosecutors presented key evidence linking him to the murder of his long-time friend, Judge Mullins.

Stines, who officially resigned from his position as sheriff just one day prior, is accused of gunning down the district judge in what the defense is suggesting was an act of “extreme emotional disturbance” rather than premeditated murder, CNN reported.

Defense attorney Jeremy Bartley admitted that Stines did shoot Mullins but claimed the former sheriff was not in a rational state of mind at the time.

“I think they’ve established probable cause for manslaughter first, but not murder,” Bartley argued.

A chilling 20-second surveillance footage was played in the court. Judge Mullins was seen crouching behind his desk in an attempt to shield himself as Stines fired multiple rounds.

In a final, devastating moment, Stines, who had begun to leave, returned and fired additional shots upon noticing movement from Mullins under the desk.

Judge Forces Indiana to Pay for Sex Change Operation for Convicted Trans-Identifying Baby Killer

In a landmark ruling, a federal judge has ordered the state of Indiana to provide gender transition surgery for a trans-identifying inmate convicted of murdering an infant.

The decision, handed down by U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young, deems the denial of such surgery as “cruel and unusual punishment.”

The Post Millennial (TPM) reported that Autumn Cordellioné, born Jonathan C. Richardson, is currently serving a 55-year sentence for the 2001 murder of an 11-month-old girl.

The inmate, who began identifying as transgender while incarcerated, will now receive state-funded gender reassignment surgery following a successful lawsuit backed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

Social Media Claims That Ukraine-Tied Trump Assassin Will Get ‘Epsteined’

Critics on social media speculated that Ryan Wesley Routh, the accused-attempted assassin behind the second threat to Donald Trump’s life, could face a fatal outcome in jail. Some even suggested on Monday he might end up being “Epsteined.”

The term refers to Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender whose controversial death left many questions unanswered, including the roles of powerful figures who visited his estates or may have assisted in his crimes.

These comments suggested that Routh might face a similar fate, possibly being silenced about mounting questions surrounding his finances and connections to others involved in the foiled assassination attempt on Trump.

“He’s in federal custody, unfortunately. Chances of being Epsteined just went up tremendously,” wrote independent journalist Nick Sortor to his 527,000 followers on X.

Killer who transitioned while in jail for murder of NYC antiques dealer previously decapitated someone with chainsaw: prosecutors

The “baby-faced” killer who murdered an Upper East Side antiques dealer with a decorative plate, kitchen knife and “maybe a pen” previously decapitated another man with a chainsaw, authorities say.

Alex Ray Scott, a 28-year-old trans female from Oklahoma who began transitioning in jail, admitted to the gruesome previous killing of Robin Skocdopole, 63, in Broken Arrow, Okla., when she was arrested for the New York City slaying of Kenneth Savinski, 64, in January 2020, records show.

Details of the Oklahoma murder surfaced Monday at a Manhattan Supreme Court hearing, where Scott pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, as well as multiple counts of criminal possession, in Savinski’s death.

Scott killed and stole credit cards from Savinski in his Upper East Side apartment after the two met on a dating app, authorities say. She had no memory of the bloody attack when she turned herself in and told police, “I think I may have killed someone last night,” according to her indictment.

Credit cards belonging to Skocdopole and found on Scott at the time eventually led investigators to check Skocdopole’s home in Broken Arrow when he didn’t answer phone calls, according to a statement from the US Attorney’s office of the Northern District of Oklahoma.

Cops found the home empty of all possessions — but with pools and spatters of his blood around it. Investigators soon discovered that Scott had used two different kinds of saws to dismember him after killing him, the statement said. That included cutting off the victim’s head, officials said.

Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Joel Seidemann revealed in court that the saws had been purchased from a local Walmart.

Skocdopole’s dismembered remains were found in a nearby creek that May, the statement said.

Scott had rented a room in Skocdopole’s apartment and told associates that he abruptly left for Dallas to explain his later disappearance.

Child star Gary Coleman may have been murdered by family member, claims bombshell documentary

A bombshell new documentary has alleged that ‘Diff’rent Strokes’ child star Gary Coleman may have been murdered and suggests the heinous act was done by none other than his own wife.

The explosive claims are featured in Peacock’s Gary, which premiered August 29 and delves into the tragic life and mysterious death of the child who captivated America with his catchphrase ‘What’chu talkin’ ’bout, Willis?’

Coleman died on May 28, 2010, two days after a mysterious fall at his home led to intracranial hemorrhaging and cardiac arrest.

Coleman’s death at 42 was officially ruled an accident, but close friends are now calling it foul play – and placing the blame on his now-widow, Shannon Price.

But his wife has consistently denied these claims, saying: ‘I didn’t touch him…nothing happened.’

But Coleman’s ex Anna Gray isn’t buying it: ‘I think Price’s actions speak volumes, and I don’t have to say much more than that.’

The bombshell documentary takes a deep dive into Price and her actions on that fateful day.

A chilling 911 call reveals Price refused to help her bleeding husband.

She then fled the scene, claiming she didn’t want to be ‘traumatized’.

Price didn’t go to the hospital with Coleman and later pulled the plug after just two days – against Coleman’s express written wishes.

On top of that, Price even sold Coleman’s deathbed photo – a move one friend calls ‘depraved’.

Six American and Vietnamese guests found dead in Bangkok hotel were poisoned with cyanide after business feud: cops

An American Vietnamese woman is believed to have killed five people with cyanide-laced tea before poisoning herself at an upscale Bangkok hotel after a legal dispute over bad investments, Thai police revealed Wednesday.

Police suspect Chong Sherine, 56, is to blame for the grim slayings after the six bodies were discovered in a room at the five-star Grand Hyatt Erawan hotel late Tuesday, the Bangkok Post reported.

Traces of the rapid-acting poison were uncovered during the autopsies and on drinking glasses and a teapot found inside the hotel room, cops said.

Relatives of the victims told investigators that Chong had apparently become embroiled in a legal spat with the five others after urging them to invest in various construction projects, Police Maj. Gen. Nopasilp Poonsawat said.

Three Time Deported Illegal Alien Charged in Arson Fire, Killed Mother and Two Children Sleeping In Home

An illegal immigrant, previously deported three times, has been charged with murdering a mom and her two sons after setting their mobile home ablaze with the family sleeping inside.

A third son, whose name has not been released, fortunately escaped the violent criminal alien.

Jose Carmen Cardona will reportedly be arraigned on Monday on murder, attempted murder, and child endangerment charges.

It is currently unclear where the man illegally entered the country from, but per Fox, “A source with knowledge of the investigation tells Fox News Digital the suspect has been deported three times and returned to the U.S. anyway.”

Biden’s illegal immigrants are responsible for a growing number of murders and violent crimes against American women and children.

Notably, as The Gateway Pundit reported, Laken Riley, a talented young nursing student at the University of Georgia, was brutally murdered by Jose Antonio Ibarra, a criminal illegal alien, while going on a campus jog.

The Gateway Pundit also reported earlier this month that an illegal alien from El Salvador was charged with brutally raping and murdering Rachel Morin, a mother-of-five, on a Maryland hiking trail last year.

U.K. Manhunt Underway For Colombian Migrant Suspected of Slicing Up Victims, Dumping Them in Suitcases

A manhunt is underway in the United Kingdom for a Colombian man accused of slicing up his victim’s body parts and putting them in suitcases.

Police found remains in a flat in London, linking them to body parts discovered two days earlier near the Clifton Suspension Bridge in the southwestern city of Bristol, the BBC reports.

A 34-year-old man had already been arrested in connection with the incident, but was later released without charge.

Authorities have now identified 24-year-old Yostin Andres Mosquera, a Colombian national, as their main suspect. His immigration status in the country remains unclear.

Neither of the two victims have been named, although they are understood to have been known to Mosquera.

“This is a fast moving enquiry with detectives in London and Bristol actively pursuing a number of lines of enquiry,” said Met Police deputy assistant commissioner Andy Valentine.

REVEALED: Venezuelan Illegal Who Raped and Murdered 12-Year-Old Jocelyn Nungaray is Son of Maduro Regime Official

The illegal alien from Venezuela charged with the rape and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray is the son of a former Maduro regime official.

Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, is one of two men accused of Nungaray’s murder in Houston, Texas last month.

Yet it has now been revealed that he is the son of a former official for Venezuela’s socialist regime, making his illegal entry into the United States all the more egregious.

Mail Online reports:

Following Martinez Rangel’s arrest, Venezuelans from his home state of Guarico began flagging on social media that his mother Nazareth Rangel Palacios is a staunch supporter of Nicolas Maduro and served as a councilwoman for his party.

Venezuela’s electoral registry shows Martinez Rangel and Rangel Palacios share the same address in San Juan de Los Morros.

Rangel Palacios was a vocal militant for the ruling party, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, and was photographed with her son in pro-government events until he left the country in about 2018.

Rangel Martinez and Franklin Pena, 26, are accused of luring Nungaray to an area underneath a bridge before raping and murdering her. They later dumped her body in a creek.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit this week, the murder rate in socialist Venezuela has fallen to a 22-year-low as violent criminals have fled the country in search of fresh opportunities.

British Couple Killed To Make Witchcraft Potions in South Africa

A suspect who confessed to the killing of a British couple and to selling their body parts for use in witchraft (muti) has been released by South African authorities.

Anthony and Gillian Dinnis, both in their 70s and originally from Kent, England, disappeared without a trace from their farm in KwaZulu-Natal’s Mooi River area on 30 August last year.

After their disappearance, their children began receiving strange text messages demanding money for their release.

The couple’s gardener soon became a suspect. He later admitted to being one of three men who kidnapped the couple, before killing and dismembering them. Their body parts were then sold, or planned to be sold, by the suspects.

Despite the confession, and being refused bail, the suspect was released on 13 June this year. The National Prosecuting Authority has said there is “insufficient evidence” to proceed with the prosecution.
