Stadium Boos Loudly After Biological Male Athlete Wins Women’s 200 Meter Dash at Oregon State Track and Field Championships

A transgender teen runner was booed as he crossed the finish line and won a spot in the girls’ Oregon State Championships.

Tenth-grade student “Aayden Gallagher” is a biological male competing against female athletes.

On Saturday Aayden Gallagher, a biological male, won the women’s 200 meter dash at the Oregon track and field championships at the historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.

Aaden Gallagher is ‘unofficially’ ranked in the top 50 high school sprinters nationally.

According to Outsports:

Gallagher is a transgender girl in a state that affirms her right to compete on a girl’s team. Oregon requires no medical or hormonal transition for trans athletes to compete in any gendered category, and the state allows nonbinary athletes to simply choose their gender category in sports, regardless of any medical interventions.

When she raced to second place at 200 meters, and won the 400 meters at a meet in April, that fact didn’t sit well with a group of Republican legislators in her state.
They promptly called on the Oregon State Activities Association, the governing body for high school sports in the state, to change their policy

The OSAA’s executive director, Peter Weber, stood up and publicly defended the policy. He met their letter with one of his own.

“Oregon law has long prohibited discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation,” the letter states. “In 2019, the Oregon Department of Education amended its rules that ‘sexual orientation’ was defined to include ‘gender identity.’ The Oregon legislature likewise amended the definition of ‘sexual orientation’ to include ‘gender identity.’”

In response, there is a call to put forth legislation that would ban transgender girls and strip any achievements they may have earned.

On Saturday Aayden Gallagher came from behind and defeated Aster Jones from Roosevelt to take the Women’s 6A 200 meter dash finals.

Apple’s Latest iOS 17.5 Update Coerces Millions of Americans into Downloading LGBTQ Propaganda with Phone Update

Apple Inc. has once again sparked outrage with its latest iOS 17.5 update—this time by pushing LGBTQ-themed content onto its millions of users through a mandatory software update.

On Tuesday, the tech giant rolled out an update that introduced a new set of Pride Radiance wallpapers that many see as a coercive push of LGBTQ propaganda.

“This update introduces a new Pride Radiance wallpaper for the Lock Screen, Apple News enhancements, and other features, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPhone,” stated Apple’s update notes. “Some features may not be available for all regions or on all Apple devices.”

The move has been met with mixed reactions. Although using the wallpaper is not mandatory, some users feel that including LGBTQ+-themed wallpapers is an unnecessary politicization of what should be a neutral tech update.

Twitter user Sid commented, “iOS 17.5 is out! Nothing new, just a new wallpaper pack for gay people which even they’ll refuse to use because of how bad it looks.”

Transgender Inmate Who Said He Was “No Threat” To Women Charged With Sexual Assault After Transfer To Women’s Prison

A trans-identified male inmate appears to have been transferred back to a men’s prison after being charged with rape while in custody at a women’s prison. Tremaine “Tremayne” Deon Carroll, a male who identifies as a woman, was housed at the Central California Women’s Facility when the sexual assault took place but has since been moved to Kern Valley State Prison.

Carroll’s criminal history dates back to 1988, when he began participating in organized crime at just 15 years old. In 1990, Carroll would be convicted for his participation in an armed robbery where he and several other men broke into an apartment occupied by two women. The women were kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and held under demand of ransom.

Despite being only 17 years old, the brutality of the crime resulted in Carroll being charged as an adult with three counts of kidnapping for ransom, two counts of robbery, and three counts of oral copulation by force. However, a hung jury along with a number of other technical issues during the trial process resulted in the need for a retrial. Carroll ultimately pleaded guilty to two counts of kidnapping in an effort to avoid a retrial on all of the charges.

NBC Animal Documentary Claims “This is a Queer Planet”

A documentary set to be broadcast by NBC asserts that we live on a “queer planet,” in which homosexuality is widespread in the animal kingdom and there are more than two genders.

Yes, really.

The documentary, set to be aired on June 6, features one “expert” stating, “Everything you were taught as a kid is wrong.”

“Gay penguins, bisexual lions, sex changing clown fish,” the narration, voiced by gay actor Andrew Rannells, claims are all evidence that “this is a queer planet.”

The trailer then shows two women, one with blue hair, asserting that “Queerness has always existed” and that “It’s only in humans that we have such a stigma about it.”

Apparently, this “stigma” revolves around having it shoved in your face 24/7 on television, TV commercials, within the education system, and publicly shaming or even arresting and prosecuting anyone who doesn’t embrace it.

“The idea of just having two fixed sexes is clearly out of style,” the narration continues, with another short haired woman with tattoos claiming, “Mother nature is pretty open minded.”

Nature is apparently “full of queer surprises,” according to the documentary.

I’m not sure that aspiring to behave like animals is quite the win that LGBT activists think it is.

Federal Appeals Court Denies Parents The Right To Opt Their Children Out Of Reading LGBTQ Books

A parent’s group made up of Muslims, Christians and Jews and the Kids First Organization filed suit last year against the Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland for forcing their children to read books that involve gay, transgender and non-binary characters in different situations. On Wednesday, their appeal of an original filing was denied.

The parents’ objection, relayed through their lawyers from the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, stated the curriculum was a violation of their religious rights under the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment. The parents demanded an opt out for their children Montgomery County Public Schools so they would not have to use the books mentioned. The system denied that opt out right.

The books were approved for use in the school system’s classrooms in 2022. The suit was denied in the lower court causing parents to file an appeal to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

The lower court had declined to issue a preliminary injunction against the s citing the parents “lack of standing” in the issue.

On Wednesday the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals court in Richmond, Virginia stated that parents had not demonstrated how the MCPS book policy violated their right to exercise their religious freedom. U.S. Circuit Judge G. Steven Agee said the group had not given enough evidence to show that teachers were using LGBTQ+ books in their classrooms and had not demonstrated what teachers were teaching through the books.

Female Inmate Allegedly Raped by Transgender Inmate in California Women’s Prison

A woman at the Central California Facility for Women says she witnessed the immediate aftermath of a jailhouse rape by a transgender inmate.

Mimi Le provided a sworn declaration to lawyers with the Women’s Liberation Front, which will be included in the organization’s case against California, according to evidence from the filing obtained by Reduxx.

Le reportedly said she was one of many inmates who saw events involving what was described as a “sexual assault” committed by a man who identifies as a woman and was therefore locked up in a women’s prison.

On May 19, a female inmate was taken to a medical-administrative building after other female inmates reported to staff that she had been raped, Le explained, adding that she found the woman to be “barely conscious.”

Less than an hour later, the female victim was taken away on a stretcher under a “Code 3” alert, which means a person is unresponsive and unable to be revived via immediate methods, Le added.

Le and other inmates reportedly identified the alleged assailant as Jonathan Robertson, a biologically male transgender individual going by the name Siyaah Skylit.

Multiple inmates said they had heard Robertson shouting, “Fuck all you bitches. I’ll rape you. I’ll rape your mama. I’ll fuck all you bitches up — there is nothing you bitches can do.” He has also spit at fellow inmates, the women said.

“This was very triggering and saddening for everybody,” Le reportedly wrote in her declaration. “To be threatened by a man with doing a thing that he can do, that he is capable of doing, that he may already have done to other women, is terrifying.”

“They were concerned and discussed how to protect themselves; I convinced them to just go to their rooms while I asked for an update from the Captain to figure out how to proceed,” Le added.

Later, Le said she went to correctional staff to inquire about what, if anything, would be done about Robertson’s threatening behavior, at which point she learned he “had already been released back onto the yard.”

But “once the Captain learned of the rape threats, he decided along with the Sergeant to move [him] to administrative segregation,” the inmate said, adding that “before they could do that, the Warden overruled them, saying that an inmate-to-inmate threat is not an offense sufficient.”

Largest Review On Transgender-Youth Medicine Finds Insufficient Evidence For Medicalization

England may be the third country to withdraw from a “gender-affirming” treatment pathway due to recommendations from a long-awaited report.

In April, the country published the Cass Review, “most comprehensive summary on transgender-youth medicine,” psychologist Erica Anderson, who identifies as transgender and has a doctorate in clinical psychology, told The Epoch Times.

The review, chaired by Dr. Hilary Cass, British honorary physician, consultant in pediatric disability, and former president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, stated that there is insufficient evidence to demonstrate the long-term benefits of medicalizing children who want to identify as a different gender. Instead, the review recommends focusing on psychotherapy.

For some clinicians and researchers, this recommendation was a long time coming. Others are concerned that it potentially threatens medicalization—currently the primary treatment—for gender-incongruent youths.

The National Health Service (NHS) England, which commissioned the report in 2020, stated it would be committed to following through on the recommendations.

[The Cass Review] final report will not just shape the future of healthcare in this country for children and young people experiencing gender distress but will be of major international importance and significance,” the statement read.

Eight days after the Cass Review’s release, Scotland’s health boards announced a pause on new prescriptions for puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones as they gather evidence to support the safety and clinical effectiveness of these medications.

Biden Admin Covertly Pursued Gender Affirming Care For Kids In States Where The Practice Is Banned

America First Legal revealed documents on Thursday from its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), showcasing emails from Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine and indicating that the Biden Administration has engaged privately with “gender affirming care providers” from states that have outlawed these practices, pledging federal support to counteract such state laws.

In particular, Levine expressed significant concern for the LGBTI+ community in Idaho, emphasizing ongoing efforts to challenge these state measures nationally, the site pointed out. The documents were acquired through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request concerning Levine’s correspondence about pediatric transgender clinics.

Previously, in March 2023, Levine stated that the federal backing for transitioning children was comprehensive, even at presidential levels, and framed any opposition as politically motivated. The newly revealed records elaborate on the administration’s covert operations with advocates to push this agenda.

Win For Reality: UK’s National Health Service Constitution to Declare ‘Sex is Biological’

In a marked rejection of transgender ideology and a win for women’s rights activists, the constitution of Britain’s National Health Service will publicly declare that sex is a biological reality that must inform how patients are treated.

Following the move by the National Health Service to prohibit the prescription of life-altering puberty blockers to children, another major pillar of wokist medicinal thought, that sex is a fluid concept, looks to be dismantled as the NHS’ constitution will state: “We are defining sex as biological sex.”

In practice, the update to the governing document of the socialised healthcare system will mean that so-called transgender women will be barred from female-only hospital wards, The Telegraph reports.

At present, there is no recognition of sex as a biological fact when determining where patients were placed, resulting in some female patients being forced to share a room with biological males who claim to be transgender women.

The new constitution will state that NHS patients will “not have to share sleeping accommodation with patients of the opposite biological sex”. Previously, the document said that patients would be placed in the ward of the sex they identified as.

In response to objections raised by female patients over being seen by a transgender nurse or doctor, the constitution will also allow patients to request to be cared for by a healthcare professional of the same sex.

The changes have come at the direction of government ministers, who are tasked with updating the NHS constitution at least once every ten years. The document was last updated in 2015. However, in addition to the input from ministers, a two-month public consultation will be conducted to allow members of the public and from the healthcare industry to submit further suggestions for changes to the constitution.

Biden Administration’s EEOC Work Place Pronouns and Bathroom Policies Could Cost You Your Business

When President Joe Biden decided to throw the entire federal government behind the LGBTIQ+ movement he was not kidding and last Friday proved it.

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) declared Monday that employers who fail to use a worker’s preferred pronouns or refuse them the chance to use the restroom of their choice is committing “prohibited harassment.”

The guidelines were released on Monday after the vote was taken last Friday even thought nearly two dozen conservative Attorney Generals opposed this policy last November in a letter.

The five Commissioners voted along partisan lines. Three democrats approved the new guidelines while two republicans opposed it.

Gender identity has now been elevated as a protected discriminatory class like race, religion, and sex.

Prohibited harassment includes “repeated and intentional use of a name or pronoun inconsistent with the individual’s known gender identity (misgendering) or the denial of access to a bathroom or other sex-segregated facility consistent with the individual’s gender identity,” the new regulatory document declared.

“The Biden administration’s new guidance on transgender employees is yet another example of executive overreach by unaccountable bureaucrats. The guidance is a solution in search of a problem, as the overwhelming majority of employers already provide their employees with a respectful working environment, no matter what their backgrounds,”Job Creators Network CEO Alfredo Ortiz stated in a press release. “While the Biden administration is focused on using the correct pronouns, small businesses are suffering under the weight of resurgent inflation, high energy costs, and a credit crunch due to Democrats’ bad policies. Rules about how to treat transgender employees amount to another headache for employers at the worst possible time,” he further noted.
