Accused DC Pipe Bomber Sued Trump Admin. Over Illegal Immigration Before Allegedly Carrying Out His Sinister Act, Also Claimed ‘Racial Persecution’ By Lawyer

The DC pipe bomber has been revealed to be a race-baiter who worked hard to ensure violent illegal aliens suffered no consequences before carrying out the bombings.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the FBI arrested a man named Brian Cole in connection with the January 6 pipe bombs on Thursday morning. Cole is 30 years old and from Woodbridge, Virginia.

Cole allegedly planted pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC headquarters on January 5, the night before the Capitol protest. The FBI previously released footage of him planting the bomb next to a park bench at the DNC.

The Daily Wire has now exclusively revealed that Cole ran a bail bonds company that not only worked to free illegals, but he also sued the Trump Administration to free them.

Cole and his father worked as bail bondsmen under multiple company names. One was StateWide Bonding, Inc., which handles immigration bonds, helping illegal immigrants evade prison.

In 2020, StateWide sued the Trump DHS over supposedly abusing illegals. The Court of Appeals in DC threw out the lawsuit in November 2020.

Two months later, Cole allegedly planted the bombs.

Gavin Newsom Accused of Protecting Illegal Alien Charged with Killing 11-Year-Old Boy After California Refuses ICE Detainer

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), a proponent of California’s sanctuary state policy, is being accused of protecting an illegal alien accused of killing 11-year-old Aiden Antonio Torres De Paz the day before Thanksgiving.

As Breitbart News reported, illegal alien Hector Balderas-Aheelor of Mexico has been arrested by the Escondido Police Department and charged with felony hit-and-run causing death or injury.

Police allege that while Aiden Antonio Torres De Paz was playing in his front yard and went to retrieve his soccer ball after it rolled into the street, Balderas-Aheelor hit him and left him to die.

Aiden ultimately died from his injuries on Thanksgiving Day.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials are pleading with Newsom’s office to allow Escondido law enforcement to cooperate with ICE so that if Balderas-Aheelor is released from jail before he is convicted, he can be turned over to federal agents rather than going back into the community.

Newsom’s office denied refusing the ICE detainer on Balderas-Aheelor, claiming “California honors federal criminal warrants.”

“This is a complete lie,” Newsom’s office wrote in response to a clip that stated California had refused the ICE detainer. “As we have repeatedly said: The state coordinates with ICE on the deportation of convicted criminals. California honors federal criminal warrants. Nothing prohibits the federal government from doing its job in this case.”

Minnesota Immigrant Rapist Who Walked Free on “Sweetheart” Plea Deals Strikes Again — Rapes Third Victim After Dodging Jail for Kidnapping and Raping a Woman He Met Online

In a horrifying testament to the utter collapse of law and order under radical left-wing policies, a vicious repeat sex offender named Abdimahat Bille Mohamed, 28, of Minneapolis, has been charged with the brutal kidnapping and repeated rape of yet another terrified woman, just months after dodging real prison time for two prior rape convictions.

Prosecutors allege that Mohamed met the victim via Snapchat at her home in Mankato in September 2025, then drove her to a hotel in Bloomington.

Once the victim got in the vehicle, Mohamed reportedly told her, “You’re not going home,” according to Fox News.

The woman told investigators that Mohamed confiscated her phone and indicated she would not be allowed to leave while she was held captive and sexually assaulted over several days.

Nearly a week after the kidnapping, she escaped, jumping out of Mohamed’s car near Aldrich Avenue South in Minneapolis, at which point a resident called the police.

Authorities have charged Mohamed with kidnapping, felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct, and other related offenses. He is currently held in the county jail on a $300,000 bond.

Mohamed was previously convicted in two separate sexual-assault cases, but under plea deals, he avoided traditional prison time.

In a 2017 case, he was linked via DNA and other evidence to the kidnapping and rape of a 15-year-old girl who had communicated with him on Snapchat.

The court accepted a plea agreement: a 36-month prison sentence was stayed, he was given 364 days in a workhouse (credit for time served) and placed on probation for five years.

In a separate 2024 case, prosecutors said he had threatened a woman and her sister with a gun if she refused sex in his Minneapolis apartment.

University of Delaware Student Arrested with Guns and Manifesto Referencing ‘Martyrdom’

On November 24, 2025, Wilmington, Delaware, resident and University of Delaware student Luqmaan Khan, 25,  was stopped by police during an after-hours property check in Canby Park West. Khan is a legal immigrant from Pakistan.

Court documents reveal that Khan was asked, and subsequently refused, to exit the vehicle. He was taken into custody and, during a search of his vehicle, officers found a .357 caliber Glock handgun loaded with 27 rounds.

The United States District Attorney’s Office, District of Delaware shares, “The handgun had been inserted into a microplastic conversion firearm brace kit.  Within the vehicle, officers also found all the following: (i) three more loaded, 27-round magazines (one in the storage slot of the conversion kit); (ii) a loaded Glock 9mm magazine; (iii) an armored ballistic plate; and (iv) a marble composition notebook.”

“In the handwritten notebook, Khan discussed additional weapons and firearms, how they could be used in an attack, and how law enforcement detection could be avoided once an attack was carried out. The notebook referenced a member of the University of Delaware’s Police Department by name, and included a layout of a building with entry and exit points under which the words ‘UD Police Station’ were printed.”

According to The Daily News, in addition to mentioning  a UDPD officer by name, investigators shared that the notebook included writings about “martyrdom.”

The following day, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and NCCPD executed a search warrant at Khan’s Wilmington residence and discovered a Glock 19 9mm handgun equipped with an illegal machinegun conversion device.

A .556 rifle with a scope and a red dot sight, eleven more extended magazines, hollow point rounds of ammunition, and a two-plate tactical vest equipped with a single ballistic plate were also recovered.

California’s Democrat Attorney General Rob Bonta Announces Online Portal to Doxx and Report ICE Activity in Order to Protect Illegal Aliens

California’s Democrat Attorney General Rob Bonta on Wednesday announced an online portal for people to doxx ICE agents and report activity by federal agents.

The Trump Administration is conducting lawful immigration raids across the country and Rob Bonta is spending taxpayer money to protect illegal aliens.

Bonta said federal immigration officers are conducting raids and arrests that resemble abductions.

“Californians are scared,” Bonta said as he trashed the Trump Administration.

Illegal aliens are not Californians.

“Our job at the California Department of Justice is simple: To safeguard the rights of everyone who calls this state home no matter their background their status or their zip code,” he said.

“Nobody should be living in fear,” Bonta said.

New Illinois Law Going Into Effect January 1st Will Make Illegal Aliens Eligible for Student Financial Aid

The state of Illinois is about to make it possible for illegal aliens to access state and local student financial aid. Governor J.B. Pritzker has already signed the law and it goes into effect on January 1st of 2026.

This is happening as the Trump Justice Department is suing various states over this exact issue. Student financial aid that is meant for American citizens should not be going to people who are in the country illegally.

This is an issue that goes directly to the core of what Trump has run on repeatedly.

Illinois Law Granting Student Financial Aid to Illegal Aliens Goes into Effect January 1

A law signed by Gov. JB Pritzker (D-IL) that will make illegal alien students eligible for state and local financial aid–which detractors say will reduce grants and scholarships for citizens and legal residents–is set to go into effect January 1, 2026.

Pritzker signed House Bill 460 into law in August. It grants illegal aliens eligibility for grants, scholarships, stipends, and other state-funded student aid.

“If you live in Illinois and are pursuing higher education, you should have access to the same opportunities as your peers,” Illinois state Sen. Celina Villaneuva (D-Chicago) stated.

Advocates for illegal aliens believe that the law will help illegal alien students, who do not qualify for federal aid because they are not in the country legally, and that the state and local aid will boost their chances of going to college and joining the state’s workforce.

OUTRAGE: Minneapolis Police Chief Urges Somali Community to Dial 911 on Masked ICE Agents — Promises Cops Will “Intervene” Against Federal Arrests

Police leadership in Minneapolis is urging the city’s Somali community, and other immigrant residents, to call 911 if they spot masked individuals detaining people in their neighborhoods.

At a Tuesday press conference, Brian O’Hara, Chief of the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD), warned that some masked individuals detaining people “may be kidnapping people,” saying the department had received “those reports.”

He urged community members to call 911 if they were unsure whether those enforcing arrests were legitimate law enforcement — and pledged MPD would investigate and log every such call.

He did not stop at documentation, however. “If there is anything that is … a violation of someone’s human rights or civil rights, excessive force or anything like that, they absolutely have a duty to intervene as police officers,” O’Hara declared.

Brian O’Hara:
“Folks that are masked—when people aren’t sure if they’re law enforcement, or if they may be kidnapping people—we have had those reports. I want to be clear to the community: the community should know that if you see something like that and you don’t know whether someone is law enforcement, you should call 911 and provide as much information as possible. Because let’s not forget, we very recently had a tragedy in this state involving someone who was purporting to be law enforcement.

So please, let’s be clear: that is something everyone should report, and we will immediately respond to it and document it—whether someone is unsure if there’s a kidnapping happening, or unsure if law enforcement is present or not.

And that is something else that is part of the additional policy requirements we are implementing: we will document and report these types of things anytime we hear them, and we are reminding our officers of their duty to intervene. So if there is anything involving someone’s human rights or civil rights, excessive force, or anything like that, they absolutely have a duty to intervene as police officers.”

Guess How Many Illegal Immigrants Received Social Security Numbers From the Biden Administration

We’re pretty sure the Democrats told us that illegal immigrants weren’t receiving Social Security numbers (but they were somehow paying taxes and contributing to the economy). In 2021, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) told Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), “Undocumented immigrants do not have social security numbers, and they do not qualify for stimulus relief checks, period.”

Social Security numbers make it possible to get things like loans, bank accounts, jobs, and government benefits — all things Democrats also said illegal immigrants weren’t getting, like those stimulus relief checks.

Turns out Durbin and his fellow Democrats were lying.

In fact, under the Biden-Harris administration, millions of illegal immigrants and “non-citizens” received Social Security numbers.

Insane.

This was something Elon Musk and DOGE pointed out back in March, according to Fox News:

Elon Musk shared a chart during a get-out-the-vote rally in Wisconsin over the weekend, which he claimed showed millions of noncitizens received Social Security numbers during former President Joe Biden’s tenure. 

The event came just a day-and-a-half before polls opened in a contentious state judicial race. 

The Sunday town hall garnered a lot of attention Monday over Musk’s move to hand out $1 million checks to two Wisconsin voters who signed a petition calling for an end to “activist judges,” after the state’s Supreme Court declined to take up a challenge arguing the sweepstakes was unlawful.

After handing out the money, Musk brought friend and DOGE colleague Antonio Gracias on stage to discuss the work he has done with the federal government’s Social Security system. Shortly after Gracias joined Musk, a large graphic that read, “New Non-Citizen Social Security Numbers Issued,” was illuminated on the screen behind them.

Illinois Police Department REHIRES Illegal Alien Who Overstayed Visa

Hanover Park Police Department announced on Tuesday that it rehired an illegal alien who overstayed his visa.

In October, ICE agents arrested an alleged illegal alien from Montenegro who was a sworn police officer in Hanover Park, Illinois.

“Congratulations, Officer Bojovic! Join us in congratulating Officer Bojovic, who graduated today (August 22, 2025) from the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA),” the Hanover Police Department said in a Facebook post on August 22.

“He now begins an intensive 15 weeks of field training and evaluation as he continues preparing to serve the Hanover Park community,” they said.

A couple months later, ICE Agents arrested Bojovic.

Bojovic reportedly entered the US in 2015 and overstayed his visa.

“Radule Bojovic violated our nation’s laws and was living ILLEGALLY in the United States for 10 years—what kind of police department gives criminal illegal aliens badges and guns? It’s a felony for aliens to even possess a firearm.

“A law enforcement officer who is actively breaking the law,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin in a previous statement to CNN,” she said.

Hanover Police announced they rehired Bojovic.

Bojovic is now an armed police officer after an immigration judge granted him a $2,500 immigration bond two weeks after he was detained.

“Given that his bond was not contested and he remains authorized to work by the federal government, the Hanover Park Police Department determined that he may return to work,” Hanover Park police said.

“The bottom line is that all information we received from the federal government indicated that Officer Bojovic is legally authorized to work in the United States as a police officer,” the police said.

“Clearly, without that authorization, the Village would not have hired him. Additionally, the Village has not received any notice from any federal or state agency that his work authorization status has ever been revoked,” police added.

Illegal Alien Superintendent’s Voter Registration Docs Deepen Need For Better Vetting

he illegal alien who ran Iowa’s largest public school district before being apprehended by ICE claimed to be a U.S. citizen on his Maryland voter registration forms, according to records obtained by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). 

Ian Andre Roberts’ apparent false claim of citizenship exposes Maryland’s election integrity vulnerabilities and proves the need for better immigration status vetting, a foundation official asserts. The case also screams for congressional passage of a bill requiring documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections. 

‘Maryland Could Have Prevented This’

On Monday, Prince George’s County finally released to PILF Roberts’ unredacted registration files, showing that — on at least two occasions — the foreign national from Guyana facing multiple criminal charges appears to have attested that he was a U.S. citizen on regular voter registration applications. As PILF notes, regular registration includes all elections, not just elector rights Maryland has extended to foreign nationals to vote in some local elections. 

Roberts lived in Maryland for several years, working as a teacher and a school administrator. He wasn’t a U.S. citizen then, just as he wasn’t when Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested the Des Moines Public Schools superintendent in late September. 

“Maryland could have prevented this had it used SAVE for voter registration verification when the Obama Administration first offered it,” wrote Logan Churchwell, research director for the nonprofit election integrity watchdog, in a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. “It is incumbent on Maryland and DHS work together to protect citizens and immigrants alike.”

‘It Has Never Been Easier’

The SAVE system, short for Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements, assists federal, state, and local benefits-processing- and distribution-agencies check the immigration status of benefit applicants. SAVE is supposed to save taxpayers from picking up the tab for illegal immigrants and others not entitled to receive public assistance. 

But the system also has been used as a critical tool for states to verify that only U.S. citizens are voting in U.S. elections. Just 26 states are using or in the process of implementing the system to verify the eligibility of registrants, according to Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. 

Maryland is not one of those states. In fact, the leftist attorney general for the blue state recently bragged about co-leading a coalition of 16 leftist attorneys general in supporting “California’s motion to dismiss a federal lawsuit demanding complete, unredacted voter registration databases from states across the country.”

PILF’s Churchwell included Maryland State Board of Elections Administrator Jared DeMarinis in his recommendation letter. Churchwell reminded DeMarinis that USCIS dramatically improved SAVE in April and November when the agency allowed queries with just the last four digits of a Social Security number. So the data on the standard Maryland voter registration form is “all that is required for a successful SAVE query.”

“It has never been easier for Maryland to adopt this tool,” the election integrity advocate wrote.
