LA seeks to join lawsuit against ‘unconstitutional reckless raids’ by ICE

The city of Los Angeles and nearby cities filed a request to intervene in a class action lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security that claims detained individuals are targeted based on race and denied due process.

If granted, the request would allow Los Angeles and its partners to become direct participants in the lawsuit, which would allow the city to use its resources to present arguments, provide evidence and advocate for a temporary restraining order.

The petitioners in the case in question, Perdomo v. Noem, claim federal agents are making “suspicionless stops based on racial profiling” and “warrantless arrests without an individualized determination of flight risk.” They also claim detainees are subject to poor conditions, and that the right to counsel was denied by not allowing the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles access to detainees.

CHRLA is a pro-immigration advocacy group that received $35 million in taxpayer funding. CHRLA helped organize events surrounding the recent and ongoing immigration-related Los Angeles protests.

ICE Is Snooping on Your Medical Bills

The feds are vacuuming up a lot of data on Americans in the name of stopping illegal immigration. Their latest target? Your insurance data.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is now using data from the Insurance Services Office’s ClaimSearch, a private industry service for detecting car and health insurance fraud, according to ICE documents obtained by the tech news site 404 Media on Wednesday. ClaimSearch includes 1.8 billion insurance claims and 58 million medical bills—along with the personal data attached to them, including addresses, tax identification numbers, and license plates.

ClaimSearch’s public policy states that it grants full access to law enforcement agencies “investigating or prosecuting insurance-related crime, or developing background information about a specific individual or list of individuals who have been identified as persons of interest with regard to homeland security activity.”

Verisk, the company that runs ClaimSearch, denied to 404 Media that ICE or the Department of Homeland Security is one of its clients. But the National Insurance Crime Bureau, which controls access to ClaimSearch, did not directly answer whether ICE has access. 404 Media speculated that ICE could have gained access through another government agency.

In March 2025, the Trump administration signed an executive order to tear down “information silos” between federal agencies, and in May, the IRS signed a data-sharing agreement with ICE. The administration has leaned heavily on surveillance contractor Palantir, which has a contract with ICE to facilitate “complete target analysis of known populations.”

ICE has also been tapping into the nationwide network of license plate reading cameras by asking local law enforcement agencies to run searches for specific cars, 404 Media reported earlier this year. Some police departments insisted to 404 Media that the searches were conducted for ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations branch, which handles organized crime and smuggling rather than immigration enforcement.

However, the ICE documents on ClaimSearch specifically said that the data was going to Enforcement and Removal Operations, the branch that handles the detention and deportation of undocumented immigrants.

The immigration cops didn’t just start building their mass surveillance dragnets this year. In 2021, at the start of the Biden administration, The Washington Post reported that ICE was buying utility company records. While Customs and Border Protection (CBP) insisted in a 2018 report that it buys “only anonymized data” from third-party brokers, it has used commercial cell phone data to track and arrest specific people.

Trump Admin Walks Back Amnesty Suggestions, Says Mass Deportations Will Continue

In the face of growing criticism from the MAGA base, the Trump Administration is now walking back previous suggestions that some illegal aliens, specifically those working on farms and in hospitality, could be protected from deportation.

As we previously highlighted, Trump made remarks last week in Iowa indicating that he is considering protecting some illegals in order to help farmers who are relying on them for labor.

“You had cases where, not here, but just even over the years, where people have worked for a farm, on a farm, for 14, 15 years, and they get thrown out pretty viciously, and we can’t do it,” Trump asserted.

Trump credited his Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins for the idea, stating “You’re the one that brought this whole situation up.”

Even the most ardent Trump supporters quickly responded that this isn’t what they voted for and represents amnesty.

Now Rollins has responded in a press briefing, stating “I can’t underscore enough that there will be no amnesty, the mass deportations continue, but in a strategic way.”

“And we move the (farm) workforce toward automation and 100% American participation,” she added.

Is This The Age Of Pretend?

There are certain absolutes in our lives, like what is up is up, and what is down is down, but not in today’s crazy environment of “pretend.”

We are told to pretend, by the lefty loons, that: (1) boys can be girls and girls can be boys (regardless what your DNA shows), and that biological males can compete against biological females in athletics: (2) we are witnessing a “peaceful protest,” when in the background of the reporter reporting on video, a business is being torched and burned to the ground; (3) the biggest threat to the United States is not Communist China, Russia or Iran, but man-made global climate change (President Biden actually said that); (4) the Keystone Pipeline is a threat to our environment, along with carbon fuels, but transporting oil by truck and rail is a far safer way to transport it, in spite of dangerous spills as a result of accidents that might not have occurred with a pipeline; (5) the invasion of illegal aliens that was coming across our southern border is not a crisis, but just a “challenge” and not a problem; (6) raising the minimum wage by government decree will not cause low-skilled workers to be unemployed as a result; also (7) spending trillions of dollars for infrastructure in a bill that spends just 10% on real infrastructure and the rest on climate change, is a necessary expenditure.

Do the progressives (a/k/a Democrats, globalists, Marxists/Socialists/Communists) really think that most of the citizens are stupid and naive? The answer is yes, they do. Just ask the Democrat voters of New York City, who just nominated an admitted Socialist/Communist /Anti-Semite, Zohran Mamdani, as their Mayoral candidate. If elected, he will drive the city into ruin with the policies he has espoused.

In this topsy-turvy world we live in, you must wonder how people in authority can be so wrong on practically everything that is political. A good example of that is during the four years of President Trump’s first term in office, and now in his second term in office, no matter what he says or does, the knee-jerk reaction of the Democrats and the news media is that it must be bad, even if it was good for the country. They want us to pretend that President Trump is evil and shouldn’t be listened to, because he is a dictator and a threat to our democracy.

Now that we had President Biden in office for four years, the Democrats and the news media want us to pretend that whatever Biden and his administration had done was peachy-keen and good for the country. No mention is made of the various crises that had come about at the southern border, the unrest in the Middle East, the pull-out from Afghanistan, the lack of many children not attending in-person schooling during the pandemic, and no real condemnation of the wild accusations by the Squad (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Jasmine Crockett and Ayanna Pressley, along with admitted Socialist Bernie Sanders) claiming that our democratic republic is a “systemic racist country.”

A Big, Beautiful Financial Weapon Against Illegal Immigration

Buried in the Big, Beautiful Bill is a weapon Trump can use against illegal immigration, disincentivizing working illegally in the United States while at the same time cutting into money laundering by Mexican and other drug cartels.

The weapon is a one percent remittance tax on money sent by aliens in the U.S. home to their country. Small change? By the end of 2023, remittances sent by workers in the U.S., many illegal, to other countries reached approximately $93 billion dollars—about 14 percent of total remittances across the globe. Main recipient countries include India, Mexico, Guatemala, and Venezuela. Mexico currently receives money tax-free. U.S. law makes that possible, and it needs to be changed. The tax is expected to collect $10 billion for the U.S. in revenues.

Directo a México” is the official remittance program of the Federal Reserve Bank, facilitated through the FedGlobal service, which allows illegal immigrants to transfer money to Mexico’s central bank at no additional fee. Since 2003, after an agreement was signed by George W. Bush, users of U.S. financial institutions subscribed to Directo a México can send payments to any bank account in Mexico at no cost. New Yorkers can see such services advertised in Spanish on the subway; in smaller cities the transfer work is done by Wells Fargo, Moneygram, and check-cashing storefronts. States with large populations of illegal Mexicans, such as California and Texas, rank highest in remittance outflows.

It is a well-used system—in 2022, Mexico received $56 billion in remittances from the U.S., establishing the country’s position as the second-largest destination for such funds worldwide. Remittances from abroad accounted for roughly 4.5 percent of Mexico’s total GDP in 2022 (in some poorer Mexican states remittances comprised 15 percent or more of their GDP) and form the largest single source of foreign income for Mexico, outstripping the income brought in by any other source, including foreign direct investment from the United States, tourism, and manufacturing exports. The total value of remittances increased by roughly 32 percent between 2019 and 2023, rising by an average of five percent per year. Mexico does not just send hundreds of thousands of illegal workers to the U.S.; its domestic economy outright depends on them working in el Norte. Much the same for the other leading countries, such as India, though much of its remittances come from H1-B visa holders.

Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum knows the value of the program and showed just how desperately her country relies on these remittance payments in a statement that “fanned the flames of the LA riots.”

“Mexican citizens in America work hard to pay their bills. We don’t want this tax to affect the remittances of our countrymen,” Sheinbaum said. “If necessary, we will mobilize. We will not allow them to punish those who help the least fortunate.”

San Antonio City Council Candidate Calls For the Killing of ICE Agents – and DHS is Already Tracking Him Down! — “We’ll See You Soon”

A San Antonio City Council candidate called for the killing of ICE agents on Monday evening and the DHS is already tracking him down.

Federal agents descended on MacArthur Park in the sanctuary city of Los Angeles on Monday to conduct an immigration raid.

Karen Bass bullied her way in and demanded the raid stop.

Mayor Bass demanded to speak to the person in charge, however, the border patrol chief hit back hard and told Bass to pound sand.

“I don’t work for Karen Bass. Better get used to us now, cause this is going to be normal very soon. We will go anywhere, anytime we want in Los Angeles,” Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino told Fox News reporter Bill Melugin.

Later Monday, an X account allegedly belonging to San Antonio City Council candidate and UTSA student Matthew Gauna, called for ICE agents to be killed in response to Bill Melugin’s tweet.

“And they will get shot by the Los Angeles public. I wanna see a few dead ICE agents Los Angeles! Don’t let me down,” the Matthew Gauna X account said.

Jessica Tarlov Shredded by Co-Hosts on ‘The Five’ for Suggesting ICE Detainees Are Being Sexually Abused by Federal Workers

Today on the popular FOX News panel show, The Five, liberal host Jessica Tarlov suggested that people being held in ICE detention centers are reporting sexual abuse by the workers at these facilities.

Co-host Greg Gutfeld actually jumped in to clarify her remarks, seemingly in disbelief that she would make such a claim. Jesse Watters then proceeded to shred Tarlov’s remarks.

Here’s a partial transcript:

Jessica Tarlov: There was a story about a San Antonio area ICE detention center, a huge spike in 911 calls from people who have been detained there, reporting increased suicide attempts and sexual abuse. What is going on with this immigration policy is not what people showed up on November 5th for. I know there are some people out there, there are pictures of those grannies that had those signs that say ‘mass deportation now’ but that’s…

Greg Gutfeld: Wait, what about… You bring up something as charged as sexual abuse. Who is causing the sexual abuse? Is it the people that run… So the people running the detention center are raping the detainees?

Jessica Tarlov: You’ve never heard of that happening?

Greg Gutfeld: So that’s… I want to be clear that that’s what you’re alluding to…

Jessica Tarlov: That’s what the report says…

Greg Gutfeld: So the people running the detainee center are sexually abusing…

Jessica Tarlov: I don’t have video of what was happening, I just know that they are seeing an increased amount of 911 calls saying that people…

At this point, Jesse Watters jumps in and reminds Jessica that the Biden administration was responsible for losing track of hundreds of thousands of children brought into the United States who may be getting sex trafficked right now and that her side said nothing about this.

House Democrats Admit Their Radical Base Is Calling for Bloodshed at ICE Facilities to Stop Trump — Urging Lawmakers to Abandon Law and Order, Embrace Political Violence

Radical activists at multiple Democrat town halls told House members that mere hearings and lawsuits are “not good enough” and that Democrats must “be willing to get shot” at ICE facilities to make headlines.

According to Axios“Some of them have suggested … what we really need to do is be willing to get shot” when confronting ICE personnel — a shocking admission by House Democrats who say their base’s anger is reaching dangerous levels.

The news outlet reported:

“This idea that we’re going to save every norm and that we’re not going to play [Republicans’] game … I don’t think that’s resonating with voters anymore,” said one House Democrat.

Another told Axios that a “sense of fear and despair and anger” among voters “puts us in a different position where … we can’t keep following norms of decorum.”

[…]

“We’ve got people who are desperately wanting us to do something … no matter what we say, they want [more],” said Rep. Brad Schneider (D-Ill.), the chair of the center-left New Democrat Coalition, told Axios.

[…]

The grassroots wants more. “Some of them have suggested … what we really need to do is be willing to get shot” when visiting ICE facilities or federal agencies, a third House Democrat told Axios.

“Our own base is telling us that what we’re doing is not good enough … [that] there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public,” the lawmaker said.

A fourth House Democrat said constituents have told them “civility isn’t working” and to prepare for “violence … to fight to protect our democracy.”

A fifth House Democrat told Axios that “people online have sent me crazy s*** … told me to storm the White House and stuff like that,” though they added that “there’s always people on the internet saying crazy stuff.”

Hours later, a man was shot and killed Monday morning after he ambushed Border Patrol agents, armed with a rifle and tactical gear, outside of a Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas.

This comes after a Texas police officer was shot and wounded in the neck late Friday night in an apparent ambush attack by an armed group outside the ICE Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, located just south of Dallas-Fort Worth.

The NYT’s Flip-Flop On Illegal Alien Gang Takeovers Proves They’re Just Propagandists For Dems

Less than two months before the presidential election, The New York Times’ (NYT) Jonathan Weisman tried to protect Vice President Kamala Harris’ open-border agenda by mocking then-candidate Donald Trump for pointing out that illegal alien gangs had taken over an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado.

“How the False Story of a Gang ‘Takeover’ in Colorado Reached Trump,” Weisman wrote.

“Caught in the middle are a number of migrants, living in dilapidated apartments that Aurora officials now call squalor, amid ‘criminal elements,’ not widespread gang activity, and unable to find or afford better,” the story read.

If you only read Weisman’s report, you’d have believed the real problem was just an “out-of-state landlord” who didn’t feel like fixing up a few units. As Weisman put it, the landlord “offered a new argument for why it couldn’t repair the buildings: Venezuelan gangs had taken over, and the property managers had been forced to flee.”

Weisman begrudgingly acknowledged the viral video showing Tren de Aragua gang members parading around the complex with weapons drawn but only long enough to couch it by arguing “documentation was scarce.”

But don’t worry, nothing to see here! And what you were seeing from Trump was nearly “fear-mongering, exaggerations, and outright lies …” according to Weisman.

Fast forward ten months, and the NYT’s Ted Conover is spreading those same “outright lies.”

“Democrats Denied This City Had a Gang Problem,” Conover wrote. “The Truth Is Complicated.”

“The presence of young men with guns in the apartment complex, called the Edge at Lowry, was not a rarity,” Conover wrote, detailing gruesome details of the gang violence plaguing the complex. Conover reports what The Times pretended was “false” before: illegal aliens in gangs seen by residents carrying pistols and an assault rifle in the hallways.

YouTuber Uncovers “Soros Soldier” Behind NYC Color Revolution Operation

Initial signs suggest a shift in federal posture toward increased scrutiny of rogue non-governmental organizations (NGOs) potentially engaged in domestic color revolution operations aimed at sowing chaos and destruction. These NGOs are reportedly backed by a mix of left-leaning (and often anti-American) high-net-worth individuals, U.S. taxpayer funds, corporate donations, and potentially hostile foreign actors.

Shortly after the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles last month, FBI Director Kash Patel stated, “The FBI is investigating any and all monetary connections responsible for these riots.”

Patel’s comments are merely a hint that federal investigations are intensifying on a network of leftist NGOs. Some of these NGOs are assessed to be deeply aligned with Marxists and are allegedly advocating for the dismantling of capitalism through color revolution operations aimed at collapsing the system as part of a broader ideological realignment—a so-called “great reset” oriented toward socialism and, ultimately, digital communism.

Independent researcher and content creator Nate Friedman (27, New York-based) has released a series of videos on X detailing the command and control structures of these dark-money-funded NGOs operating in New York City. Some of these NGOs are aligned with Marxism, potentially receiving overseas funding. His findings suggest these organizations are engaged in destabilization operations.

In a separate video, Friedman uncovered what he called “another Soros soldier.”

Friedman appeared on Newsmax to discuss his alarming findings. The segment focused on the financial and ideological backers of these organizations.
