Listen to Chuck Schumer’s Lame Excuse for Cowardly Democrats Not Attending Hearing on Biden’s Mental Decline

Senate Republicans held a hearing today on the cover-up of Biden’s mental decline and the Democrats simply didn’t show up. It’s pretty obvious why they wouldn’t want to talk about this but the American people are owed answers. A lot of them.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was asked about this by a reporter and he gave such a lame answer that it defies belief.

Schumer claimed that this is the sort of ‘coarseness’ that the American people don’t like and that it has nothing to do with Medicaid and feeding hungry children.

Does anyone remember any of those issues preventing Democrats from relentlessly pursuing Trump during his first administration when they impeached him? Twice?

Townhall reported:

Chuck Schumer’s Latest Deflection About the Biden Health Cover Up Is Beyond Absurd

Chuck Schumer has declared the Joe Biden mental health cover-up dead. There are more critical issues, like starving children in America. The theatrics with these people are boundless. Yes, children going hungry in America is a regrettable problem, inexcusable, but stop, Chuck—you people don’t care. There were starving kids, homeless veterans, and mothers unable to buy baby formula under Joe Biden, and you people did nothing. All Democrats did was lecture, dismiss voters’ concerns, and then have the gall to say they didn’t understand the economy or the immigration crisis.

Flashforward to 2024, Joe Biden is out, Kamala Harris got smoked, and the Democrats are in the wilderness. They’re in their worst shape in 50 years. They’ve lost working people, young voters, and immigrant citizens, the latter of which has swung 40 points toward the Republicans. Immigrant citizens are on the MAGA train—losing these core groups constitutes electoral death for Democrats. Oh, and their dip with Latinos is why Trump won the popular vote. We know the Electoral College is all that matters, but liberals love to tout that popular vote, which became ours in 2024.

The shocking date of Biden’s first use of the autopen exposed… and it’s earlier than previously known

During an explosive Republican-led hearing on Joe Biden‘s rapid decline over the course of his four-year presidency, shocking details emerged about the extensive use of an autopen by the former president.

One of the witnesses called by the Senate Judiciary committee was Theo Wold, currently a Visiting Fellow for Law and Technology Policy at The Heritage Foundation, a Washington, DC – based conservative think tank.

Wold is also a board member of the Oversight Project, an independent, nonprofit organization previously a part of Heritage.

The Oversight Project’s research discovered that the first time President Joe Biden used an autopen was five days into his presidency, Wold stated as part of his sworn testimony.

“The autopen is a device that signs the president’s signature to a document. The Oversight Project, of which I am a board member, has discovered that the Biden White House deployed an autopen to affix President Biden’s signature to pardons, prison commutations, executive orders, and presidential proclamations,’ Wold noted.

“The Oversight Project’s research has found that the Biden White House first deployed the autopen to affix President Biden’s signature to a proclamation on day five of his administration and that there were at least three different autopen signatures in use throughout president Biden’s tenure in the White House,’ Wold continued.

He added: ‘In June 2022, the Biden White House began deploying the autopen to sign clemency warrants and executive orders. Autopen use skyrocketed from there. We found that of the 51 clemency warrants issued during the Biden presidency, over half, 32 in total, were signed with an autopen.’

Another eyebrow-raising revelation Wold shared was that after a review of the president’s public schedule, and publicly available media, the Oversight Project was not able to find evidence of Biden ‘personally approving these actions, such as a statement.’

The $13 Billion Secret: How Obama’s DACA and Biden’s Open Borders Fund Cartels and Human Trafficking

Bottom Line Up Front: Immigration policies that create pathways to legalization, including programs like DACA, inadvertently signal that illegal entry can lead to permanent status, fueling a massive criminal enterprise that generates billions for cartels while subjecting migrants to exploitation and trafficking.

The data reveals that the U.S.-Mexico border has been transformed into a cartel-controlled profit center. Cartels and “coyotes” are reportedly earning around $13 billion a year by smuggling migrants across the United States/Mexico border, an amount that has soared from the 2018 number of just $500 million, representing a 2,500% increase in just five years.

This explosive growth coincides with Biden-era open border policies, expanded asylum processes and legalization programs that signal potential pathways to permanent status. 80 percent of unlawful border-crossers hire smugglers, according to a 2023 report by the Department of Homeland Security, demonstrating how thoroughly criminal organizations have monetized illegal immigration.

Border Patrol sector chiefs confirm unprecedented criminal control over migration routes. ‘Now nobody crosses without paying the cartels,’ testified Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin. Those who try to bypass the criminal networks face severe consequences, including beatings.

The financial incentives driving this criminal enterprise are enormous. Smuggling fees range from $2,000 to $40,000, with cartels taking a substantial cut at every stage. For most migrants, this represents years of savings, an investment they’d only make if they believed there was a real chance of staying in the U.S. If they thought they would be turned away at the border, jailed, or deported upon capture, they wouldn’t take the risk.

Many migrants go into debt or even enter into forms of indentured servitude to the cartels to cover the cost of being trafficked. This often results in exploitation, forced prostitution, and other abuses. It also fuels the ranks of street-level criminals distributing drugs for cartel-connected gangs inside the United States.

The promise of potential legalization has fueled a massive human trafficking pipeline. Smuggling migrants has become one of the top revenue streams, alongside drugs and extortion, for criminal organizations like Mexico’s Sinaloa and Jalisco cartels. Children are especially vulnerable in this system. One study estimates that nearly 60% of unaccompanied minors crossing the border are intercepted by cartels and forced into child pornography or drug trafficking.

The scale is staggering: during the Biden era (2021–2024), encounters of unaccompanied children at the U.S. border surged to 546,255. Trafficking children is not only profitable for the cartels, it is also incentivized by U.S. policies like DACA, which shield minors from deportation. These policies contribute to the liberal narrative that “families are being torn apart” when illegal immigrant parents are deported but choose to leave their U.S.-born “anchor babies” or DACA-protected children behind.

According to Pew Research (2024), roughly 4.4 million U.S.-born children under 18 live with an illegal immigrant parent. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program protects many who entered the country illegally as minors, offering legal protections and work authorization. Even the program’s name, “Dreamers”, sends a message of opportunity, reinforcing the belief that entering the U.S. illegally with children can eventually lead to legal status. As of March 31, 2024, there were over half a million active DACA recipients in the country.

Kash Patel Drops 2020 Election Interference Evidence Bombshell

FBI Director Kash Patel dropped a bombshell Monday evening, handing Congress an intelligence report that raises serious questions about China’s role in the 2020 election. According to the report, Chinese operatives mass-produced counterfeit U.S. driver’s licenses as part of a broader scheme to flood the system with fake mail-in ballots—benefiting… you guessed it… Joe Biden.

This wasn’t just foreign meddling—it was industrial-scale fraud, enabled by a broken mail-in voting system the Democrats have long been exploiting. The report confirms what many of us suspected all along: the integrity of the 2020 election wasn’t just compromised—it was hijacked.

According to officials who spoke to Just the News, the reports—flagging potential foreign interference in the lead-up to the 2020 election—were neither corroborated nor seriously investigated. In fact, they were quietly pulled back from intelligence agencies right around the time then-FBI Director Chris Wray told Congress there were “no known plots” of foreign meddling.

Convenient timing, isn’t it? While Trump was being accused of endangering democracy, the intelligence community was sitting on evidence that might have blown the lid off the election narrative—and they buried it.

The documents were handed over to Sen. Chuck Grassley, who had warned the FBI that the intel was being ignored—not investigated—even though there was clear evidence of fake licenses tied to foreign election interference.

“Thanks to the oversight work and partnership of Chairman Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency at the people’s Bureau,” Patel told Just the News. “To that end, we have located documents Chairman Grassley requested, which detail alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election. Specifically, these include allegations of plans from the CCP to manufacture fake driver’s licenses and ship them into the United States for the purpose of facilitating fraudulent mail-in ballots – allegations which, while substantiated, were abruptly recalled and never disclosed to the public.”

Documents Show Biden Admin Ginned Up FBI Investigations Of Law-Abiding Political Opponents

The Biden administration’s National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism was never about protecting Americans. It was about targeting them. From the day it was released, the strategy became a political weapon used against political opponents and anyone who dared to challenge government overreach.

Now, four years after this deeply troubling document, one thing is clear: President Trump must immediately rescind this unconstitutional abomination. The bureaucracy should not have the power to label law-abiding citizens as potential terrorists under vague and intentionally undefined terms such as “anti-government” and “anti-authority.”

This unprecedented strategy marked a shift in how the federal government views American citizens. Notice how it uses ambiguous terms as indicators of potential terrorism, yet it makes no mention of “anti-American sentiment.” That glaring omission says it all. The true purpose was to criminalize dissent against the government rather than protect the nation.

Recently declassified documents from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence show how the FBI and Department of Homeland Security “respond[ed] to incidents of concerning non-criminal behavior,” reinforcing concerns about the weaponized agencies opening probes on Americans who weren’t breaking the law.

The abuses of power were widespread. Consider who was targeted: parents who spoke at school board meetings, MAGA supporters, and Catholics who dared to hold traditional beliefs about the sanctity of life and the sexes, just to name a few. The FBI created threat tag systems to track these Americans and opened investigative files on citizens engaged in constitutionally protected activity.

These actions are unconstitutional and extend well beyond the statutory authority granted to these agencies by Congress. The National Strategy and the mechanisms laid out in the Strategic Implementation Plan operate in a legal gray area where bureaucrats act independently and use vague, undefined criteria to investigate and target Americans with little oversight or accountability.

This lack of oversight allowed millions of taxpayer dollars to be funneled to censorship initiatives such as Stanford’s Election Integrity Partnership, which collaborated with government agencies to flag and suppress online speech under the pretext of combating “misinformation.” Americans shouldn’t have to pay to have their own voices silenced, especially by a government that was created to protect our God-given liberties, not undermine them.

Today, as anti-ICE riots ravage Los Angeles, with vehicles burned, property vandalized, police attacked with rocks, and foreign flags waving in the streets, the same media, bureaucrats, and Democrat activists who once claimed concerned parents were domestic extremists are suddenly silent.

Now that Trump is back in office, their hypocrisy and hierarchy are on full display. The narrative of domestic extremism conveniently disappears as violence erupts from the political left. The very people who weaponized government power against peaceful Americans now look the other way as real political violence unfolds.

The National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism isn’t just an attack on one group of people. It’s an attack on our way of life and the core principles of our republic. The chilling effect is real, and the consequences are dangerous, cutting across the political spectrum. It breeds fear and self-censorship. If we are afraid to express our views or question those in power in a peaceful manner, tyranny is not far behind.

The president and Congress must reassert their authority against an out-of-control bureaucracy that has emerged as the fourth branch of government, unconstrained by constitutional checks. The president should immediately issue an executive order that revokes and dismantles Biden’s entire National Strategy framework. This would demonstrate Trump’s commitment to “drain the swamp.” Moreover, Trump should issue a directive to all federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies prohibiting the use of benign political or religious beliefs as criteria for investigations.

While Biden’s National Strategy itself is an executive policy document, Congress should immediately defund any program that brings the strategy to life. Congress controls the power of the purse and should eliminate all funding for related programs, including private-public censorship collaborations and any domestic terrorism initiatives that lack clear definitions. Federal efforts to outsource surveillance to third-party institutions and organizations should be abolished.

If we want a government that is accountable to the people it was created to serve, then Congress must rein it in. Our Founding Fathers warned about the dangers of an all-powerful centralized bureaucracy, and as President Ronald Reagan stated, “As government expands, liberty contracts.” It is long past time that so-called public servants are reminded that they exist to serve the public, not rule over them.

Trump blocked Biden-era plan to remove Snake River dams, and he may have prevented an eco-disaster

President Donald Trump issued a memorandum last week blocking an effort that was underway during the Biden-Harris administration to remove four hydroelectric dams in the Snake River.

Trump’s memorandum revokes a directive from the previous administration, which Trump described as an effort by “radical environmentalism” to raise the “equitable treatment for fish” above that of human flourishing.

“The negative impacts from these reckless acts, if completed, would be devastating for the region, and there would be no viable approach to replace the low-cost, baseload energy supplied,” Trump stated in the memo.

If the experiences of those in northern California living along the Klamath River are any indication, Trump is right that a dam-removal project on the Snake River would cause serious and lasting impacts.

Bad outcomes of dam removal in the past

Last year, four dams near the Klamath River near the Oregon-California border were removed, and people living in communities along the river tell Just the News that the sediment that flooded the river has turned the Klamath into a muddy waterway. While proponents of dam removal say it helps salmon populations, the Klamath River dam removal has decimated fish populations, ruined fishing tourism, and may impact agriculture.

The worst part, they say, is that all the problems were known long before the removals were carried out. Opponents of the project fought for years to stop it, but the environmentalists who supported the project had more resources and ultimately succeeded in getting what they wanted.

“We’re a rural community, and we had to have bake sales and auctions to raise money to fight this. And we just didn’t have the funding to be able to fight people coming from all over the globe, essentially, to make this happen,” Richard Marshall, a resident of Fort Jones, California, told Just the News

Afghan National Brought to US As a ‘Refugee’ by Biden Admin Pleads Guilty to Plotting Election Day Terror Attack in Oklahoma on Behalf of ISIS

A citizen of Afghanistan has pleaded guilty to federal charges that he was planning an election day terror attack in Oklahoma City.

Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, 27, pleaded guilty on Friday to conspiring and attempting to provide material support and resources to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization, and receiving, attempting to receive, and conspiring to receive firearms and ammunition in furtherance of a federal crime of terrorism.

Tawhedi was brought to the United States as a “refugee” in 2021 during the Biden administration’s chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

According to a press release from the Department of Justice, court documents state that “Tawhedi admitted that between June 2024 and October 2024 he conspired with at least one other individual to purchase two AK-47 rifles, 500 rounds of ammunition, and 10 magazines, with the intent to carry out a mass-casualty attack on or around Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024, on behalf of ISIS. According to a criminal complaint affidavit filed in the case, Tawhedi communicated with an ISIS facilitator about his plan to purchase firearms for use in the terror plot, including asking the individual whether 500 rounds of ammunition would be sufficient.”

“Tawhedi and his co-conspirator, Abdullah Haji Zada, were arrested on Oct. 7, 2024, after purchasing the firearms and ammunition from an undercover FBI employee,” the press release continued. “Zada, 18, pleaded guilty in April 2025 to the firearms offense in connection with his role in the terror plot and is awaiting sentencing. Zada, who was 17 at the time of his arrest, entered his guilty plea as an adult and will be sentenced as an adult.”

Tawhedi faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison for the material support charge and up to 15 years in prison for the firearms charge. Zada faces up to 15 years in federal prison.

Following any prison sentences, both conspirators “will be permanently removed from the United States and barred from reentry under stipulated judicial orders of removal to Afghanistan.”

“By pledging allegiance to ISIS and plotting an attack against innocent Americans on Election Day, this defendant endangered lives and gravely betrayed the nation that gave him refuge,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “Today’s guilty plea guarantees he will be held accountable, stripped of his immigration status, and permanently removed from the United States, and shows the Justice Department has zero tolerance for those who exploit our freedoms to spread violence.”

USSS Ordered Destruction Of White House Cocaine Day After Closing Case

Two years after the U.S. Secret Service discovered a bag of cocaine in the White House in July, 2023, documents showing orders for its destruction within 24 hours after the agency closed the case are raising new questions about the scrupulousness of the investigation.

A U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency document titled “Destruction” states that the bag of cocaine was sent to the Metropolitan Police Department for incineration. That document, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, doesn’t display a date for the destruction. But other internal Secret Service records show that the cocaine was tested by the Secret Service, the D.C. Fire Department hazmat technicians, and the FBI before being sent back to the Secret Service for storage on July 12. Two days later, it was transferred to the D.C. police department for destruction. The Secret Service shut down the cocaine investigation 11 days after discovering it.

The destruction of narcotics evidence must comply with environmental and safety regulations, and the D.C. police department has an Environmental Protection Agency-approved incinerator that federal agencies often use to destroy narcotics that are not involved in active legal cases.

D.C. police officials referred all questions about the cocaine’s apparent destruction to the FBI. There’s no entry or date for the cocaine’s actual destruction.

Early last week, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced that he was re-opening the investigation into the cocaine found in the White House, as well as the leak of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade and the discovery of a pipe bomb at the Democratic National Committee headquarters on Jan. 6, 2021.

Bongino reiterated his commitment to getting to the bottom of those cases in a Wednesday night interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity.

“Well, I get a kick out of it on social media,” Bongino said. “People say, ‘This case isn’t a big deal. I don’t care.’ Well, I care. … You don’t care that a [potentially] hazardous substance made its way into the White House? We didn’t know what it was, and we don’t seem to have answers? Well, we’re going to get them. I’ve got a great team on it.”

While the cocaine bag found in the White House appears to have been destroyed, internal Secret Service documents show that the agency retained and stored a second piece of evidence, an envelope of three tubes of DNA that the FBI attained from the plastic bag of cocaine. It’s unclear how much DNA those tubes contain, though the Secret Service has stood by its statements that the FBI found insufficient DNA to pursue any investigative leads.

When the Secret Service closed its investigation into who left the cocaine in the White House on July 13,  the agency issued a statement explaining its decision. Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi asserted that camera surveillance footage didn’t provide any “investigative leads or any other means for investigators to identify who may have deposited” the cocaine in the White House, adding that FBI laboratory results “did not develop latent fingerprints and insufficient evidence was present for investigative comparisons.”

But neither the FBI nor the Secret Service has publicly released the FBI laboratory results, and DNA experts say the only fool-proof way to demonstrate whether sufficient DNA existed on the baggie now to run against hits in national and state criminal DNA databases is to test it again.

The only way to really tell, is to test it again and see what happens,” Gary Clayton Harmor, chief forensic DNA analyst at the Serological Research Institute in Richmond, California, told RCP. “Some labs will test anything, and others are more reluctant if they think it’s not a good enough sample to [test against national DNA databases]. The FBI, knowing them, they’re probably very conservative, and it may be that they said, ‘Nope, there’s not enough here to do anything meaningful with.’ It really depends on who’s doing the testing and how they did it.”

The 5 Worst Green Energy Projects Funded by Biden

Despite the Department of Government Efficiency’s failures to cut spending and the president’s support for a bill that will add $2.4 trillion to the federal deficit over the next 10 years, some wasteful government projects have been cut under the Trump administration.

Energy Secretary Chris Wright recently canceled 24 grants approved by the Energy Department under former President Joe Biden. The action netted over $3 billion in savings. Earlier in May, Wright axed an additional $7 billion of green energy loans approved by Biden.

Unfortunately for taxpayers, the savings that Wright has identified are only a drop in the bucket of the wasteful spending that the Biden Energy Department approved. Here are five of the most egregious examples:

1. $10 Billion for Ford’s Electric Vehicle Push and Eminent Domain Abuses

In December 2024, the Energy Department’s Loan Programs Office (LPO) closed a $9.63 billion direct loan to BlueOval SK LLC, a joint venture between Ford and South Korean conglomerate SK On. The loan was approved to fund “the construction of three manufacturing plants, to produce batteries for Ford Motor Company’s future Ford and Lincoln electric vehicles [E.V.s],” according to the award announcement.

BlueOval has begun or completed construction for these facilities—one in western Tennessee called BlueOval City—and two in Hardin County, Kentucky, known as Kentucky 1 and 2.

In addition to allocating millions of dollars in tax credits for the rights to house BlueOval City, the Tennessee Legislature also created the Megasite Authority of West Tennessee, reports Reason‘s Joe Lancaster. The board was granted the authority to execute contracts on behalf of development, which includes the power to seize private property through eminent domain. In most cases, the board lowballed local property owners, including Ray Jones, who was offered “a measly $8,165” for his acre of land, even though the going rate was $200,000 per acre. There is no set date for when the plant will open.

Kentucky 1 has faced numerous occupational safety and health complaints from its workers. A review from The Courier-Journal found “dozens of workplace injuries; hospitalizations related to respiratory issues; unshakeable mold contamination; a bat-infested training facility; blocked emergency exit doors; and chemical exposure risks.” The state has opened investigations into the plant, which is scheduled to begin production later this year. Kentucky 2’s opening has been indefinitely delayed. Michael Adams, CEO of BlueOval SK, recently told WDRB, that the plant’s opening date will be a market decision, but “the market is telling us that Kentucky 2 is not ready.”

2. Facility Upgrades for ExxonMobil

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law passed in 2021 created a new office within the Energy Department called the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED), whose goal is to finance first-of-a-kind clean energy projects through private-public partnerships. One of the largest beneficiaries of the program has been Exxon Mobil.

The oil major was awarded a $332 million grant from OCED to “enable the use of hydrogen in place of natural gas” at a textile and plastics facility in Baytown, Texas. At the time of the announcement, the Biden administration said the project would prevent 2.7 million metric tons of carbon emissions per year. While an interesting technology, the project did not need taxpayer support. In the same year that Exxon received this disbursement (2024), the company reported annual earnings of $33.7 billion. The project’s funding was canceled on May 30 by Wright.

3. Reducing the Carbon Footprint of Ketchup

No industry was spared from corporate welfare under the Biden administration, including condiments. In October 2024, Kraft Heinz was awarded a grant of up to $170.9 million from OCED. The award was intended to fund energy efficiency upgrades, the installation of heat pumps and electric boilers, and renewable energy technologies at 10 of the company’s facilities.

The grant was also rescinded on May 30. Kraft Heinz says it will continue to invest in upgrading 30 of its manufacturing facilities and will invest $3 billion over the next five years “to modernize” its domestic supply chain infrastructure.

Jill Biden’s ‘Work Husband’ and Co-Conspirator Revealed

Anthony Bernal, dubbed as Jill Biden’s “work husband,” played a crucial yet covert role in shielding the public from Joe Biden’s cognitive issues. Insiders have likened Bernal to the Wizard of Oz, a figure of “enormous power” operating behind the scenes. According to reports, Bernal has been by Jill’s side since the 2008 Obama-Biden campaign, known for his relentless loyalty and intimidating presence.

In a video released by Project Veritas, former Democratic National Committee chair David Hogg described Bernal as having “enormous power,” while others compared him to a hidden puppet master. Former Biden staffer Deterrian Jones remarked, “That was like an open secret. I would avoid him, he was scary.” The mysterious figure of Bernal was said to be so influential that many within the White House feared him.

According to Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s book, *Original Sin*, Bernal was pivotal in the secretive “Politburo” that managed the Biden presidency. He was close to the Biden family during crucial times, including the peculiar “basement campaign” in 2020. When things began to unravel last summer, Bernal was one of the few non-family members to remain by their side.

Jill Biden and Bernal worked hand in glove, identifying “heretics” and monitoring who was loyal or opposed to them, the book details. Bernal’s unwavering dedication to the Bidens, combined with his ruthless demeanor toward perceived adversaries, made him an unpopular figure within the White House. “He would not be welcome at my funeral,” one aide candidly mentioned in Tapper and Thompson’s book.

Despite Jill’s insistence on being addressed as “Dr. Biden” by others, she allowed Bernal the privilege of first-name familiarity. His open identity as a gay man afforded him a unique level of intimacy with the former First Lady. Bernal offered candid opinions on Jill’s appearance as they crafted her public image, frequently highlighted by outlets like *Vogue*.

Even after Joe Biden’s presidency faced criticism during a key debate, Jill maintained her glamorous persona with Bernal’s help. Following the debate, Jill told *Vogue*, “We will continue to fight,” emphasizing that they wouldn’t let those 90 minutes define the presidency’s four years. This defiant stance came despite growing scrutiny over the administration’s performance.

Now, with the Bidens no longer in the White House, Jill faces increasing pressure to disclose what she knew about her husband’s health. The revelation of Joe Biden’s advanced prostate cancer diagnosis has only intensified calls for transparency. “Frankly, the former first lady should certainly speak up about what she saw in regards to her husband and when she saw it, and what she knew,” said White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt in a May 29 briefing.
