Massive Hordes of Illegals Caught on Camera in Tijuana, Mexico being Transported into The US With CBP One App During Biden’s Final Days in Office

Biden and the Democrats are still flooding the country with illegal aliens during their final days in power in an apparent attempt to undermine Trump’s mass deportations and secure border policy. 

Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam, host of the Law and Border series, posted new footage Monday afternoon showing a large group of illegal aliens walking up a ramp to be transported into the United States by the Biden Administration.

“They had a group the same size at 5 AM and another group the same size at 8 AM and it happens every day!” says Bergquam.

These illegals are using Biden’s CBP One app, which has become the “primary vehicle” for mass illegal immigration for so-called asylum seekers, according to the National Immigration Forum. Mexico’s government has even been busing migrants to the US border to get them to CBP One appointments. As The Gateway Pundit reported in June 2024, over 1 million illegals have been allowed into the US through so-called “legal” means with the CBP One App and the CHNV program.

Anchor babies with birthright citizenship is an idiotic policy that encourages migrants to come to the U.S. illegally

Birthright citizenship essentially invites people from around the world, who happen to be pregnant, to make every effort they can to come into our country, whether they break our laws to get in or not. 

They don’t want to take the time to go through the legal process so they just jump the line and come in to use our health care system, which they get for free, to have their babies here. 

Then the baby of the illegals automatically becomes a citizen and we call that an anchor baby. The baby then qualifies for all the benefits of other U.S babies. 

Then people who are pro-illegal on immigration say that we can’t send the parents back because it would break up the family. Of course, the parents then get all of the benefits that other citizens get, because it would be unfair to the baby if we didn’t hand them out. 

And here is one of the most idiotic statements I have seen from Jason Riley, an opinion writer at the Wall Street Journal, who says illegal immigration will go way up if Trump gets his way to stop this ridiculous rule.

10,000 “Special Interest” Aliens Apprehended at Border This New Fiscal Year

Over 10,000 “special interest” aliens were apprehended at by Border Patrol during the first two-and-a-half months of the new fiscal year, beginning 1 October.

“Special interest” aliens come from countries with known ties to terrorism.

These countries include Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Mali and Nigeria.

Many of these migrants crossed into the US via the southern border with Mexico, although they have also tried to enter US territories like the US Virgin Islands.

In October, for example, Border Patrol apprehended 124 Iranians at various crossing points along the southern border.

Per Breitbart, “According to a source within CBP [Customs and Border Patrol] not authorized to speak to the media, Special Interest Alien crossings into Eagle Pass were once a rarity. Violence in Sinaloa, Mexico, according to the source, is one reason migrants from special interest countries may be choosing to enter the United States in Eagle Pass, Texas. The trend is concerning, the source told Breitbart Texas.”

Donald Trump has promised the largest mass deportation operation in American history beginning on day one when he takes office, on 20 January.

He has already appointed Tom Homan to be his “border czar.” Homan became notorious during Trump’s first term for his tough stance on immigration while in control of ICE. He presided over the controversial “family separation” policy that saw migrant families broken up and deported separately from one another.

“Crazy”: Trump Weighs In On Biden SELLING OFF Border Wall Sections For $5 Each

President Trump has called for a stop to be put to the Biden Administration selling off vast swathes of unused border wall sections at auction for as little as $5 a piece, calling it “crazy.”

As we highlighted last week, the wall sections, which have been laying on the ground unused for years due to Biden halting construction, are being hauled away on the back of flatbed trucks from a section of the border just south of Tucson.

Up to half a mile of unused wall is being moved every day, according to a Border Patrol agent.

“Joe Biden keeps talking about a smooth transition and unified government, and yet he races to sell desperately needed border wall for pennies on the dollar,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post Friday.

He continued, “It will cost the U.S. a fortune, and time, to get the exact same wall to replace what has been sold, and the new wall will cost triple the price.”

NYC Mayor Eric Adams Stuns Lefty Reporters By Going Full MAGA 

New York City mayor Eric Adams continued his recent pivot away from the Democratic Party and toward the incoming administration by declaring in a press conference that he will not provide any sanctuary for criminal illegal aliens.

Adams met with President Trump’s incoming border czar Tom Homan Thursday and made remarks afterwards to the press that stunned reporters into silence. 

“We’re not going to be a safe haven for those who commit repeated violent crimes against innocent migrants, immigrants and long-standing New Yorkers,” Adams said after the meeting.

He continued, “From what I heard from the incoming head of ICE is that we have the same desire to go after those who are committing violent acts, repeated violent acts among innocent New Yorkers and among migration asylum seekers.”

“That’s what I heard from him. And I was pleased to hear that, because we share the same desire,” Adams urged.

Number of immigrants with Temporary Protected Status under Biden jumped 240% since 2021, data shows

The Biden administration’s liberal use of a the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) led to 240% surge of foreign nationals protected from deportation and granted interim legal status in the United States, according to the most recent data from the research arm of Congress. 

The data, which showed consistent increases in immigrants granted “TPS” status since President Joe Biden took office in early 2021, make up just part of the largest illegal and legal immigration surge in American history. 

Critics say the Biden administration’s expansion of the number of immigrants protected with the status has worsened the migrant crisis and granted de facto amnesty to illegal immigrants.  In raw numbers, TPS recipients increased from 320,000 at the beginning of Biden’s administration in April 2021 to 1,095,115 in the waning months of Biden’s term in December 2024, according to the most recent data gathered and published last week by the Congressional Research Service.

This is a 240% increase in TPS immigrants and occurred after the administration extended protections to several new countries.

Biden Admin Auctions Off Unused Border Wall Sections Ahead of Trump Inauguration

Massive sections of steel bollard fencing, originally intended to construct the incoming Trump administration’s border wall, are reportedly being sold off by the Biden administration.

Footage obtained from a Border Patrol agent by The Daily Wire Thursday showed big rigs hauling numerous large, nearly 33-foot-long segments of steel fencing out of a location near Tucson, Arizona, and taking them to an auction lot.

“They are taking it from three stations: Nogales, Tucson, and Three Points,” the unnamed CBP officer told the Wire, adding, “The goal is to move all of it off the border before Christmas.”

On the government auction site GovPlanet.com, numerous 5-piece 32.91′ foot-high, 7.91′ foot-wide sections of wall are being sold at a starting bid of $5.

Understanding the 14th Amendment

In his efforts to get illegal immigration resolved and/or reversed, President Elect Trump has recently hinted of an executive action to repeal birthright citizenship. This seems to indicate a multiple level of misunderstanding the Constitution of the United States. First is his premise of overriding a Constitutional provision via executive or legislative action. When will our elected officials stop with the efforts to ignore or rewrite a Constitutional provision without taking it to the States?

Secondly, Trump could accomplish his goal by ABIDING by the 14th Amendment. In an excellent article by Professor Edward J. Erler in July of 2008, he helps us to understand the original intent behind the citizenship clause. Section one of the Amendment (which contains the citizenship clause) begins as, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” Professor Erler states,

“…during the debate of the [14th A]mendment, Senator Jacob Howard of Ohio, the author of the citizenship clause, attempted to assure skeptical colleagues that the new language was not intended to make Indians citizens of the U.S. Indians, Howard conceded, were born within the nation’s geographical limits, but he steadfastly maintained that they were not subject to its jurisdiction because they owed allegiance to their tribes. Senator Lyman Trumbull, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, rose to support his colleague, arguing that ‘subject to the jurisdiction thereof’ meant ‘not owing allegiance to anybody else and being subject to the complete jurisdiction of the United States.’ Jurisdiction understood as allegiance, Senator Howard interjected, excludes not only Indians but ‘persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, [or] who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.’ Thus ‘subject to the jurisdiction’ does not simply mean, as is commonly thought today, subject to American laws or American courts. It means owing exclusive political allegiance to the U.S.”

In the past there has been support from the Mexican government itself for asserting this argument as applied to illegal aliens in the U.S. of any nationality. Former Mexican President Felipe Calderon helped us better understand this provision of the 14th Amendment in 2008 while attending the opening of a Mexican Consulate in New Orleans. A report of the event notes,

“At the opening of the consulate, President Calderon, said Mexico wants to assist and protect its citizens in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi that the consulate will serve,” and further quotes the former president: “With the reopening of this consulate, we will be able to guarantee those Mexicans who live and work in Louisiana and Mississippi that they will have the support of the Mexican government. It is my commitment that no matter where there is a Mexican citizen, he or she will also have the support of our government.”

Author asserts that these are basically re-statements of the Constitutional provisions as explained in Professor Erler’s article, courtesy of the then president of Mexico.

Mass Shootings Including Police Officer Shot in Cicero, Illinois After Venezuelan Transnational Gang Member Had Been Arrested by I.C.E.

Over the weekend in Cicero, Illinois—a southwest suburb of Chicago—there were five total people shot, including one police officer and one person killed.

This comes just a week after eight people were shot, with three killed just south of Cicero in the Gage Park neighborhood.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the Gage Park incident, which has now been confirmed to be Venezuelan and likely illegals.

Recent reporting from WBBM Chicago indicates the shooter of the police officer has been identified as a known “street gang member.” Police have arrested 19-year-old Giovanni Saldivar.

At this time, it is undetermined whether or not the man is directly connected to Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan Transnational gang. However, Tren de Aragua-connected gang members have been known to be in the area.

This marks a considerable uptick in Cicero’s murder rate. According to Crimegrade.org, Cicero has a murder rate of 0.0432 murders in 1,000. In the last year, they have seen a spike in violence.

It’s relevant to note there have been considerable changes as Illinois’ sanctuary state status has funneled an influx of illegal immigrants to the City of Chicago. This has had a spillover effect in the suburbs.

In February of this year, The Gateway Pundit reported that there were buses of illegals landing in train stations all over the suburbs. Terry Newsome of Behind Enemy Lines filmed illegals flashing gang signs and tattoos seemingly affiliated with the transnational criminal gang from Venezuela known as Tren de Aragua.

Tren de Aragua has embedded itself all over the country, famously taking over apartment complexes in Colorado. In March of this year, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported removing a Venezuelan non-citizen with ties to Tren de Aragua from Cicero, Illinois.

In addition to the evidence of Tren de Aragua presence in the suburb of Cicero, there is the involvement of Catholic Charities in placing illegals all over the City and State. In June of this year, The Gateway Pundit reported on FOIA findings that Catholic Charities had been colluding with the City of Chicago to place 13,000 illegals between December 2022 and February 2024.

Another article pointed out that Catholic Charities, along with an Obama Foundation-affiliated NGO, placed over 8,900 illegals in fully furnished apartments. Interestingly enough, there is a Catholic Charities Food Distribution Center located in Cicero, Illinois.

President Trump Doubles Down On Pledge To End Birthright Citizenship, A Policy Backed By The Overwhelming Majority Of American People

America, since its inception, has been a place of opportunity for aspiring, high-skilled people.

The geniuses and artisans of Europe of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries flooded to these shores, enriching the society in many cases and making invaluable contributions to American culture – from our culinary traditions to newfound architectural styles – that continue to be influential through the present day.

This custom of selecting only the best and brightest is not anomalous to great nations throughout history.

All nations are only as good as the people which compose them: thus, any worthwhile nation would desire to enhance the quality of its people overall in order to elevate its global standing.

That operative goal, however, cannot be achieved under the present, suicidal policy of citizenship by birthright.

Among nations of the world, America is the only developed one that confers citizenship onto anyone simply for having been born to a parent who managed to inhabit these borders, regardless of legality.

That America is the only noteworthy country to still have this policy in place should be enough evidence alone of its insanity. The prevailing view among liberal legal scholars is that the Fourteenth Amendment sanctions this policy, which is permanent and cannot be altered.

This is flatly wrong. This erroneous interpretation is the byproduct of a slipshod and lazy construction of that particular Amendment, through the prism of erroneous interpretations of largely discredited, or at least, increasingly obsolete legal precedent.
