Prince Andrew gives up royal title with King Charles’ support

Prince Andrew has relinquished his royal title.

“In discussion with The King, and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family,” a statement released by the royal, and obtained by Fox News Digital, read. “I have decided, as I always have, to put my duty to my family and country first. I stand by my decision five years ago to stand back from public life.”

“With His Majesty’s agreement, we feel I must now go a step further,” the statement continued. “I will therefore no longer use my title or the honours which have been conferred upon me. As I have said previously, I vigorously deny the accusations against me.”

Judicial Watch Sues CIA for Jeffrey Epstein Records

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for records involving any role Jeffrey Epstein might have played in connection with the agency, his business dealings, travel, victim or witness information, and records concerning his death (Judicial Watch Inc. v. Central Intelligence Agency (No. 1:25-cv-03618)).

Judicial Watch filed the suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after the CIA failed to respond to a July 9, 2025, FOIA request for:

  • Intelligence activities and connections, including any records indicating whether Epstein was ever an asset for any U.S. or foreign intelligence agency and/or reports analyzing his potential connections to foreign intelligence services.
  • Financial and business activities, including analyses concerning Epstein’s wealth accumulation, estimated at approximately $560 million at the time of his 2019 arrest.
  • Associations and networks, including records documenting Epstein’s interactions with high-profile executives, royalty, or other prominent figures, where such interactions were of interest to the CIA due to national security concerns. Also, records about his so-called “Black Book” or contact lists, as well as his properties that may have been referenced in CIA reports.
  • Criminal investigations and legal proceedings, including records about coordination with other federal agencies, such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Justice (DOJ), or U.S. Marshals Service, regarding Epstein’s criminal activities. Also, records about his death in 2019 at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York.
  • Surveillance and evidence collection.
  • Foreign connections and travel.
  • Victim and witness information.

In May 2023, Epstein was reported to have met “dozens of times” with former Israel Prime Minister Ehud Barak between 2013-2017. Epstein reportedly donated $110,000 to former U.S. Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers wife’s online poetry project in 2016 and held meetings with many other high profile individuals “long after he was a registered sex offender. He had pleaded guilty in 2008 to soliciting and procuring a minor for prostitution.”

Attorney General Pamela Bondi released a long-awaitedtrove of documents related to Epstein in February 2025, but “the much-hyped, roughly 200-page document dump provided no big revelations, instead listing celebrities and politicians who were already known to have palled around with the notorious pedophile.”

Bank of America, BNY sued over alleged ties to Jeffrey Epstein

A woman who says Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused her at least 100 times is suing Bank of America and Bank of New York Mellon over their alleged ties to the convicted predator, accusing the banks of maintaining relationships with him and failing to report suspicious activities until after his 2019 death.

The class-action lawsuits, filed in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday on behalf of a Jane Doe and other alleged Epstein survivors, claim the sicko couldn’t have run his trafficking operation without special treatment from banks including the defendants.

The complaint against Bank of America, the second biggest bank in the US, graphically describes the sexual violence Epstein allegedly inflicted on the plaintiff.

“From 2011 through 2019, Epstein sexually abused Jane Doe on at least 100 occasions, including but not limited to, forcibly touching her, forcibly raping her, and forcing her to engage in sexual acts with other women for his own depraved sexual gratification,” the lawsuit stated.

The document also cites previous reports to illustrate the scale of the sicko’s alleged crimes, noting that “Epstein had been sexually abusing three to four young females per day.”

King Charles Scrambling To Deal With Latest Prince Andrew-Jeffrey Epstein Scandal, as the Pressure Mounts To Strip His Younger Brother of All His Titles

Another day, another ‘Randy Andy’ scandal – but this one is worse.

The Royal Family has been left “exasperated” by the latest revelations to emerge regarding Prince Andrew, as documents demonstrate that he lied to the British people during his BBC ‘train-crash’ interview.

Leaked emails show Andrew told Epstein that they were ‘in this together’ – this was a day after the day after the ‘silver bullet’ picture of him with Virginia Giuffre was published.

Furthermore, the Duke of York manifests his intention to reconnect with the disgraced financier, saying ‘keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!’

GB News reported:

“The Duke of York had previously said he severed all communication with the convicted financier in December 2010. However, newly leaked correspondence appeared to show the Duke writing to Epstein on February 28, 2011.

In the message, Prince Andrew stated they were ‘in this together’ and would need to ‘rise above it’, suggesting ongoing contact between the pair.”

“Royal Family insiders have stated that there is frustration at the lack of further sanctions they can apply to the Duke of York.

An aide told The Sun: ‘There is exasperation and frustration at new revelations and that there is nothing much more that can be done. Everything that can be done has been’.”

Bill and Hillary Clinton Postpone Depositions in House Oversight Committee’s Jeffrey Epstein Probe

Are Bill and Hillary dodging their depositions?

We have been closely following the House Oversight Committee review of the prosecutions of late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his incarcerated accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

Some of the most high-profile figures to be deposed are the Democrat power couple Bill and Hillary Clinton.

But when this will happen is still to be decided.

The former President and the former Secretary of State have both pushed back their deposition dates for the Committee’s investigation.

New York Post reported:

“Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been expected to testify before the panel last week on Oct. 9 — but did not appear — and former President Bill Clinton was slated to be grilled on his ties to Epstein on Tuesday.

But an Oversight Committee spokesperson told The Post Monday that the panel is ‘having conversations with the Clintons’ attorney to accommodate their schedules’.”

“The Clintons were subpoenaed in early August by Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) as part of the panel’s review of the federal government’s probe into Epstein and his convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

‘Everybody in America wants to know what went on in Epstein Island, and we’ve all heard reports that Bill Clinton was a frequent visitor there, so he’s a prime suspect to be deposed by the House Oversight Committee’, Comer said of the former president’s subpoena during an interview with Newsmax in August.”

‘WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER’: A Day After His Photo With Victim Virginia Giuffre Surfaced, Prince Andrew Wrote Email to Jeffrey Epstein Saying They Would ‘Play Some More Soon’

Barely a week goes by without a new Epstein-linked revelation hurting even more of Andrew’s battered reputation.

On February 27, 2011, the British paper Mail on Sunday published the infamous picture of Prince Andrew with late Jeffrey Epstein’s victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre and Ghislaine Maxwell in her Belgravia home in London.

A day later, Andrew secretly wrote pedophile Epstein ‘we are in this together, according to a previously unreleased bombshell email.

Daily Mail reported:

“In the astonishing message, Andrew said he was ‘concerned’ about the impact this newspaper’s revelations would have on his friend, but reassured the vile billionaire that the pair would ‘rise above’ press scrutiny.”

This message was sent to Epstein three months after Andrew alleged to have ceased all contact with the convicted sex offender.

“The leaked email provides definitive proof that the Duke lied in his interview with BBC’s Newsnight when he claimed he ‘never had any contact’ with Epstein after the pair were famously pictured walking together in New York’s Central Park in December 2010.”

The damaging email has generated further pressure on the Windsor Royal Family to sever all ties with Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.

“’I’m just as concerned for you! Don’t worry about me! It would seem we are in this together and will have to rise above it. Otherwise keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!’”

In his ‘train-wreck’ BBC Newsnight interview in 2019, Andrew also suggested the picture with Giuffre was a ‘crude forgery’ but in his email sent a day after the release of the photograph, the Duke did not question its authenticity.

Prince Andrew could be banned from shooting on royal estates after bombshell email contradicted his claim to have cut off Jeffrey Epstein

Prince Andrew could be banned from fun activities such as shooting on royal estates after a bombshell email contradicted his claim to have cut off all contact with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein

As calls mounted for Andrew to be stripped of his title of Duke of York, royal insiders revealed that stopping the exclusive gatherings was one option being considered.

It comes after the Mail on Sunday revealed a deeply damaging message he sent to the US financier telling him ‘we are in this together’ a day after the paper first published the notorious picture of the Duke with his alleged teenage sex victim.

Andrew told Epstein in February 2011 he was ‘concerned’ about the impact the revelations would have on his friend, but reassured the vile billionaire that the pair would ‘rise above’ press scrutiny.

It finally disproves the Duke’s claim in his now-infamous interview with BBC‘s Newsnight that he ‘never had any contact’ with Epstein after the pair were pictured walking together in New York’s Central Park in December 2010.

Just last month the MoS exposed how the Duchess of York wrote Epstein a gushing message calling him her ‘supreme friend’ – despite telling journalists she would never have anything to do with him again.

The furore has once again raised questions about Andrew’s role and lifestyle after he was stripped of his royal duties and use of his HRH title by the late Queen.

Now sources have told the Daily Mail that one option being considered is to stop him from hosting shooting parties on royal estates.

Andrew was pictured hosting one at Windsor in January 2024 – days after humiliating new court documents relating to Epstein reportedly caused the Duke to ‘lock himself away in a room’.

He continues to live at his 30-room Royal Lodge mansion there despite repeated calls for him to be removed.

However it is understood that the Duke and Duchess of York will not be welcome at the Royal Family’s Christmas celebrations at Sandringham.

A YouGov poll over the summer found two-thirds of people favoured stripping Andrew of his remaining titles.

However a private members’ bill proposed by York Central MP Rachael Maskell to give the Monarch the powers to do so ran out of time before the general election.

Yesterday the Labour backbencher renewed her call for the link between the city and the disgraced Duke to be severed.

‘The tragedy is that victims and survivors suffer every day and every time new revelations are made about this horrendous web of abuse and those associated with Mr Epstein,’ Ms Maskell told the Daily Mail.

‘Honesty and candour seems to be absent in so many people’s accounts, furthering the trauma of those who have suffered.

New Docs Show Leftist Tony Blair Met With Late Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein While UK Prime Minister, After Lobbying by ‘Supreme Friend’ Peter Mandelson

Blair enters the Epstein controversy.

After the firing of Lord Peter Mandelson as US ambassador, the wall of silence imposed by the British authorities on Jeffrey Epstein’s documents has started to collapse.

The National Archives has just complied with a Freedom of Information request, with intriguing revelations.

It arises that Leftist Labour icon Sir Tony Blair met with Jeffrey Epstein in Downing Street while he was still prime minister, following diligent lobbying by Mandelson.

BBC reported:

“A memo written by senior civil servant Matthew Rycroft, dated 14 May 2002, briefs Sir Tony about “super-rich” financial adviser Epstein ahead of a meeting scheduled at 17.00 GMT that day.”

The Downing Street meeting happened in 2002, six years before Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor in Florida.

“Emails seen by BBC News show Lord Mandelson pushed for the meeting, telling Sir Tony’s chief of staff Jonathan Powell that Epstein was ‘a friend of mine’ who ex-US President Bill Clinton hoped to introduce to the PM.”

‘Epstein bomb set to drop — nobody wants to defend Trump’: 100 GOP Reps to mutiny, congressman warns

A Democratic congressman claimed that a staggering number of his GOP colleagues are ready to defy Donald Trump over the release of the Epstein files because they don’t want ‘to defend a pedo-protector.’

California Rep. Eric Swalwell said on Wednesday he had discussed the issue with ‘a lot of House Republicans’ and that their efforts to stop a vote to release the full documents are ‘fading.’

‘It’s coming to an end guys. I’ve spoken to a lot of House Republicans this week and they’ve confided that Trump’s movement/support is fading,’ Swalwell wrote on X.

‘As one told me, “this Epstein bomb is about to drop and no want [sic] wants to defend a pedo-protector. It’s just a matter of time.”‘

Swalwell then claimed in a follow-up post: ‘One Republican just texted me that if there’s a discharge vote on Epstein they expect a “jail break” of over 100 members. Trump will go nuts!’

Republican Rep. Thomas Massie said on Sunday that he has the 218 signatures required for the vote. A discharge petition allows lawmakers to circumvent party leaders to force a vote.

Some of Swalwell’s critics were quick to seize on the fact that congressman did not specify which Republicans he claimed to have spoken to and accused him of making the whole thing up.

The Democrat’s statement came as the government shutdown stretched into an eighth day Wednesday, with Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson keeping the chamber in recess during the funding the stalemate.

The break has prevented the House from moving forward with the petition, leading Swalwell, Massie and others to accuse Johnson of stalling to avoid a vote.

Arizona Democratic Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva, whose signature on the petition would tip the scales in favor of releasing the files, is waiting to be sworn into office as the recess drags on.

On Tuesday, Johnson denied that he is holding up Grijalva’s swearing-in to keep her from casting the decisive vote.

‘It has nothing to do with that at all,’ he said. ‘We will swear her in when everybody gets back.’

MAGA loyalist Marjorie Taylor Greene, one of four House Republicans to join Democrats in signing the petition, said she has never felt more heat on an issue.

‘My signature is on that discharge petition, and there has not been another issue where I have ever received more pressure than that one, and I’m pretty much shocked by it,’ Greene told NewsNation.

‘I can’t imagine — I’ve never understood how this is an issue.’

She added: ‘I think when it comes to women being raped, especially when they were 14 years old, that’s pretty black and white.’

Former FBI Director Comey won’t testify in GOP’s Epstein investigation

Former FBI Director James Comey will not be testifying in the House GOP’s investigation into disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Comey was going to be deposed on Tuesday for the investigation, but House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revoked the subpoena for Comey, according to The Hill newspaper.

Comey had written a letter to Comer earlier this month that said he had no information that would be relevant to the investigation.

“I offer this letter in lieu of a deposition that would unproductively consume the Committee’s scarce time and resources,” the letter reads.

The Oversight Committee has also subpoenaed former Democratic President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to testify.

Epstein died in prison in August 2019 as he was waiting for a trial on sex trafficking charges of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. He pleaded guilty to similar state-level charges in Florida in 2008.

Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking and other charges in connection with helping traffic minors to Epstein.
