Illinois Police Department REHIRES Illegal Alien Who Overstayed Visa

Hanover Park Police Department announced on Tuesday that it rehired an illegal alien who overstayed his visa.

In October, ICE agents arrested an alleged illegal alien from Montenegro who was a sworn police officer in Hanover Park, Illinois.

“Congratulations, Officer Bojovic! Join us in congratulating Officer Bojovic, who graduated today (August 22, 2025) from the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA),” the Hanover Police Department said in a Facebook post on August 22.

“He now begins an intensive 15 weeks of field training and evaluation as he continues preparing to serve the Hanover Park community,” they said.

A couple months later, ICE Agents arrested Bojovic.

Bojovic reportedly entered the US in 2015 and overstayed his visa.

“Radule Bojovic violated our nation’s laws and was living ILLEGALLY in the United States for 10 years—what kind of police department gives criminal illegal aliens badges and guns? It’s a felony for aliens to even possess a firearm.

“A law enforcement officer who is actively breaking the law,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin in a previous statement to CNN,” she said.

Hanover Police announced they rehired Bojovic.

Bojovic is now an armed police officer after an immigration judge granted him a $2,500 immigration bond two weeks after he was detained.

“Given that his bond was not contested and he remains authorized to work by the federal government, the Hanover Park Police Department determined that he may return to work,” Hanover Park police said.

“The bottom line is that all information we received from the federal government indicated that Officer Bojovic is legally authorized to work in the United States as a police officer,” the police said.

“Clearly, without that authorization, the Village would not have hired him. Additionally, the Village has not received any notice from any federal or state agency that his work authorization status has ever been revoked,” police added.

Guess What This IL College Will Do to Students Who Follow Federal Law

This seems like a straight-up violation of the First Amendment and obstruction of federal laws.

The College of DuPage in Illinois is warning students that they will be punished if they report illegal alien students to authorities.

Here’s the highlighted portions of the text:

Will COD Police help ICE officers to apprehend and remove individuals from campus?

No, Illinois law prohibits COD Police from assisting federal agents in immigration enforcement. COD Police do not ask about immigration status, nor will they make arrests based solely on immigration status

Can a student be disciplined for calling immigration authorities on another student?

Yes, calling immigration authorities on another student could violate the COD Student Code of Conduct if the action is done with the intent to harass, discriminate, or retaliate against the other student.

The Department of Education and ICE might want to look into the College of DuPage for interfering with federal law enforcement. Blocking the school from receiving federal financial aid and tax dollars would be a great punishment for this blatant abuse.

INSANITY IN ILLINOIS: Oak Lawn to PAY $825,000 to Armed Suspect Hadi Abuatelah Who Fled Police During Arrest

The small Chicago suburb of Oak Lawn has agreed to pay a massive $825,000 settlement to a convicted suspect, Hadi Abuatelah, who fled from police after a traffic stop, ran from officers, and was carrying a loaded firearm.

The incident took place in July 2022 when Oak Lawn police initiated a traffic stop after reportedly smelling marijuana coming from Abuatelah’s vehicle.

When Abuatelah, then 17, bolted from the car, officers chased him and subdued him after a foot pursuit, and when they caught him, they found a loaded pistol in his bag.

During the arrest, body-cam video shows officers punching the teen repeatedly, including more than ten blows to the head and face, while restraining him on the ground.

The teen was hospitalized for six days with a broken nose, skull and pelvic fractures, brain swelling, and other serious injuries.

Nearly 550 truck drivers cited for not understanding English in Illinois YTD

The number of English language proficiency violations for commercial drivers in Illinois year-to-date has nearly eclipsed last year’s totals with nearly 1 in 5 having CDL’s coming from the state of Illinois.

Since guidance was incorporated into the North American Standard Out-of-Service criteria in June, Illinois State Police tell The Center Square that 221 citations were issued for violating English Language Proficiency assessments.

A spokesperson said “every ISP officer conducting a commercial motor vehicle inspection initiates the inspection in English. If there is an indication the driver may not understand the inspector’s instructions, the inspector then conducts an English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment.”

Year to date, about 550 drivers were cited for not understanding English. That’s just shy of totals for all of 2024. In 2023, there were 385. So far this year, 18% of those citations are given to in-state CDL holders.

“The vast majority of citations are given to out-of-state CDL holders,” the ISP spokesperson said.

State Rep. Adam Niemerg, R-Dieterich, reacted to nearly 1 in 5 citations going to Illinois CDL holders.

“So we need to solve the problem in the state of Illinois, the federal government, other states need to solve the problem within their states,” Niemerg told The Center Square. “But it really does scare me.”

ISP said it could not accommodate The Center Square’s request to ride along with an enforcement officer to observe the frequency of such citations.

Illinois Will Revisit Hemp Regulation Debate Amid New Federal Ban On THC Products, Governor Says

Tucked into the spending legislation approved by Congress this week was a provision banning the sale of intoxicating hemp products—a move that could upend an industry with annual sales now into the billions.

Hemp was federally legalized under the 2018 Farm Bill, which defined it as a plant with less than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC. But the law didn’t account for total THC or other cannabinoids, creating a loophole that allowed companies to use compounds like delta-8 to make products with marijuana-like intoxicating effects. As a result, hemp-derived intoxicants have proliferated in gas stations, corner stores and other places with little to no regulation.

An amendment seeking to remove the language from the larger bill, proposed by Sen. Rand Paul, R-Kentucky, was rejected in a 76-24 vote. Sens. Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) voted with the majority.

Durbin said the hemp language was proposed by Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky.

“Throughout my career, I’ve tried my best to protect children,” Durbin said. “He asked for further regulation of the industry to make sure their products being sold at service stations and such weren’t dangerous to kids. That’s not too much to ask. I supported his position.”

Though he opposed the bill on the whole, the hemp provision hands Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) an indirect political win. The governor earlier this year pushed in vain for legislation that would have limited the sale of delta-8 and other hemp-derived intoxicants to state-licensed cannabis dispensaries. But House Speaker Chris Welch, D-Hillside, did not call it for a vote, claiming it did not have the support of 60 House Democrats.

“In the absence of action in Springfield, Governor Pritzker supports policies to protect people, including children, from being misinformed or harmed by these products,” a Pritzker spokesperson said.

Illinois Law Would Shield Illegals From Arrest, Allow Them to Sue Agents Who Arrest Them

Far-left Democrats in the Illinois General Assembly have passed a bill that will provide sanctuary to illegal aliens in courthouses and give them a right to sue the federal agents who arrest them.

Hate-Trump Governor J.B. Pritzker, who believes federal immigration and other agents are “Gestapo” stormtroopers and vows to prosecute them, will almost certainly sign the bill as soon as it hits his desk.

The federal Justice Department will likely sue to overturn the bill under the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause, an action that might go nowhere. A federal judge appointed by President Joe Biden dismissed the department’s lawsuit to overturn Chicago’s and Illinois’ sanctuary statutes.

The law will shield illegal-alien sex fiends and murderers from arrest and deportation.

The Bill

The law is an amendment attached to a bill, of all things, for a POW-MIA recognition day.

It includes several provisions to help illegals escape deportation, as Capitol News Illinois reported:

Under the bill, civil immigration arrests would be barred inside state courthouses and within a 1,000-foot buffer zone outside of the buildings. Though there had long been a de facto understanding that such were off-limits for immigration enforcement, they have increasingly been the site of apprehensions over the past year. Those who violate the act would face statutory damages of $10,000.

The bill also allows Illinois residents to sue immigration agents for violating their constitutional rights. They would be able to collect punitive damages, which can be increased if the agents are wearing a mask, concealing their identity, failing to wear a body camera or using a vehicle with a non-Illinois or obscured license plate.

In other words, legislators hope to endanger the lives of federal agents by forcing them to reveal their identity, which illegal-alien gangs and their supporters could use to harass, assault, or murder the agents or their families. Federal prosecutors have charged two men who solicited the murder of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, one of them in Chicago. As well, as The New American reported, citing the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Mexican drug cartels have created a three-tiered bounty system on agents, with a $10,000 reward for murdering one.

Not surprisingly, one enthusiast for the bill is an immigrant Democratic legislator from Vietnam, Hoan Huynh. He called ICE’s behavior “un-American,” the website reported:

We cannot continue to allow gun-toting mercenaries, often without agency badges, to roam our communities and abduct our neighbors. Enough is enough. ICE conduct is unacceptable and un-American. If you love the Constitution of the United States, if you love America as much as you say you do, and if you believe in due process, then I urge you to vote yes on this bill.

Sanctuary State Illinois: Illegal Alien Accused of Killing GOP Elected Official and His Wife in Fatal Crash

In the sanctuary state of Illinois, where Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) has attempted to impede federal immigration enforcement, an illegal alien is accused of killing a Republican elected official and his wife in Coles County.

Police say that 34-year-old illegal alien Edwin Pacheco-Meza of Honduras was driving a van on Oct. 24 when he crossed the center lane and struck 71-year-old Michael Clayton and his wife, 66-year-old Gail Clayton — killing them instantly.

Michael Clayton was a Republican elected official who served on the Coles County Board.

“Mike and Gail were a team in every sense. Together, they lived their lives with strong values, unwavering love for family, and a deep dedication to their hometown,” the couple’s obituary reads:

They believed in supporting the Charleston community and keeping their business local whenever possible. Whether it was groceries, gifts, or meals, they always chose local shops and markets, proudly supporting small businesses and encouraging others to do the same. They were familiar faces at the Charleston Farmer’s Market, always taking time to visit with neighbors and friends.
[Emphasis added]

Pacheco-Meza, who crossed the southern border as an unknown got-away, was in his vehicle with 18-year-old illegal alien Juan Morales-Martinez of Guatemala, who crossed the border in December 2023 and was released into the United States interior by the Biden administration.

The illegal aliens were found with an extended magazine, firearm ammunition, drugs, and an open container of alcohol in their vehicle, police say.

Pacheco-Meza was charged with reckless homicide and drunk driving, while Morales-Martinez was charged with drug possession and weapons violations.

After they were arrested, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged detainers against the illegal aliens, seeking custody of them, but the detainers were ignored by the Clark County Jail thanks to Pritzker’s sanctuary state policy.

Still, ICE agents waited for Morales-Martinez to be released from jail and arrested him outside of the jail. Pacheco-Meza remains in Clark County Jail.

Illegal Alien POLICE OFFICER Cost Illinois Taxpayers More Than $205,000

In Governor J.B. Pritzker’s Illinois, taxpayers are funding one of the most shocking sanctuary state scandals to date: an illegal alien working as a sworn police officer

His salary, benefits, and pension package together cost the public more than $205,000 this year alone.

Radule Bojovic, an illegal alien from Montenegro, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during Operation Midway Blitz on October 15.

ICE officials confirmed Bojovic had been unlawfully living in the United States for over a decade after overstaying his B-2 visitor visa, which expired on March 31, 2015.

Despite his unlawful presence and felony ineligibility to possess a firearm, Bojovic was sworn in as an officer with the Hanover Park Police Department, a suburb of Chicago.

According to police department and pension board records, Bojovic was granted a starting salary of $78,955.70 and was approved by the Hanover Park Pension Fund Board of Trustees in January 2025.

But his overall taxpayer burden reached far higher.

In 2025 alone, Bojovic’s employment cost Illinois residents $205,707, including salary, benefits, and $9,276 in FICA and Medicare taxes.

The revelation that an illegal alien was given a badge, gun, and pension eligibility has sparked outrage across Illinois and beyond.

Federal law is explicit: illegal aliens are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms under any circumstance.

Yet under sanctuary policies supported by Pritzker, Bojovic not only carried a firearm but enforced laws while in violation of them.

ARREST HER: Illinois State Rep Margaret Croke Sent Out an Email Doxxing ICE Agents, Lists Their Cars and License Plate Numbers, Putting Agents at Extreme Risk

In a reckless and malicious move that’s drawing fire from conservatives, Illinois State Representative Margaret Croke sent out an email on Friday listing detailed descriptions of vehicles suspected to belong to ICE agents operating in Chicago neighborhoods.

The flyer, titled “Updated List of ICE Vehicles Seen Today,” includes make, model, color, and partial license plate info for cars believed to belong to agents working in the area.

Croke urged recipients to report suspicious activity to hotlines, claiming that ICE actions are “unlawful and undemocratic” and offering resources to connect illegal aliens with attorneys or social services.

Conservatives, including the popular X account Libs of TikTok, slammed it as outright doxxing, claiming it puts a “target on agents’ backs” and helps illegal immigrants evade arrest.

The email encourages community members to record and share info on potential ICE vehicles to “protect someone from either being picked up off the street or unnecessarily and forcibly handled.

Libs of TikTok called for charges against Croke, tagging the Department of Homeland Security and ICE, stating, “She’s putting a target on agents’ backs and helping illegals evade arrest. This is absolutely disgraceful. CHARGE HER.”

The post had gained nearly 9,000 likes in just a couple of hours.

This isn’t an isolated stunt.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is spearheading a similar effort to “unmask” federal immigration agents through her newly announced nonprofit, “The ICE Accountability Project.”

Lightfoot, a one-term mayor and former federal prosecutor, aims to expose agents’ identities and actions, claiming it’s about accountability amid what she calls overreach by the Trump administration.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has put Lightfoot on notice, announcing on Fox News, “She will be getting a letter from us tomorrow to preserve anything she has done as well, to make sure that she’s not violating the law. It appears she is. You cannot disclose the identity of a federal agent — where they live, anything that could harm them.”

The insane actions from Democrats, particularly in “Sanctuary Cities,” have led to a 1,000% increase in assaults on federal officers.

Bondi has not yet commented on Croke’s actions.

Trump-Hating Illinois Governor JB Pritzker Raises Eyebrows With His Explanation On How He ‘Won’ Over $1 MILLION Playing Blackjack On Just ONE Trip to Las Vegas

One of President Trump’s biggest political adversaries stunned the political world after revealing that he won an unusual amount of money gambling in Las Vegas last year.

As The New York Times reported, Illinois Democratic Governor JB Pritzker released his 2024 tax returns on Wednesday as rumors circulate about him as a 2028 presidential candidate.

The returns revealed that Pritzker and his wife reported $10.7 million in adjusted gross income. But the biggest shock was the fact that he won $1.4 million playing blackjack in Las Vegas in just one trip.

Such an amount is surprising, especially considering Pritzker is not a professional gambler.

Pritzker, though, told reporters Thursday that there was nothing nefarious and that it was just his lucky night at the casino.

“I went on vacation with my wife, with some friends, I was incredibly lucky,” a smiling Pritzer claimed at a press conference. “You have to be in order to end up ahead in a casino anywhere.”

“I like to play cards. I founded a charitable poker match here in Chicago called the Chicago Poker Challenge that has raised millions of dollars for the Holocaust museum,” he said in an apparent attempt to tone down any accusations of cheating.
