Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer Pardons Albanian Refugee Facing Deportation Years After Murder Conviction

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer just pardoned an Albanian refugee who was convicted of murder and served a measly four year sentence back in 1978.

He was actually placed on a list for removal by the Biden administration but Whitmer just stepped in and granted the pardon, ending the removal process.

Of course, the glaring question is why this person has been allowed to stay in the U.S. for so many years despite a murder conviction. Shouldn’t that warrant an instant one-way ticket out of the country?

Gretchen Whitmer pardons Albanian refugee facing deportation for murder conviction

An Albanian refugee convicted of murder in Michigan will likely avoid deportation following a recent pardon by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

Whitmer granted Deda Malota Margilaj, 74, a full pardon on July 2, 50 years after he was convicted of second-degree murder for shooting and killing a man at a Detroit gas station in 1975.

President Joe Biden’s administration placed Margilaj in removal proceedings based on the 1978 conviction, but Whitmer’s pardon erases that basis and allows for the termination of the removal proceedings, according to the Perlumutter Center for Legal Justice that represented Margilaj.

“Now more than ever, this case demonstrates the power of executive clemency to correct the lifelong collateral consequences of decades-old convictions,” said Joshua Dubin, Executive Director of the Perlmutter Center for Legal Justice. “Thanks to Governor Whitmer, Mr. Margilaj will be able to do what he enjoys the most ⎯ spend time with his family and friends, free of the fear that has limited his life for so many decades.”

Margilaj came to the U.S. alone as a refugee from Albania at 17 years old, and later started a business in Detroit. In 1975, he was charged with second-degree murder after shooting a man in defense of his brother, who was shot by the victim, according to the Perlmutter Center.

Some people are saying that the pardon doesn’t even matter.

Three-Time Deported Illegal Alien Kills 6-Year-Old American Girl After Running a Stop Sign At High Speed — Mother and 4-Year-Old Brother Seriously Injured

A 33-year-old illegal alien who has already been deported from the United States three times is behind bars after he ran a stop sign at high speed and killed 6-year-old Calli Toller in a violent crash.

According to North Carolina State Highway Patrol troopers and court documents, Jaime Santiago Corona of Ayden was driving a 2023 Dodge Ram pickup truck south on Warren Jones Road on Friday, July 3, when he blew through the stop sign at the intersection with County Home Road.

His truck slammed into a westbound SUV driven by 35-year-old Kelli Toller, who had her two young children inside, WNCT reported.

Little Calli Toller was killed at the scene. Her mother and 4-year-old brother were both seriously injured and rushed to ECU Health Medical Center.

Santiago, who lives in Ayden, was arrested later that Friday afternoon by Highway Patrol troopers. He faces charges including misdemeanor death by vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, careless and reckless driving, and driving while license revoked. Court records note he has no valid operator’s license.

Here’s the part that should make every American furious: Santiago is a known flight risk who has already been deported three separate times. Documents state it could not even be determined if he is a U.S. citizen. A magistrate ordered him held in the Pitt County Detention Center on a $100,000+ secured bond precisely because of his immigration history and flight risk.

This is the deadly result of years of catch-and-release, failed removals, and a system that treated deportation orders like suggestions.

University of Colorado, Boulder Students for Justice in Palestine Honor Man Who Burned Jewish Woman to Death

In June of 2025,  one of Joe Biden’s illegals attacked Jews in Boulder, Colorado, during a walk to call attention to the hostages still being held by Hamas terrorists at the time.

During the attack, he injured 13 people, including a Holocaust survivor, and killed a dog.

The suspect, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, who is Egyptian and in the country on an expired visa,  was initially charged with 16 counts of attempted murder in the first degree.

One of his victims, 82-year-old Boulder, Colorado resident Karen Diamond, suffered third-degree burns from the attack and, after fighting for her life for three weeks in the hospital, succumbed to her injuries and died.

In May 2026, Soliman was sentenced to life in prison without parole, plus thousands of additional years on other charges (first-degree murder, attempted murder, assault, use of incendiary devices, animal cruelty, etc.). He faces separate federal hate crime charges.

Despite his barbaric acts, University of Colorado, Boulder Students for Justice in Palestine have chosen to honor a “man who sacrificed his comfort and his proximity to empire, willingly expending his own liberty in attaining his objective.”

Jonathan Turley shared on X, “At the University of Colorado, Boulder Students for Justice in Palestine, honored the “man who sacrificed his comfort and his proximity to empire, willingly expending his own liberty in attaining his objective.” The man? Mohamed Sabry Soliman who burned to death a Jewish woman…”

France: Louis’ Family Authorizes Release of Migrant Lynching Footage to Refute Lying Globalist Regime Media Claims It Was Merely a “Brawl”

The family of Louis, a 17-year-old French teenager who died after a savage group lynching in Narbonne, in the south of France has authorized the release of footage of the attack to challenge globalist regime media descriptions of the killing as a mere “brawl.”

The family’s decision was made in grief, but also in defiance. Louis’ loved ones do not want his death softened by euphemisms, buried under anonymity or reduced to the sort of neutral language that has become standard in a France losing total control of public order.

Louis, as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, was attacked on the night of June 19 into June 20 in the southern city of Narbonne. He was found unconscious at a construction site with severe head and facial injuries and was later placed in an induced coma.

He died on June 23. His death has become yet another national flashpoint in a country already consumed by debate over migrant youth violence, mass immigration, failed assimilation and the collapse of state authority and public safety.

Five suspects have been arrested in connection with the killing. They have been identified in several reports by first names and initials as Isaac P., 18, Mathias T., 17, Jordan S., 16, Lucas P., 17, and Kilian T., 19.

Three of the suspects are minors. All five have reportedly been remanded in custody, and the case is expected to proceed as a murder investigation following Louis’ death.

Transgender Vegan Cult Member Charged with Murdering Parents, Execution-Style, on Her 30th Birthday

A member of the Zizians cult, described by authorities as a radical collective focused on transgender ideology, veganism, and anarchism, has been charged with the first-degree murders of her parents in what prosecutors say was a planned execution.

Michelle Zajko, 33, a biological female who is “transitioning” to male, was charged on Wednesday in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, with two counts of first-degree murder in the December 31, 2022, shooting deaths of her father, Richard Zajko, 71, and mother, Rita Zajko, 69.

The murders occurred at the couple’s home in Chester Heights on the alleged killer’s 30th birthday.

Delaware County District Attorney Tanner Rouse announced the charges at a press conference, stating that an exhaustive multi-year investigation had pieced together evidence showing Michelle Zajko was “at least in part responsible” for the deaths and did not act alone.

“We don’t have a smoking gun. It is piece after piece after piece of evidence that’s been collected painstakingly over years,” Rouse said. “But we are finally at the point where we can say beyond a doubt that Michelle Zajko was at least in part responsible for the death of her parents.”

Rouse confirmed prosecutors believe others were involved in the grisly killings.

How Governor Cox and Sheriff Smith Misled the World on the Tyler Robinson Confession

Tucked away in a January 2026 filing by Tyler Robinson’s defense team regarding a motion to Exclude Still Photographers, TV Cameras and Microphones from the Courtroom is information that raises serious questions about whether the investigators in the case were honest and accurate when speaking about Robinson’s alleged confession.

AbleChild has well-documented serious problems with the State of Utah’s “evidence” least of which is regarding Robinson’s alleged “text message” to fury lover, Lance Twiggs, directly after the shooting on September 10, 2026. In a nutshell, in order for the alleged “text message” to be accurate, Robinson would have to be clairvoyant because he is referencing events that did not occur until the following day. It’s embarrassing and insulting and one must wonder why those brilliant investigators haven’t seized on the impossibility of Robinson being responsible for the alleged “text message.”

Beyond the insulting made-up “text message” there has been great discussion about when and how Robinson (with his parents and family friend) reportedly turned himself into Sheriff Nate Brooksby of Washington County, Utah, and what was said by the alleged shooter and what was said by law enforcement in the way of a “confession.”

For example, the first official to announce that Tyler Robinson had made a statement about his guilt in the shooting of Charlie Kirk, was Utah Governor Spencer Cox. Cox announced to the world on the morning of September 12, 2025 (two days after the assassination) “We got him.” To back up this pronouncement, Cox further explained: “A family member of Tyler Robinson reached out to a family friend who contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s office with information that Robinson had confessed to them or implied that he had committed the incident.”

This is where it gets interesting because AbleChild is unable to locate any document signed by either Tyler’s mother, father or family friend that substantiates this reported “confession.” Hell, AbleChild can’t even find the name of the “friend” who help Tyler turn himself into the Washington County Sheriff.

Serial killer Rex Heuermann sentenced to life in prison for murdering 8 women in Gilgo Beach killings

After pleading guilty to discreetly murdering eight women over 17 years in Long Island, Rex Heuermann has been sentenced to life in prison, marking the end of one of the largest serial homicide cases in New York history.

The lengthy investigation first began in 2010 during the search for Shannan Gilbert, who vanished from her home in Oak Beach. During the search, authorities discovered the remains of four other women along Ocean Parkway. In 2011, remains from more women were found, expanding the investigation into the closely watched and long-awaited criminal case.

The serial murders, which became the subject of numerous true-crime documentaries, books and podcasts, captivated public attention for years before the 62-year-old confessed in April to carrying out the nearly two-decade killing spree.

“Eight young women were aimlessly and brutually murdered,” Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney said before the sentences were given. “The defendant has earned a maximum sentence in this case.”

After years of dead ends and investigative setbacks, the case remained unsolved until July 2023, when Heuermann was arrested in Manhattan and charged in the killings of Melissa Barthelemy, Megan Waterman and Amber Lynn Costello. Prosecutors later broadened the case to include additional victims, Valerie Mack, Jessica Taylor, Maureen Brainard-Barnes and Sandra Costilla.

“There are no words I can say, but I am responsible for what was said in this room today,” Heuermann said on Wednesday, adding that, “The words I would say have no meaning and I’m going to leave it there at this time.”

Heuermann pleaded guilty in April to charges that he murdered seven women.

Under a plea deal, he also admitted responsibility for the killing of Karen Vergata in 1996, though he was not formally charged with her murder and did not receive a sentence for it.

After decades of waiting for justice, relatives of the women murdered by Heuermann faced the killer on Wednesday, berating him for his horrific crimes.

“You fill me with so much repugnance, I can’t stand it,” Jasmine Robinson, a cousin of Taylor’s, told Heuermann. “A million years isn’t enough. Nothing will ever make this right.”

JoAnn Mack, the mother of victim Valerie Mack told the killer, “Justice has been done, but it can’t replace what has been taken. She had dreams, and you took them all away from her.”

Heuermann had previously pleaded not guilty to all charges. However, extensive DNA evidence, cell phone records and other forensic findings led investigators to link him to all the victims.

Judge Timothy Mazzei did not attempt to conceal his disgust as he faced the killer in court.

“Mr. Hueurmann, as Mr. Tierney said, I know that you’re sorry that you got caught,” he said, referencing a comment from Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A Tierney. “I assume that you’re sorry for what you’ve done to your wife and children. Are you a little bit sorry for what you did to these poor innocent women? Eight women that you strangled to death, at least that we know of — are you at least a little bit sorry for that? Yes?”

When Hueurmann answered in the affirmative, Mazzei continued, “You’ve been described as a very big man, but you’re a disgusting and despicable small man, if you’re a man at all. And you’re a coward!”

After delivering multiple life sentences, Mazzei told court officers to “get him out of here.”

Black Commentator Has the Solution for the ‘White People Problem’ in America

I’m exhausted, man. These opinions are outdated, but here we are discussing the Karmelo Anthony case. Anthony fatally stabbed Austin Metcalf in Frisco, Texas, in 2025 during a high school track meet, a case that attracted national attention. Anthony was convicted of murder and sentenced to 35 years in prison. 

It has unleashed a storm of controversy due to the racial overtones of the case. Larry Reid, a Black commentator, went on a tangent about how integration has benefited the Black community, but now it’s time for Black people to return to Africa. It’s the solution to the so-called “white people problem” in America, or something (via Breitbart):

“I want you to begin to think about this America and the white people problem that we have… As a collective, let’s drain this place of its benefits and make our mass exodus and go home and build.”

“Civil rights did not make white people that are infected with whiteness stop being racist. They still raised racist children that run this country to this day.”

“You come from a land that flows with milk and honey. They pulled you out of that land ancestrally and brought you to a place to where your royalty was not recognized. Used your black power, your black mysticism, your African spirituality, and your physiological superiority to build this country and give everybody reparations except you.”

Judge in Karmelo Anthony Case Calls the Murderer a ‘Nice Kid’

Collin County District Judge John Roach defended his decision to bar cameras and livestreaming from Karmelo Anthony’s high-profile murder trial, calling it “an easy decision” made to protect the fairness of the proceedings, but raised many eyebrows when he called the killer a “nice kid.”

In a post-verdict interview with WFAA, Roach described the now-convicted 19-year-old Anthony as “a nice young man who committed a crime and he understands today more than any day before the consequences of committing a crime like he did.”

Anthony was sentenced to 35 years in prison last week for the first-degree murder of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf during a Frisco high school track meet in April 2025.

The stabbing occurred at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas, when Anthony, who was on school suspension and not supposed to be at the event, approached the tent area belonging to rival Memorial High School.

Witnesses said Metcalf told Anthony to leave, and a confrontation ensued.

Anthony then pulled out a knife he had brought and stabbed Metcalf in the chest, piercing his heart.

Metcalf died in the arms of his twin brother.

Anthony admitted to the stabbing but claimed self-defense. A jury rejected that claim.

Judge Roach explained his camera ban during the interview.

“Yes, it was an easy decision. I’ll tell you why. My primary goal in every case is to make sure the defendant and the prosecution get a fair trial. Period.”

The judge acknowledged that the decision angered some people but emphasized he was not there to make anyone happy. Roach said he had to balance the media’s right to know what was happening with the need to prevent outside commentary or public pressure from influencing the jury or proceedings.

“I know I made people mad, but I’m not here to make them happy either,” he stated. “As long as I follow the law, I sleep well at night.”

Roach pushed back against suggestions of any personal connection to the Metcalf family, saying he would not have recognized Jeff Metcalf, Austin’s father, before the trial.

He defended the jury’s verdict, noting that jurors were selected in accordance with the law, heard the facts presented in court, and rendered their decision.

Trolls Ignite Social Media Firestorm with Photos of Protesters Peeing on Murder Victim Austin Metcalf’s Grave

Outrage and disgust went viral this week as internet trolls posted doctored photos on social media of purported black protestors urinating on white murder victim Austin Metcalf’s grave.

The photos appear to show images of holders of X accounts “pissing” on Metcalf’s grave in reaction to 19-year-old killer Karmelo Anthony’s conviction earlier this week by a Texas jury.

“FUCK AUSTINNNNN METCALF,” one photo of a young women desecrating the grave was captioned, allegedly by an account attributed to “Mari Hicks.”

Anthony, who is black, was convicted of fatally stabbing Metcalf, who is white, in the heart after he refused to leave the stadium tent of the victim’s team at a high school track meet.

The conviction resulted in protests outside the courthouse and prompted some black leaders to say the trial was unfair because the jury did not have any black panelists.

Some of the photos were tagged with “#FreeKarmeloAnthony,” “#AustinMetcalf,” and even “#F–kEm.”

The urination photos on X became a racial flashpoint, causing the X platform to blow up with reaction after they were featured on the popular conservative account Libs of Tik Tok which claimed the individuals in the photos were BLM activists.
