Biden-Era Border Policies Blamed by DHS for Alleged Murder of Texas Woman at Hands of 3 Illegal Aliens

Three illegal aliens from Mexico have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 43-year-old Mary Gonzales, whose body was found in a North Austin field on October 6. Texas authorities apprehended one suspect, while U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested two others. The arrests prompted sharp criticism from Homeland Security officials who linked the crime to Biden-era border policies.

According to authorities, nearby surveillance video showed a blue vehicle with no headlights on driving on October 5 in the vicinity of where Gonzales’ body was discovered. The vehicle was positioned at one time in the video where the body would later be found.

Within an hour, authorities stopped a vehicle matching the description approximately one mile away, which was reported as a 2007 Toyota Camry. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Enrique Gomez-Urbina, an illegal alien from Mexico. Police found a Glock .40-caliber handgun inside. Gomez-Urbina fled the scene but was apprehended by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force officers later the same day after a First-Degree Murder warrant was issued for his arrest. ICE officials determined that Gomez-Urbina is illegally present in the United States and lodged an immigration detainer for his removal proceedings once his criminal case is concluded.

On October 8, ICE arrested two additional illegal aliens in connection with the murder of the 43-year-old Austin woman. Officials identified the two as Jesus Llamas-Yanez and Javier Roman Hernandez — both criminal aliens from Mexico.

According to ICE, Llamas-Yanez’s record includes previous arrests for assault and driving under the influence. Llamas-Yanez illegally entered the United States at or near an unknown location, on or about an unknown date.

Roman Hernandez entered the United States on foot at the Hidalgo, Texas, Point of Entry during the Biden Administration on July 23, 2023, using the CBP One Smart Phone Application, which enabled more than 1,400 migrants to enter the United States each day with little to no vetting. The application, initiated under the Biden administration, was canceled shortly after President Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin commented on the latest two arrests in connection to the murder, saying, “These alleged cold-blooded murderers should have never been in our country in the first place, and Mary Gonzales should still be alive.”

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson melted down after a reporter asked a question that used the term “illegal alien.”

Chicago is a sanctuary city, meaning that it won’t partner with immigration officers who deport illegal aliens unless those people are wanted on a criminal warrant by local or federal authorities, if they have been convicted of a serious crime and remain in the United States illegally, or if they are a clear threat to public safety or national security.

President Donald Trump announced that an anonymous billionaire, described by him as a «great friend» and a true patriot, has delivered a check for $130 million directly to the federal government.

This fund is intended to cover any deficit in the salaries of active military personnel, affected by the prolonged government shutdown orchestrated by Democrats in Congress. «He sent us a $130 million check today!» Trump exclaimed, emphasizing that the donor rejects any public recognition.

Illegal Alien POLICE OFFICER Cost Illinois Taxpayers More Than $205,000

In Governor J.B. Pritzker’s Illinois, taxpayers are funding one of the most shocking sanctuary state scandals to date: an illegal alien working as a sworn police officer. 

His salary, benefits, and pension package together cost the public more than $205,000 this year alone.

Radule Bojovic, an illegal alien from Montenegro, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during Operation Midway Blitz on October 15. 

ICE officials confirmed Bojovic had been unlawfully living in the United States for over a decade after overstaying his B-2 visitor visa, which expired on March 31, 2015. 

Despite his unlawful presence and felony ineligibility to possess a firearm, Bojovic was sworn in as an officer with the Hanover Park Police Department, a suburb of Chicago.

According to police department and pension board records, Bojovic was granted a starting salary of $78,955.70 and was approved by the Hanover Park Pension Fund Board of Trustees in January 2025. 

But his overall taxpayer burden reached far higher.

In 2025 alone, Bojovic’s employment cost Illinois residents $205,707, including salary, benefits, and $9,276 in FICA and Medicare taxes.

The revelation that an illegal alien was given a badge, gun, and pension eligibility has sparked outrage across Illinois and beyond. 

Federal law is explicit: illegal aliens are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms under any circumstance. 

Yet under sanctuary policies supported by Pritzker, Bojovic not only carried a firearm but enforced laws while in violation of them.

OUTRAGEOUS: Trump CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz Uncovers Over $1 BILLION in Fraudulent Healthcare Spending for ILLEGAL ALIENS Including Murderers and Rapists

Dr. Mehmet Oz, the Trump-appointed Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), just dropped a bombshell on national television, exposing over one BILLION dollars in fraudulent healthcare spending for illegal immigrants.

Appearing on Mornings with Maria on Friday, Oz revealed that his agency uncovered billions of taxpayer dollars funneled to illegal aliens in Democrat-run states, a direct violation of federal law.

“Maria, just in the last few months, in the few states that we’ve examined—less than half a dozen—we’ve identified more than a billion dollars, with a B, of federal tax dollars that have gone to illegal immigrants. We’re actually calling that money back from those states now.

But the fact that this could still happen is very frustrating to all of us. Why would you want to repeal that after all the work that was put into ensuring that these programs, which work so well for vulnerable populations, would remain intact financially?”

During a “Fox & Friends” interview with Ainsley Earhardt last week, Dr. Oz blasted Democrat-led states for abusing taxpayer funds while gaslighting Americans about the extent of fraud within the Medicaid system.

According to Oz, CMS investigators discovered that Democrat-run states like California, Illinois, New York, and Minnesota have been using federal Medicaid dollars to provide full dental, vision, and comprehensive healthcare to illegal immigrants, services that even Medicare recipients don’t receive.

Oz said the Trump administration’s “One Big, Beautiful Bill” was designed to block this very abuse and claw back stolen funds. But now, Democrats in Congress are trying to repeal the bill, which would reopen the floodgates for illegal spending.

The $1 billion figure may just be the beginning. Oz said his agency has only reviewed a fraction of states so far, and the full amount of misused funds could be “significantly higher.”

He revealed that some states have already started returning funds, acknowledging their wrongdoing as CMS tightens audits.

NBC Is Helping Run Anti-ICE Ops For Dems

NBC “Propaganda Press” News has an exclusive, and it sent a press release about it to other press so all press can report that a handful of Democrat senators have written a letter. Sure, senators write strongly worded letters all the time — and often they result in no action — but NBC is marketing this letter as a big deal, doing its part to spread Democrat propaganda.  

The senators sent the letter — “first provided to NBC News,” according to the press release — to Education Secretary Linda McMahon, “demanding that she step in and ask the Department of Homeland Security to curb its operations around schools.”

It is a classic “do it for the children” ploy.

In a nutshell, the letter, which NBC does not provide a link to, asks the Department of Education to require ICE operations to stay 1,000 feet away from school — that is, nearly three football fields.

Never mind that ICE is in the midst of the messy work of removing the many drug dealers, murderers, and pedophiles the Biden administration allowed into the country, as The Federalist’s M.D. Kittle reported. Democrat letter writers want to slow or stop the progress President Donald Trump’s administration is making in removing these criminals from the streets — for the children.   

“Federal agents continue to use unwarranted, excessive levels of force around Chicago, demonstrating an alarming lack of care or regard for the health and wellbeing of children, particularly by conducting unfocused, inflammatory operations within close proximity of school grounds,” the senators wrote in the letter, according to NBC’s press release. “We demand you pressure your colleague, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, to reinstate restrictions on Federal immigration enforcement operations in and around places of education.”

As NBC reported, the senators asserted that “if society can agree that alcohol, tobacco and drugs should be kept at least 1,000 feet away from our schools, surely we can agree that tear gas — a chemical weapon which causes burning, pain, skin inflammation and respiratory distress — and other violent DHS tools and tactics also belong on that list.”

This is not a fair argument. While it would be illegal to provide a child with alcohol, tobacco, or drugs, it is not illegal for police to enforce the law by arresting someone for doing these things in a school zone — or for breaking other laws. This request is trying to stop law enforcement from doing its job.  

If ICE must deploy tear gas near a school, cutting recess short is an option. NBC reported that a Chicago school had to move children inside recently after tear gas allegedly drifted onto the playground. It is a temporary nuisance for students, unless teachers make it something more. Inside, children were ”fearful” after the incident, NBC’s press release said.

But there is something more frightening than tear gas drifting onto the playground: being raped, robbed, or assaulted on the walk home from school by a violent criminal who illegally entered the country. Teachers should have used this moment to talk about the consequences people face when they don’t follow the rules. Notably, Tricia McLaughlin, DHS assistant secretary for public affairs, told NBC that law enforcement used tear gas “because of violent rioters.”

The letter also apparently details an incident when federal agents allegedly “forcefully dragged two women out of a car in front of a school on the West Side of Chicago, violently detaining them without presenting a warrant, as children and parents watched on in horror.” McLaughlin told NBC that the women “were driving recklessly, including weaving between lanes and putting other motorists at risk. Following the driver abruptly stopping in the middle of traffic near a school, law enforcement approached the vehicle. The occupants refused to exit the vehicle and follow law enforcement commands.” (Another incident worth discussing with children in relation to the consequences of not following the rules).

The letter was signed by Sen. Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill.; Angela Alsobrooks, D-Md.; Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev.; Jacky Rosen, D-Nev.; Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.; Cory Booker, D-N.J.; Andy Kim, D-N.J.; and Ed Markey, D-Mass. And other propaganda media quickly repeated the story, just as NBC wrote it, crediting NBC for the information. That is how propaganda spreads, like nitrates on the cool, autumn soil (that is, like crap on dirt, dear citified reader.)

Seattle Jail Scandal: King County Hires Illegal Aliens as Guards, Vows to Fight State Law and Keep Them Employed

Seattle’s King County Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention (DAJD) has admitted to illegally hiring over three dozen migrants as corrections officers to guard American citizens in jail after being exposed by a whistleblower.

Instead of firing the violators, the Democrat-run county is vowing to fight the state ban and even push for legal changes to approve the hires retroactively.

The controversy began when a whistleblower filed a complaint with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC), alleging that DAJD hired as many as 100 individuals with expired or invalid visas, in direct violation of Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 43.101.095.

This law explicitly requires corrections officers to be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or DACA recipients, with no exceptions for illegal aliens.

On Thursday, the DAJD confirmed hiring 38 illegal aliens who were “incorrectly certified,” calling it a mere “oversight.” Just four recent recruits were dismissed from training following the probe.

“All are fully trained as corrections officers and authorized to work in the United States. King County is committed to safety and the fair treatment of these officers and continues to work closely with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC). We are keeping all available avenues of relief open at this time,” the DADJ said in a statement provided to The Jason Rantz Show.

Despite not being legally allowed to work as corrections officers, the DAJD said it will not terminate the rest of the aliens’ employment.

“To ensure the integrity of jail operations and the safety of our staff and those in our custody, most of the officers continue to work their assigned shifts while we have ongoing conversations with the CJTC about next steps,” the department added. “All officers who continue to perform duties have completed full training through the CJTC.”

The department is collaborating with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office to try to amend the law.

Deadly Illegal Alien Truck Driver Failed CDL Test 10 Times

The illegal alien truck driver responsible for a fatal crash earlier this year in Florida failed his commercial drivers’ license (CDL) test in Washington a staggering 10 times within a two-month window.

Between March and May 2023, Harjinder Singh, an illegal alien from India, tested 10 times to try to obtain a CDL license to drive trucks in the state of Washington. He failed every single time, according to Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin and the Florida attorney general’s office. 

Yet, insanely, not only did the state of Washington eventually give Singh a CDL license anyway, but the state of California also gave him one. And therefore Singh was driving a truck in Florida and made an illegal U-turn in August, causing a deadly crash that claimed three lives.

Melugin added additional details on just how utterly irresponsible were the Washington and California authorities who gave Singh the CDL license: “Additionally, I’m told Singh also failed his air breaks knowledge test twice, and that the Washington company that provided Singh’s behind the wheel CDL training attested he could speak English proficiently, when he couldn’t.”

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is continuing to investigate Singh, who pleaded not guilty last month to the three counts of vehicular homicide and immigration violations. “The FL AG’s office also sued California and Washington via SCOTUS last week, asking SCOTUS to prevent both states from issuing CDLs to illegal immigrants, and accusing both states of not complying with federal safety and immigration status requirements when issuing CDLs,” Melugin added.

In fact, California’s insistence on issuing licenses to illegal aliens in spite of the illegality and new Trump administration rules about English proficiency has claimed at least six lives within the last couple of months. Jashanpreet Singh, yet another illegal alien from India, was driving under the influence in a semi-truck this week in California when he caused a fiery crash that also killed three people. Both Singhs should never have been allowed to be licensed truck drivers in the United States, but the Biden administration and California Democrats ensured they could.

Former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot Announces Plan to ‘Unmask’ ICE Agents

Former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is spearheading a project to reveal the names and locations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers while pro-migration activists are trying to block pro-American law enforcement.

The ex-mayor, who in 2023 became the first Democrat mayor to lose a re-election bid in 40 years, announced the launch of “The ICE Accountability Project,” WFLD-TV reported.

The deposed mayor claimed that the new effort will “unmask” ICE agents so the public can know their identities and track their whereabouts.

“They are on public property out in the open,” she insisted. “We have an absolute right under our constitution to document what’s happening.”

“We want to create a centralized archive of all the purported criminal actions of ICE and CBP agents,” Lightfoot explained. “We want to create a portal where what’s happening in real time can be centralized and put out for the public to view.”

The ex-mayor said she wants her tracking information to be used to take ICE agents to court on an individual basis and to stop the Trump administration from rounding up and deporting criminal illegal aliens.

Lightfoot is far from the only Democrat looking to dox ICE agents and putting federal law enforcement officials in more danger.

As Breitbart News reported, Democrats in Los Angeles, California, are also threatening to launch an online tracker of ICE activity to help left-wing activists more quickly interfere in immigration raids, arrests, and other essential enforcement actions.

Ninth Circuit Hands President Trump Sweeping Win Over Gavin Newsom — Trump Can Federalize California National Guard to Enforce Federal Immigration Law

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has denied en banc rehearing in Newsom v. Trump, effectively upholding the earlier panel decision that sided with Trump and affirmed his authority to federalize the California National Guard to support federal immigration enforcement.

When California officials refused to cooperate with federal agents, Trump invoked § 12406(3), federalizing and deploying 4,000 members of the California National Guard to Los Angeles to secure ICE facilities and restore order.

California Governor Gavin Newsom and the State of California sued over President Trump’s order, claiming it was unconstitutional and violated state sovereignty.

Newsom wrote at the time:

“We are suing Donald Trump. This is a manufactured crisis. He is creating fear and terror to take over a state militia and violate the U.S. constitution. The illegal order he signed could allow him to send the military into ANY STATE HE WISHES. Every governor — red or blue — should reject this outrageous overreach. There’s a lot of hyperbole out there. This isn’t that. This is an unmistakable step toward authoritarianism that threatens the foundation of our republic. We cannot let it stand.”

US District Judge Charles Breyer (brother of retired SCOTUS Breyer), a Clinton appointee, granted Newsom a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and said Trump’s decision to federalize the National Guard was illegal.

But the appellate panel ruled that the statute clearly empowers the President to act whenever he is “unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States.”

In practical terms, this means the Commander-in-Chief may call Guard troops into federal service when local or federal law-enforcement personnel cannot safely or effectively enforce the law.

After Senior Judge Marsha S. Berzon, joined by several liberal colleagues, requested a full-court rehearing, a vote of active Ninth Circuit judges failed to secure a majority, and rehearing en banc was denied on Wednesday. That denial makes the earlier Trump victory final within the circuit and binding precedent across nine Western states.

Judge Marsha Berzon’s 38-page dissent argued that the ruling “invited presidents, now and in the future, to deploy military troops… in response to commonplace, short-lived, domestic disturbances.”
