Canadian School District Cancels Speech by ISIS Rape Survivor, Nobel Winner Due to ‘Islamophobia’ Fears

A woman who lived through kidnapping and sexual slavery at the hands of ISIS had an event cancelled by a Canadian school board due to fears of “Islamophobia.”

Twenty-eight-year-old Nadia Murad was scheduled to visit with students from 600 different schools to speak about her upcoming book, “The Last Girl: My Story Of Captivity,” which documents the horrific treatment she suffered from ISIS but was told by the Toronto School District that her event could not be held because it could “foster Islamophobia”, according to the Telegraph.

The decision to cancel the event was made by Toronto School Board Superintendent Helen Fisher, who argued that the book could be viewed as offensive to Muslims. The Toronto District School Board is Canada’s largest, and the fourth largest in North America.

Murad’s book tells how she escaped the Islamic State after being taken from her home and sold into sexual slavery where she was raped and tortured at the age of 14.

Walmart store bakes man an ISIS cake after refusing to ice Confederate flag design

Walmart has been forced to apologize after it apparently agreed to bake an ISIS-themed cake for a Louisiana customer – just a day after refusing to create a Confederate battle flag cake for him.

Chuck Netzhammer submitted a request for a cake featuring a photo of the Confederate flag, with the slogan ‘Heritage Not Hate’ printed across it, to his local Walmart store in Slidell on Thursday.

The store reportedly denied his request, which was made just a week after the Charleston, South Carolina, church massacre. Bakery staff wrote ‘cannot do cake’ on Netzhammer’s submission.

The following day, Netzhammer handed in a second cake request – this time, for a baked creation featuring an iced version of the Islamic State’s black and white flag – to test the store’s convictions.

Incredibly, Walmart reportedly baked and iced the terror group-themed cake.

On Friday, Netzhammer took to YouTube to express his disbelief at the store’s actions.

Instagram Bans QAnon Accounts, But Refuses to Remove ISIS Accounts Celebrating 9/11

Facebook-owned Instagram has announced that will ban all QAnon accounts, including ones that don’t promote violence, while refusing to remove ISIS propaganda accounts that celebrate 9/11 under the justification that “people may express themselves differently.”

In an update to its policy announced yesterday, Facebook said that it was moving beyond a measure taken back in August that removed QAnon accounts which contained “discussions of potential violence.”

“We’ve seen other QAnon content tied to different forms of real world harm, including recent claims that the west coast wildfires were started by certain groups, which diverted attention of local officials from fighting the fires,” said the social media giant.

Facebook specified that it would “remove any Facebook Pages, Groups and Instagram accounts representing QAnon, even if they contain no violent content.”

Many pointed out the hypocrisy of Antifa accounts still being allowed on the platform despite the movement’s involvement in numerous violent riots over the last six months.
