Migrant who raped sleeping woman avoids deportation after claiming he is ‘bisexual’ and HIS life would be in danger if sent back to Jamaica

The 41-year-old claimed he didn’t know that having sex with a woman who is sleeping was wrong.

The man, who was granted anonymity for his own protection, was sentenced to seven years in jail in 2018 for the rape at a party.

He was released in June 2021 and given a deportation order, with The Home Office branding him a ‘danger to the community’.

But the migrant challenged this because he had been subject to violence in his home country due to his sexuality and that was why he moved to the UK in 2018.

He told the tribunal he was attacked with a ‘metal bar, machete and dogs’.

The tribunal was also told that an older man he was dating was killed for being gay.

An expert said the migrant would be a ‘target’ if he returned due to his sexuality – but The Home Office said there was only evidence of him dating women in the UK.

The judge ruled the migrant was ‘incentivised not to re-offend by the threat of return to prison’ and he is allowed to stay, according to The Sun.

An application to appeal this decision was rejected in November.

Former security minister Sir John Hayes told the newspaper: ‘This is an insult to every victim.

‘This man should be thrown out of the country.’

The Home Office said: ‘We made the case to deport this individual and lost in the courts.’

It comes after a Syrian became the first UK-bound migrant of the new year to die in the English Channel after being ‘crushed to death’ in an overcrowded small boat.

The unnamed man, who was in his 20s, was in a flimsy dinghy that was launched in the early hours of Saturday from a beach near Calais.

It was full of asylum seekers heading from France to England, but began to collapse in freezing cold seas and so turned back.

‘The boat set off from Sangatte beach,’ said a spokesman for France’s Maritime Prefecture.

‘But a few minutes later, it returned and the group disembarked from the soaking wet boat.

Mayorkas Grants Amnesty to Almost a Million Migrants

Nearly a million migrants in the US have been granted temporary amnesty by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

An 18-month expansion of the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) amnesty was announced by Mayorkas this week.

The amnesty will cover 234,000 Salvadorean migrants who were first granted the status after 2001’s devastating earthquake in their home country.

It will also cover 600,000 economic migrants from Venezuela, and migrants from Ukraine and Sudan.

Mayorkas has massively expanded TPS amnesty during his tenure as head of the DHS.

In his final weeks, he has also expanded opportunities to allow foreign graduates to obtain white-collar jobs in the US, and to obtain green cards and citizenship.

Small-Town America “Fights Back” In Court Against Globalists Who Flooded Their Town With Haitians

A resident of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who was among the first to draw national attention to the massive influx of Haitian migrants into his small town, is now locked in a legal battle with a local food packaging plant that employs primarily migrants from the third world. Eyes on Charleroi first appeared when President-elect Donald Trump highlighted the town’s staggering 2,000% surge in its migrant population before the presidential elections. The resident is also planning a class-action lawsuit on behalf of hundreds of residents, demanding accountability from those responsible for the migrant invasion.

Local media outlet Pennsylvania Record reports the lawyer of Andrew Armbruster, a resident of Charleroi, filed Pennsylvania’s new anti-SLAPP law, a measure that gives defendants, in some instances, the opportunity to evade litigation. This is regarding a defamation lawsuit filed against Armbruster by the Charleroi business Fourth Street Foods

“SLAPP stands for strategic lawsuits against public participation, and anti-SLAPP laws give defendants a First Amendment argument,” Pennsylvania Record’s John O’Brien wrote.

The motion stated that Fourth Street Foods owner David Barbe filed the lawsuit against Armbruster primarily to suppress protected public expression.

Armbruster’s rights to speak to public issues, community members, and prevailing wages without ever being accused of mentioning ‘Dave Barbe’ are an incredible encroachment on everyone in Charleroi’s right to free expression on public matters,” the motion said.

The motion continued, “Not only are they chilled from speaking about Mr. Barbe, by this lawsuit they are chilled from mentioning the hiring practices of a local employer.”

Democrats slammed after 159 vote against Republican bill allowing ICE to deport illegal migrants who steal

House Democrats are getting skewered after 159 voted against the Laken Riley Act, a bill that would more easily allow illegal migrant criminals to be deported.

The legislation, which passed with bipartisan support 264 – 159, was named to honor the late Laken Riley, 22, a college student who was murdered by repeat criminal Jose Ibarra.

Ibarra, a Venezuelan national, had entered the U.S. illegally and committed numerous crimes before eventually murdering the nursing student in February 2024

Ibarra was arrested in New York for endangering a child and was cited in Georgia for shoplifting, but wasn’t detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) before Riley’s murder despite being known to authorities.

He was later convicted in November of 10 charges, including murder, kidnapping, aggravated assault with intent to rape and more for Riley’s death.

The Laken Riley Act requires ICE to detain migrants who have been charged with theft and other crimes. It also enables individual states to sue the federal government if it or its citizens are harmed by immigration related actions.

On Tuesday, 159 Democrats voted against the Laken Riley Act.

‘What in the world? 159 Democrats voted against the Laken Riley act. Why would you in favor of rapists and murderers?’ Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., said on X after the vote.

Trump Border Czar: Mass Deportations Of Illegals Starts Day One

President Trump’s incoming border czar Tom Homan unequivocally outlined that mass arrests and deportations of illegal immigrants inside the US will begin on day one of Trump’s second term and will not be delayed under any circumstances.

In an interview with CBS News, Homan asserted “We know where a lot of the criminals are. ICE is great at this work, we know where some are, but they simply haven’t been able to go arrest them because Secretary Mayorkas’s priorities have handcuffed ICE.”

“We know where a lot of the criminals are, they have been prevented from arresting. We are gonna arrest starting day one,” Homan reiterated.

Homan further noted that sanctuary cities refuse to work with ICE, stating “”We would love to work in local jails, but sanctuary cities won’t allow us into those jails. It’s much easier to arrest a public safety threat in the safety and security in the public jail than out in the street.”

Seattle Public Schools Sees Alarming 20% Spike In Student Homelessness After 30% Rise Last Year

Seattle Public Schools is seeing an alarming rise in the number of its students experiencing homelessness.

As of October, the district reported 2,235 students experiencing homelessness since the school year began, a nearly 20% increase from last year’s 30% rise, KUOW/NPR reported

Homelessness has reached record levels nationwide, according to a recent HUD report. In Washington state, over 41,000 students experienced homelessness during the 2023-24 school year, a nearly 15% increase.

Jenny Allen, a McKinney-Vento support worker in Seattle, said rising costs and limited affordable housing are straining families, while the district has seen a rise in immigrants and refugees, particularly from South America.

The KUOW/NPR report said that at Dunlap Elementary, Rogers Greene, an eight-year veteran supporting unhoused students, now assists a growing number of families fleeing conflicts in countries like Ukraine and Afghanistan.

“I can’t imagine. You’re just dropped somewhere and then figure it out — figure out the language, figure out how you’re going to live, where you’re going to live, how you’re going to eat. It’s survival. So it’s important for us to have those connections, relationships, and work through the language barrier,” he said.

Migrants 3.5 Times More Likely to Be Arrested For Sex Crimes in UK Than British Citizens

New figures released by the UK government have revealed that foreign nationals are twice as likely to be arrested for crimes compared to British citizens, and 3.5 times more likely to be arrested for sexual offences.

The statistics were compiled by the Centre for Migration Control using data from police forces, the Home Office and the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

“Foreigners were 3.5 times as likely to be arrested for sex offences as British suspects, based on a rate of nearly 165 arrests per 100,000 of the migrant population against 48 per 100,000 for Britons,” reports the Telegraph.

Over a quarter (26.1 per cent) of arrests for sexual offences in the first 10 months of last year were foreign migrants, who make up around 9 per cent of the population

Nearly Half a Million ‘Anchor Babies’ Born in U.S. in 2024

The two top issues for voters during the 2024 election cycle were the economy and illegal immigration. During Joe Biden’s four years in office, his administration has allowed millions of illegal immigrants from all over the world into the country. President-elect Donald Trump has vowed on Day One to deport those millions back to their home countries. The onslaught of illegal immigrants has wreaked havoc on the nation’s public assistance, medical, and educational systems. It has also brought attention to a problem that is not new, but it is growing rapidly. That is the issue of “anchor babies.”

Anchor babies are children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrant parents, and the number of them born in 2024 is staggering. Nearly 400,000 babies were born in 2024 to illegal immigrant parents. These are not just illegal immigrants who come across the southern border but include tourists and foreign visa workers, people who have no direct ties to the U.S., but their children automatically become U.S. citizens. While some of these births might not be planned, some of them are, and it is becoming not just a matter of legality and constitutionality but also a strong argument for Donald Trump’s mass deportation plan.

Illegal Alien Previously Charged with Attempted Murder Stabs 86-Year-Old Man at Fred Meyer Grocery Store in ‘Sanctuary State’ of Oregon

Joe Biden’s America.

A previously deported illegal alien from Mexico with a long criminal rap sheet stabbed an 86-year-old man at a Fred Meyer grocery store in Clackamas County, Oregon last week.

Authorities arrested 31-year-old Jesus Ascencio-Molina last week after he stabbed an elderly man multiple times.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for his injuries.

“On Friday, December 27, 2024, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to an assault call in the 8900 block of SE 82nd Avenue in unincorporated Clackamas County. Witnesses reported seeing a man assaulting another man in a grocery store parking lot,” Clackamas County Sheriff said.

“When deputies arrived, they immediately provided lifesaving first aid to an 86-year-old man who appeared to have been stabbed multiple times. Witnesses reported the victim had been yelling for help and saw the suspect, described as a man wearing a brown puffy jacket, orange pants and white socks, running from the scene. Emergency medical personnel arrived and transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment,” the sheriff said.

“Before leaving, the victim was able to tell deputies that the suspect, who was unknown to him, approached his car while he was loading groceries when the suspect attacked him and tried to take his vehicle. When the suspect was unable to do so, he left on foot,” the sheriff said.

According to investigative reporter Andy Ngo, Jesus Ascencio-Molina is an illegal alien from Mexico who was previously deported.

Honduras President Threatens to Shut Down U.S. Military Base Over Trump’s Plan to Deport Illegal Honduran Immigrants

Honduran President Xiomara Castro has threatened to terminate military cooperation with the United States if President-elect Donald Trump proceeds with his plan for mass deportations of illegal immigrants, including those from Honduras.

This ultimatum underscores the glaring hypocrisy of a leader who has failed to address the root causes driving her own citizens to flee her country in the first place.

A primary objective of Trump’s mass deportation plan is to remove individuals with criminal records who are residing in the country illegally.

By focusing on these individuals, Trump’s administration aims to reduce crime rates and enhance public safety.

Tom Homan, designated as Trump’s “border czar,” has emphasized that the deportation efforts will prioritize those posing threats to public safety and national security.

However, Castro is far from pleased with this development.

“Faced with a hostile attitude of mass expulsion of our brothers, we would have to consider a change in our policies of cooperation with the United States, especially in the military arena, where, without paying a cent for decades, they maintain military bases in our territory, which in this case would lose all reason to exist in Honduras,” Xiomara Castro said in a statement on New Year’s Day.

“We hope that the new U.S. administration of democratically elected President Donald Trump will be open to dialogue, constructive and friendly, and will not take unnecessary reprisals against our migrants, who normally make a great contribution to the U.S. economy,” she added.
