Trump State Dept. declares abortions, euthanasia, transgender surgeries ‘human rights violations’

Federal officials will recognize the intentional destruction of innocent preborn babies as well as the surgical and chemical mutilation of children as human rights violations, according to the State Department.

Spokesperson Tommy Pigott told The Daily Signal that countries receiving foreign aid will be required to include “the mutilation of children” in their annual reporting to the United States.

“In recent years, new destructive ideologies have given safe harbor to human rights violations,” Pigott said. “The Trump administration will not allow these human rights violations, such as the mutilation of children, laws that infringe on free speech, and racially discriminatory employment practices, to go unchecked. We are saying enough is enough.”

“Racially discriminatory” practices include favoring non-white applicants for jobs or other benefits, a practice sometimes called “affirmative action.”

The human rights reports are a standard requirement for countries receiving taxpayer dollars.

“The State Department submits Human Rights Reports on all countries receiving assistance and all United Nations member states to Congress in accordance with the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and the Trade Act of 1974,” The Daily Signal explained.

Other human rights violations that must be tracked include sanctions for so-called “hate speech,” supporting mass migration into other countries, “attempts to coerce individuals into engaging in euthanasia,” “violations of religious freedom, including antisemitic violence and harassment,” and support for “forced testing, forced organ harvesting, and eugenic gene-editing practices on human embryos.”

A medical reform group that opposes transgender drugs and surgeries for minors thanked the Trump administration for “setting a clear moral standard” on this issue, as well as others, such as DEI.

“Do No Harm commends the Trump administration for highlighting toxic ideologies around the globe as the first step to eliminating them,” Executive Director Kristina Rasmussen told LifeSiteNews via a media statement.

“Engaging in racial discrimination or pushing irreversible gender medicalization on children is unacceptable – whether here at home or abroad,” Rasmussen said. “The State Department is leading the way in protecting the vulnerable and setting a clear moral standard for the world.”

EU Court Rules Catholic Poland Must Recognize Foreign Same-Sex Marriages Despite National Law

The globalist empire just fired another shot at Christian Europe: Luxembourg’s activist court, the European Court of Justice (ICJ), has ordered majority-Catholic Poland to recognize same-sex “marriages” performed abroad, even though the Polish Constitution explicitly defines marriage as one man and one woman.

Two Polish men—one also holding German citizenship—went to Berlin in 2018, got a German marriage certificate, and then demanded Warsaw register it as a marriage for residency and benefits.

When Poland said no, the EU’s chief cultural globalism-enforcement court screamed “discrimination.”

The ECJ claims refusing to recognize the Berlin paperwork violates “freedom of movement” and “family life”—the same tired excuses Brussels always uses to nullify national sovereignty.

Apparently, no EU country is allowed to protect traditional marriage once a single member state adopts it.

Polish Christians are furious, and rightly so. Law and Justice MP Marcin Romanowski called it “a blatant violation of conferred competences” and a “perverse interference” in Poland’s sovereign right to define family.

Former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro went even harder, branding the ECJ “the most politicized quasi-court in Europe” that now tramples all over Poland’s Constitution and the clear will of its Catholic majority.

The court, in a press release detailing the judgment, wrote: “Member States are therefore required to recognize, for the purpose of the exercise of the rights conferred by EU law, the marital status lawfully acquired in another Member State.”

Member states “enjoy a margin of discretion to choose the procedures for recognizing such a marriage,” the court added.

The ruling does not obligate countries to introduce same-sex marriage under their national laws, the court said.

Despite that, the ruling is designed specifically to blow the doors wide open: foreign same-sex certificates will now be used to collect spousal benefits, residency rights, and eventually adoption of kids bought on Western surrogacy markets.

“Non-Binary” Maryland Teacher Sparks Outrage After Posting TikToks Flaunting Pregnancy And Breast Implant “Kinks”

Concerns are mounting in Maryland after a male teacher was found posting TikTok videos flaunting what he describes as his pregnancy and breast-implant fetish. Although the teacher has since locked down his social media accounts, the child-safeguarding organization Gays Against Groomers saved one of the clips and reposted it on X, where it has already racked up more than 30,000 views at the time of writing.

Reduxx has identified the teacher in the controversial video as James Roman Stilipec, who instructs Grade 9 English at REACH! Partnership School 341 in Baltimore.

In the clip shared by Gays Against Groomers, Stilipec is seen wearing an exaggerated breast form and an oversized fake pregnant belly beneath a tight green shirt. The video appears to be a repost from a concerned viewer, who captioned it: “this man @allthatjaz22 is a 9th grade teacher and posts this publicly.”

Trans Activist Named Cassidy Mal Lyss (“Malice”) Arrested on 2nd Arson Charge – Previously Asked if He Could Begin Burning Churches

A trans-identifying man with an extensive arrest history was charged arson after setting fire to his own apartment during a standoff with police following a robbery, according to news reports.

This gem, who was charged with setting fire to his mother’s apartment in 2022, while the woman was inside, also once asked on a Facebook post, “May I start burning Churches yet?” independent journalist Andy Ngo reported.

Nathan Herbert Click — who now goes by the name Cassidy Mal Lyss (get it, “malice?”) — was arrested on the morning of Nov. 10 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, after a report of robbery, according to KOKH-TV in Oklahoma City.

Lyss, who had made prior threats to burn down the building, barricaded himself inside his apartment. Before a special unit could come to fetch him, officers said that they observed smoke coming out of it.

Police took him into custody by breaking into a bedroom window and getting him to safety. The Stillwater Fire Department put out the fire before anything more than smoke could spread to adjacent units, which had been evacuated.

He’s now charged with first-degree arson, assault and battery, first-degree robbery, obstructing an officer and threatening to perform an act of violence.

Most news outlets weren’t going to report what would have, in days of yore, been toward the front of the story: The individual at the center of this was “[a] 35-year-old transgender activist and sex worker,” as Ngo put it.’

He was “active on social media,” Ngo wrote, “posting photos of himself, images of the trans flag and promoting his sex work on OnlyFans and other adult websites.”

He also had a history of disturbing behavior.

NHS Greenlights Controversial Puberty Blocker Trials, Will Inject Over 200 Kids as Young as 10

The UK’s National Health Service (NHS) has approved two clinical trials to study the effects of puberty blockers on children, involving up to 226 participants, with some as young as 10 years old.

The trials, set to begin recruitment in early 2025, aim to “gather evidence” on the impacts of these drugs after a ban on their routine NHS prescription earlier this year.

The Daily Mail reports:

They will be injected with the drugs to examine whether they could safely be used in future to help young people change their bodies and become more like the gender they self-identify as, rather than their gender at birth.

Researchers dismissed accusations that the trial could amount to ‘coercing’ children into taking the drugs, which potentially damage fertility, bone density and brain development.

They insisted it would be safe because they have planned the ‘most rigorous and safest study design’ which will involve ‘close monitoring’ of any potential side-effects and risks.

But campaigners branded the study’s launch ‘outrageous’, saying it should be halted.

The primary trial, led by King’s College London and the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, will divide participants into two groups: one receiving puberty blockers immediately for two years, and the other delayed by one year.

Children must be under 16, have a formal diagnosis of “gender incongruence,” and obtain parental consent.

“The youngest patients in the study, being led by researchers at King’s College London, will typically be ten to 11 years old for girls and 11 to 12 years old for boys. The maximum age will be 15 years and eleven months,” the Daily Mail reports.

The drugs, such as Triptorelin, administered via injection every six months, will be monitored for side effects.

A second, smaller trial with about 100 participants will focus on potential brain development effects by comparing blocked and unblocked groups.

These studies follow the 2024 Cass Review, an independent report commissioned by NHS England that criticized the lack of high-quality evidence supporting the use of puberty blockers and led to their prohibition outside research settings.

The review highlighted risks to bone density, fertility, and mental health from prior use at the Tavistock clinic’s Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS).

The trials are part of a £10.7 million NHS-funded research program. Results are expected in about four years.

Parents Accuse BBC of HARMING KIDS Through Pro-Trans Bias In Children’s Programming

In a mounting controversy, 650 families have accused the BBC of saturating children’s programming with pro-transgender ideology, claiming it has led vulnerable young people toward social and irreversible medical transitions.

The allegations, detailed in a letter from the Bayswater Support Group (BSG) to broadcasting regulator Ofcom, highlight a “constant drip-feed” of biased content that parents say has caused lasting harm. This comes amid broader scrutiny of the BBC’s impartiality.

The BSG, representing parents of primary school-aged children and teenagers who identify as trans, argues that the BBC’s coverage over nearly a decade has promoted trans lifestyles without balance, objectivity, or adequate safeguarding.

A spokesman for the group stated: “For the past decade, the constant stream of propaganda about gender and trans activism the BBC has transmitted has played a significant role in creating a dangerous culture for children.”

The Left Is Nowhere Near Letting Go Of Its Trans Obsession

he Transgender Day of Remembrance, if nothing else, was a reminder that the left — and the corporate media in particular — is still completely infatuated with transgender ideology. That assertion may seem completely unrevelatory, but for peace-and-homestead-life-loving conservatives, it’s an essential reminder.

Yes, the right has made tremendous gains on the issue during the Trump Administration 2.0. The International Olympic Committee’s plan to ban male athletes in female sports — under pressure from Trump — is just one example of many. And Trump’s choice to capitalize on Kamala Harris’ pro-trans-procedures-for-illegal-immigrants-in-prison views likely played a critical role in sinking her campaign.

But none of that changes the modern left’s fundamental relationship to transgender ideology. It’s the legitimate child of the sexual revolution, the incarnation of lawless individualism, the apex antagonist of Christian teaching on ethics, sin, and human nature. In other words, it’s a doctrine, a creed, an axiom. The left’s approach to defending that axiom may fluctuate, but the loyalty is unshakeable.

Take, for example, The Washington Post editorial board’s Wednesday response to Health and Human Services releasing an updated version of its report on the treatment of gender dysphoria. Rather than take the typical radical pro-transgenderism approach, WaPo asserted that the report leaves us all stumbling in the dark when it comes to mutilating children, headlining the piece “What we still don’t know about pediatric medical transition.” The paper’s editors can’t help but call into question the study’s obvious conclusion, that “it is not ethical to subject adolescents to hormonal and surgical interventions … even in a research trial, until and unless the state of the evidence suggests a favorable risk/benefit profile for the studied intervention.”

That such a statement could at all be controversial emphasizes just how firmly trans ideology grips the editors at WaPo.

Over at CNN on Thursday, Leah Asmelash was wandering in a similar cloud of pro-trans confounded befuddlement: “The White House wants to eliminate ‘gender ideology’ and ‘trans ideology,’” she wrote. “What does that mean?” What a difficult question. She is lost, bewildered, stumped. After all, “the term ‘gender ideology’ didn’t originate in the US,” and everyone knows how hard it is to comprehend foreign ideas. (Further, Jair Bolsonaro once “decried ‘gender ideology,’” and he’s headed to prison now, so there’s that.)

“‘Transgender ideology,’ a phrase largely used in the US, is, if anything, even more amorphous,” Asmelash said. It is, indeed, a mystery wrapped in an enigma — but only for someone who works for the legacy media. Aside from the fact that her entire article questioning what transgender ideology is is itself transgender ideology, if Asmelash is confused, maybe she should take a look at her own reporting. In 2023 she raved about how Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse‘s Gwen Stacy, who had a “Protect the Kids” transgender flag in her room, may have been trans.

Or she could have turned to CNN’s 19-minute read, published the same day as her piece, memorializing eight trans-identifying individuals (seven men and one woman) who died this year. It’s a study in transgender ideology and propaganda, with each of the men who said they were women presented as angelic divas in lines like these: “Tahiry Broom could show up anywhere — from a seat at a church service to a night club’s pulsing dance floor — armed with her long, painted nails, shimmery eyeshadow and colorful wigs. Then, like magic, the whole place would belong to her.” The article is titled “A ballroom legend, an ‘auntie’ and a young athlete: Here are some of the trans people lost to violence and suicide this year.”

Newly-Leaked Emails Expose A Legitimate LGBTQ Mafia Presence At The BBC

As you may have already heard, President Trump’s threat to sue the outlet for an edited speech that was grotesquely distorted and then aired in a documentary has increased from $1 billion to $5 billion—in the wake of Trump’s threat, BBC released a statement that admitted to a “regretful” editing job, but denied any wrongdoing. However…The Telegraph kind of blew that claim up, reminding us that in 2022, the BBC also aired a similarly-edited version of the same speech on its Newsnight program:

Spliced footage of the speech, which aired in an episode in 2022, made it appear that Mr Trump was encouraging his supporters to riot.

The edit was similar to a version aired in a Panorama documentary broadcast last year.

What a doozy, because as James Zumwalt wrote today, I don’t think the BBC is going to win this one. Seems like this should be understood for a global media company, but if you create a new video product by cutting and splicing, which yields a conflation of separate remarks to push a narrative that doesn’t exist, and then you air that manufactured footage to millions(?) of people, I’d argue that’s basically the definition of libelous and defamatory action.

While the BBC swears there’s no “pattern” of wrongdoing, a new report from the New York Post suggests otherwise. According to newly-leaked emails,

Female staff at the BBC complained to editors for years that the publicly-funded British broadcaster had been hijacked by the ‘trans’ agenda, newly-leaked emails dating back to 2020 show.

In the emails, female staff complained that biologically male transgender sex offenders were being referred to in stories as women, and that articles were avoiding the use of the words ‘girls’ and ‘women’ when discussing topics such as menstruation and birth control….

Of course, this is expected for a leftwing outlet with an obvious agenda, but it gets a little worse: the company appears to have invited in a legitimate LGBTQ mafia presence:

An internal memo revealed that all trans stories were subject to ‘effective censorship’ by specialist LGBTQ reporters hired as gatekeepers at the BBC, who refused to cover gender-critical stories.

And, per the women who worked at the BBC, the LGBTQ “specialists” would bully wayward journalists, punishing dissent, and creating a “culture of fear” in the office:

The women also described a culture of fear at the BBC, where even veteran reporters didn’t dare to stray from the position on trans issues, lest they be branded ‘transphobic,’ the Times reported.

[snip]

‘Any questioning or insufficiently enthusiastic championing risked being labeled as bigoted … It felt like activism, not news,’ one BBC staffer told the Sunday Times.

The BBC was reportedly not interested in any story that was “critical” of the LGBTQ movement, no matter how newsworthy. A new exposé about “hormone blockers” being used on small children? Not to be reported on. A story about a cross-dressing man assaulting women in his prison unit? Obviously he must be called a woman.

Opposing Parents Vent to Reporter in the Stands as Trans Volleyball Player Leads Team to Dominant Playoff Win

Now that we’ve passed peak wokeness, perhaps we can start admitting that the evidence is undeniable that boys win at girls sporting events because of the massive advantages of biology.

Of course, the idea should be self-evident. It wasn’t, in some quarters, which is why we’re still having this discussion. And in very progressive Ann Arbor, Michigan, the idea that wokeness ever peaked is considered a minor heresy.

Thus you have Skyline High School making the state girls volleyball tournament for the second straight year — and in dominant fashion.

The secret to its success? The team isn’t precisely all girls.

According to sports outlet OutKick, Skyline won a straight-sets victory over Saline High School on Thursday, making Skyline one of eight teams left in the Division I Michigan High School Athletic Association girls tournament.

However, parents for the Saline team were incensed during the 25-15, 25-18, 25-21 sweep, thanks to the fact that a female-identifying male athlete was on the Skyline team.

The controversy isn’t just that the girls team has a boy on it, although that’s certainly part of the problem.

From OutKick reporter Dan Zaksheske:

The MHSAA requires transgender athletes to have an approved waiver to compete in any organization-sponsored events, which include the district and regional tournaments. The organization said in September that it had not granted any waivers since last fall (waivers have to be approved every year), but has ignored multiple follow-up requests asking if one has since been granted.

As OutKick has reported throughout the fall season, Skyline appears to have attempted to hide its biological male player’s identity, with many parents of opposing teams expressing outrage when they discovered their teenage girls were competing against a male.

The individual in question, Zaksheske wrote, “dominated the first set with several massive kills, helping Skyline cruise to the first set win.”

As Zaksheske’s report noted, this wasn’t met with unmixed delight by the parents of Saline athletes.

“As you saw, it was actually a pretty even match when he wasn’t on the court,” one parent said after the match.

“I’ve never seen a girl jump that high,” another remarked, presumably in sarcasm.

And another parent kept putting his thumbs down every time the male athlete made a play.

That didn’t stop Skyline’s march to the Elite Eight in the tournament, however.

‘Free to express opinions’: Oregon district pays $650,000 to settle with educators who objected to trans lessons

Schools ‘can’t retaliate against speech simply because they disagree with what’s said.’

An Oregon school district has agreed to pay $650,000 to settle with two educators who were punished, then fired, for speaking out against the injurious transgender agenda the district was adopting.

The trans ideology as promoted by Joe Biden and his administration for years includes giving chemicals to children to delay puberty, then doing mutilating body surgeries on the child.

Grants Pass, Ore., educators Katie Medart and Rachel Sager had launched a grassroots movement called “I Resolve” to speak out on a school gender identity education policy, and to offer alternatives that would allow teachers to continue teaching without submitting their religious beliefs to the social agenda.

And one that would respect the rights of parents to know what their children were being given in school.

They posted a video on their own website promoting their beliefs and efforts.

Subsequently, Grants Pass School District 7 officials suspended them, then fired them.

“Educators are free to express opinions on fundamental issues of public concern—like gender identity education policy—that implicate the freedoms of teachers, parents, and students,” said Mathew Hoffman, of the ADF, which represented the teachers along with the Pacific Justice Institute.

“The Grants Pass School District is taking the right step by acknowledging that teachers don’t give up their First Amendment rights when they set foot on school property. Public schools can’t retaliate against speech simply because they disagree with what’s said.”

Sager and Medart have worked in the education field for many years, including at North Middle School in Grants Pass. Sager served as assistant principal, and Medart taught science there, the legal teams explained.

Their legal action charging the school violated their free speech, religious freedom and equal protection rights was settled with the district agreeing to pay $650,000 in damages and attorneys’ fees.
