Iranian army sniper and Hezbollah-linked ‘terrorist’ arrested in US as Trump warns of violent sleeper cells

An Iranian army sniper and a suspected terrorist with ties to Hezbollah are among illegal migrants living in the US who have been arrested by ICE since Sunday.

Ribvar Karimi, who served as an Iranian Army sniper from 2018 to 2021, was arrested in rural Alabama, where he has been living with his American wife.

When ICE agents found in him in the town of Locust Fork Sunday, he had an Islamic Republic of Iran Army identification card, DHS claimed.

Karimi entered the country legally on a K-1 visa, for foreigners engaged to be married to Americans, in October under the Biden administration.

He married his bride, Morgan Gardener, in January this year. However, Karimi failed to adjust his status, making his presence in the US illegal.

In Minnesota, agents nabbed Mehran Makari Saheli, 56, a former member of off the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps with admitted connections to Hezbollah, according to the Department of Homeland Security today.

He already had a conviction for felon in possession of a firearm and served 15 months in prison.

Despite being ordered out of the country by a judge in June 28, 2022, he evaded authorities.

Both men are now in ICE custody pending removal.

Karimi’s American wife insists he loves America and is a proud immigrant.

‘This man loves America, the first purchase he made when he got here was an American Flag,’ Morgan Gardner told a local station

‘If he was here on bad intentions, he wouldn’t have done that, he wouldn’t be willing to walk around with a flag, knowing he could get deported and sent back to a country where he could be killed for that.’

She is seven months pregnant with their first child and fears she’ll have to give birth alone.

Also arrested over the weekend was Mehrzad Asadi Eidivand, who had been ordered to leave the US 12 years ago by an immigration judge.

He had also been convicted of threatening a law enforcement officer and being an alien in possession of a firearm.

Eidivand entered through the southern border in June 2012, DHS said, and he was arrested in Tempe, Arizona Sunday.

Armed with a 9mm pistol when ICE agents caught up to him, Behzad Sepehrian Bahary Nejad was arrested in Texas.

Illegals Exploit Social Security Loophole to Steal 2020 Election Votes

In 2022, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer revealed at a Scottsdale, Arizona event that 10,000 illegal immigrants used one Social Security number to vote in the 2020 presidential election.

Furthermore, Elon Musk’s February 2025 X post confirmed the Social Security database allows duplicate numbers, enabling massive fraud.

Moreover, recent findings by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) substantiate these claims, exposing a $1.7 trillion tax fraud scheme. Consequently, these facts demand urgent reforms to protect American citizens’ votes in our Constitutional Republic.

Initially, at a 2022 Scottsdale, Arizona event, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer exposed that 10,000 illegal immigrants used a single Social Security number to vote in Arizona’s 2020 election.

Specifically, he detailed how factories assigned identical numbers to workers, unchecked by the IRS, allowing voter registration through Motor Voter laws.

“The IRS unconnected our names from the Social Security number. Now when you look it up, it just pings to see if there’s an employer. If there is, it says it’s good. It validates it. Why do they do that? Because all of these factories are giving them Social Security numbers. The government turns its back on it. As soon as you have a Social Security number and you go over to Motor Voter, pass the driver’s test, you get a driver’s license. If you’re a Social Security, you must be a citizen.” [Source: Video from 2022 Scottsdale, Arizona event]

Biden Judge DEFIES Supreme Court, Says His Order Barring Deportation of Illegal Aliens to South Sudan Remains in Effect – Stephen Miller Responds

US District Judge Brian Murphy on Monday evening defied the US Supreme Court and said his order barring deportation of illegal aliens to South Sudan remains in effect.

In a 6-3 decision, the US Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump Administration to resume deporting illegal aliens to ‘third-party’ countries.

The Supreme Court granted the Trump Administration’s emergency application and paused Judge Brian Murphy’s order blocking the third-country removals.

Liberal Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson dissented.

In her dissent, Sotomayor said, “Rather than allowing our lower court colleagues to manage this high-stakes litigation with the care and attention it plainly requires, this Court now intervenes to grant the Government emergency relief from an order it has repeatedly defied. I cannot join so gross an abuse of the Court’s equitable discretion.”

Last month US District Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, said the Trump Administration violated his court order to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.

Some of the aliens are from Laos, Vietnam, and Cuba, so sending them to South Sudan puts them in danger, attorneys argued.

Judge Murphy said the US must maintain custody of the dangerous aliens during the process.

Judge Murphy also ordered the US government to provide interpreters and counsel to the aliens during the interview.

President Trump fumed and said that because of the judge’s order, 8 of the most violent criminals on earth are currently being held in Djibouti, a tiny country on the Horn of Africa next to Ethiopia.

The US government doesn’t even have a detention facility in Djibouti, so 11 ICE agents are detaining the aliens in a conference room in a converted Conex shipping container on the US Naval base in Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.

Budget Office Estimates Biden Border Bedlam Cost States Billions

Arecent report attempted to quantify the real costs the Biden administration’s deregulated border had on state and local governments.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBOestimates that the surge in illegal migration cost governments billions of dollars in 2023, which illustrates the real-world impact of the previous administration’s actions — or inactions. The report also exhorted Congress to provide adequate resources for border security, so that the chaos of the past four years can never happen again.

Quantifying Surge Populations

The CBO report looked at the impact of the Biden-era migration surge among “other foreign nationals.” This immigration category includes those who entered the United States unlawfully; so-called “overstays,” who entered the country lawfully but did not exit when their visa expired; parolees permitted entrance despite not falling into another immigration category; and those awaiting immigration proceedings in court. The budget office estimated that, by the end of 2023, the “other foreign national” population had increased by a net of 4.3 million since the Biden administration took office in 2021.

CBO believes that, of those 4.3 million, “about a quarter,” or roughly 1.1 million, “were qualified aliens upon arrival.” That term has particular relevance because the 1996 welfare reform law restricted eligibility for federal programs to “qualified aliens” who have served a five-year waiting period. However, CBO also notes that “about half,” or over 500,000, “of those qualified aliens” arriving during the surge “were exempt from the five-year waiting period,” and therefore could immediately receive taxpayer-funded benefits.

Senate parliamentarian strikes SNAP reform from Republican megabill

The Senate parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough rejected provisions in the Republicans’ megabill related to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) reform.

The House version of the bill contained language to bar illegal immigrants from receiving SNAP benefits, which MacDonough ruled against.

The provision that would require states to fund a certain percentage of SNAP benefits based on those states’ error rates in delivering aid was also eliminated.

The Senate is currently revising the version of the bill that the House previously passed.

Judge Rules MS-13 Gang Member Kilmar Abrego Garcia Should NOT be Detained on His Criminal Charges of Child Trafficking – DOJ Appeals

Federal magistrate judge Barbara Holmes on Sunday ruled MS-13 gang member and wife beater Kilmar Abrego Garcia should not be detained on his criminal charges.

Abrego Garcia will likely remain in custody on an ICE detainer.

“As required by the Bail Reform Act, the Court has reviewed the evidence presented at the June 13 hearing and considered the parties’ arguments and the Pretrial Services report. For the reasons detailed below, the government’s motion for detention is DENIED. Specifically, the Court finds that no detention hearing is authorized under the Bail Reform Act in this case because the government failed to prove that this case involves: (1) a minor victim within the meaning of § 3142(f)(1)(E); (2) a “serious risk” that Abrego will flee, as required by § 3142(f)(2)(A); or, (3) a “serious risk” that Abrego will obstruct justice or otherwise interfere with the integrity of this proceeding, as required by § 3142(f)(2)(B),” the judge wrote in a 51-page memo.

Earlier this month Kilmar Abrego Garcia pleaded not guilty to human trafficking charges as and fought for his release pending trial.

Abrego Garcia appeared in a Nashville court clad in a red jumpsuit.

A federal grand jury in Tennessee recently indicted Kilmar Abrego Garcia for “transporting undocumented migrants within the United States.”

He was charged with one count of conspiracy to transport aliens and one count of unlawful transportation of undocumented aliens.

According to the indictment, Kilmar Abrego Garcia and co-conspirators from El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico and the US were trafficking illegal aliens from 2016 through 2025.

City of Pasadena in Los Angeles Cancels Swim Lessons and Other Programs in the Parks to Stop ICE From Making Arrests

The City of Pasadena canceled swim lessons and other activities in local parks to stop ICE from making arrests.

Pasadena is located northeast of downtown Los Angeles.

According to KABC, two men were ‘snatched off the street’ on Saturday while buying tamales in Villa Parke, so the city decided to shut down activities to stop ICE from making more arrests.

Federal agents were also spotted near an apartment complex in Pasadena making arrests on Saturday.

“The City of Pasadena is cancelling programming, including swim lessons and other programs at Villa Parke, Robinson Park and Victory Park today, Saturday, June 21, out of an abundance of caution after seeing social media posts of what appears to be federal enforcement activity at Villa Parke this morning and the potential escalation of conflict that unannounced federal enforcement activity causes,” the City of Pasadena said.

“The city is not being informed. They just showed up and took people right off the street. They did not identify themselves, showed up in unmarked vehicles, wielding serious weaponry,” Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo said.

Democrats Plot to Inflate 2030 Census With Illegal Immigrants to Secure House Seats

In a blatant power grab, New York City’s Democratic leadership is pushing to include illegal immigrants in the 2030 Census. By inflating population counts with non-citizens, Democrats aim to secure more congressional seats, more federal funding, and more influence, all while sidelining the voices of lawful residents.

According to a New York Times report, “a coalition of elected officials, community activists, and labor and civic leaders in New York City” is planning for the 2030 census by including illegal aliens, fearing they will lose at least two of their 26 seats in the House. The 2023 census data analyzed by the Migration Policy Institute found that more than 4.5 million illegal immigrants live in New York State.

There is increasing concern over the Trump administration’s immigration raids and a renewed effort by Republicans to require the census to ask about U.S. citizenship and exclude noncitizens from the population counts used to determine congressional representation. The growing concerns over the next census are happening alongside broader concerns, including budget cuts and a hiring freeze under the Trump administration.

The Director of the Border Security and Immigration Center at the Heritage Foundation, Lora Ries, explained that illegal immigrants are included in the Census count, even though they cannot vote, and those population numbers are then used to determine congressional districts and Electoral College votes.

Anti-ICE Activists in Colorado Help Criminal Alien and Child Rapist Escape Arrest

Anti-ICE activists in Denver, Colorado, helped a child rapist illegally residing in the US escape arrest on Friday morning.

Colorado Rapid Response tipped off the criminal alien and child rapist identified as Jose Reyes Leon-Deras and boasted about helping him evade arrest.

“ICE has left the neighborhood. No one was detained,” Colorado Rapid Response said after they stalked ICE agents surveilling Jose Reyes Leon-Deras near Longs Peak Venue and Martin St. Longmont.

“This morning ICE & @FBIDenver were attempting to arrest Jose Reyes Leon-Deras, a criminal alien from El Salvador who is convicted of and wanted for child rape in Italy. During our surveillance of Leon, members of Colorado Rapid Response arrived on scene and alerted him to law enforcements presence which allowed him to escape arrest,” Denver ICE said on Friday.

ICE asked tipsters for help capturing Jose Reyes Leon-Deras.

“Groups like this interfere with ICE’s ability to keep communities safe. If you know his whereabouts, do not approach, if seen, instead report all info to ICE at 1-866-347-2423,” ICE Denver said.

Judge Blocks Transportation Department From Withholding Funds From States That Defy Federal Immigration Policy

A group of Democratic attorneys general secured a favorable ruling by a federal judge in Rhode Island on June 19 to temporarily block the Trump administration’s plan to withhold transportation grant funding for states that refuse to go along with its immigration polices.

Two days earlier, in the wake of recent anti-immigration riots in Los Angeles rife with looting, destruction of personal property, and physical impediment of immigration officials, Department of Transportation (DOT) Secretary Sean Duffy said on X: “The @USDOT will NOT fund rogue state actors who refuse to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement. And to cities that stand by while rioters destroy transportation infrastructure—don’t expect a red cent from DOT, either. Follow the law, or forfeit the funding.”

His X post was in response to President Donald Trump’s Truth Social post that same day saying Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers should “do all in their power to achieve the very important goal of delivering the single largest Mass Deportation Program in History.”

“In order to achieve this, we must expand efforts to detain and deport Illegal Aliens in America’s largest Cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where Millions upon Millions of Illegal Aliens reside,” the president wrote.

“I want ICE, Border Patrol, and our Great and Patriotic Law Enforcement Officers, to FOCUS on our crime-ridden and deadly Inner Cities, and those places where Sanctuary Cities play such a big role.”

The Democratic state attorneys general filed a lawsuit on May 13 over Duffy’s defunding policy announced in April.
