FLASHBACK: Frank Biden Accidentally Blurted Out Joe Biden Was Terminally Ill in July 2024

On Sunday, it was reported that 82-year-old Joe Biden was diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer.

According to Biden’s spox, the former president was diagnosed with prostate cancer last Friday with the cancer cells spreading to his bones.

But how long has Joe Biden actually been terminally ill?

Recall that Joe Biden’s brother, Frank Biden, raised eyebrows after he told CBS News that Biden’s declining health played a considerable role in his decision to drop out of the presidential race.

Joe Biden officially dropped out of the 2024 presidential race on July 21, 2024.

Biden made the announcement on X like a coward. He has been hiding out at his Rehoboth Beach house for four days.

Joe Biden didn’t say why he was dropping out of the race.

*We know Obama was behind the coup.*

There was a ‘funeral-like’ feeling to Frank Biden’s statement to CBS News.

He suggested Joe Biden was terminally ill.

Frank Biden told CBS News that he wants Biden back to “enjoy whatever time we have left.”

“I’m incredibly proud of my brother. Selfishly I will have him back to enjoy whatever time we have left,” Frank Biden told CBS News.

Frank Biden was smeared as an “alcoholic” after he suggested Joe Biden was terminal.

The outrageous cover-up of Joe Biden’s decline

America’s media elites have been guilty of plenty of shocking ethical lapses in recent years. There was the Hunter Biden-laptop scandal in 2020, when liberal media wilfully ignored and flat-out censored a story that harmed Joe Biden, the presidential candidate they supported. There was their wilful refusal to cover the Covid lab-leak theory during the first couple of years of the pandemic. And of course, there was their non-stop coverage of the Russiagate conspiracy theory, during which they insisted for far too long that Trump’s 2016 victory was engineered by Moscow.

These were all significant failures. They undermined public trust in the media and they prevented people from knowing important truths.

But surely the most egregious of all the modern media’s many ethical failures is the years-long cover-up of President Biden’s obvious mental decline. After all, they enabled an enfeebled and unfit man to sit at the head of the most powerful government in the world, finger on the nuclear button.

All the world could see that Biden was a stumbling, non compos mentis geriatric. Yet the corporate media and the Democratic Party insisted he was cogent and robust. No matter how many videos we saw of him falling up the stairs, staring vacantly into space or asking where dead people are, the media just kept on insisting everything was tickety-boo. If anything, liberal journalists would counter, it was Donald Trump who was mentally unfit. It all amounted to a shameful betrayal of journalistic ethics and, indeed, the public.

So now that Biden and his family are damaged goods (and, according to some reports, broke), those who once covered for him are now attempting to rewrite history.

Indeed, two journalists who consistently swore to the public that Biden was sharp as a tack and raring to go now have books out. Both of which ‘reveal’, as if we didn’t already know, that Biden was actually quite forgetful.

The fact that Axios released the audio from the Biden-Hur interview suggests something disturbing

The big news from yesterday and today is that the tapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Joe Biden about unsecured classified documents in Biden’s garage became public. They showed a man who was obviously in the grips of senile dementia and who therefore had no business running anything, let alone the world’s most powerful country, one armed with nuclear weapons.

Since I already knew in 2020 that Biden was suffering from dementia, a progressive condition—and then I’d watched it progress for the next four years—the Hur tapes affirmed what I already knew. They weren’t news, indeed, to any conservatives. What has been newsworthy is watching the media try to explain away their failure to report on Biden’s mental state, going so far as to actively deny what anyone with a functioning brain could see.

Outside of the leftist bubble, the cover-up, not Biden’s dementia, has been the real news. And that gets me to something very peculiar about the release of the Hur interview tapes.

To appreciate my point, you need to go back…back…back in time.

The genesis of all this was the revelation in January 2023 that Biden had been storing in his open garage—without any attempt at protection—classified material that he either removed from the White House while he was Vice President or that he retained from his days as a Senator.

Either way, he had violated national security laws and ought to have been hauled off then and there. Only the president is above those laws. No one else is.

Well, that’s the theory. In fact, Democrats and their allies always get a pass or, as happened with Bradley Manning, the whackadoodle who stole government secrets because he thinks he’s a woman, a pardon.

Instead of handcuffs, Biden was subjected to gentle questioning by Special Counsel Hur. In February 2024, Hur released his report about Biden’s crimes. Ultimately, Hur pretty much pulled a James “8647” Comey. As you may recall, in July 2016, Comey gave a long press conference during which he detailed chapter and verse of Hillary Clinton intentionally bypassing national security protocols to run all of her emails while Secretary of State through an unsecured server in her bathroom. Then, he essentially added that she didn’t mean to do anything wrong, so no sane prosecutor would indict her…and Hillary walked.

Does the Release of the Hur Recordings Raise More Questions About the Autopen Signings?

In his four years in office, Joe Biden pardoned or granted clemency to more than 8,000 criminals, including his own son, four times more than Barack Obama (1,927), who was in office for eight years.

Republicans raised questions about Biden’s extensive reliance on the executive autopen to sign all those pardons and acts of clemency. Indeed, it would seem to be a non-issue. All presidents have used an autopen for official and unofficial business, so what’s the big deal?

Legal experts scoffed at that idea except in one unlikely instance. Kermit Roosevelt, constitutional law expert at the University of Pennsylvania, said, “If the president doesn’t know that something was done, then it’s not a valid official act.”

Did Biden fully understand that he was pardoning and granting clemency to these 8,000 people?

Rep. James Comer, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, issued a statement on Friday saying that his committee was going to revisit the autopen issue it raised during hearings last March. At that time, the Biden White House stonewalled Comer’s committee, refusing requests for documents and having aides testify.

“The American people deserve to know who was actually calling the shots in the Biden White House, because it wasn’t Joe Biden. His mental decline was obvious to anyone paying attention. But instead of being honest, the Biden Administration, Democrats in Congress, and the legacy media lied and covered it up. They gaslit the American people while propping up a man who was unfit to lead,” the statement said.

The release of Hur’s recorded interview with Joe Biden changes everything. It raises serious questions that Democrats can’t avoid: How impaired was Joe Biden? Did he fully understand the act of pardoning so many criminals?

Who was pulling the strings? Who was the puppetmaster?

Tom Homan: Biden-Released, Sex-Trafficked 14-Year-Old Migrant Child Rescued in Texas

White House Border Czar Tom Homan told the Republican National Lawyers Association that a 14-year-old unaccompanied alien child was discovered being sex trafficked by two adult males in Texas. During a speech on Friday, Homan says the rescue, conducted two days before, is just one example of what agents are finding in the search for unaccompanied alien children released by the Biden administration.

Homan made his remarks during the 2025 National Policy Conference in Washington, D.C., an annual event hosted by the Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA). During his remarks, Trump’s Border Czar described the difficult search for more than 500,000 unaccompanied children who were released into the United States during the Biden administration. According to Homan, 300,000 remain missing.

Homan told the attendees he firmly believes many of the unaccompanied alien children who were released into the United States are being used for forced labor. Of the several thousand Homan says the administration has located, Homan provided information regarding the 14-year-old child found living with two adult males in Texas, saying she is now receiving physical and mental health care from the Department of Homeland Security.

Homan did not identify the two adult male suspects implicated in the alleged sex trafficking of the 14-year-old unaccompanied alien child, nor did he provide other specifics of the criminal case facing the adult suspects. Homan told the crowd that the victimization of children takes its toll on agents, referring to personal experiences he endured during his career.

“Despite what the media says, we are not heartless, we care about these kids,” Homan told the attendees. “I’m a father, and the reason I’m so emotional and headstrong on this issue is because I dealt with dying children throughout my career.”

“I have held dying children,” Homan added.

The border czar described the task of locating the 300,000 unaccompanied alien children who remain missing, calling it one of the most challenging tasks the administration has embarked upon.

“Everyone in this room has a footprint. We can find you. You own a home, car, and pay bills, and we can find you,” Homan explained. “Children don’t have that footprint.”

Homan said the Department of Health and Human Services (HSS) ‘s lack of proper vetting during the Biden administration made locating the children more difficult. Many were not fingerprinted, and much of the identification information recorded during the release process wasn’t verified.

Disturbing Audio of Robert Hur’s Interview Showing Biden Repeatedly Struggling to Remember Names and Dates Released

Audio of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s 2023 interview with Joe Biden was released on Friday evening.

The portion of the audio released showed Biden repeatedly struggling to remember names and dates.

AUDIO courtesy of Axios.

Joe Biden’s lawyer came to the rescue as the prosecutor grilled him about why he kept a classified memo about Afghanistan.

At one point during the interview, Joe Biden went on and on about shooting a bow and arrow in Mongolia.

“The audio shows what the transcript lacks — Biden’s dry-whisper voice and the long silences as he struggles to speak and remember details. Those often were supplied by his attorneys, who acted as caretakers of his memory,” Axios reporter Alex Thompson said.

Biden stumbles over words, struggles with key memories — including year son Beau died — during Special Counsel Hur interview, leaked audio reveals

Former President Joe Biden rambled through an October 2023 interview with special counsel Robert Hur — repeatedly losing his train of thought and struggling to recall key details of his political and personal life, including when his son died, newly released audio of the sitdown shows.

“Well, um, I, I, I, I, I, I don’t know,” Biden, then 80, responded to one question about where he would store papers related to his post-vice presidential work at the Penn Biden Center, his memoir “Promise Me, Dad” and the Cancer Moonshot initiative.

Biden sat down with Hur and co-counsel Marc Krickbaum Oct. 8-9 as part of a probe ordered by then-Attorney General Merrick Garland into the 46th president’s unlawful retention of national security papers from his time as Barack Obama’s No. 2, as well as a senator from Delaware.

The Biden administration had refused to release the audio tapes of the interviews with Hur, which were obtained by Axios on Friday, arguing that they contained protected “law enforcement materials.”

Judicial Watch exposes Biden team pressure on Special Counsel Hur

Judicial Watch announced it received from the US Department of Justice in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit 49 pages of records detailing pressure asserted by Biden White House and Joe Biden’s personal lawyers on Special Counsel Robert Hur regarding the October 2023 interviews of  then-President Biden in the criminal investigation into his theft, retention, and disclosure of classified records. Non-disclosure agreements signed by the president’s lawyers are also included in the records.

Judicial Watch filed a July 2024 FOIA lawsuit against the Department of Justice for all communications about the Hur report with the Office of the White House Counsel and Biden’s personal lawyers (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:24-cv-02179)).

Judicial Watch has several ongoing FOIA lawsuits about Biden’s document scandals and the related unprecedented partisan prosecutorial and judicial abuses of former President Donald J. Trump.

In April 2025, Judicial Watch uncovered Justice Department records showing White House staffers suggesting edits to transcripts of President Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur regarding his handling of secret documents.

In February 2025, a federal court ordered the Department of Justice to declare whether it intends to continue denying Judicial Watch’s request for the full audio of former President Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur. The Trump Justice Department has until May 20, 2025, to report its position on the release of the videotape.

In June 2024, the Biden administration was forced to admit that the transcripts of audio recordings of Biden’s interviews with Special Counsel Hur had been altered and are not accurate.

The new records include an October 18, 2023, letter, just a few days after Hur’s interviews of Biden, from Special Counsel to the President Richard Sauber and Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer to Hur. They express concerns about the release of the report:

At our meeting last Friday, we requested that you provide an overview of where matters stand in this case, particularly any remaining questions or concerns we should address. We also asked for the opportunity to discuss your expected report to the Attorney General at the conclusion of the investigation, including time to review it prior to its submission to the Attorney General. You advised us that you were not prepared to engage with these requests at that time but would take them under consideration.

Moreover, to the extent that your report touches in any way upon procedures in this or prior administrations for the handling of sensitive national security information, your report will also be read with intense interest in every foreign capital. It could affect the national security interests of the United States in ways that none of us can anticipate.

An October 31, 2023, email from Sauber to the Special Counsel’s Office documents the repeated efforts by the Biden legal team to review the report before its release. The letter states:

In our October 18 letter to you, we asked to have the opportunity to review and comment on a draft of the “confidential” report that you are required to write under the Special Counsel regulations. We also noted that we would follow up on the subject of the Special Counsel’s “final report” requirement more broadly.

At a minimum, the report should adhere to the kind of product contemplated by the Special Counsel regulations. As discussed, in contrast to the detailed independent counsel reports setting forth a “full and complete” description of their work, the Special Counsel regulations contemplate only that the Special Counsel will “explain[] the prosecution or declination decisions.” … We support your faithful fulfillment of this requirement. But, consistent with the Department’s description of a “limited” and “summary” product, … , the report should be economical. It should include the factual information necessary to the charging decision, but facts or events that are not essential to the decision have no place….

In a December 15, 2023,  2023, letter Sauber and Bauer reiterate the request and also ask for access to the classification review of the materials found and the return of the records of a personal nature to Biden.

New Biden Decline Details Emerge: ‘Beginning in 2023…’

We are getting even more confirmation of, and details behind, the scandalous lies and attempted cover-up surrounding former President Joe Biden’s physical and cognitive decline.  I call it an ‘attempted’ cover-up because they were unable to truly hide it from anyone with eyes, ears, and basic powers of observation.  They engaged in intense gaslighting, smearing anyone who accurately described what they plainly noticed as ‘cheap fakers‘ and ‘misinformation’ purveyors.  Contra the insulting, self-serving current line from many Democrats and journalists, Biden’s troubles were not some well-kept secret that was corruptly withheld from them by a small circle of advisors and family members.  They could all see what the rest of us were seeing, in real time, based solely on the president’s public appearances.  They actively joined the attempted cover-up, in service of their political party’s grip on control.  The indignant ‘Country Over Party’ lecturers aggressively prioritized Party Over Country, insisting that a plainly deteriorating president could not only remain on the job for a few more months, but could serve for an additional four years.

They were mainlining their own political spin, conflating the interests of their tribe with the interests of the country.  This was textbook, hardcore partisanship.  Given the realities at play, it was also outrageous behavior, and an actual threat to the country.  We barely had a functioning president, and they were comfortable with lying to voters in the hopes of propping up some unconstitutional president-by-committee arrangement, for the sake of their power.  Democrats were all over television vouching for Biden’s wellness and capabilities.  The ‘news’ media instantly and dutifully parroted the newly-invented ‘cheap fake’ attack line from the White House within nanoseconds of its inception.  I’m sure those who were closest to POTUS had additional insights into the particulars about how bad things were getting behind the scenes, but the fundamental problem was glaringly apparent to millions of people who merely had access to videos of Biden doing things like walking and speaking — especially when it was already obvious how much they were limiting and restricting his public-facing events.

“He Totally F*cked Us” – Kamala Harris Aide Fingers Biden for Election Loss in New Book

A top Kamala Harris campaign aide has come out with a tell-all on what he thinks went wrong and caused Kamala Harris’ humiliating defeat in the 2024 election.

And it wasn’t her utter incompetence, apparent sobriety issues, cringeworthy behavior, or the destruction caused by the Biden-Harris administration over four years. Instead, it was all Biden’s fault.

We’re not defending Biden, but Kamala Harris was just a terrible candidate. The blame falls on the entire Democratic party for propping up a low-IQ, unelected DEI presidential nominee. Following a honeymoon period where the fake news media and Democrats propped her up, she flamed out when the American people realized just how bad she is.

David Plouffe, the former Harris aide, made the comments in an interview for CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios’ Alex Thompson’s upcoming book release, “Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again.” The book is set to be released on May 20.

“It’s all Biden,” Plouffe said. Plouffe further claims that Biden’s decision not to drop out earlier “totally f*cked us.”

Tapper, one of the biggest shills for Biden and his “sharp as a tack” mental state, is now seeking to profit with a sham exposé of the Democrats’ cover-up.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday on another excerpt from the book, which  details “Biden’s physical deterioration” and how Biden’s handlers considered putting him in a wheelchair. Biden’s physician, Kevin O’Connor, even worried that the continued stress on Biden or one more bad fall might kill him.
