‘Ambush’: Watch network interrupt live footage of Trump airing montage of South Africans calling for genocide against whites

CNN cut away from live footage of President Donald Trump airing footage of South Africans calling for violence against white people during his Wednesday Oval Office meeting with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa.

During his meeting with the South African president, Trump aired a montage of the minority party in South Africa calling to kill the Boers, a term that refers to white farmers, by shooting them and “cutting their throat[s].” While the video played, CNN cut away so viewers could only hear “Inside Politics” host Dana Bash and her panelists react to Trump forcing Ramaphosa to watch the video.

“[The video] is obviously playing right now and our understanding is that the point of this video is to back up some of the claims that Trump has made about South Africa. It seems this is clearly a well orchestrated effort. They brought screens, there’s not usually TVs in the Oval Office. And they were prepared to do this,” one panelist said. Another panelist called this act an “ambush.”

The moment the video ended, the network returned to airing the meeting live so viewers could hear Ramaphosa’s response, where he stated that the utterances made in the video are not “government policy.” The South African president and members of his government all maintained that there is no genocide against white people happening in their country, which Trump firmly disagreed with.

Besides the opposition party calling to kill white farmers, other parts of the video showed burial sites where white farmers are said to be laid to rest. While the montage played, Ramaphosa spent much of his time facing forward or glancing at Trump rather than watching the video.

“Burial sites. Right here. Burial sites. Over a thousand white farmers and those cars are lined up to pay love on a Sunday morning. Each one of those white things you see is a cross. And there is approximately a thousand of them. They are all white farmers, the family of white farmers. And those cars aren’t driving. They are stopped there to pay respects to their family member who was killed,” Trump said during the video.

Democrats Now Planning to Spend Millions of Dollars Trying to Find ‘Their Own Joe Rogan’

Democrats are increasingly convinced that one of the reasons they lost the 2024 election is because they didn’t have their own Joe Rogan. It never seems to dawn on them that they used to have their own Joe Rogan. His name is Joe Rogan. Rogan has always been a man of the center-left, but he walked away in this cycle because the left basically drove him away.

This is a common theme with Democrats. Years ago, they decided they needed their own Rush Limbaugh, which resulted in the failed Air America network. After losing the 2004 election, they decided they needed their own Drudge Report, which resulted in the creation of the Huffington Post. After they lost Congress in 2010, they decided they needed their own Tea Party, which brought us Occupy Wall Street.

Also, for all of their talk about wanting to get ‘big money’ out of politics, they’re certainly sparing no expense on this plan.

Democrats Throw Money at a Problem: Countering G.O.P. Clout Online

Six months after the Democratic Party’s crushing 2024 defeat, the party’s megadonors are being inundated with overtures to spend tens of millions of dollars to develop an army of left-leaning online influencers.

At donor retreats and in pitch documents seen by The New York Times, liberal strategists are pushing the party’s rich backers to reopen their wallets for a cavalcade of projects to help Democrats, as the cliché now goes, “find the next Joe Rogan.” The proposals, the scope of which has not been previously reported, are meant to energize glum donors and persuade them that they can compete culturally with President Trump — if only they can throw enough money at the problem.

Democrats widely believe they must grow more creative in stoking online enthusiasm for their candidates, particularly in less outwardly political forms of media like sports or lifestyle podcasts…

“It needs to start with a legitimate investment,” said Marissa McBride, a Democratic strategist who leads a donor group called Mind the Gap. But she added, “There has to be something that is happening organically as well.”

The most hilarious part? The name for this initiative is ‘AND Media’ which stands for “Achieve Narrative Dominance.”

NewsGuard STILL Gives High Marks to Media that Covered Up Biden Mental Decline Scandal

CNN anchor and slick-haired blowhard Jake Tapper’s tell-all book on how Democrats covered up President Joe Biden’s mental decline the past four years was just released today. Not surprisingly, website traffic cop NewsGuard is still giving the liberal media outlets that helped perpetuate this cover-up stellar marks for journalistic credibility.

Outlets like CNN, Politico, Bloomberg News, Slate and others have falsely tried to cast Biden’s conservative critics on his deterioration and on the media’s complicity in burying the story as peddling “unfounded” “conspiracy” theories, which now look utterly ridiculous in retrospect of Tapper’s new book. As syndicated radio host Chris Plante has repeatedly noted on his show, Biden’s “brain? She’s-a Broke! She’s-a no good!”

But these outlets have not corrected the false stories MRC Business uncovered that tried to hide or obscure this and the media and Democrats’ complicity, but yet still managed to attain high scores from 80-100 from NewsGuard for allegedly adhering to the dystopian ratings outfit’s pathetic excuse for “standards for credibility and transparency.” 

To be fair, the aforementioned outlets did eventually lend credence in other stories they published to the notion of Biden’s mental state declining as the evidence was too obvious to deny. But it still doesn’t excuse the articles they did run that tried to cast doubt on the entire story and the argument that the media was intentionally ignoring the glaring signs of the former president’s worsening senility, and it definitely doesn’t excuse NewsGuard’s efforts to still treat these outlets as star-studded examples of bang-up job journalism.

Arguably the worst offender was — there’s an ironic surprise — CNN, where Tapper anchors The Lead. The pro-Biden network, which holds a comfortable 80/100 by NewsGuard, was simping for Biden’s supposed genius as early as 2021. Then-CNN Editor-at-Large Chris Cillizza published a retrospectively absurd August 19, 2021 story headlined, “Republicans keep trying to make Biden’s mental capacity an issue.” Cillizza pompously dismissed that “[d]espite the issue being, largely, moot during the campaign, Republicans continue to keep questions about Biden’s mental health front and center.”

Media Ignored Biden’s Health After Spending Years Obsessing Over Trump’s

It’s become fairly obvious that for four years under Joe Biden, the United States was subjected to a puppet presidency in which its commander-in-chief was out to lunch on major policy initiatives enacted by unknown officials within his administration. And for four years, this unelected oligarchy was permitted to exercise its will with virtually no critical oversight from America’s legacy media, whose newfound interest in the subject is only now happening because some of their biggest hacks have a book to sell.

While these left-wing propagandists want Americans to believe their sudden coverage of Biden’s decline proves their credibility, it’s actually an indictment of it — especially when contrasting their years-long silence to how they fomented worries about Donald Trump’s health.

Throughout his first administration, the media relentlessly pushed conspiracy-laden articles and “questions” about Trump’s physical and mental fitness to serve as president.

In February 2017, Forbes ran an article by then-contributor Emily Willingham highlighting an online petition signed by tens of thousands of self-professed “mental health professionals.” Started by a former Johns Hopkins psychologist, the petition and its signatories — whom Willingham admits have “not been confirmed” to be actual “mental health professionals” — declared without evidence that Trump “manifests a serious mental illness that renders him psychologically incapable of competently discharging the duties of President of the United States” and asked that “he be removed from office” under the 25th Amendment.

What Joe Biden’s Cancer Can (And Should) Teach Us About The Media

Last night the news broke that former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer, which has already metastasized to his bones.

The conversation has gone in two predictable directions.

On the one hand you have the predictable “out pouring of support” from fans of Team Blue, “liberal” journalists and celebrities.

On the other hand you have cynical commentary from Team Red, questioning the timing of the announcement and wondering how someone with such a high profile and (presumably) first class medical care could have cancer missed until such a late stage.

A third, quieter, option is to suggest a connection between this cancer and the Covid “vaccine”.

(A possibility I reject out of hand, because I don’t believe there is any chance at all he was really given the experimental shot.)

But all of these conversations miss the point.

The question is not “what caused Biden’s cancer?” or “why did they cover up Biden’s cancer?” it’s “why are they telling us Biden has cancer?”

Remember, the same media reporting “Biden has cancer” spent months reporting “Biden doesn’t have dementia” and “Biden’s as sharp as ever”, despite plain evidence to the contrary.

They lied. Over and and over again, for years. 

They quite literally told you to disregard the evidence of your eyes and ears.

Until they stopped, and suddenly Joe Biden’s “mental decline” was no longer a conspiracy theory, but totally real and the reason to put Kamala Harris on the ballot.

Joe Biden’s mental acuity did not change, all that changed was the requirement of the narrative.

Media reportage has no correlation with the truth.

CBS News President Abruptly Resigns Amid Trump’s $20 Billion Lawsuit For Deceptively Editing ’60 Minutes’ Interview with Kamala Harris

esident Trump’s $20 billion lawsuit against the network’s parent company Paramount for deceptively editing a ’60 Minutes’ interview with Kamala Harris.

“It’s become clear that the company and I do not agree on a path forward,” Wendy McMahon said in an email to staff just weeks after the top “60 Minutes” producer resigned.

President Trump originally sought $10 billion in damages, but earlier this year he amended the complaint and increased it to $20 billion.

The New York Times reported:

CBS News faced another shock wave on Monday after its president, Wendy McMahon, abruptly said that she would exit her post, the latest development in an ongoing showdown between the news division and President Trump.

Ms. McMahon, whose full title was president of CBS News and Stations, said in a memo that “it’s become clear the company and I do not agree on the path forward.”

Tensions between Ms. McMahon and CBS’s parent company, Paramount, have simmered for months, a period that Ms. McMahon described in her memo as “challenging.”

Paramount is in talks to settle a $20 billion lawsuit brought by Mr. Trump that accused “60 Minutes” of deceptively editing an interview last year with his Democratic opponent, Kamala Harris.

Many legal experts have called the suit baseless, but Paramount’s controlling shareholder, Shari Redstone, has said she favors settling the case. She is seeking the Trump administration’s approval for a multibillion-dollar sale of her company to a Hollywood studio, Skydance.

CBS executives are reportedly worried ongoing litigation with President Trump will interfere with a merger with Skydance.

The fact that Axios released the audio from the Biden-Hur interview suggests something disturbing

The big news from yesterday and today is that the tapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Joe Biden about unsecured classified documents in Biden’s garage became public. They showed a man who was obviously in the grips of senile dementia and who therefore had no business running anything, let alone the world’s most powerful country, one armed with nuclear weapons.

Since I already knew in 2020 that Biden was suffering from dementia, a progressive condition—and then I’d watched it progress for the next four years—the Hur tapes affirmed what I already knew. They weren’t news, indeed, to any conservatives. What has been newsworthy is watching the media try to explain away their failure to report on Biden’s mental state, going so far as to actively deny what anyone with a functioning brain could see.

Outside of the leftist bubble, the cover-up, not Biden’s dementia, has been the real news. And that gets me to something very peculiar about the release of the Hur interview tapes.

To appreciate my point, you need to go back…back…back in time.

The genesis of all this was the revelation in January 2023 that Biden had been storing in his open garage—without any attempt at protection—classified material that he either removed from the White House while he was Vice President or that he retained from his days as a Senator.

Either way, he had violated national security laws and ought to have been hauled off then and there. Only the president is above those laws. No one else is.

Well, that’s the theory. In fact, Democrats and their allies always get a pass or, as happened with Bradley Manning, the whackadoodle who stole government secrets because he thinks he’s a woman, a pardon.

Instead of handcuffs, Biden was subjected to gentle questioning by Special Counsel Hur. In February 2024, Hur released his report about Biden’s crimes. Ultimately, Hur pretty much pulled a James “8647” Comey. As you may recall, in July 2016, Comey gave a long press conference during which he detailed chapter and verse of Hillary Clinton intentionally bypassing national security protocols to run all of her emails while Secretary of State through an unsecured server in her bathroom. Then, he essentially added that she didn’t mean to do anything wrong, so no sane prosecutor would indict her…and Hillary walked.

Fact Check: NBC News Claims Machine Guns Have Been Illegal Since 1986

CLAIM: In a May 16, 2025, article, NBC News claimed, “Machine guns have been illegal in the United States since 1986.”

VERDICT: False. Machine guns are bought and sold regularly in states where the possession of machine guns is legal.

When NBC News references “1986,” they are referencing the year when the Firearm Owners Protection Act was signed into law. One aspect of FOPA banned the sale of machine guns manufactured after the law’s effective date, which was May 19, 1986. However, FOPA did not (and does not) ban the sale of machine guns manufactured before May 19, 1986.

The ATF’s website makes clear that the machine guns that are legal are “those lawfully possessed before the effective date of the prohibition, May 19, 1986.”

How War Propaganda Has Fueled American Foreign Policy For A Century

The New York Times this week reports that the Trump administration has canceled many grants that were to fund “research” on “misinformation.” This is being presented by the media as a dastardly deed that will supposedly allow the spread of misleading or false information through various media channels.

Of course, if there were any genuine interest in studying the most egregious efforts to spread misinformation, media outlets like the Times would study themselves and their friends in the regime. After all, few organizations have been more complicit than the national American media and the US foreign policy establishment when it comes to spreading much of the worst propaganda in American history. I say “worst” because this propaganda has often been used in service to the worst ends: to gin up support for a variety of wars resulting in the deaths of thousands—sometimes even hundreds of thousands—of innocents.

Relatively recent media-regime partnerships in propagandistic misinformation include the “Russiagate” hoax, various efforts to obscure US meddling in Ukraine, and the nearly nonstop drumbeat of “news” stories over the past twenty years designed to push for regime change in various countries from Venezuela to Russia to Libya and to Syria—where the Assad regime, according to US design, was recently replaced by Islamist terrorists. And then, of course, there is the nonstop stream of misinformation designed to prop up the State of Israel and obscure its many war crimes. And let’s not forget the fictional “weapons of mass destruction” in Iraq which the US presented to the United Nations as established fact.

Throughout all this, the interventionist “foreign policy blob” in Washington received near universal support from its friends at publications like the Times and the Washington Post.

The United States did not invent these tactics. Over the past 100-plus years, however, perhaps no regime was more innovative than the British when it came to inventing “facts” designed to manufacture popular consent for wars and more foreign intervention. The United States has done its best to adopt similar methods, however, and creating invented narratives in service to the regime’s foreign policy goals is now standard operating procedure for the American state as well.

He was the former commander of “Tsentr” (Center) forces, responsible for the conquest of Mariupol, Avdeevka, and surrounding areas.

His nomination is incredibly awkward for the Ukrainians and their cheerleaders in the MSM, who have reported that he was killed in a strike on an airfield!
