OMG: Nevada DHHS Specialist Caught on Camera Admitting to “Bending the Rules” to Provide Benefits for Illegal Aliens

The O’Keefe Media Group on Thursday released undercover video of a Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Welfare and Supportive Services specialist admitting to bending the rules to provide benefits for illegal aliens.

“I get them emergency medical all the time… I just approve them for 12 months because I can,” Nevada DHHS specialist Deshaun Eli Mack said.

“Even undocumented people from Mexico and things; I can still get them benefits,” he said.

Per O’Keefe Media Group:

Deshaun Eli Mack, a Family Services Specialist with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), has been caught on hidden camera admitting to intentionally violating state policies to provide government-funded benefits to undocumented immigrants.

Mack detailed how he manipulates the system to offer extended emergency Medicaid coverage to illegals, stating, “I get them emergency medical all the time… just because I want to.”

According to Mack, emergency Medicaid for undocumented immigrants is supposed to be granted on a month-to-month basis and only for severe, qualifying conditions. However, he confessed that he bypasses this process entirely. “They’re supposed to apply every month,” he said, “so I just approve them for 12 months… because I can.”

When asked if that kind of discretion was allowed, Mack responded bluntly: “I make it so. I bend the rules a lot.” He added later, “I will twist and turn our provisions to fit the way that I want them to be.”

Mack also acknowledged a culture within the agency of avoiding cooperation with federal immigration authorities, stating, “We would never call ICE. We do not work with them ever.”

When pressed on whether this behavior amounted to subverting the law, Mack didn’t hesitate: “I do that a lot.”

Deshaun Mack initially told OMG: “I don’t [break the law], because I’m not.”

Massachusetts Governor Throws a Fit After ICE Rounds up Illegals on Islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard

ICE conducted raids on the liberal Massachusetts islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard this week, rounding up around forty people for deportation.

It’s amazing to see this after people from Martha’s Vineyard lost their minds a few years ago when Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sent a few dozen illegals to the island. They couldn’t get rid of those people fast enough.

The state’s Democrat Governor Maura Healey is not happy about this. She is demanding more information from ICE, which is ironic because if she was willing to work with them, she would probably know a lot more about what they are doing in her state.

FOX News reports:

Blue state governor sounds off about ‘disturbing’ ICE operations on affluent liberal islands

Massachusetts Democratic Governor Maura Healey is sounding off about her frustrations with ICE’s latest operations in her state, saying she found it “disturbing” to hear about the arrests of some 40 illegal immigrants in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

ICE, working with several other federal law enforcement agencies, conducted a series of immigration enforcement operations in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard on Tuesday. An ICE statement said “around 40” individuals were arrested as a result of the operations, including an MS-13 gang member and at least one child sex offender.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston acting Field Office Director Patricia Hyde said that “ICE and our federal partners made a strong stand for prioritizing public safety by arresting and removing illegal aliens from our New England neighborhoods” and that “operations like this highlight the strong alliances that ICE shares with our fellow law enforcement partners.”

Healey, however, took a very different tone about the operations. The governor said that “it was very disturbing, needless to say, to wake up to that news about that activity on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket,” according to the Boston Herald.

“Local police chiefs have zero information about what’s happening in their communities. We at the state level have zero information about what’s happening in communities. And that needs to change. We need to get answers. We need to get clarification from ICE,” said Healey.

Mexican Illegal Alien Arrested For Threatening to Shoot President Trump in the Head at a Rally

ICE arrested a Mexican illegal alien in Wisconsin who threatened to assassinate President Trump.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, in a mailed handwritten letter to an ICE agent, 54-year-old Ramon Morales Reyes said he was angry about the deportations of his family members and said he would use his gun to shoot President Trump in the head at a rally.

“DHS says Reyes illegally re-entered the US at least 9 times between 1998-2005, and has criminal convictions for felony hit and run, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct with domestic abuse,” Bill Melugin reported.

This threat to shoot President Trump in the head at a rally comes less than a year after Thomas Crooks shout President Trump in the ear at a Butler rally in July 2024.

Meet The Mortgage Company Enabling Illegal Immigrants To Buy American Homes

After decades of mass illegal immigration into the United States, untold millions of illegal aliens have settled throughout the country, competing with Americans for government benefits, jobs, and now, for homes.

For most illegal aliens, obtaining a mortgage from a traditional bank — without a social security number or a credit score — is nearly impossible. But as millions of illegal aliens flooded the country, a new industry has cropped up to capitalize on the new customer base, selling financing catered to the illegal population.

One entity at the forefront of this industry, a Daily Wire investigation has revealed, is Prysma Lending, which has given out more than a billion dollars in loans in red and blue states alike as it blatantly targets illegal aliens.

Trump pledged to ban mortgages for illegal aliens on the campaign trail and his administration took action in March to prevent government-backed mortgages from going to illegal aliens. But Prysma is one of several companies — including Colony Ridge, the Texas development that The Daily Wire exposed as a magnet for illegal aliens — that uses a different financial tactic that isn’t impacted by the administration’s recent rule change, which specifically targeted loans backed by the Federal Housing Administration.

The company prides itself on “empowering the Latino community to achieve homeownership” in its Spanish-language Instagram bio. The company’s president, Monica Serva, says she started Prysma with the intent of “helping the Latino community” because she “realized how unfairly minorities were treated.”

But Prysma revealed that its business model relied on illegal aliens, in particular, when it hosted a webinar with an immigration lawyer to answer their customers’ questions about the risk of deportation in the days following President Donald Trump’s inauguration.

The company is evidently concerned that its clientele could be deported, or at least that potential customers could be dissuaded from buying a home in a country that they fear they could be removed from.

FBI arrests two Pakistani men for operation of massive immigration fraud scheme in Texas

The FBI has arrested two men from Pakistan living in Texas who are accused of operating an immigration scheme that sold fraudulent visa applications.

Abdul Hadi Murshi and Muhammad Salman Nasir, originally from Pakistan, have been accused of submitting fraudulent applications for visas and for adjustments of status to unlawfully enter and remain in the country. Both men were arrested in Texas and face multiple federal charges, including conspiracy to defraud the United States, visa fraud, money laundering conspiracy, and conspiracy under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. The pair were also charged with unlawfully obtaining and attempting to obtain United States citizenship.

“Major arrests out of [Dallas],” FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X. “Abdul Hadi Murshid and Muhammad Salman Nasir — two individuals out of Texas who allegedly oversaw and operated a criminal enterprise circumventing American immigration laws by selling fraudulent visa applications. Well done to our FBI teams and partners in the investigation.”

The indictment alleges the defendants exploited the EB-2, EB-3, and H-1B visa programs by placing classified ads in newspapers for jobs that did not exist. These ads were used to falsely satisfy Department of Labor requirements that employers must first offer positions to US citizens before sponsoring foreign workers. Once the fraudulent labor certifications were secured, the defendants allegedly submitted petitions to US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) along with green card applications for the visa seekers.

To create the illusion that the positions were real, the defendants accepted payments from the visa seekers, then returned a portion as purported wages.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul Complains Republican Spending Bill Could Cut Services to ‘Members of the Undocumented Community’

New York’s Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul recently gave an interview to Telemundo in which she complained about the new Republican spending bill, claiming that it could adversely effect ‘members of the undocumented community.’ That’s Democrat speak for illegal aliens.

In voicing this concern, Hochul is ignoring the fact that millions of Americans voted for this. People watched for years under Biden as New York put illegal aliens up in luxury hotels and fed them three meals a day, spending untold billions of dollars on these people as American citizens suffered under the inflation of the Biden economy.

Perhaps New York wouldn’t find itself in this position if the state hadn’t spent a fortune month after month, catering to people who were in the country illegally.

Breitbart News has details:

Hochul: We’ll Lose Money Under GOP Bill, ‘Don’t Want to Go’ to Cutting Services for Migrants

During an interview with Telemundo 47 on Friday, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) argued that the state is going to lose money under the Republican tax and spending bill and people will lose health care and responded to if she’ll have to cut services to some immigrants by saying, “I don’t want to go there.” And “This is something we have to look at very seriously for how we can not leave these people without essential care.”…

Host Alejandro Mendoza then asked, “Could we see something like we have seen in California where the governor had to cut services to some immigrants?”

Hochul responded, “I don’t want to go there. This is money that’s now been lost by the federal government — they used to help us pay for this. This is something we have to look at very seriously for how we can not leave these people without essential care.

Supreme Court: Children Of Illegal Aliens Or Tourists Are Not U.S. Citizens

On the very day Donald Trump became president again, he signed an executive order prospectively eliminating birthright citizenship for children born to aliens unlawfully present in the United States.

Immediately, lawsuits were filed in a half-dozen jurisdictions across the country challenging this order.

The groups bringing these suits claim the order disrupts long-standing legal norms governing citizenship. Yet, in fact, Trump’s contention — that birthright citizenship is not possessed by children of illegal aliens under the “correct interpretation of the law” — is exactly right.

Birthright citizenship is conventionally understood to apply to any child born in the United States, regardless of the immigration status of that child’s parents. This view is based on the common law principle of jus soli (“right of soil”), which is said to be incorporated in the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. This understanding of the Citizenship Clause, however, despite its prevalence in academia and political commentary, is based on a mistaken and incomplete reading of controlling Supreme Court precedent.

In fact, birthright citizenship, as provided for in the Citizenship Clause, as that clause has been authoritatively construed by the Supreme Court, is possessed only by children born in the United States to at least one parent who is lawfully residing in the United States.

Ratified in the aftermath of the Civil War with the aim of remedying the injustices of the Dred Scott decision, the Fourteenth Amendment granted citizenship to “all persons born … in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” This latter phrase has been wrongly equated with “subject to the laws thereof,” and thus to entail that all persons born in the United States are U.S. citizens, with only a few narrow exceptions, such as children born to diplomats.

Yet the Supreme Court has construed the phrase “subject to the jurisdiction” more narrowly, most notably in seminal cases that have been taught — well or ill — in law schools ever since.

“UndocuGraduation” Ceremonies For Illegal Aliens Include Guidance On ICE Raids

This graduation season, three universities in California and a university in Washington will hold “UndocuGraduation” ceremonies to celebrate illegal immigrant students.

Universities paired the event announcements with commitments to protect the identities of student attendees by not releasing any “data related to immigration status” unless presented with a “judicial warrant, subpoena, or court order,” according to a message on behalf of the California State University system.

“Immigration enforcement is the responsibility of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not the university,” a message from California State University Long Beach states.

California State University, Longbeach (CSULB) will host a “Beyond Borders Graduation Celebration” for illegal immigrant students on May 10, according to a university webpage.

California State University, Northridge (CSUN) will host an “UndocuGraduation” ceremony May 3, according to an Instagram post.

“Join us at UndocuGraduation to honor your achievement as an undocumented, DACAmented, or mixed status graduating Matador,” the event page states.

The event will be hosted by CSUN’s DREAM Center, which is part of the university’s student union and provides resources such as an “Immigration Preparedness Toolkit.”

CSUN is also instructing students to report “ICE sighting[s] on campus” and sharing guidelines explaining what to do if you are an illegal immigrant approached by immigration officers.

The university is providing “red cards” that direct illegal immigrants on how to act if approached by law enforcement and instructing illegal immigrant students to “give the red card to the agent,” per a social media post

“Do not open the door…do not answer any questions…do not sign anything,” the red card reads

California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) will host an “Undocu Recognition Celebration” May 3.

Democrats Always Rally Around The Worst People

Is there a single Democrat you’d trust to water your plants if you went out of town for a week? Is there one you’d ask to watch your kid, even for a minute, in an emergency? The answer you’re looking for is no, you would not. You wouldn’t because you have a brain; you wouldn’t because you’re not an idiot. But mostly you wouldn’t because you see with your own eyes who these people are and what these people do.

If you left your kid with them you’d expect a Democrat to try to “transition” them. Why? Why not? It’s what they do, it’s who they are. It’s what one of their top priorities are, and you can tell everything you need to know about someone by what their priorities are.

If you were an illegal alien, you might be able to trust a Democrat to water your plants. They love illegal aliens like Eric Swalwell likes Fang Fang. But like Swalwell, Democrats are constantly elevating the wrong people.

Ever heard of “LaMonica McIver”? Probably not. She only assumed office after her predecessor, another Democrat, died last year. She won the special election to replace Donald Payne Jr, then the general election in November with 74.4 percent of the vote, so you know you’re dealing with someone elected because of their party, not their intellect.

I would joke that “She’s single, fellas,” but she apparently not…poor bastard.

Here is where I would list her accomplishments, but she doesn’t have any. She hasn’t been in Congress long enough to have done anything, and she hasn’t. She’s not likely to, either. I mean, she’s a Democrat from Newark who served on the city council. Has anything good come out of Newark?

But she hit and shoved an ICE agent, which makes her wildly popular among Democrats.

How does this idiot, who is on video assaulting a federal officer, become someone a political party elevates as a hero? In a fundraising emails, LaMonica wrote, “The Trump administration just charged me with crimes for engaging in congressional oversight. This is a first — and it’s a flashing red light for our democracy. I conducted oversight at an ICE facility in my district to do my job and my lawful right as a member of Congress. It’s clear: Trump and his administration are more concerned with punishing anyone who dares to speak up than transparency or oversight.”

FBI raids Dallas-based immigration attorney’s office, sources say

The FBI conducted multiple raids across Dallas and Collin counties as part of a federal investigation into a visa fraud and money laundering scheme on Thursday, May 22, sources told WFAA.

Attorney D. Robert Jones, is alleged to have collaborated with a network of individuals to unlawfully obtain U.S. visas for Pakistani nationals through fraudulent means.

The operation reportedly involved the creation of shell companies to funnel illicit funds and facilitating the issuance of visas under false pretenses. The scheme is believed to have been active for several years.

Jones and the other defendants are accused of conspiring to defraud United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, according to the arrest affidavit.

“It was the purpose of the conspiracy for defendants…to wrongfully enrich themselves by receiving payments from visa seekers, submitting false and fraudulent applications and other documents to USCIS as part of the visa seekers’ application to obtain visas and to remain in the United States,” the affidavit alleges.

The affidavit accuses the defendants of using the bank accounts of Jones’ law office and another business, Reliable Ventures, to receive payments from visa seekers and then return part of the money back to them as purported payroll.

The defendants are also accused of making false and fraudulent statements in immigration documents and of money laundering.

According to the affidavit, each defendant agreed a conspirator “would commit at least two acts of racketeering activity in the conduct of the Enterprise’s affairs.”
