Republican Senator WARNS Biden Admin About Obligation of Potential Trump Transition

Tennessee Sen Bill Hagerty warned the Biden administration in a letter on Monday about its legal obligation to comply with a transition to a Donald Trump presidency if the GOP candidate wins the election.

“Hagerty has written to all federal agencies, in letters obtained by Fox News Digital, warning of applicable provisions in laws regarding appropriations that limit departments’ ability to transfer funds or change programs during the transition period,” Fox News reported Tuesday.

Hagerty laid out the laws which stipulate a transfer of power in his letter.

“As we move into a presidential transition period, I write today to remind you of your statutory transfer-of-funds authority and change-of-program requirements under the Further Consolidated Appropriations and Extensions Act 2024…which will continue to apply with the same force during the transition,” he wrote in the letter Monday.

There are legal consequences for failing to comply with a transfer of executive branch power, the Senator warned.

“Compliance with these requirements must be a priority for the outgoing administration, given the criminal and administrative consequences of failing to do so,” he wrote in the letter Monday.

U.S. Soldier Dies From Injuries Sustained on Biden’s Failed Temporary Pier in Gaza

Sgt. Quandarius Davon Stanley, a 23-year-old U.S. soldier who was badly hurt last summer while carrying out his duties on the U.S. President Joe Biden’s temporary pier off the coast of Gaza, died from his injuries, according to reports.

“Stanley was injured while supporting the mission that delivered humanitarian aid to Gaza in May 2024 and was receiving treatment in long-term care medical center,” Capt. Shkeila Milford-Glover, a spokesman for the 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, said, according to CNN.

The report said it was unclear how Stanley was injured.

Biden, with growing domestic pressure, announced in March the plans to build the temporary pier off Gaza’s coast on the Mediterranean to help speed up the transfer of humanitarian aid to the starving people in the enclave.

Washington Braces for Potential Unrest With New Fences Encircling White House and Harris Residence

Protective structures have been installed around the White House, Vice President Kamala Harris’s residence, and several other institutions, while business owners have started boarding up windows and doors amid potential unrest related to the US presidential election, the Washington Post reports.

“Rings of new security fencing enveloped the White House, US Capitol and Vice President Kamala Harris’s residence on Sunday as federal and District authorities brace for potential unrest in Washington following Tuesday’s presidential election,” the publication writes.

It is noted that the Secret Service erected new high metal barriers around the White House complex, the Department of the Treasury, and adjoining parts of Lafayette Square, as well as outside the Naval Observatory and Harris’s residence.

Biden/Harris Deliver More Migrants than Jobs in October

President Joe Biden’s border deputies invited four times more migrants in October than the number of extra jobs created by CEOs, according to data obtained by NewsNation.

Business groups created 12,000 additional jobs in September, amid an economic slowdown at the strike at Boeing. The 12,000 number was one-ninth of the 112,500 new jobs that were expected.

But Biden’s deputies also invited 49,840 more parole migrants to fly or bus into the U.S. for jobs during October. Those legally contested “parole migrants” are welcomed by the Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the ports of entry along the border.

An additional 56,580 migrants– including many women and children – crossed the border illegally and were registered by the Border Patrol. Some will be deported.

Biden’s deputies also welcomed at least 150,000 legal immigrants, foreign temporary workers, and refugees.

Former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau has warned that Joe Biden has become a liability for Kamala Harris — and his own legacy.

Favreau discussed the issue on CNN’s “The Lead with Jake Tapper” on Saturday.

“I would look at the numbers, I would look at the race and say, I’m going to focus on being president over the next couple of days and that’s probably the best thing he can do not just for the Harris campaign, but himself and his legacy too,” Favreau said.

Biden went viral earlier this week for insulting Trump supporters and calling them “garbage” while on a video call campaigning to Hispanic voters.

Dumpster Fire: White House Press Office Faced Internal Criticism Over the Rewriting of President Biden’s Garbage Comments

Since the “Let’s Go, Brandon” incident, the media has been repeatedly accused of reframing news or rewriting words to benefit the President or the Biden-Harris Administration. This week, the White House Press Office and various media outlets like Politico and MSNBC have been ridiculed for denying that President Joe Biden called Trump supporters “garbage.” It has created a weird dissonance as Democratic politicians denounced what the White House and many in the press denied was said. Now, the White House Press office is being criticized from a new quarter for the clean up on aisle three: the Director of White House Stenography, Amy Sands. The White House stenographers objected to the rewriting of the transcript by the Biden White House staff to suggest that the President was condemning Trump’s rhetoric, not his supporters.

The President’s attack on Trump supporters was nothing new. Leaders like Hillary Clinton called them “deplorables,” and Biden himself has described their views as a return of the confederacy and the rise of fascism. Democrats have called the movement a modern form of Nazism and an effort to destroy democracy, round up homosexuals, and create internment camps.

The problem was the timing. As Harris was denouncing Trump for name-calling and insisting that Democrats are bringing the country together (while condemning Trump as a modern version of Hitler), Biden was literally behind her in the White House, calling tens of millions of Trump supporters “garbage.”

Fox News reportedly obtained an email in which the supervisor sounded the alarm on the White House press office’s “breach of protocol and spoilation of transcript integrity between the Stenography and Press Offices.” Sands went on to say that

“if there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently. Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff…After last night’s process, our team would like to reiterate that rush drafts/excerpts the Stenography Office sends to assist the Press Office are not intended for public distribution or as the final version of the transcript. Please avoid sharing rush drafts/excerpts, which are subject to review and might create confusion among staff, media, and the public while our Stenography Office completes a thorough review process.”

The White House was criticized for adding an apostrophe to the President’s comments to change the meaning of the key line.

The Biden-Harris government’s Department of Agriculture is quietly reclassifying numerous property developers and other companies in what appears to be an effort to work around restrictions on Chinese land ownership near U.S. military bases and installations. The move comes despite continued warnings from the U.S. intelligence community and other agencies in the Biden-Harris government that China poses an increasing national security risk and is actively opposing U.S. interests through domestic and foreign counter-intelligence actions.

At the center of the Department of Agriculture controversy is the recent change in designation for Walton Global, a property developer that has been considered one of the top Chinese-controlled U.S. land owners for years. The company has expanded its footprint in China since 2018 and was—until recently—listed by the U.S. government as one of the five top Chinese owners of U.S. agricultural land.

Ohio child welfare agency secretly tracking sexual orientation and transgender identity of children

An Ohio child welfare agency has made a database tracking the sexual orientation, transgender identity and pronouns of children who communicated with the agency.

The Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) developed a supposed “confidential spreadsheet” that monitored the sexual orientations and transgender identities of children.

The report, which describes a document acquired by the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF), spotlights the extent to which some government agencies entrusted with the protection of children have been captured by trans activists.

The document features entries dated from March 2018 to August 2024 and the spreadsheet was part of the agency’s “Safe Identification” program, which teaches social services personnel how to gather information about the sexuality and gender identity of children.

The DCNF discovered that the Cuyahoga County DCFS was one of four social service agencies in the United States “chosen to research, develop and evaluate transgender ideology-based child welfare interventions that suggest parents and caregivers who do not affirm a child’s sexual orientation or gender confusion are unsafe and may need to have their children removed from their home.”

Members of President Joe Biden’s administration called the Cuyahoga County group “trailblazers” and wished to nationalize their model.

The Cuyahoga County DCFS team influenced the recently completed Biden order, which requires child welfare systems to approve and support gender confusion. Staff members described the confidential spreadsheet as their means of “assisting” children acquire gender treatments. They also shared that some of the children they tracked were as young as five years old.

They tracked if children were “transgender or gender diverse,” naming them as pansexual, bisexual, gay, lesbian, straight or “questioning” their sexual orientation.

Biden’s Destructive Legacy

As President Biden’s term approaches its end, the US and several parts of the rest of the world are significantly worse off than they were when he took office. While the president is frequently lauded by members of the foreign policy establishment as a successful foreign policy leader, his tenure has been marked for the most part by deepening US involvement in foreign conflicts that show no signs of ending anytime soon. US policies under Biden have served only to stoke destabilizing conflict, and the president has shown no inclination to bring any of the wars currently backed by Washington to an end. Biden’s presidency showed the world just how extensive the rot in US foreign policy is, and most other nations will not soon forget what restored American “leadership” wrought.

Biden ran on the promise of ending America’s forever wars, but after the withdrawal from Afghanistan he then spent most of his presidency going out of his way to involve US in conflicts where no vital American interests were at stake. The risk of great power conflict has also risen under Biden as he has pursued a China policy of containment and rivalry that the US can ill afford while US-Russian relations have sunk to new lows over Ukraine. In the Middle East, Biden has enabled Israel’s genocidal campaign in Gaza, backed their invasion of Lebanon, and supported their attacks on Iran. He has helped Israel sow chaos across the region, and he committed the US to a new open-ended and illegal war in Yemen. The president’s extreme ideological attachment to Israel led him to pursue an indefensible policy of unconditional support that has fueled the slaughter of civilians and created one of the worst man-made famines in modern times.

Will Tuesday’s Vote Counts Be Another Sham Biden-Harris Statistic?

If Kamala Harris wins the presidential election on Tuesday, Americans will be told that the final vote count is a sacred number that was practically handed down from Mt. Sinai engraved on a stone tablet. Any American who casts doubt on Harris’s victory will be vilified like one of those January 6, 2021 protestors sent to prison for “parading without a permit” in the US Capitol. Actually, anyone who doubted the 2020 election results was being prominently denounced as “traitors” even before the Capitol Clash.

But is there any reason to expect the final vote count in next week’s presidential election to be more honest than any other number that the Biden-Harris administration jiggered in the last four years?

Biden, Harris, and their media allies endlessly assured Americans that the national crime rate had fallen sharply since Biden took office. That statistical scam was produced by the equivalent of disregarding all the votes in California and New York. FBI crime data simply excluded many of the nation’s largest cities until a revision earlier this month revealed that violent crime had risen nationwide.

Deceitful national crime data helped cover-up the disastrous impact of open border policies. The Biden-Harris administration did backflips to avoid disclosing the true size of the surge of illegal immigrants from early 2021 onwards. Kamala Harris did zombie-like face plants in recent interviews when elbowed for honest answers.

In the same way that another surge of unverified mail-in ballots may determine the 2024 election, Biden manipulated the number of illegal aliens by using his presidential parole power to entitle more than a million people from Haiti, Venezuela, Cubans, and other countries to legally enter and stay in America on his own decree. The Biden administration even provided a vast secretive program to fly favored foreign nationals into select airports late at night where their arrival would occur under the radar.

Some states will officially count mail-in ballots that arrive well after Election Day even if the envelopes have no postmark. This is the same “late doesn’t matter” standard that Biden used to vindicate the $42 billion provided by his 2021 infrastructure law to boost broadband access in rural America—which Uncle Joe said was “not unlike what Roosevelt did with electricity.” Unlike the Tennessee Valley Authority, Biden’s broadband program has nothing to show since it delivered faster internet access to almost no one. The same default occurred with the Inflation Reduction Act’s alleged showpiece achievement—42,000 new charging stations around the nation for electric vehicles. But that program produced more presidential applause lines than EV refills. As of March, $7.5 billion in federal spending had only produced seven new charging stations nationwide.
